But have I heard that your mailed copies don’t have all the coupons that are in the newstand copy?

      • Onethriftydiva

I have also heard that. All I can say is that I have the subscription and never seem to have all the coupons that they say I should. :(

      • I was going to subscribe to have it sent to my home, but I heard that it didn’t have all the coupons too. I’d rather pay the extra $1.25 to get all the coupons. The september issue had some good coupons- I think I’m going to buy another copy of it.

      • Anonymous

That’s really odd.  I’ve never compared the list to what I have, but the covers say they have $XX in coupons inside, so surely they wouldn’t do false advertising to the subscriptions, would they? I’ll have to pay attention this month.

        • SarahR

I have a subscription.  I usually do not get the conagra coupons or any coupon that is not printed on a page.  (The inserts that are not a full page.) Although last month we did get a small conagra insert.
I get Parenting-The Early Years and Parenting-The School Years.  They are the exact same picture but with different writting on the covers.  I imagine it would not take much to change the type on the in store vs subscription covers.

        • Anonymous

The covers (and cover lines) change if the coupons aren’t the same inside. They’d never knowingly falsely advertise the amount on the cover.

      • Coupons4faith

I actually contacted All You and they emailed me to say it was up to the advertisers weather they wanted to put coupons in the mailed or WM issues or both.  I had heard that they didn’t put the same one in the mag at WM as mailed subscription and they verified this.  But, I still like the magazine.

    • Anonymous

Not best issue. Amount of coupons are low and majority of products I even do not know. September was much better!!!

    • Jkappius

I like to look at the coupons first before I buy a copy, that way I know whether to bother with additional copies, some months I just skip it so it probably works out about the same. I have also heard that subscriptions don’t have to same coupons as at Walmart.

    • Darla Nettles Edwards

I subscribe and sometimes pick up an extra copy at walmart. I’ve always found them to have the same content, although the cover can change.  Perhaps I’ve just been lucky. This looks like a good list to me – two types of frozen chicken, preservative-free rolls, olive oil and a couple of frozen meals for the nights I’m in class.

    • Lane

I just did a side by side with the subscribtion issue and the one I got at WM. Coupons, amounts, exp dates …. are all the same. The only difference is at the bottom where the mailing address is on the cover. HTH!

      • Lane

The side by side I did was with the Semptember issue of this year. Which is now on sale at WM. HTH

      • Anonymous

Thanks for doing that comparison. I believe the difference is that (in the past) the newsstand copies sometimes have had extra pull-out type ads with coupons.

woooow that’s incredibly unbelievable I just got a $829.99 iPad2 for only $103.37 and my mom got a $1499.99 HDTV for only $251.92, they are both coming with USPS tomorrow. I would be an idiot to ever pay full retail prices at places like Walmart or Bestbuy. I sold a 37″ HDTV to my boss for $600 that I only paid $78.24 for. I use http://fzy.co/1Sj

I subscribe to All You and it Does Not Always have the same coupons. I have found a coupon referenced on the database as being in a certain ALL You. I will go and look and it is not there. This has happened on 3 different occasions. Jenny emailed me when I asked her about it and said often the stand isue will have more coupons than the subscription issue. I rarely use ALL You coupons anymore….not enough variety!

      • Twoawilkes

I have been feeling the same way. When I first subscribed they had awesome coupons but now not so much. I will not be renewing when my subscription comes up for renewal. I will check it out on stand and then decide if I want to buy it

    • Addasdramamama

Just ordered mine subscription last week! Can’t wait!!

does anyone know how long it takes for the subscription to start coming? I ordered in July and still haven’t gotten it yet :(

      • Carol

I also ordered it in July and have yet to get a copy.  Very frustrating!

      • ShelleySchu

me too. I need to check to see if I still have the details.

        • Anonymous

I just called their free number – 1-800-678-2673-  to find out when mine was going to start coming since I paid back in April. They said delivery would start in October, so that’s like 6 month’s later. A bit frustrating.

      • Just4yall

I ordered in July as well, Just got my first today for October.

      • Savinlotsamoney

I ordered my subscription at the end of July and just got October’s issue (the first issue I’ve received) yesterday.  When I called the number she told me it wouldn’t be until October or November that I got my first issue.  Having it in the mail box yesterday was a very nice surprise!

    • Maryland Mom

I have a subscription and I receive my copy MUCH later than it appears in the stores. I just got my September issue and now October is out on the newstands?? But, it is a great mag for the price and the coupons!!

    • LinMin

Can anyone tell me where they find All You in Wal Mart stores?  I have looked at 2 different Wal Marts in my area and I’ve yet to find it.  Also, does anyone else’s come really late?  Like I got my September issue 2 weeks ago.  From what I’m reading, that isn’t the case for everyone.  Maybe I need to call customer service…

      • Guest

I always locate the ALL YOU magazine at the end cap magazine racks in the check out line. For some reason the magazine is never in the designated mag. section of Wal Mart. The cigarette aisle always has a good supply. Hope that helps.

      • SarahR

When I first started following SS I also had trouble finding a copy in stores.  They are up in the check-out aisles, but not in everyone.  I think my Wal-Mart (Dorchester Road-North Charleston)  was running out.  I started to find them when the new issue would come out-around the 22nd of the month.
I have a subscription and usually get mine around the time Jenny posts her list of the ALL YOU coupons.  I have not received my October issue yet though.

        • FireyRed

I haven’t received my October issue yet either.  My subscription is good for another year, so I think I may have to call them and find out what is going on.

    • IG

The Idahoan potatoes coupon in my magazine does not have a maximum value that I can see and I looked at all the fine print with a magnifying glass.  Not a very good month IMHO.  I have never heard of or seen some of the products in my local stores.

There’s a coupon for $1.00 off the all you Smart Shopping Guide.  Never seen it.  Any coupons in it??

    • Anonymous

What do you recommend for subscribing? Since usually we’d get 2 papers for BOGO deals, do you get two All You subscriptions, too?

    • Aj6cruz

FyI!!!!! Today I tried to purchase 3 and because the line I was in was taking so long
,i just thought I’d look through it when I realized not all the coupons we’re in
The magazine, as a mater of fact none of the coupons were in one at all
. It seems that people are pulling them out then putting the magazine back on the shelf.. I couldn’t believe it..! I checked at least 12 magazines
and bought none! Every single one was missing pages.. Just sad!
So the same way you have to check the paper, check the magazine too

      • guest

I think you picked up the wrong magazine… it’s happening.
