I was told by a Publix cashier last week that she was informed by her manager that you could now print the penny coupon from their webiste but she could not inform me of exactly where and I have not been able to locate this information?

The coupon isn't in it's usual spot in the Birmingham News– Any ideas on where to look??

      • Beth Anne

<blush> Oh gosh, the coupon IS exactly where it always is. I don't know how I missed it the first two times I went through the paper. Page 2A, right where it always is. </blush>

FYI The Lexington SC store you MUST have the penny q to the the product. They have signs up stating this fact. And they are now calling to the back to make sure that they are truly out of something before giving you a rain check (I was glad about this because I had a q that expires tomorrow for something I thought that they were out of and they had more in the back)

Yes, this is how they do things at the Vestavia Hills, AL store. They've been doing it for a while, so it must be corporate policy that is slowly making it's way through all of the locations. I don't mind if they call the back to make sure they are out, but one night I literally waited 15 minutes for them to “look”. I finally just left because I didn't have that kind of time on that particular night. I thought they might have been taking so long to make it inconvenient for me to get a rain check. Customer service is usually so awesome at Publix, so I finally decided to chalk it up to a bad night for them.
