Meat prices are crazy right now! Beef prices are super high and, as a result of people trying to cut down on that, chicken prices are rising as well. You can see that just by looking at stores’ weekly ads; the sale prices on meats are way more than we are used to paying.

So, what can we do? Well, one thing we can do is to eat less of it. There are tons of meatless recipes out there that will leave you feeling just as full as if you were eating a meal packed with meat. However, you don’t have to become a vegetarian. Start out by trying to eat a meatless meal one night a week (Meatless Monday, perhaps?). If you like it, try some more! These easy meatless meals will be a great transition if you’re not used to going meatless.
