I'm getting a strange error message when I try to print out the Kix cereal Q. I get as far as printing “print” on the bricks page, then I get the error message. Went back to do it again to record the error, and it's saying I've already printed my share, but I didn't get a single one. Anyone else?

      • AmyW

I got that server error message too. Bummer!!! It's the first time I've ever been on the Kix webpage too – so there's no way I printed my share.

        • Toni

I got the sever error message also but it did print 1 coupon.

      • Barb

Maybe those coupons need to be reset.

Last week I tried to get some Ore-Ida french fries $1.50 off two and it told me something similar, that I had already gotten mine. I just went on and didn't think twice about it.

I got an email yesterday informing me that they put more coupons out there for people due to the error~now THAT's service!

I scarcely ever run into printing problems unless it is going through a site as opposed to one of the sources like smartsource.

Is anyone REALLY able to print coupons online????? I've tried and tried, finally sucessfully downloaded the coupon printer, but they NEVER PRINT????? Are the online coupon sites a sham?????

      • Toni

Hmmmm. Sound like a technical error on your end. Wish I could help, but computer problem solving isn't one of my strong points. The 3 coupon sources listed on Jenny's site are legit. Hope you can get your printing issues solved and start saving lots of $$. :)

        • scmom

Thanks Toni, but I’ve tried, my husband – who is very technically knowledgable – has tried – on 2 different computers/printers – and they will not print. I don’t understand. Even called technical support at coupons.com once and tried what they told me to do and still could NOT print any coupons.

      • laura from TN

The coupon sites are legit. Sometimes I have to switch between Firefox and IE to get them to print.

      • RebeccaFer

All of the sites that Jenny directs you to are definitely legitimate and other then an isolated problem here or there, I've always been able to print. There has to be something wrong with your settings on the computer but just like Toni, I am not able to help figure it out. If you haven't done so already, do know that you will need to install a very simple coupon program from one of the sites (except Smartsource) which allows them to monitor if your computer has printed coupons in the past. It keeps track because each computer is limited in the number of prints it is allowed to make of each coupon.

If you have installed the coupon printer program (it will prompt you to do it if you haven't already) then I would recommend downloading the latest version of Firefox (another type of web browser other then Explorer) and see if that makes a difference. You will be prompted once again to allow the coupon program to install within Firefox.

The last tip would be to click on the link for troubleshooting at any of the coupon sites when you try to print. They will try to walk you through any problems in an easy to understand manner. If all else fails, go find a 12 year old and they'll probably have it up in running within a minute or two, lol. :D

        HTH! :D

Thanks for the Hasbro b1g1 my little pony. My granddaughter will love this…

      • Barb

Yes I used that one last month and was thrilled. Think I will save them for stocking stuffers. Always running a bit short on cash at that time of year.
