When I go to print coupons from coupons.com it says that my coupons are being sent and printed but nothing ever happens. I don’t have any trouble with other sites printing for me, any tips?? I’m a new couponer.

    • What zip code did you use for the diaper pail? I cannot get it to show up! Thanks!

    • Reymannkids

Question…. there are people who sell coupon inserts from the sunday paper on eBay and they are selling them for less (some times alot less even with shipping) than the cost of the actual paper. Is there a place to get coupon inserts besides the paper that I'm not aware of? Is it an insiders secret? Wink, wink!

      • Rita

I have used coupon clippers. The advantage is you can buy coupons that weren’t in your paper’s printing, you can buy as many as you like and you’re only paying for the ones you want and will use. I like http://www.mycouponhunter.com

      • LULU

I sometimes visit http://www.thecouponmaster.com for extra coupons. I just ordered some yesterday. Hope that helps.

      • Hperryesq

I made friends with a guy who has a paper route. I pay $1 per set of inserts, but I must buy 10, every week. I was buying 5 papers at $2 so I am paying the same money for more inserts.

        • kcreviews

Wish I knew a paper boy. At least sometimes my neighbor gives me her inserts.

      • Ginger

I think they get them from people who work at the newspaper, or peopel who work at the printers where the inserts are made. Sometimes buying a whole insert is a good deal, but sometimes you're better off to just buy your paper. I live in Southern California, and in our market we almost always get the higher-value coupons, so I prefer to pay $1.50 for a paper and get a whole bunch of $1.00 off 1 Qs than a lot of .50/2 Qs.
I do envy the poster who buys from the paper carrier, though!

        • Misti

Ginger-I've been looking for someone in your market to mail me the inserts-if I paid for them and your time would you be interested? email me at
misti_morrow at hotmail if you are

      • Heather

We go to our local gas station on Sunday nights and they give us all the inserts they have left. They usually throw them out on Monday morning anyway so it is no loss to them.

        • RobinB78

I have a friend that does the same thing! She's made friends with the crew who's in Monday morning and responsible for throwing out the papers that didn't sell on Monday. They set them aside for her. In exchange she brings them some of the goodies she gets for free/cheap for them!

It also depend on area as some stores have to give the extra inventory back to newspaper company next day or they are billed for them. i found this in 2 out of last 3 major cities I have lived in. and Some of sellers also buy a lot of papers from newspaper company and set up a website and sell them that way. so they make a profit after selling one set of 10 coupons.

        • Guest

But according to most newspapers if these companies want to get greedy soon they could go after Ebay and sellers of websites selling coupons. Do you ever notice how many coupons say not for sale or to not be reproduced? So many are breaking the law. Very surprised ebay allows this but they are in it for the greed.

          • Igot5ltlboyz

If you'll read the listings on eBay, they say, “You are not paying for the coupons, only my TIME to find/clip/sort/etc. and mail them to you”. I'll gladly pay someone a dollar to round up 20 high value coupons and mail them to me.

      • MJ80

I bought Lactaid milk at Harris Teeter.

    • dharvn

thanks! got 2 travel size clean & clear this morning.

      • MJ80

        Dear dharvn,

Where were you able to use your coupons on travel sizes? I was trying to use my $1 Q on travel sizes at Target, but they didn't let me do it, because a coupon was 0.3 more that a product.

        • Reymannkids

I do coupon for a few cents over at Target all the time. They just key in the correct amount manually.

          • Tasha K

I had this problem too, even though I recently used a $1 off coupon for another trial-size product that cost .97 cents and had no problem when the coupon scanned. The register said I hadn't bought the appropriate product, but I had. Today, the cashier was so frustrated from the customer ahead of me that she didn't want to call her manager back, so she just overrode it.

            • Yokola03

Murfreesboro, TN Target doesn't accept coupon for travel size at all cause there was someone with about 20 coupons wich were $3.00 on item $1.00 and cashier did it anyway and got in trouble. I work there that is why I know…

    • sue

I went to Target last night and tried to get some of the freebies listed. They would not honor the $1.00 coupon for items that were $.97!! Very frustrating!!

      • countrymancoupons

contact Target customer service. my store tried the same thing and I now have a copy of the coupon policy with me at all times. I have not had any problems since :-)
