We’ve been getting a ton of rain the past few weeks and that means we’re stuck inside more. The last thing I want to do on a rainy summer day is stand in front of the stove for hours. I like to whip up simple fresh meals, so that we can enjoy rainy day crafts, play board games or have tea parties instead. These rainy day dinners will hit the spot when you’ve been inside all day!
