Why continue to post deals that aren’t legit? It plainly states on the Publix coupon policy page in their FAQs that when a B1G1 coupon is used, the coupon attaches to all items listed on the coupon. The second deal you have listed may work, but is against Publix policy. You cannot use the $.50 off MQ with the B1G1 MQ.

      • soundring

I agree, you can’t do that at any store, not just Publix. A B1G1 MQ is a coupon for both items listed on the coupon, and you can’t use another MQ along with it.

      • Csmith75

So rude! Why don’t you go start your own blog instead of bashing someone else’s? Thank you Jenny for all of the hard work you do!

        • GUEST

I believe you took this out of context. Mary is correct.. You can’t use two manufactures coupons on the same item and Publix clearly states this in their coupon policy. However you CAN use a Publix coupon with this scenario.

Jenny and her team work very hard to help us all save money. If you see an error, kindly report it. If this site does not work for you, there are others you can go too. One rule my mother taught me long ago, and I teach my second graders, “If you can’t say something nice, please don’t say it all.”

      • mary

I was taught long ago that the truth sometimes hurts. I was also taught to follow rules.

    • snclfritz

I don’t know what Publix you shop at…but at our Publix in TN…you can use all three coupons. The B1G1 coupon here states that you purchase a starter kit and get the flavor pack free. So, the .50 coupon on the starter kit you purchased to get the flavor pack free is doubled at our store. Then you can stack the store coupon for $1 off both products making it free.

Copied & pasted from the Publix coupon policy page:

Q: I have a BOGO manufacturer’s coupon. Can another manufacturer’s coupon be used for either of these items?

A: No. When the manufacturer issues a BOGO coupon, it requires the purchase of two items. So, because you have to purchase both items to meet the coupon’s requirements, a manufacturer’s coupon has already been applied to both items.

Your Publix in TN is not following corporate guidelines. I understand well your point and what Jenny is encouraging. This is old school couponing. Things have changed over the past few years and this is no longer acceptable couponing practice.

what do you do when the price that is quoted above (sale price) is not the price for the item when you get to the store. Is this a price that it will be on a certain day? I am new to this and very confused because I just came back from the store and the prices do not match up.

      • Hmm, these are both sales running this week in the ad. If they weren’t marked in the store they should ring up that price.

I think what Jenny means is that you use a store coupon from Publix then combine that with the store B1G1 sale (not coupon because I don’t see her listing a B1G1 coupon to print here) then an MQ -$0.50 on top of that which makes it free. Either way it goes though, Publix can’t push through two MQs on one item anyway and i think the best solution is to just go to the store with your coupons and see what happens. Thanks for the input Mary and i get what you’re saying. Thanks to Jenny for your hard work, this is helping our family out a lot since I’ve started and am learning.

where do you find the sweet treats flyer?

      • Dana

I have the same question. I think they’re supposed to be in the store, but I never see them there. Is it usually a race to get them before they run out?

        • Raquel Woodall

im retarted they are where you get the weekly sale ad at the store
