amazon-prime-discount**Update: this sadly isn’t happening today :(**

I don’t want to get up false hopes, but I also don’t want you to miss a great possible deal tomorrow…

Amazon in the past has offered discounts on their Amazon Prime memberships the Friday after they win big awards for their programing.  This week they won 6 Emmy’s at the 68th Emmy awards, based on past sales many are hinting that they expect a discount on Prime to around $68!!

If we do see this great discount it will be Friday only.  That will be $31 off the regular price, so please don’t miss the chance if it happens!!

Is Prime Worth It?

I say wholeheartedly yes.  We use it not only for free 2-day shipping (a great feature when you live 25 minutes from town) but also for the streaming movies and music and free eBooks.  To make one comparison:
