If you’re like me, you’re hoping that your 2016 will be filled with a lot more organization. I feel like our household runs so much more smoothly when everything has a purpose and we have a good system in place. Here are some of the top ways I’ve found to add a little more organization to your house.
One of my personal favorites is the list of 100 things you should throw away. Stop holding onto those wrapping paper scraps and broken electronics. However, rather than throwing it all away, I suggest going through everything and either directly throwing it away or putting it in a “to fix” or “to giveaway” pile. Don’t leave your piles in tact for another year. Make a reasonable goal. For example, you have until February 1st to fix that broken TV or it’s going to Goodwill.
