publixPublix has come out with another “Make One List. Make One Trip” promotion just in time for the Super Bowl!  You can cross everything off your list at Publix and even leave with a FREE rotisserie chicken.

The price of the chicken will automatically come off the price of your total when you purchase three participating products.

You aren’t going to need to run all over town to pick up your Super Bowl necessities.  Publix has almost everything you need from P&G brands like Tide, Pampers, Bounty and more.  Just think of all of the things you could do with the FREE rotisserie chicken for the game.  I like the ease of these chicken nachos.  All you need is your rotisserie chicken, tortilla chips, and shredded cheese.  It’s so easy that you’ll have plenty of time to get ready for all of your Super Bowl guests.

Buy any (3) of the items below to get your free rotisserie chicken.

Publix Make One List

BEWARE FOLKS. I was going to print out the DOLE fruit cup coupon since they are on sale and did a google search on how healthy they are and read in a post that the product’s from CHINA! I’d some left and went to my pantry to look on the back and there it was in a little fine print “PRODUCT OF CHINA”. Really? Disappointing to read that and advise everyone to always read labels. As someone who has lived extensively in Asia, I refrain from buying any FOOD products from China due to the lax processing regulations and would advise everyone else to do the same especially those of us who have children……wished DOLE could have kept the processing of their fruit WITHIN the USA. :(

BARBECUE BASKETS (from publix apron menu)
      Ingredients
      cooking spray
      1 (10-ct) can buttermilk biscuits (9-12 oz)
1 (12-oz) container cooked shredded chicken (or pork)
      3/4 cup barbecue sauce
      1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

      Prep
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat 10 cups of a 12-cup muffin pan with spray.
      Steps
Place each biscuit in one muffin cup. Press each biscuit down into bottom until about 1/4-inch thick, then press up side of cup to form the crust.
Break chicken apart (done easily with finger tips) and combine with barbecue sauce. Divide chicken evenly into biscuits; top each with cheese. Bake 20–25 minutes or until edges are golden and meat is thoroughly heated. Serve.

While that simmers, cook 4 pieces if bacon. Break up the bacon into bits and add to sauce. Add pulled chicken and then serve on seeded hamburger buns! Yum!
