    • Jennifer

Where do I get the green flyer from?

    • Alex

It will be at the store starting tomorrow.  Usually at customer service or at the entrance.

      • cynthia

where do you live? like which publix do you go to???

    • Jennifer

      Thank you!

    • Amccullough28

Well it is better than last time because I never got one of the green flyers because someone took them all and the store didn’t have them from the second day of the ad!

      • Laura

There were none the first week but cust serv found one for me. Same thing 2nd week, they dug up one.

Then about 12 days into the 3 week run of the flyer they said all greens had been pulled due to a misprinted price. IMO they should have left them out and posted a notice on that product that they could not honor the price of whatever it was. I have seen such notices at kroger and other stores before.

      Not a great green month

    • Guest

Sorry, OT- Any Manatee county couponers here? we will be moving there soon and was wondering if the Publix around that area is coupon friendly and which competitor coupons do they take. Thanks!

      • barbricyd

HI – I live in Manatee County.  The Publix stores here are great.  The one at 75th and Manatee is the strictest.  The others are easy.  Locations vary as far as competitors, but they include Target, Albertsons, Winn-Dixie, Whole Foods Market, Save a lot, and Sweetbay.

        • Guest

Thanks! My Publix store in Miami takes CVS, Walgreens coupons as well! I guess I will miss that :( I am more worried about being able to coupon in the new place (Manatee) than moving with a 2 yr old toddler! ;)

          • faith

Hi,  Which Publix in Miami accepts cvs and walgreens?

            • Guest

              Publix at Doral.

    • You can find the flyers in the alcove of the entrance, where they would keep all the ads. If you do not see them there, ask your customer service. Some of them keep them behind the desk because some people take way too many.

    • Robyn

You all might know this already, but tonight I went to our Publix in Spring Hill, Fl and I had a raincheck for the $2.99 Cereal w/publix $2.00 coupon makes it 99 cents, and they told me from now on they will only allow 5 coupons per visit/per family (that is from the yellow advantage)per item and only one coupon deal per item per visit from the Green Advantage flyer.

      • Anonymous

Hmm… I’m actually liking that. I mean, I would like it if you could use maybe 2 of the green flyer Q’s, but my Publix (an hour north of you) is always out of the good deals. The shelves were cleared of the cheerios, and I just wanted to use 2 Q’s. 5 of a deal seams like plenty to me!  Thanks for the heads up.

      • DotsDelights

You know a cashier tried to do that to me here in Ga and I told her that the info on the coupon does not give you a limit and it is not in there coupon policy so that store is making up there own rules and you could probably talk to corporate about it.

      • Maria

Robin I also was going to use this coupon here in Ga, But was unable to get the cereal offered on the coupon.  This is not the 1st time this has happened..
No cereal on  shelf !!  Also, sign on shelf was for the most expensive priced box, which really defeats the purpose of the coupon.

      • Scsharpe

The same thing just happened to me in Lexington, SC. Manager came to put in code since I had so many coupons. She looked through the coupons and pulled out all the yellow and green flyer ones and said the policy states one coupon per deal per customer.

        • Chris

YMMV – some stores do this while others don’t.  I just used 8 yellow adv Qs this past Wednesday on the Pilsbury breakfast sandwiches without issue – but it was also the last day of the sale at 10P (an hour before the store closed).  Some stores who have issues with shelf clearing and inventory seem to limit more than larger stores who tend to have more on-hand – I’ve never had issues at my closest store but they’re also the largest in the area.

      • Mine only allows ONE of the Yellow Advantage Buy Coupons. If you have a B1G1 deal & happen to have the YAB coupons, you can only use one. I even called corporate headquarters. They stuttered something about going by what was on the coupon, then said it was up to the stores. They gave me the phone number to the district manager. The distriict manager told me very sternly that it was ONE YAB coupon per customer per item per visit. He also asked me how I managed to get more than one anyway. I told him that the stores allow you to get one each time you come in, so it’s not impossible to end up with 4 or so!

    • Kathyd

My last couple of trips to Publix I have not been able to pick up a Yellow Advantage flyer because some people take more than their share. The manager said they put them in the display and people take handfuls. One store keeps them behind the service desk so this will not happen. People please don’t do this. Take a couple and leave the rest for others. Its not fair for some to have all and others to have none. Just had to get that off my chest. Thanks.

      • Wooburne1

Mine have been coming in the Sunday paper….so I haven’t been taking any from the store. Put I live in Lakeland the home of Publix. I guess all papers don’t have them.

      • Mrscori2006

I don’t understand why people take so many when they are just going to limit them at the register…..

    • Susanjfs

For those in the Atlanta area, check your Sunday AJC papers. They will typically have the new Yellow and new Green flyers in your paper. This will save from having to get them at the store.

    • Lisa

I found the Green Advantage Flyer at the 2nd Publix I visited.  If you don’t see it at the “coupon” stand, please ask customer service.

    • Alexusrydr

I think that Publix should do like Walgreens when it comes to store coupons and not take the coupon from you, just have the cashier type in the #s off the coupon and it would apply to multiples of the items purchased.  This would keep people from taking all the green/yellow flyers.

      • Brandylewis01

My Publix does that. They just ask me how many items I have for that coupon so I just need one of them.

    • Mary

Can i use multiple store coupons that are for the same product in the same transaction/trip[?

Ex. use (2) Publix coupons with (2) man. coupon to purchase 2 of the same products. Like buying 2 boxes of Cheerio and using (2) Publix coupons and (2) Man. coupon.

      • kimmie

        yes

    • Mariana

There was a bengay store coupon in the flyer for $2.00 off.  There was a bengay manufacturer coupon for $5.00 off.  The bengay sells for under $5 …..so you can make money of this one!!! I just did.

      • The Bengay $2.00 off coupon is actually a manufacturer coupon. I just checked the flyer.

        • Cstewart29

Yes, I tried it today and the cashier would not allow the sale.  She said that I couldn’t use 2 manufacture coupons.  I thought it was a store coupon.

    • What was so bad is that each time, I’ve only been looking at buying small amounts. There is still one Publix in town that I found still takes more than one YAB coupn. But if the District Manager I talkled to has anything to do with it they will probably stop soon.

I know that there have been people going crazy. But the stores are selling products, the manufacturers are making money, and the customers are saving money. So isn’t this helping our economy?

When I first found out, I was trying to buy 4 boxes of cereal, and 6 boxes f Roach Combat gel, and one thing of Cover Girl makeup. I would have had to pay, I wasn’t getting any overage. It was a nightmare. I left there feeling like a thief. It used to be my favorite Publix. When I pointed out that the YAB flier had absolutely nothing about limiting one per customer, just one per item (Just like all coupons do), the manager whipped out their coupon policy & pointed out the line about their “right to reserve quantities”
