These one-pot meals are refreshing, yet satisfying, making them perfect recipes for warmer days!

During the warmer months, it’s nice to eat meals that are both refreshing and satisfying. It’s nice to cook meals that will be well-received by company. And it’s nice to have meals that don’t leave your kitchen looking like a dirty pots and pans bomb exploded in your sink.

These one-pot meals are all super satisfying, but not so heavy that you find yourself sweating and seeking cool refuge after the meal is over. They’re also perfect for cooking lots of food for dining al fresco with dinner guests. Plus, you won’t have to stay up for several more hours cleaning: each of these meals was made using one pot!
