if the kelloggs cereals are $2.50 each, then it would be $10 for 4. Lowes instantly takes $4 off and subtract 4 of the $.70 off 1 box coupons (that double to $1.40) it makes it only $.10 a box or $.40 for all four!! Is that right?

      • ReginaW

That is what I was thinking also.

      • the2ndmile.net

        yes, I think so

      • Check your coupon, someone told me they were for the bigger boxes and the smaller ones are the ones on sale but I don't have my coupons on me right now to check

      • Kimberlydiana

thats what i came up with too i think its right. i had to get a rain check for that deal. it expires in 30days but im pretty sure ill be able to grab the deal within that time. the coupons dont expire till next month

    • Kcreviews

Too bad my paper didn't have the cereal coupons. :(

      • Jjfdv

Did you print the $5 off 5 kelloggs from a couple weeks ago? (no longer available)  Still makes a great deal if you have it.

    • karen

      Thanks Jenny~

    • mini

on the cereal too you can use the $5/5 coupon that came out a while back and get 5 boxes for 3.50 so not too bad considering most of the cereals included in this dont have coupons and also check the ecoupons from shortcuts.com and from the lowesfoods website there is a chance they will have some kelloggs on there to stack on top of the $5/5

    • Kathryn21

Don't forget the on-going sale they have!  They included Lowes Food coupons with their sales paper and the beginning of the month and the sale runs through the 26th.  There is a limit on the coupon, but they give it back to you so you can go again and again and they take manf. coupons on top of their coupons!

    • Katie

My Lowe's Foods had a bunch of boxes of Kellogg's cereal with $.70 off peelies on them. Paired with the sale and the instant $4 off, it made the boxes $.10 each! I got 8 boxes this morning while I was in the store this morning for $.92 after tax. :) I went back tonight because I realized I forgot hot dog buns and was going to grab a few more boxes of cereal.  There was PLENTY of cereal left, but someone had taken ALL peelies! I found 2 boxes that they missed, but there were about 20-30 on the shelf that had nothing but the plastic that the peelie was attached to.  Talk about tacky.

      • Heather

I made that calculation as well!! I'm going tomorrow to get my 8 boxes. But I have the Q's that came out in the Sunday paper a couple of weeks ago….$.70/1 box.

        • peanut

has anyone gotten 8 in one transaction and it work or does it have to be broken up? i have the $5/5 and 2 .70/1 so i want to be able to get 8 when i go.  thanks!

          • Clipthatcoupon

I had to do it in diffrent transactions for them to take the 4.00 off… but I had enough coupons to do 12 transactions and they doubled my coupons for me and each transaction was .46!

      • Amelia

That IS tacky. That show that everyone is talking about has apparently made for unfriendly couponers. So, I'm sure when I go today I won't find any and I just want 4 boxes.

    • Angelascoupons1

Found some steaks at my Lowe's in the discount meat section (I always check it).  They are individually wrapped and called “miscuts” but the butcher said they are basically just the end that are thicker than the one inch typical slice.  Most were just under $3 for a pound….it was less than half the original price.  I like that they are wrapped in that way that gets all the air out (can't recall the word for it…it's too late at night).

    • Coupon Dad

Bought 4 Kelloggs Cereal (2 Rice Krispies, 2 Cinnamon Corn Flakes) @ 2/$5=$10
      $10-$4 (wyb 4)=$6
      $6-$5.6(4 coupons @ .70ea – each double to $1.40 x Tota4=$5.60)=.46 spend (including .06 in tax)
Then I had to pay with a credit card because I forgot my quarters :)

    • Shonarobinson

Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches are on sale for 4.99, coupon $1.00 off equals 3.99
