I’d like to try their coffee. Do you remember where you saw the offer? Want to make sure it’s good in my area, too. Thx!

As if I’d go to Krispy Kreme just to get coffee.

Hey, Jenny (and anyone else who may know)! I see you mention UPROMISE a lot.  Is that like ebates but for college savings? Do you have to go to their site first and then let it redirect you to the site you want to shop from to get the credits? Where does the money you earn come from? It’s not a “roll over” plan is it? Thanks!

      • I use this for my kiddos.  It is a program where you can earn money in a variety of ways:
You can link your grocery cards and earn money back on upromise marked items.  You can also “clip” the coupons and you will earn that amount back.
You can link your debit card or credit card and earn money at participating restaurants and other venues.
You can sign up for their credit card and you will earn a percentage back on everything you purchase.
You can also request friends and family to link their cards to your account and you will earn their proceeds.
The thing I love about it, is I can split the earnings evenly between both kids.  I have a 529 savings account for each one at my bank and I linked them to my account.
        Every little bit helps.

Thanks so much! It’s not like a “keep the change” thing is it where the percentage comes from your bank acct., right? I just want to make sure there’s no random debits because of it! :)

You don’t have to use the money for college savings. You don’t even have to have kids. You can have them send you a check instead. I use it just like ebates for online shopping. It also has the grocery and ecoupon components, which make it even better!
