The Mystery Penny Item at Publix for 3/1 – 3/2 is: Publix Greenwise Bath Tissue 4pk
(some stores vary)

You can get the Penny item with any purchase that is $10 or more before coupons. There is a Mystery Penny Item coupon in the Publix Sunday Ad every week however, most stores do not require the coupon. Just remind them to take off the Penny Item and they will!
