Publix Vanilla Wafers

You can get the Publix Penny item with any purchase that is $10 or more before coupons. There is a Mystery Penny Item coupon in the Wednesday or Thursday Paper every week . Some stores do not require this coupon, but many have changed and do require it now, check with your store to find their policy.

The Penny Item is for one day only, and will be the day that the add starts in your area. This is Wednesday for all of SC and AL, and parts of GA, or Thursday for Northern GA.

**Note: FL and some Coastal GA stores DO NOT participate in the Penny Item**

A thought… You will not get much closer to free, so if you don’t need, like or want this item, then give it away. There are many folks that would probably love it!

I used the Publix brand Wanilla Wafers in banana pudding and they tasted great.

    • Cathy

OOps I should use spell check…should read Vanilla Wafers.

Am I missing something or simply losing my mind? I have been receiving my Publix flyers during the week or whenever they come out but none of mine have had the penny item coupon on them for some reason. Can anybody tell me why? I live in Lexington just off 378.

They're in the paper now…usually in the first section of the paper (national section) and are mixed in somewhere on the page. They make you hunt for the coupon now :)

      • JP

I shop at same store… they don't need the coupon. We did 3 separate orders of 12, 10 and 15 dollars. This week at our store was free Publix Jumbo hotdogs

It's not in the flyer, but in the newspaper. But I print the one here that only LOOKS like a coupon and they take it. It's on top of this page.

      • JT

Forgive my ignorance, but what exactly are you printing that LOOKS like a coupon? You said “I print the one here” — where's here? The actual coupon in the paper, is it part of the paper on Wednesday or is it the Publix ad insert? Thanks!

        • Mcpaskel

if you go to the top of this page you will see the public logo in green in a white box that is about 6X8 inches. Print it out and cut it to the average size of a coupon, leaving in the important words, I would cut down to the words that say, “get all of this weeks publix deals…..” Leave that out and everything below it.

Be sure to read the label. I'm pretty sure these have Trans Fat.

I just returned home from shopping and Publix stated they do not have a Penny item each week. I advised them this week it should be Publix Vanilla Wafers, I spoke to two managers, and both stated they never heard of this before.
