stockpile challenge

Have you guys taken me up on my stockpile challenge? Earlier in the week I offered up a new and exciting challenge to you guys (and myself) to see if you could create 5 new-to-you dinners made up completely of ingredients from your stockpiles. How have y’all been doing?

My dinners this week have been going well and it’s such a neat thing to not even have to worry about whether or not I have this ingredient or that ingredient. It’s an excellent benefit of following 6-week sale cycles and your pantry soon becomes your own personal grocery store.

If you need a little guidance on building your stockpile, check out my post on Why Stockpiling is Necessary to Save Money.

Here’s what I’ve been cooking this week:

Grilled Salmon with Snow Peas and Rice

Easy Chicken Enchiladas with Corn

Grilled Gluten Free Pizza

Chicken & Feta Cheese Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries6

Black Beans and Pork Chops with Rice
