      http://www.pillsbury.com/recipes/southwest-chicken-soup-with-baked-tortilla-strips-cooking-for-two/e2bf77d5-f090-4659-89bb-d17a24c21667/

This recipe is for Southwest Chicken Soup. The following items are on sale this week or were on sale last week: chicken breast (Kroger), Progresso Chicken broth (Publix) and Green Giant Steamers (Publix/Kroger?). I would substitute popcorn for the tortilla strips (unless you have chips in the cabinet). My kids love to add popcorn to their soup or as a side. You could also make rice and add chicken broth in lieu of water to give it some flavor.

Hi Jenny — Here's a family favorite recipe that we made today with all of our sale items:

      http://www.food.com/recipe/mini-meatloaves-3-variations-kraft-food-and-family-magazine-326810

This recipe uses a muffin pan for the meatloves and makes it very quick, cute and freezable for the on-the-run family.

By accident, I discovered a great way to make it. I had some of ground beef (that I had bought at Kroger for $5.99 per roll) in a large ziplock in the freezer. After defrosting, I added the water and bread crumbs and mushed it up inside the bag. Kept my fingers nice and clean!

Another note: I ran out of bread crumbs and made breadcrumbs from the $.39 loaf I bought on clearance at Kroger last week.

You can make this 3 ways: American (w/ BBQ sale sauce you probably bought on sale earlier in the summer – mine was free); Italian (bought this on BOGO last week at Publix); or Mexican (w/ salsa — not on sale too often but store brands are ok).

Served with salad (BOGO at Publix this week), bread from clearance rack ($1 for 12 rolls), green beans, and instant mashed potatoes.
