Thank you so much, Jenny, for taking the time to do this. I tried the thai style pork stew from last week's menu plan and it was AMAZING!!! My husband wouldn't stop talking about how great it was! I look forward to this post every week. Thanks for all you do!!!

    • This is my menu this current week, Sunday thru Sat. Based on Publix and my pantry.

*Broccoli & Cheese Quiche, salad & crescent rolls (this menu option got rolled over from last week. The small pkg. of Pillsbury are $1 each this week tho and have Q's)

*Baked Chicken Pasta Parmesan, salad & Ciabatta Cheesy Toast (these ingredients are from my pantry, although quite a few things needed were on sale this past week. Cole's Frozen breads, pasta, etc…)

*Steak soft tacos w/ Chips & salsa (the other half of the steak from last week, a Taco bell kit from weeks ago that was free)

*Tuna Helper, peas & Grands biscuits (Tuna Helper is from my pantry from MANY months ago and I want it GONE! Peas are $1 this week, as are the small Grands. I used several different coupons and competitor Q's and paid about $2.25 for 6 of the smaller Pillsbury tubes)

*grilled pork chops, Uncle Ben's White rice blend & broccoli w/ cheese (rice was BOGO last wk and I had BOGO Q's=free. GG Broccoli was 2.99 and I had the Adv. buy BOGO Q and two $1/1 Q's, so .99 for both large bags.)

*Homemade pizza and salad. (everything was from pantry-yeast, flour, sauce, cheese, pepperoni, etc..)

I love the meal plan ideas, especially when they are vegetarian! Thanks, Jenny!
