Publix coupon

I know a lot of you had issues printing the coupon from the Publix Facebook page for $3 off a $30 purchase when you entered their Nutrition & Fitness Challenge. You will be happy to know that Publix is going above and beyond to correct the situation and mailing everyone who entered a coupon.

They e-mailed me the update about their first Facebook coupon (which hopefully we will see more of in the future!).

Here is the message they sent out:

“To all our Facebook fans, we are sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused as a part of our first coupon offer. We are new in this arena and while we worked hard to execute a seamless launch of our campaign, we fell short of delivering the superior customer service you have grown to expect from us. During our absence, we were working behind the scenes with all the parties involved to bring resolution to the issues you were encountering. We are pleased to say, that no matter when you entered our sweepstakes, you can expect to receive your $3 off $30 coupon by U.S. Postal Mail to the address you used on the registration page. Please come back to the Publix Nutrition & Fitness Challenge daily to be entered for a chance to win one of our instant-win prizes or an opportunity to win the grand prize worth $650 in gift cards.”

Kudos to Publix for being awesome and making it right.

(thanks Dena!)
