If anyone finds please let us know where in the paper it is.

      • Bkny63

It’s in the smart source in the Atlanta AJC.

    • Woohoo! My husband has horrible heartburn, and he takes this pretty much daily. And we have to buy some anyway!

    • Amber

Does anyone know if the rebate is one per household? I get two papers, so wondering if I can submit two rebates :)

      • Bee

I’ve yet to see one of the P&G rebates that are more than one per household and they usually have some pretty strict legal language on them. They also will not respond to requests from PO Box. Some people use another person’s address, but that’s mail fraud. Sure wouldn’t be worth any potential prosecution.

        • Bee

Oops Prevacid is not P&G product. It’s from Novartis. I did look at the form however and it states “one per person, family, household or address. Duplicate requests constitute fraud.”

What does this PreserVision vitiams just below Jenny’s comments have to do with this?  Never saw an ad listed in this section.   Funny I’ve just been advised to start taking these for my eyes?

    • Rhonda

A bit new to”serious” couponing, so I hope someone can clarify for me the guidelines for using multiple manuf. coupons during a single purchase of one item (as stated above with Prevacid deal.)
I already use money off and B1G1 or manuf. and store coupons together, but now I’m confused.

      Thanks

      CVS
Prevacid 24 HR, 28 ct., $19.99-$17.99 Mail in Rebate on Prevacid 28 ct., SS 9/18 -$3 off Prevacid 24 hr product, SS 7/17 -$7/2 Prevacid product, 42 ct., SS 7/17 -$4 off Prevacid 24hr product, SS 9/18 -$3 off Prevacid 24 hr product, SS 9/11 (makes it FREE + profit!)

      • Lisabluedevil

Jenny always lists all manu coupons of which she is aware as most of us don’t have all of them.  You then pick the best manu coupon you can find.  You can only use one manu coupon, one rebate, one store coupon.

    • Varn9899

HOLD on, you ALL need to remember that refunds/rebates do NOT pay full amount if YOU did not pay full amount.  In other words use the $4 coupon and you paid LESS than $17.99 so you ONLY get what you paid minus sales tax and postage for mailing so there is NO way its a money maker — get REAL!!!!!!!!!!!

      • That may not be true for this deal, but for a Renew Life probiotic rebate deal I did, I got the whole $20 back even though I had a two dollar coupon and paid 18.00 plus tax.

      • KristyL

There are some rebates that do NOT take in to consideration coupons being used.  So some rebates can in fact be a moneymaker.

      • It will definitely make money at Rite Aid either way since you get a store rebate too!

      • On numerous occasions, I have received rebates for the full amount even when I used a coupon.  It is up to the manufacturer to determine the terms of the rebate and often it does not take into account any coupons.  On a side note, this makes sense to me as an item will typically ring up for the full amount and then at the end of the receipt (after everything is rung up), the coupons are simply listed by amount without identifying the item to which the coupon applied.  I don’t see how in such a scenario the manufacturer would even know how much you paid for the item.

      • Smallfriend3

I think there are other coupon websites/blogs you may visit if you don’t like this one. I am SO thankful to Jenny! She has helped our family tremendously. What a blessing to have someone like her working so hard for us!

      • Brewerlisam

The rebate states “actual rebate amount will equal purchase prices less $4 coupon up to $18 dollars” The coupons seems to be good on any size however the Rebate is specifically for the 28 ct as it says “Prevacid 24 hr 28 ct up to $22 dollars”.  So I agree it would only make money if you use it in a store like Rite Aid or CVS where you are making some reward from it and its only good on 28 ct.

    • Rifat

      FYIbOn the prevacid.
It isn’t a MM as I read the rebate in the newspaper insert. You get,  sale price – $4.00= rebate. So using CVS,
      $19.99 – $4.00 = $15.99 (your rebate).

      • Anonymous

I believe that sales papers almost always advertise it that way….it is up to the manufacturer to provide the rebate and there have been times they did not take my coupon into account.  But regardless, she says it could be a moneymaker OR free.  “Or” being the operative word here.

      • Anonymous

Just curious how you got the newspaper insert already….is there a place we can see these?  Thanks.

        • Anonymous

Im in Columbia and I get the upcoming inserts in my junk mail on Wednesday before they are in the paper on Sunday.

        • Brewerlisam

We get free coupon inserts on Thurs from our local AJC Evening Edge so I actually get one set free on Thurs and then I purchase a regular AJC Sunday paper and get a second set (Canton, GA).

      • Brewerlisam

I agree as the actual rebate says “actual rebate amount will equal purchase price less 4 dollar coupon, up to $18 dollars”.

    • Rifat

Unless Jenny has some first hand info, one might be taking a chance at Publix buying a 42ct, when the rebate says 28ct.
Actually the whole post should be trashed or rewritten correctly

      • Bee

The first sentence says “28 count+” in bold no less.

        • Brewerlisam

My coupon says “on any Prevacid 24 hr product” however the rebate is specific to 28 ct “Free Prevacid 24 HR 28 count”.  So it seems the coupon is good on any size but the rebate is not.

      • Guest

FYI:  Jenny didn’t just fall off the turnip truck.

      • Anonymous

She says the rebate says 28 + (the plus sign meaning you can buy a larger bottle).  I haven’t seen the rebate with my own eyes yet, so I cannot say for sure one way or the other. However, your last remark wasn’t necessary….why would she trash the whole post?  Jenny does this as a courtesy so let’s be tactful at the very least.

I also have a $4 off Prevacid Rite Aid coupon which will make for an even better deal.

      • Anonymous

         Where from? TIA! :D

        • Anonymous

It was one of the video values from last month.

          • Anonymous

Thanks so much! I wish I would have done my work and watched them all last month. Sighhh. Oh well, still a great deal though. :)

    • Smjjcj

Does anyone know how long the rebate is good for?
      TIA

      • Anonymous

Rebate runs from 9-18 to 11-18

    • Anonymous

I’m in Columbia and it’s in my 9/18 SS . The rebate is to be used in conjunction with a $4 coupon that’s on the same page. Quote ” the actual rebate amount will equal purchase price less $4 coupon, up to $18″. Rebate is for a 28 count bottle.

      • Rach3lbu11man

So does this mean if you use other coupons, like Rite Aid, they will only give you the price back that you actually paid out of pocket?? Or price minus $4 q?

        • Anonymous

They would pay you for what it rings up as up to$18.

          • Anonymous

I read the rebate as “price of Prevacid minus $4 coupon” so it will not necessarily be $18. Price – coupon = rebate amount

    • Lacats

Publix has the 42 count on sale for 24.99, wonder if it would work on that?

    • Melissa

If there is anyone who doesnt use Prevacid and wouldnt mind sending me the rebate form along with the coupon, I would greatly appreciate it. I use this medication, daily.
      Email me mamick6012@yahoo.com.

      Thanks!!

Though you can use the extra coupons for future purchases, you are limited to one rebate per household so you won’t be able to use multiple copies of the rebate.

    • IG

If you get a rebate receipt for your purchase at Walgreens, it won’t show the $4.00 coupon.  They might deduct it from your rebate any way.  Who knows??

Be careful if you are planning to switch from another PPI, such as Priosec OTC, to Prevacid 24 Hour.  Prevacid 24 Hour carries a warning that Prilosec OTC does not: Do not take Prevacid 24 Hour if you have liver disease without consulting your physician.

    • lr

Where in the paper?  It is not in my SS or RP.

    • Bkny63

Riteaid deal is even better if you use the $4 previcid coupon from RA august video values.

    • Regina

Someone removed my red plum from my paper today. Cant go out to get another one .Anyone know where I might find the rebate cupon? Thanks

      • Tresswatts

anytime anything is missing from your paper just call, even days later, and they redeliver free…and they give you a whole new paper

    • Amy

There is a printable version of the rebate form and the $4.00 off coupon at
      prevacid24hr(dot)com/index/jsp.

    • Rifat

Nobody is trying to dis Jenny. I just preferred that it got corrected ASAP. Nobody wants to read 87 comments on why it may or may not work. We ALL as posters are also volunteers trying to help each other out.

    • Rricciardi

I have the Atlanta AJC (bought in Lawrenceville) and there doesn’t seem to be a coupon or rebate… I’ve looked through twice and am going to check a third time.  :(

      • Bethsjmail

I have one I’ll give or trade… Post your email and I’ll try to get it to you.

    • Anonymous

      .,, awesome ..

I just got a $827.89 îPad2 for only $103.37 and my mom got a $1499.99 HTV for only $251.92, they are both coming tomorrow. I would be an idiot to ever pay full retail prîces at places like Walmart or Bestbuy. I sold a 37″ HTV to my boss for $600 that I only paid $78.24 for.
      I use ÉgoWin.com

    • Lacats

I knew better than to get my hopes up, neither the Prevacid rebate form nor the coupon was in the Post and Courier, the worthless rag of a newspaper we stopped subscribing to after 40 years!  It was even advertised on TV.

      • Lacats

Ok, for those of you, like me, that didn’t get it in the paper, I googled “prevacid 24 hr rebate” and was able to print a form and the coupon.

        • Kim

Thanks, that was easy and I probably wouldn’t have looked if I hadn’t read this!

    • bethcody

Got mine in the paper yesterday. It was in the Houma Courier.
