      First! Can’t wait!

    • Scorpiolcp

I think I am going to buy the double match up items that I do not use and donate them to the local food pantry.

    • Lanky2205

Hope Bi-Lo or Foodline is better than this.  I’m not impressed!!

    • Lorri

What happened to the new Green Advantage flyer?

      • Jnamos

i got some in the sunday paper havent looked at publix yet.

    • Check your yellow advantage buy flyers to see if there are matchups.
Also, I think the Beneful prepared meals are even cheaper than posted! If you buy 6 (@ $1.67 each), that would be $10.02 before coupons. Use a B4G2 coupon ( – $3.34) and three $1/2 store coupons ( – $3.00), that would make it $3.68 for all 6, which is $0.61 each! :) This is a really good stock up price for high quality wet dog food.

      • CCarroll21

that’s the same math I got!!! I’m going to have three very happy puppies!!!

    • Caroline Parrish

      another bad week…

    • Where is the Green match up?

    • Anonymous

Jenny did I miss the green advantage flyer ad??? I noticed the paper this week had the new one in there. Thanks for all you do…..

    • johnstka

With the Dixie plate/Brawny paper towel deal, could you use a Brawny mfg. coupon with store coupon to give overage towards Dixie products?

      • Lea

Yes since the Brawny q is a Publix q not a MFQ

    • Thedealhound

I am a Upromise member but can’t find the Musselman applesauce or the Gorton’s fish coupons.  Help!

      • Shelley

You need to login first, then go to the Grocery e-coupons.

      • johnstka

It seems to me that the coupons that overlap with the savingstar show up there or upromise depending on which you load first.

    • JenneyG

I’m pretty sure Marie Callender’s bakes doesn’t participate the bogo because the multiserve bakes are way over 19oz.

    • Sandy

Isn’t just me or are there getting to be fewer and fewer acorns?  Have we adjusted for “inflation”?  ;)

    • Lea

Wasn’t there a $2/1 Purex Crystals in the inserts within the past two weeks?

      • Anonymous

I think it was Downy Crystals :(

      • Only_Me

        It was the Downy Unstoppables.

      • Lilmis1213

It was $2 of Purex detergent

    • Anonymous

For the 1.99 Mitchum, there is also a 1.00 Target Q for Mitchum from mailer that expires 10/19 that you can stack with the .75 man. making it total .25 if your store accepts Target.

    • Amymann228

There are two date sets listed- how do I know which dates my store uses? I printed out my list last night to go to Publix today, but now I’m not sure if my print out is old? Thanks so much! :)

      • Jjohnson193

With today being tuesday, the sale is still going on from last week. Call your store to see what day they start. I think the northern stores start thursday and southern stores start wednesday. I am south of atl and we start on thursday.

        • Jjohnson193

My sister in newnan says her stores start on wednesday…

          • Tubbsbaby

We start on Thursday in south florida.

          • Jessica

Yeah Newnan starts on Wed. but right next door in Fayetteville and Peachtree City they start on Thurs. That is really nice when there is a good penny item :)

        • Amymann228

I figured out my problem- with everything going on lately, I can’t seem to keep up with what day it is, so I thought yesterday was the 12th, which is why I was confused…oops!  Thanks so much for your reply!  :)

      • Anonymous

Go to publix . com and check the ad for your store.

    • Firgodes7

      • Firgodes7

Coupons have been claimed. Thanks to those who emailed me and took them off my hands.

      • Jenny_quittell

I could also use some (true bogo) so any even number would be much appreciated!  :-)

Where do you get the green & yellow advantage flyers? I’ve shopped at Publix for a while (mainly a Bi-Lo shopper though) and I’ve never seen the flyers. They don’t come in my paper either. Thanks!

      • Natasha

You can find the flyers at the front of store. its in the four sided turn stand that also has the weekly flyer and other information. sometimes you will have to ask the customer service desk for them.

      • Veronica

If you don’t see them at the front where the ad is available, go to the customer service desk and ask for them. Usually they will give you one of each.

      • Bethany

Ask the customer service desk for them.  If they don’t have them, then the cashiers will and all you have to do is tell them you need to use a coupon in there.  They’ll look it up and apply it.

        • Laura

My store used to do that, but last time I asked they said they now have to have each and every actual coupon to turn in or they get in trouble.

      • ashton

Go to the service desk and ask for coupons.  They will give you many store coupons including these two flyers (if they haven’t run out)

      • christine

they should be on a front rack in the store but some stores either keep them at the customer service desk or don’t have them

      • SwappinSpoons

By the weekly sales ad, or just ask customer service for them. :)

      • Beth

At my store you have to ask for them at the Customer Service desk.

The past few weeks have been good for us at publix.. this week it seems i will be getting some fresh produce and just a few bogo…. btw.. what does it mean when jenny puts “have the butcher cut into steaks for 30 cent lb savings”??   ive never have the butcher cut anything, so i am just wondering if this is a special or how this works.. thanks

      • Only_Me

Publix is great about breaking down packages for you and cutting it to what you want. Just ask and they will cut it down.

      • Chris

Typically if you buy a whole cut of something (for example a whole sirloin roast or whole ribeye roast) they will cut it for you into steaks and then package it up at the price you would have gotten the whole one for (so there is no markup for pre-cut).  It’s a great way to save on really good cuts of meat.

Fruit snacks! When will you be on sale?

      • Xtiffx1218

i know thats right…. im trying to hold out… but my little one is getting mad!

If you have Aldi my DIL buys them there fro our grandkids because they are completely natural and a good price.

          • Becky

Our Aldi only had the all natural fruit snacks for a few weeks on a “special buy” and its been a good while since they had them.  The ones they carry all the time have food dye.  We do get the fruit flats though- they’re yummy! :)

Hi Erin– You might want to check out this giveaway.  I won a years supply of Fruit Snacks and received them this past Friday..12 boxes with 24 assorted packs in each box. My grandkids love these. My neighbor and her sister both won also.  Hitting pretty regularly…. Good luck !!   greatsnacksgiveaway(dot)com

          • nanasap

no, this was not spam— it was a legitimate sweepstakes offered on a legitimate website that quite possibly could have given Erin a product her kids love free for a year. I really did win a years supply of fruit snacks and know 2 others personally who did also.   I thought this website was to help each other find great deals.  It would be nice if next time you wouldn’t be so quick to play spam police.

            • Anonymous

There has been a huge problem with spam in the comments on this site and some have gotten viruses and worse from clicking on the links so my comment was not out of line since your comment was worded and formatted very much like the spam comments in the past.  I will not hesitate to point out what appears to spam in the future because of the problems that have occurred.

    • GrammarDiva

Meh, not terribly thrilled with the ad this week, or maybe I’m just getting pickier, lol.  Might be stocking up on some dog food this week.  BTW, has everyone gotten their Stocking Spree booklet?  I have NOT gotten mine yet, and I didn’t get the last one either even though I signed up for it.  This is getting irritating.

      • G8rleslie

I have not gotten the Stocking Spree booklet and, like you, I didn’t get it last time either. Very irritating.

      • erin

Me either, I finally called them last time and they mailed one out, but it was like 2 days before they all expired. On the email they sent (most recently) there is a place to contact them if you haven’t received it by the 15th(?), I may respond today.

      • Anallison

        I got mine on Friday!

      • Bhy2k

        got mine

      • Beth

        I got mine Thursday

      • I did not the the last one and I called, they told me that if I did not get it by the first week in October to contact them again.

        • 3gakids1521

Can you by any chance list the phone number on here for those of us that didn’t get it.  I have not recieved mine yet and would like to know if mine is on the way or not.

      •  I got mine last week!!

I am trying to buy some Halloween candy and was wondering, are this weeks deals good on chocolate candy? Where is the best place to but candy… And lastly, how much do you usually spend on Halloween candy? (First year home buyer…) Thanks!

      • Tennille

I got cheap candy at Riteaid and Walgreens. I think I paid between .75 and 1.25 per bag. Skittles, starbursts, kit kats and twix.

        • Sarahbeth1210

I paid .62 a bag for M&M’s, twix and milkway at CVS

      • darbe

congrats on being a home owner now!!! Walgreens usually has cheap candy

      • Anonymous

You should ask your neighbors about that because we live in a neighborhood but have zero kids come to our door because everyone goes to the mall or a church function where we live.

    • Destiny691966

I just got my stocking spree book last week but I never did get the first one either and was surprised when i got this one.

      • Guest

I have some sent you an email

      • Kellyxox

How do you get the Stocking spree booklet? Thanks

    • Destiny691966

I have tons of coupons for stuff I dont need and I could really use some kibbles coupons if anyone would like to trade. Please email me at destiny691966@yahoo.com. Thanks

      • Anonymous

I just ordered the Kibbles q on eBay- $1.99+ free shipping for (20) $1.50 q exp 11/19… HTH.

    • Anonymous

Regarding the Glad trash bags, there is a $0.75/1 store q in One Stop One Store booklet and there were $0.50/1 coupons from a recent Vocalpoint sampler on Glad bags. That makes them $2.25 a box!

    • Anonymous

Check your binders for $4/2 Playtex tampons printable. I printed this one along with the high value razor q’s that were released a few weeks back. Makes the stack with the Green Adv free 18 ct a little sweeter.

      • kendall

if am to use the 4/2 will i be able to get both of the 18cts for free? i am new at this so i am not quite sure.

        • Anonymous

Yes- If you buy (2) 36 ct boxes at 7.99 each, then use (2) coupons from the Green Advantage for 2 free 18 ct boxes. HTH!

    • Tennille

Does anyone know how much the Betty Crocker potatoes are? There is a $1 off store coupon and .50/2 Manuf.  So if they are 1.50-2.00 thats a pretty good deal.

      • Sarahbeth1210

At my store they are 1.69.  I have bought them for .19.

      • Rgnurse911

1.57 at my store in GA

      • Anonymous

If you have Bi-Lo I believe they will be $1 with the new ad and they will take the Publix coupon.

      • Aphillips71974

at my publix in bham, al they are $1.99 each.

    • Robynne

The La Creme printable coupon I’m getting is for Coffee Creamer, not the Dannon yogurt. :(

Also, the Hillshire Farms FB promotion ended Sept. 30th, so no coupons there either. :(

I appreciate all the hard work that goes into this!  I will often do a word search on my computer page to see if people have posted corrections/updates – hopefully this will help someone else who does the same!

      • Anonymous

Just curious, how do you do the word search, I’d love to learn?

        • Pdms3

          Ctrl and F

          • Corey

The only thing that stinks about doing the word search is that you have to do it page by page.  I sure wish all the comments were on one page rather than multiple pages.  It would make the search so much easier.

    • Junglecruis

same old stuff on sale again, I still have pickles and A1 sauce from when they ran it bogo a few weeks ago.

      • Julie rolltide!!

I totally agree!!! Same ole stuff every week, my Publix is not living up to their usual get me in their store deals!!  I am actually finding better coupon matches at Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart, I am so stocked up already with A1, Lower’s Marinade and salad dressing, crackers on same stuff…..they use to be a lot better at matching with the Sunday paper inserts, the printables are never available by the time I find them…..thanks Extreme Couponing for taking the savings away from my family….I use to save 65-80% every week at Publix and Winn-Dixie….now I’m doing good to get a least 30-40% savings….have the binder, the matchups, the list from SS with coupons printed out before I go to the store….

That would be too good to be true.
Sorry, that coupon is only good for the $10 big box.

    • lauren

There is a $1/1 40-100 ct. Dixie plates Winn Dixie Store q that came in the mail on the back of a tailgaiting booklet a little over a week ago.

      • wendyc33

thanks, I knew i saw one somewhere. lol.

My store has a display of those individual coupons available near the door.  If you still have it, some of them were printed in last week’s sale flyer too.  HTH

      • if you’re trying to get more than one, if you have a separate e-mail and phone number, you can use that to get another, there is no barcode, so you can photocopy it, it doesn’t state that there is a limit, just one deal per coupon.

      • jennaj81

I was able to print more than 1 just by putting the # of copies I wanted in before I clicked print on my printer page (the one that pops up after I click on the coupon). you must do this the first time though since the site “remembers” what you’ve already printed. or do what I did and print again using a different email

      • darbe

go to better eating better living website and enter some info, then it takes you to bunches of publix coupons

    • Laurie

As anyone else’s shopping list printing in tiny print, or is it just my printer?  I re-set it, and it keeps printing the same way.  Crazy!

      • kp

I believe if you go to print preview, then change the size to 90 or 100% that should fix it, mine usually says “shrink to fit” but I can’t see that small!  LOL…

      • Destiny691966

Mine does that when its low on ink.

    • wendyc33

The candy deals just got better for me. check your binders folks, but i printed off a 3.00/2 nestle candy bag coupon and its a match for the b1g1, and the sizes are a match too. Yeah. Also there was a print for 1.00/1 coupons for the grab bag candy which are b1g1 for the same size bags. I just noticed she had none of these coupons listed, so check your binders.

    • Anonymous

The ads are definitely getting worst for matchups. By this time last year, there would have been oatmeal, hot cocoa and Celestial Seasonings. Waaahhhhh…

      • Anonymous

I saw Celestial Seasonings on sale for 2/$5 in Publix today.  Not sure if that makes it a stock-up price after coupon or not.

        • Anonymous

Thanks, saw that, but my “buy” price is under $1(BOGO minus $1Q). Luckily, I still have two boxes. My “buy” price might need to change to $1.50 when the stash runs out!

          • I feel like my “buy” prices are all going up:(

            • darbe

i think everyones buy prices are going to up now, sadly

    • Kerrichambley

There’s a .75 coupon for any Glad product in the One Stop One Store booklet.

    • Dee

This is an absolutely depressing ad…I always counted on Publix to give us at least a couple of good deals…hardly any nuts on this one….Bi-Lo is getting very competitive with them..in fact one of my cashiers said they are “taking on Publix”…they may be winning at this point!

      • Jacketfan24

I’ve noticed that, too…I don’t go here as much as I used to.  Bilo has definately gotten more agressive.  And you get fuel perks on top of that.

      • brgcoupon

Bi-lo is winning with me in Columbia! My Bi-lo accepts ALL competitor coupons including drug stores.

        • CouponGal

I’m really liking Bi-Lo as well, And I was never a big Bi-Lo fan.  I’m in Columbia as well.  I always use Publix coupons at Bi-Lo but it’s good to know they take all competitors.

    • Mari

Please help. If a product is B1G1 free and I have a manu coupon B2G1 free, what is the best escenario? I am not that good at Math. TIA

      • Lachrissney

Get 3 for every 1 b2g1 coupon you have, you are “buying” 2 with the stores b1g1 then you get the third one free thanks to the coupon. =)

        • Mari

          Thank you very much:)

      • Guest

buy 6 of the products, beacuse it is B1G1 you will buy 3, then get 3, with the coupons you will recieve 1 for free with every 2 you buy, so use 2 coupons and get 2 more products free. At the end you would have purchased 1 product and got 5 for free =)

        • Mari

          Thank you very much:)

        • guest

Great help to me too. Thanks

      • Staci_marie

Publix B1G1 means each rings up 1/2 price.  So b1g1 for $3 means each is going to charge $1.50.  If its a good price at $1.50, get 3 for every b2g1 coupon you have.  You’ll pay $3 for 3 instead of $3 for 2.  If you have 2 coupons you can get 6, if you have 3 coupons, you can get 9…

    • Anonymous

There is a $1/1 Mucinex in SS 10/9 (from AJC) that can be stacked with the $5/2 store coupon.

    • Where do I get the Publix donation coupon sheet?

      • Anonymous

It was available back in May and is no longer available.  It was given for making a donation to one of the children’s charities at the register.  The coupons do not expire till the end of this month so it still shows up on lists.

    • Mrscori2006

I couldn’t find the Right Guard Q. Anyone else have this problem or know how to get it?

      • wendyc33

its there try different zip codes.  like 30013, 12345, 90210, 65046,85046, and many more.

    • Carol

The Glad Q from Target is for a box of 42 or 84 ct 13 gal size.  My Publix in Bham does not carry that size.  They carry sizes 22, 40 and 80 count boxes.

      • Silverluck09

Hey I am in Bham, which Publix do you go to that will take Target Qs?

        • Mclement

Almost every Publix in the Birmingham metro area takes Target Q’s.  I know the one in McCalla, Hoover (on hwy 150), Hueytown & Doug Baker (Hwy 280) take them.

        • Kathleen

          Trace Crossings.

    • Amanda

I can’t decide if the green giant deal is good enough to stock up or not! 79 cents isn’t bad but they are kind of small and I am used to the Birdseye deals being much cheaper. Anyone stocking up?

      • Guest

I am thinking that the days of $0.10-0.25 bags of frozen veggies are probably over, at least for a while, but $0.79 still seems high for a stock up price.  I would advise to buy if you need them, but for stocking up, hold out for something more like $0.30-0.50/bag. hth

      • Chris

The Birdseye deal was about the same this last ad (about $0.74/ea).  I think that’s going to start being the standard for the short term.  It’s still not a bad price though – just buy enough to get through the next few weeks.  They regularly rotate between Birdseye and Green Giant and lately there has been a Q avail when the sale comes on.  I bought 10 bags tonight because that will definitely get me through for a little while (my freezer was down to only 4 bags!).

      • Anonymous

I wouldn’t spend that much on a little box. Keep in mind that Walmart sells their brand bags for $1 which is probably twice as much as a box.

    • Spaslp

The Martha White muffin mixes that come in a box are the same size as the ones that come in the pouch, but are only $.59.  The coupon rings up for $.99 off, so you actually get 3 boxes for $.78, or $.26 each.

Have you been collecting the .55/1 blinkies for the Pepsi Max 2 liters?  I have been and I have yet to find them on the shelves.  Here’s a plus that makes it even better…when flipping through the 10/2 SS looking for my Colgate Wisps, I found a Publix Store Q for $1/2 Pepsi Max 2-liters…Super Sweet even if they aren’t on sale!  By the way, this was a supplement to the Atlanta Evening Edge, one of the thinner inserts.

Thank you Jenny!  I just got back from Publix and saved over 50% on my shopping bill. I had $64.06 worth of groceries and checked out for $31.97. I am so excited!  I had become so frustrated with our local Kroger and all the hassles with the coupons.  I decided to take the plunge and drive the 20 + miles to the nearest Publix.  The store was so clean, the people so friendly, and check out was a breeze.  No hassles!!!  All the deals worked and no rude cashiers. That in itself was worth the trip. I am impressed! Thank you for all your hard work.  Every time I see one of my kids eating a yogurt I yell, “That was free!”

      • Chris

Welcome to the world of Publix!  You will find this to be the case with most, if not all, of their stores – clean, bright, easy to navigate, and helpful nice people.  This is what you get from a company who’s motto is “Where Shopping is a Pleasure” and the company is employee-owned.  Happy Couponing!

        • Cl3v3rgirl33

Thanks Chris! I love this website and enjoy the helpful bloggers.

      • Meriwhite

I agree!!! Publix is my FAVORITE place to shop! If they doubled coupons to $0.99
and had the online stacking like HT, I might not EVER go anywhere else to shop!!

        • darbe

i live in fl, land of true b1g1 and no doubles but still love saving money at publix!!

      • darbe

Has anyone bought the Energizer batteries and gotten the rebate for Mastercard or Paypal $10 gift card?  I know you have to get the packages with special codes and wondered if people were finding those easily.

      • Guest

A few months ago I got a catalina that advertised a similar version of this deal but you were supposed to get a giftcard to you “could” use at a national park when you entered the codes from specially marked Energizer packages.  I have been looking for those specially marked packages ever since and have never seen them.  This deal runs through the end of the year and it doesn’t look like the giftcard has to be used at a park, they just say that you “could” use it there.  But, I guess it doesn’t really matter, because I never see those packages anyway.

        • Anonymous

Thanks for the info.  I looked last night and didn’t see any specially marked packages, but bought some anyway since I had two $3.00 off 1 coupons.  :)

          • darbe

did u use the green advantage flier coupon also for $2 off? it made for some cheap batteries for me today

            • Savingisfun

Yes, I did for each one.  Got some cheap batteries!  Love it!

        • Ed823

didn’t know it had to be specially marked packages of batteries. I thought, you just send in a receipt showing you bought 3. I had just bought a bunch of batteries from Sam’s for a lot cheaper so now I am frustrated cause I have all these batteries and used my coupons already and can’t get the gift card. I guess I should have looked at the rebate before I bought it. wondering if I can return theses and how that works since I used the coupons?

      • Caitwagner

I recently purchased 3 packs from Publix hoping to get the deal and they weren’t marked with any codes.. I’m bummed out but glad that I still got batteries at a discounted price. Oh well, you win some you lose some…

Sorry this is so long! Please forgive me!  I just want to know if I am crazy or not! Please respond if you are in this group as I do not wish to make a “bad name” for anyone!
I went shopping today at the Pooler, Ga Publix around 1:30ish. There was a group of couponers and their buggies, maybe 6 or more people, at the front of the store blocking those “BOGO” bins that a lot of the stores have. Now, I have no problem with people getting together to do deals or sort coupons, but they were completely blocking the entire side of the bins.. literally like 5 product bins and the walkway by other aisles.  I do not know if they were doing this intentionally or not, though I swear some lady grabbed random bin items while looking at me as I had just walked in the store with my small amount of coupons in hand – but I could just be going crazy myself!  At first I thought a Publix employee was talking to them, but then I realized the man was not wearing a typical Publix uniform.. if there was an employee talking to them, I really do apologize, but when I saw them, there was no employee around.  Now, am I being wrong in saying that this group of people was being rude? I could not get to items I wanted and had to go down the aisles to get them, which was ridiculous cause the items were literally at the front of the store! I am assuming others must have had the same problem. Halfway through my trip, I noticed they were still there blocking the bins. They were not placing any items in their carts either, just standing and talking with their binders open.. like a “class” was going on.. or maybe they were intentionally blocking the sales?! I have no clue! But I have never seen anything like this before in Publix.  I am not a confrontational person, and did not want to ask them to move or “excuse me” – cause anyone in their right mind would have known that blocking this section of the store was completely ridiculous.. especially for 10 -15  plus minutes.  If anyone in this “group” reads this, I really don’t mean to be rude to anyone or discourage anyone from saving money and couponing.. but I really feel this was uncalled for .. am I being crazy in thinking this way?  Please let me know if I am, cause I am not a mean person.. it was just so inconvenient to have to go around the entire store to get items that others were blocking.

      • Chris

No I would have said “excuse me” as I reached for something – absolutely.  It shows you have manners and they do not for blocking the aisle and making it difficult, if not impossible, to get to the display/products.

      • Bilbrey98

I think it was rude for them to block that section especially since it was the BOGO area!  If I’m sorting coupons I try to get out of everyone’s way and if I see someone looking in a section I may be blocking I either move or ask if I’m in the way.  Alot of people don’t seem to care anymore :(  I saw a commercial of the TLC Extreme couponing show and this lady was bragging about how she cleans shelves and says if other people wanted it they should have gotten there first.  Made me want to reach through the TV and smack her… some of those people are straight up horders.

        • darbe

omg so it wasn’t just me that wanted to reach thru the tv to that obnoxious woman????

      • 3gakids1521

I agree with Chris completely.  If they were blocking something that you wanted, then by all right, you should have just said excuse me, and if they were honest, non-hoarding couponers like you might have thought, they would have graciously either passed you the item you were looking for, or moved their buggy so you could get your item.

Had it been me blocking the item, i would have graciously moved had I known.  You have to speak up because their are too many items for someone to assume that they aren’t in the way of what you are shopping for.

        • Anonymous

i know, I know! =) ..I am not a shy person, and usually say excuse me, or just come back in a few minutes.. but it was just one of those days when i just didnt want to deal with rude people and honestly was just kind of shocked by their behavior and tried to avoid them.. i think we have all ran into/tried to avoid “crazy couponers” lol

          • darbe

if it would have stressed you out to confront the offending group then be glad you saved yourself the headache! sometimes people are just rude

      • bellasmom

I agree Chris….this is rediculous! And…shouldn’t they make their list & sort their coupons at home BEFORE they get to the store and block the isles ?

        • Chris

Well I will say I pull in with my binders and then make sure I pull out what I put together at home (paper clips, binder clips, my clear envelope to put my Qs in as I get my items – the works).  But I make sure I pull over out of the way where I can do my thing and get prepared so I can coast through the store.  But I see people do it all of the time – park their carts in the middle of the isle, pull up next to someone else in the aisle and stand there so you can’t get past, so on and so forth.  Maybe it’s just me but I get irritated at people like that – I know my mother raised me better than that so didn’t theirs?

          • Chris

Oh and not everyone plans ahead well.  It seems when I’m in the store and see other folks with Qs they have a fist full and a hand-written list and are all disorganized.  It seems I’m the only one around here who spends hours every week clipping and snipping, comparing, re-evaluating my printed list and printing it again, making sure I have my Qs clipped together per item and then sorted by dry vs wet, so on and so on.  I swear it’s my other full-time job!  LOL

            • Ginger

I used to walk around with my coupons in hand but now I just walk around with my list, but sometimes I have to double check the coupon is the right one for the item, then before I got to check out I try to make sure I remove any coupons for items that were out but I make sure I’m not in anyones way

            • Anonymous

i know the feeling, maybe this is why i was so aggravated with these people.. i am, in general, a very organized person.. it makes life easier! so i keep a list (from this site) and if i have the matching coupon i write a “c” in front of the item listed and a number so i know how many  i should buy .. coupons in a clear ziplock bag – oragnized by aisle/type of coupon.. when i put an item in my cart, i hand the coupon over to my hubby or put it in a separate envelope if i am shopping without him.. i keep the white envelope sitting on my purse in the buggy..  pretty simple and there is no sorting involved.. chris!  i am glad i am not the only one who is like “coupon secretary” lol i enjoy shopping and getting ready for my trip!

        • Debsgotbling

I have always been taught ask and you shall recieve. If you didnt say excuse me or politely ask if they could move their cart then they might not have known that you were needing something and mistook it as grazing. It is very easy to think that people are being rude but by not at least saying excuse me I think you misunderstood them as much as they misunderstood you. Also you said they were still standing there later in your shopping trip and if they were extreme couponing there would be no way they would have never stayed in the same place for that long of time.. I am not condoning them blocking the isle but I think it was just a total misunderstanding between all parties

      • that is rude for them to block shoppers ability to able to pick up items

      • CYR

yeah they were being rude… but sounds like you may be.. what’s the word… passive.  I would have politely asked them if I could get to the items.. and if they were rude then I would have not so politely asked them if I could get to the items.  but then that’s just me.. I am passive aggressive. LOL

    • erin

Is there any way to find out if Ensure is going to be on sale in the next two weeks?  My grandmother drinks it and I have the -$3/2 Publix and Manufacturer coupons, but if I can get a better deal I will wait.  I know the Publix coupon expires on the 28th.

Just got really lucky at Publix… if any of you got a raincheck on the BOGO Seapak Shrimp/Fish from a few weeks ago, last Sunday’s Atlanta Journal had (and others may have, also) a coupon for Seapak. If you buy popcorn shrimp, you get the popcorn fish for $5.00 off. I got both for 2.60 today (before tax).

      • Chris

Yeah I wish I had gotten the RC then!  I’m hoping they put it on sale again soon (usually those items go on sale quickly back to back).

        • darbe

Hoping you guys/gals can help me. The shopping spree booklet still hasn’t come in my mail.  I signed up and had to go back in my email and verify the request.  In that email, was a website that you could go to if you didn’t get it.  Like a dodo, I didn’t save the email.  Does anyone happen to have the email with the website address where you can check the status of the mailing?
      Thanks,
      3gakids1521

      • joaniec

You might still get it in the mail…I recieved mine today.

      • Chris

I haven’t gotten mine yet either.  But I do recall the last one came a few days after everyone started getting theirs.  Since I definitely got the last one I’m pretty sure I’ll get this one too but am prepared to call if I don’t.  Good luck!

        • 3gakids1521

Chris, i am in PTC, so, definitely let me know if you get yours.  i see all these matches and it aggrivates me because I don’t have it yet and some have had them for almost 2 weeks.  Seems they would do a mass mailing or something.  IDK..

Hey, has anyone been able to locate the Welches 64oz $1 off cpn in the SS 9/25?

      • Jlpadget5

NO. and the website has not emailed me my coupon either:(

        • Babykakesfl

Make sure to check your spam folder…Welch’s emailed to me but it went to my spam folder!

      • Guest

They are in the 9/25 S. I found them but Im in Tampa. They could be regional?

      • 3gakids1521

Yes, I had 4 inserts and was given to additional, so, I have 6 total.  I am in Atlanta.  Thank Goodness though because I have a 3 and 2 year old and they go thru juice like crazy.  I water it down to cut the sugar.

      • Anonymous

I have it, but haven’t used it because I didn’t think it was a match.  What is on sale is the Welch’s Essentials which it says is a cocktail, which means not 100% juice.  The coupon says 100% juice.

    • vicki

I’m interested in trading coupons- I need nothing baby or pet related, and would trade for other coupons. Let me know?

Jimmie Dean breakfast sandwich are B1G1 and in Publix’s yellow flyer is a $2.00 Q. Match that with the $.75 Q you will only pay pennies.

      • MIAMI

the one in the yellow ad.. is for the 34-36oz not the one on sale

    • toocute72

There is a coupon in the Yellow Advantage Flyer for $2.00 on any 1 Jimmy Dean Frozen Breakfast Sandwiches. My Publix had the coupon taped to the freezer door of the sandwiches that are BYGO. Pair that with the $1.00 off (RP 8/28) and you have a sweet deal for .24c! Also, if you are planning on buying the Mars candy, don’t forget to clip the coupon in the Yellow Advantage Flyer for a FREE reusable bag with $9.99 in Mars chocolate candy.

      • MIAMI

the one in the yellow ad.. is for the 34-36oz not the one on sale

      • Laura

Sorry but the $2 publix coupon is only good for the largest box, which costs $9.89.

    • Lee

Hi, I’m a little new to the coupons and I have a question about the BOGO Campbell’s Healthy Harvest sale.  If they cost $2.49 per can, and I use 2 MQ along with the store coupon of $1 off, doesn’t that make the soup free?

      • Aura

You can’t use 2 manufacturer’s coupons for the same product–only 1 MQ and 1 store per item.

      • Matt

they are not $2.49 a can. they are $2.49 for 2 cans so 1.24 a can and I will buy 6 cans and use 3 of the $1Publix coupons and and 2 of the $1.50 off 3 coupons saving $6

        • Lee

Thanks Matt– makes sense : )  I’m going to buy my 6 cans of soup today.

    • Sbrown

The Publix in Northport has Stouffers family sized meals for 3.99. I don’t remember seeing it listed anywhere, but I missed it last time it went on sale so I still had the $1.00 coupons!

      • Laura

For stores that take Target there is a $1.50/1 store Q on targets website.
This is actually the last week of the ongoing stouffer 3.99 sale.

Remember there’s a posterboard of unadvertised specials by the front door (at least at all of my local publix). It’s titled “love to shop here, love to save here”. There are 10-12 items on the board & those are always 4 week deals. The posterboard changes once a month and those prices last until the next new poster. The current set of deals began 9/22. I’m drawing a blank as to what the deals are besides stouffers.

    • Phatpatswife

So bummed. Went today to get the fuze drinks that are $1 each. Had the green advantage coupon for buy 10 get 5 free. And I also had 15 .75 cents off coupons that I had found at cvs (manufacturers coupons). Would have been a small money maker. But when I checked out they said they only take 5 like coupons per transaction. I know P&Gs say only 4 like but this was a publix specification. Never run into that before, but i’d never tried that before either. Anyone else?

      • Mrcoupon1978

That is the policy. But honestly I have never had a cashier actually use the policy.  I used 10 kibbles n bits coupons this morning. No trouble.

        • Chris

Well keep in mind that every store has the right to set their own limits.  Here in Smyrna, GA there is no limit on like Qs but they do have a limit on 10 like items (or 5 BOGOs) – and you can use any combo of like Qs that fit into the policy of 1 manuf and 1 store or competitor Q per item.

Maybe if you speak to a manager at the location you can find out why they have that policy and/or if possibly the cashier was mistaken (as sometimes happens).

          • Phatpatswife

Unfortunately the cashier wasn’t mistaken. She actually asked a manager who was walking by and that manager verified. (well I think she was either a manager or assistant.) and at the end of my transaction the store managers (who I recognized) came over because all the Fuze were sitting there on the register and she said, these are all going back and I said I didn’t realize you had a 5 like coupon policy. He just looked at me and didn’t even say anything. It was probably the worst experience i’ve ever had there. On top of that they didn’t even offer to help me to the car. Not that they have too, but i’ve never not been asked, especially in the passed few weeks with a 3year old, 1 year old and extremely pregnant (37 weeks measuring over 40). It just seemed like they must have been having a bad day and I got the short end of the stick this time. Or maybe i’m just preggo crabby and disgruntled. Lol!

You can print them with the link. Unless you dont have a printer. They are also in front of the store.

    • chaosruler52

I work for the Publix on Race Track in Tampa and I don’t have a problem with people giving me coupons at all, but on many occasions singling out at least one lady, they give me coupons that don’t fit their items, whether the size was wrong etc,. But this one lady gives me 3-4 coupons that have a larger quantity than what she was buying and yesterday she tried to go to customer service because the computer didn’t ring something up that was BOGO and she had two different items at a different price and size, luckily customer service refused her too. Keep up the good work fellow couponers (Yes I shop at Publix too, just not my own.), and remeber to check your coupons quantities and sizes before you hand them to the cashier; it will make everything easier.

      • BCT

Thanks.  My neighborhood Publix has always been coupon friendly and always make sure i have the right coupons for the right items.

      • Cayacoup

I thik that is so stupid. I try to make sure I am trying to use the right coupons. When you don’t try to get over and respect the cashier, it can go a long way! Not only for you but for couponers in general. You get what you give. Most cashiers are amazed by how much you can save and will be more willing to hip you to deals you may not have noticed or that are unadvertised as long they don’t feel you are trying to deceitful. I love this one cashier at the Publix on Hillsborough (and Sheldon) in Tampa!

    • couponinchef

the publix one stop one store booklet has a .75 off any 1 glad trash product.  you can use it with the .75 in the 10/2 pg insert and that would make them 2.50 each. Am I correct.

      • 3gakids1521

You are 100% correct.  I just used those 2 same coupons last night.

        • Jess

I saw that deal too- woo-hoo!  I needed trash bags!

    • purple

Thanks to the customer service and cashiers at my publix in Marietta, GA they are awesome. They have all the tearpad publix coupons at the front of the store when you walk in well someone took the intire tearpad of select harvest coupons after they manager told me he just put them out.  He told me to just tell the cashier and she would ring up the coupon for me.  I bought 20 soups for .24 cents each!!  I guess the person who needed a 50 or more cans will get them for that price too but come on they were just bogo a few weeks ago and you know a different brand will be bogo again next week or the week after with the the colder weather coming.
Extreme couponers why do you have to be rude and clear the shelves, just call the grocery manager and they will be happy to order whatever quantity you want without you taking away from everyone else.

      • Chris

I’ll bet if you search ebay you’ll find those tearpad Qs for sale.

      • Gina

I dont see why anyone would take so many when there is a link to print as many as you want. Odd people.

        • Edl31

          what is the link?

          • Its listed under the campells soups at the top of the page….
better eating better living . com

Without the spaces. It wasnt letting me post a link.

            • Nightstrr01

Do you know how often the websites changes out the coupons availabe?I did not know about this site so thank you for sharing!!!!

            • Chris

Most of the major sites – coupons dot com, smartsource dot com, couponnetwork dot com – change weekly.  Target and CVS also seem to change weekly although they will sometimes have a coupon available for a month.  Good rule of thumb is to check regularly and then print anything you THINK you might use or that seems to be a good Q.  Then just hang on to them – by the time you get a deal to use them on or stack with other Qs they will be gone and you’ll be glad you printed them when you did.  HTH

        • Mrcoupon1978

          People sell them on Ebay.

        • Laura

Print as many as you want?
The site told me limit one print for each coupon. My printer jammed on one of them and it wouldn’t let me retry, it just kept saying you already printed this one. It was the main one I wanted.

My store said they didn’t have any to hand out, didn’t even seem to know what I was talking about. But I showed the cs rep one I printed and he said tell the cashier how many deals you want for each and they will key the LU to give you multiples of the discount. He added some cashiers might object to that, if so just call him over.

          • Anonymous

Just type in a different email and reregister, when the printer window pops up, change the number of copies from 1 to however many you want to print out… It goes by email, so using a different email you can try to print it again… hope that helps!

      • Anonymous

I got to my local Publix when the display was put out.  There were not any of the Campbell’s Select Harvest ones on display.  They had the Progresso, but not the Campbell’s.  Some of the ones that were printable were not available on the display, like the Pillsbury baked goods coupon that you could print, but couldn’t get in the store.  They also didn’t have them at another store I went to last week.  He may have been mistaken in telling you he had put those particular ones out.

    • couponinchef

Did anyone have trouble with the La Creme q mine says “creamer product” does that work for the yogurt??

      • Pforbaby

No it does not, tried it, and they would NOT take it for the yogurt.

      • Grrr

they took it at my Publix in Duncan SC

    • Jaimie R

I’m going to follow suit and ask if anyone won’t be using the $5 off Pampers coupon in the Stocking Spree Booklet? I haven’t received mine yet but Pampers are the only diapers my 6-month old’s skin won’t react to so I could use all the coupons I can get!! ;) I keep every coupon ever lol so I can trade for other baby coupons; diapers, wipes, formula, etc. And I also have plenty of multiples of anything else. My e-mail is iheartbandalot@gmail.com and I really appreciate it, that is the only coupon I’m looking for.

      • Lisa

I have one maybe 2 if my son recieved his, also have a $2.00 off pamper q from walgreens if you would like that one also. My e-mail is johnson8985@att.net

Gatorade Thirst Quencher or G2, 64 oz, at $2.15 ($1.07)

I wish, more like $2.50 here. Welcome to Florida, land of no double coupons or penny items and higher prices! Oh and I live in an especially great area where no Publix’s take Target coupons. Jealous anyone?

      • MIAMI

i know a couple publix who takes target q’s in miami, and 2.50 is the average b1g1 price for Gatorade in publix

        • Anonymous

Yes some in Florida do take Target coupons, however I was pointing out in my  area of the state there are none.

          • MIAMI

sorry about that , mine accepts target bravo winn dixie and a couple others

          • Anonymous

does anyone in Easley, SC area know if Easley PUblix takes Target q’s?

            • Jrallgo

I live in Mauldin and none of the Publix’s up here take target coupons.

            • Anonymous

No,it does not take Target coupons.

          • Beenawink

In Okeechobee, there’s only 1 Publix.  No Target, no Whole Foods. Just Wal-Mart, Winn-Dixie, and U-Save. I feel your pain.

      • Vince0801

I know what you mean,I live in Lakeland

        • guest

I live in lakeland as well and there are a couple of publix that take target coupons

      • allison

we moved from vero to georgia. now when I visit I have to remember all sorts of rules like I can’t buy 1 for 1/2 price on a bogo. lame. Watch out for all those FL drivers too. hazardous to your health!

    • Candicami

I picked up a coupon sheet at WinnDixie in FL which is titled ‘Savings
is Always a Treat’.  I noticed that they have a store coupon for $2 off
Purina One BeyOnd.  There is a $4 off man. coupon in the 10/9 Smart
Source that this could be paired with.  The price at WinnDixie for a
3-3.5 lb. bag is $6.99.  This would make the deal:

Purina ONE BeyOnd dog food, 3.5 lb $6.99

      -$2 store coupon

      -$4 man. coupon OOP: 0.99

I don’t have a pet, but this looks like a deal to me and could be used at Publix, too.

      • Tubbsbaby

If you arent using them, I would love the $4 off coupons for the dog food. Its the only kind my dog can eat because of a corn allergy. I use to have to order some from the vet. Now I have a choice. Yay!

      • Anonymous

I think that all of those expired on 9/30/2011.

      • They arent expired. They just came out. Publix will take those but be aware that Publix has them priced at $7.99 and not $6.99 in my store. Check the store.

    • Sherry

There is a coupon from Pabst for a $1.00 off ANY frozen pizza and you do not have to by the beer.  I picked mine up at the ABC Liquors in central FL.

    • Ejhunt

Noticed a couple of other good deals I thought you guys might be interested in…
There is an A-1 printable out there for $1/1, which works well for the BOGO this week.
There is a Dial Body Wash printable for $1/2, also good for BOGO.
I also found a printable of Grab Bag/Skittles that is $1/2.
Not a lot, but maybe these will help some of you.  :)

      • Sherry

        where is the A1 coupon?

      • Anonymous

I used the $1 off skittles and it was actually a good deal to get the 2 large bags of candy for 4.00

    • Lizz

DOG FOOD BOGO!! I feel like its always CAT food, thank goodness tho, cuz my pup is OUT. (I had to open up one of our mailed in sample food packets, haha, I’m a bad mom, but was waiting for this awesome deal)
If anyone has some kibbles and bits $1.5 mani Qs they dont need, please send me an email!
If i have anything you want, i’ll def trade. No babies in my house, and no cats, so maybe you need those. Or I could at least send ya a self addressed stamped envelope if you’d be so generous.

thanks in advance. Need dog food.

    • Tasha

Does anyone know where to find the 1.50 off Johnsons Baby Naturals? I was told you go to facebook and like them but I don’t know which one.

      • 3gakids1521

Just an FYI..if your trying to use it on the Johnson’s deal, don’t bother.  It doesn’t work because they aren’t part of the deal.  The deal is for the 15 oz. regular bottles.

    • Lebbers81

Has anyone else had trouble with public not accepting the target coupons? I tried to use one today and the cashier told me that they didn’t accept target as a competitor.

      • Chris

Right – some stores do and some don’t since the change to their coupon policy back a few months ago.  If you go to Customer Service for any particular location they will have a card available that has their coupon policy on one side and then that location’s competitors on the other.  Check with multiple locations in your area if possible so you know which ones take what and can then shop with that in mind so you can maximize your savings.  HTH!

      • Mpspmp

I have found if the Target isn’t super close, then they do not consider Target a competitor :(

      • Linda3

In Albany, GA, the Target is next door to Publix (you don’t even have to move your car) and they still don’t accept Target.

        • Kairi Melodya

supposedly they do a 5mile radius

      • Nightstarr01

My publix doesnt accept them either. Target isacross the street from them. Covington GA

      • Katrina

It depends on the location of your Publix. They only accept LOCAL competitors (competitors near that specific Publix location), therefore all of the Publix locations will have different competitors.

THANKS to publix advertising department… thanks for keeping publix a health conscious friendly experience.. unlike krogers who continues stoop so low as to advertise cigarettes AGAIN…why on gods green earth would a company participate in advertising a product that is known to kill lung tissue .. tissue that is necessary to sustain life.. it just doesnt make sense to me… i thought we had risen past valuing greed over health…

    • Chelle4ua

I just received my Publix coupon book in the mail, and I am so excited!  Is there anyone that would be willing to trade me coupons for the $5.00 pampers coupon?  I could really use it.  Pampers are the only diapers that my son can wear.

      • Chelle4ua

I have $5.00 Enfamil coupons and Similac coupons.  I forgot to include my email.  It is chelle4ua@yahoo.com.  I would really appreciate it!  I have other coupons as well.

Don’t lose hope, Chris.  I just got one yesterday.

          • Chris

            Got it yesterday!  WooHoo!

      • Tinasouth

my publix told me they did not send coupons/booklets by mail.  Can you give me the info to get on the mailing list?  Thanks

        • Chris

There is no “list” – every once in a while they have a booklet you have to sign up for and can do so online.  It is typically a special event or deal they do with a particular manufacturer to produce the book (so sometimes they are manuf Qs and sometimes they are store Qs).  Jenny will post to this site when they do one so be sure to be on the lookout – you can sign up online then and hopefully expect to get the booklet in the mail within a few weeks.  HTH

        • Caitwagner

You can also call your Publix Warehouse and request to be added to their mailing list. That worked for me.

        • Carrieluvsgreg

The stocking spree booklets that we are using now was something that we registered to receive via web.  It takes 4-6 weeks after registration to get the booklets.  I expect there to be another chance close to when these expire.

      • mrsgus

Any idea where to get this Publix donation coupon sheet to get the free Dixie Plates/Bowls?

      • Chris

The sheet was a special event for making a donation to a specific charity and only available at the registers when you checked out.  It is no longer available but Jenny lists it for those who may still have those Qs.  Publix does these types of events regularly so be on the lookout for them in store.  HTH

    • Ritaallyse

Anyone know where to get the Publix donation coupon sheet?

    • Ellenkeyes63

I assume someone has already said this but I don’t have time to look.  the La Creme coupon under the Dannon yogurt entry here is for coffee creamer by the same name.

    • Dorthy

Hi, I am VERY new to couponing and have a question please…if an item is BOGO can I purchase one and get it for half the regular price at Publix?

      Thanks!

      • Anonymous

It depends on where you live. I am in FL so no, I pay full price for one and get the second for free. In other states yes they are each half off. You need to find out from your Publix store, just call!

      • Couponjunkie

Yes, in most states. In SC each item is half price but I believe I’ve heard here that in FL it’s a true buy one and get one free (no half price).

    • Acureforall

The La Creme coupon is for creamer, not  yogurt!  Another waste of ink!

      • Godlymom71

There is one Q for any La Creme product. :D

        • Janessa

          where?

      • Janessa

glad i saw this. i didnt even realize it. i was getting ready to leave to the store to use it too :/

    • Lori

Publix:  Just printed what I thought was the $1/2 Nestle Wonka or Nestle candy bags, but to my surprise it’s actually $1.40 off ONE.  It allowed me to print two.  So with the BOGO, that makes them $1.09/bag. Halloween candy…..Check!

      • Anonymous

The ones on coupons dot com are for 32 oz or larger so they aren’t the right size. :(

    • Gingiraffe

My Publix (Huntsville, AL) has Hunt’s tomoatoes B1G1 – pair that with the .45/3 from last week’s paper and a .50/2 Target makes 3 cans 34 cents each. (if your store doubles qs)

Also, Stouffer’s family sized frozen entree’s were marked $3.99 and there is a $1 off manufacturuer coupon and $1.50 Target printable making it $1.49!

    • Silvertechmetals@yahoo.com

Hi, wanted to mention the Jimmy dean breakfast sandwich deal. B1g1 free at 5.29. 2 for that price. Use two yellow flyer publix coupons 2 dollars off each makes it 2 boxes 1.39. If you have man. Coupons then there free. Free breakfast for one month for my family of 4. Lol

      • Debbiesc

DId not work for me, the coupon is for the larger size box. :(

      • Dawn

I thought the Publix coupons were for a larger size (family size) and the BOGO was a smaller box.  I am going by memory, so I could be wrong.  Thanks!

Can I get any Smart Source coupons in the Decatur AL. area? Decatur Daily doesn’t seem to put them in the paper. Thanks

      • Anonymous

Probably your best bet is to try to find a store that sells the B’ham paper. It’s the only paper in Alabama that’s worth buying for coupons.

    • Sarahbinkley

Hello! I just found coupons at my local CVS for .75 off one Fuze drink. It says manufacturers coupon at the top, but it has a cvs logo on the bottom. Can someone tell me how I can tell the difference between a TRUE manufacturer’s coupon and a ‘store specific’ manufacturer’s coupon? Because if i can use them at publix, that’ll make for an awesome deal!

      • Bamasaver

        The barcode of a manufacturer’s coupon will begin with a 5 or a 9.
