There is a fun rebate out for Procter & Gamble laundry products.  The rebate technically started January 8th, but this is the first I’ve heard of it!

Buy (3) participating products and get $5 back by mail in rebate.  Purchases must be on the same receipt and must be made by 6/30/11.

Products Participating Are:

Bounce Dryer Sheets 105 ct. +
Bounce Dryer Bar, any size
Downy Liquid 90 loads +
Downy Sheets 105 ct. +
Tide Stain Release, any size
Tide Washing Machine Cleaner, any size

One deal idea right now at Family Dollar:

Buy:
(3) Tide Stain Release Duo Pack 15 ct., $4
Use:
(3) -$3 off Tide Stain Release Duo Pac 15-34 ct PG 6/05
Total Due: $3
Get Back: $5 mail in Rebate — you make $2 profit!

(Some of you might be able to price match this in Walmart for the same deal!!)

(thanks Amanda!)

    • $avin’some$

well, after reading your post, i decided to google info on the rebate and after following a link from another blog, i ended up on coupons.com and then that links you to walmart web site that then links you to the same place jenny linked us!

so, long story short- i think the printable IS the original form.  hth!

    • I really need to start saving my recipets again I got out of the habit of doing  that since we moved…..

    • Janell

It says on the rebate form that you need to send in the original form. Do you think copying/printing it out will work? Or do you know where we can get one of the original rebate forms?? Great MM if it works!

      • Judy

Click on the Proctor and Gamble in blue above and that will take you to the form. :)

        • Pat

I had the same question.  It takes you to a COPY of the form. The question still is, would this copy.. from the pdf file, be honored?

          • Britnee64

            im wondering the same thing…

          • This is the original form, I just took you straight to it rather than through coupon.com to the walmart site.

            • Renee

I have clicked on the blue P&G in blue above and the form will not print out.  Anyone else having this problem?  Is there another way to get a copy of this form?

            • Yva M.

I had trouble too, until I right clicked and saved the pdf.  Then print it from your computer instead of the web.

    • Amanda

      You're welcome!  :)

    • Does anyone see anything else besides this statement that indicates it has to all be purchased in a single transaction?

“3) Original sales receipt dated from 1/8/11 to 6/30/11 with products and purchase price circled . . . . “

I don't have those products in a single transaction, and I'm tempted to submit multiple receipts and see what happens!

      • Amanda

Me too!  It also says that you can submit 2 UPCs and get a $2 rebate if you do not have three…I only had 2 of the $3 coupons because I spent 1 at Wags last week.  At the least I'll get $2…  :)

    • JLorch

Does anyone know how many times we can submit the rebate?

      • Once – see the “additional terms” section

      • MistyS

Says one rebate per household, per name, per address.

    • Sanran0116

      Thanks Jenny!!!

    • mommyof3

I can't find the 15 ct as $4 in the family dollar ad, is this price only in a certain area? I would love to price match, I love the Tide Duo Pacs!

    • Wolffman2069

I was looking for the family dollar add to price match at walmart but I dont see the tide in the ad. Is it still on sale?

      • Amanda

It wasn't in the ad…That's the normal price for the 10 ct….They have bonus packs with 20% more in them, which makes them the 15 ct. that qualifies for the coupon.  If I remember correctly, Wal-Mart has the liquid Tide Stain Release for 3.99…

      • Tracey

According to Walmarts new policy they do not require you to have the ad.

      • MistyS

If you don't mind me asking what area do you live in. The Walmart's around here don't match any dollar stores. (Family Dollar, Fred's, Dollar General) They say they are discount stores and can sell things at lower prices. Which I disagree because a lot of items are few cents more.

    • ozzishep

Great deal!  Now I just hope that the copy of the rebate form will work!!  ****Fingers crossed***

    • Karynrky

Thank you so much! You just made me $5… hopefully!!! Keep doing what youre doing!

    • Mommysauls

I went to the family dollar store here and nowhere has 15ct only 10 :(

      • Srhine85

Same here. I looked online to and they only listed 10 ct. Wal-Mart and Publix both have the 18ct as $6.99

    • Toni

Nice freebie.  It will be around 75 cents profit after tax and postage is considered.  But I will give these to my mother-in-law who loves Tide products.

    • Megtag

My family dollar had them. They were 15 picks for the price of a 10 pack. Thanks so much for posting the deal :)

    • Birgit Gilbert

what do they mean by upc can not be removed please right upc on sales receipt? Please help if you can I don't understand it , thank you!

      • Henaomiller

if u buy a product that u cant remove the upc number they will let u write it on ur receipt instead.

        • Birgit Gilbert

oh ok, thank you it makes a lot of sense now. I thought that they were telling me that I couldn't remove the upc and send it to them. Not that there was not any way to remove the upc. Thank you so much for your help!

    • tori729

No 15cts at the local stores here in Greer SC. :(

      • Zee

I didn't even look at those terms on the coupons, and I had no idea of this rebate. But I saw the duo pacs and stain release in Family Dollar for $4. I looked at mines after reading these comments and mine is only a 10 pack

    • Kcchiropractor

FYI- The $5 rebate is only if you buy 3 products; if you buy 2 then you will receive a $2.50 rebate

      • Kcchiropractor

Oh silly me…didn't read the first part! Sorry y'all!!

    • Judy

My Family Dollar didn't have the Tide Stain Release at all!! I don't even see it in the ad online:(
