On the second deal it seems your math may be slightly off. Buying 2 will cost 6$ since they are 3$ each, use (2) 2$ coupons and get 1$ ECB back (you only get the 1 for buying the two) is 5 dollars in savings, leaving you spending 1$. So it makes them each .50 cents. Still a good deal.

Using the $1 off Deodorant purchase, $4 +, printing at CVS Coupon Center, along with the the two $2 off coupons & $1 ECB makes it free.

What is the ECB stand for? Also how do you get the coupon to print at CVS? Sorry I am new to this and I keep seeing the ECB and have no clue. Thank you.

Extra Care Bucks at CVS. Use like cash!

    • Kimberly

There is an abbreviation help at the top of the page that will help you get to learn. ECB is extra care bucks.

My Redplum coupons never print. I don’t have this trouble with any other coupon sites. Its like they just never go to my printer although Redplum thinks they have as they show up as printed. Anyone else experience this?

      • kjmiller

Yes, sometimes changing browsers can help.

      • Julie

click on your Configure Java. Go to security settings and lower from high to medium setting till your done printing. Then raise it back up again. This works for us. HTH

      • Emily

Thank you so much for the advice! I should have thought to try another browser. And thank you Julie for the configuration advice, I never would have known how to do that!

Can anyone tell me why my $2/$8 deodorant cvs coupon printer coupon clashed with my ECBs?
I tried this deal with 2 $4 deodorants, handed them the $2/$8, then 2 $2/1 coupons, then tried to pay with ECBs but the cashier said it wouldn’t take both the $2/$8 AND the ECBs at the same time.

      • gingerinCA

I’ve never heard of this problem. It sounds like a misinformed cashier. Or like they got beeped for some reason they couldn’t figure out, and just took a guess. Unless, is it possible that you live in a state where you can’t use ECBs to pay the tax, maybe? That’s just a totally random guess, because I think I’ve heard of that happening.

Does anyone know if you can combine the right guard and dry idea to get 2 for 6 dollars? Or do you have to get 2 of the same item?

      • katie

I think you can mix them as they’re listed in the same sale picture together.

I did the Right Guard deal today, and this has NEVER happened before…my $2 manu coupons from the Sunday paper scanned for $1.50 at CVS. Has anyone ever seen this? The CVS cashier was stunned and gave me the extra 50 cents off each. What in the world? Now I have to watch manufacturers coupons to be sure the amount that scans matches the face value? So weird!

      • katie

Not 10 minutes ago I was looking over my receipt from my previous post (cvs coupon printer coupon clashed with my ECBs), and noticed what I thought was a cashier error.

I used 2 $1.50/1 coupons on 2 of the 4 deodorants in that transaction, and my receipt shows 3 $1.50 and 1 $2. But I brought in 2 $1.50 and 2 $2.00 coupons. I thought the cashier must’ve scanned one of the $1.50s twice and missed the $2. And that’s what brought up a coupon error, and maybe she mistook it for clashing with my ECBs??

But maybe the computer had an error similar to yours instead. How complicated. This is discouraging.

      • BrandiNicoleRollins

Valerie. Yes . I used them a week ago and it rang up $1.50. First time that ever happened. The cashier did see it and tried another coupon just in case. It still rang up $1.50 from a $2 manuf. q. My cashier did the same thing and gave me the 50 cents off. it really was weird..
