Gee, honey, pregnancy tests are sale this week, let’s pick up a few.

      • Conicky

You can buy them at dollar tree for $1 :)

        • Lbracy

I recently saw them at Dollar Tree too! I couldn’t believe my eyes! lol

          • Jennlee36

I saw them at Big Lots a 3 pack for $1.50!

          • ashley

I used the one at dollar tree, worked like a charm

        • Thriftyjules

You can buy them on eBay for less than 20 cents each! Ovulation test strips, too. We’re about to TTC in a couple of weeks and I’m stocked with like 30 of each because I know how much I like to pee on sticks. I can’t imagine how much money I’d blow through if it wasn’t for those cheap test strips.

      • tori729

I buy them at Dollar General for $1 each. I might have to try Big Lots next time. You never know when you need peace of mind. :)

      • Imaprincess09

LOL!! Dollar Store tests are the most effective. Take it from someone who used to work in a pregnancy care clinic. They are more accurate than the urine tests that are widely used in the health care profession!! :D although a blood test beats ’em all.

      • Iris Potter

They are also much needed items at shelters. One of those items that we never seen to have around when someone needs one.

But I do like your joke :)

The items definitely aren’t matches for the coupons.  The Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh is a distinct line.  It’s not an option just to choose a luncheon meat and call it “deli fresh” to fit the wants of the consumer. :-(

Oscar Mayer Lunchmeat Variety Pack , 16 oz, at $4.19 ($2.09)

      • Jodeka05

        they worked for me

        • Couponer

It doesn’t matter if the store accepted them or not.  What matters is that the coupons aren’t a match for the products on sale.  It’s coupon fraud to use a coupon for a product other than what’s intended.

          • Judi

I am realizing that as well.  My thinking use to be, if the coupon goes through without beeping then it works.  But the other day I just felt like I was not buying the right product, so I asked the cashier and she agreed, but it went through so we let it be.  But now I will be more careful to buy the right product or not use a coupon.  My gut feeling is ususally right.  I want to be a honest couponer.

            • mrn1

It feels so awesome to see your savings with legitimate deals.  The deals are definitely not as good as they were when I started couponing a couple of years ago and it seems more and more like I am seeing people bragging about their deals with coupon misuse.  Good for you that you actually have a conscience.  I do too!  I definitely don’t see how some people trip after trip misuse coupons and then have the nerve to post pictures or encourage others to misuse coupons also.  While many folks blame the TLC show for the changes in couponing, I believe it is this widespread coupon misuse that is a main cause.  I NEED to coupon for my family AND I enjoy doing it.  I hope those that are advocating coupon misuse don’t ruin it for me and those like you that are striving to do it ethically and honestly.

            • RobinCoupons

If a coupon does not beep then it is legal. ‘Nuff said!

            • mrn1

              That is not true.

            • A Cashier

That is false. I’m a cashier at Publix, and recently a lot of high value Target coupons have been showing up, that this site, nor any other I have seen have mentioned. This means many of these coupons are likely fake, and are costing companies like Publix, money. Because a lot of these “fake” coupons are showing in high frequency, (a man had 16 coupons from Target for $1 off produce, no strings attached and Target coupons worth more than the initial cost of non-sale items) Stores will either refuse to take Target coupons, or Target will have to stop printing coupons (something they wouldn’t want to do).

So please, follow the instructions on the coupons and don’t trust high value coupons on ebay unless you know the seller well.

            • Coupon_dude

We all like saving money, but what’s the challenge in saving if you are cheating.  And coupon misuse is just that – cheating.  Cheating in sports may give you a victory, but it is hollow.  It’s the same with cheating with coupons.

            • mrn1

Thanks Coupon_dude :)  We needed a guy’s perspective to give us the sports analogy, LOL!  I agree completely!  It’s funny that I just read the new Target coupon policy that says that item purchased “must match coupon description (brand, size, quantity, color, flavor, etc.”  While I guess people misuse Target coupons at Publix if they are lucky enough to have Target as a competitor, they won’t be able to do it at Target anymore.  I sure hope this doesn’t end up making Publix not take Target coupons anymore.

          • mrn1

Are you beginning to feel as if you are beating a dead horse?

          • RobinCoupons

Well the Target B3G1 free for the Oscar Mayer Luchmeat coupon also worked for me. So with this being the case Publix disagrees with you! So sorry you missed out on the savings!!

    • Kei2448

Target has a coupon B3G1 free for the Oscar Mayer Luchmeat!

    • Lesliemeyer1982

The Publix in Florida have a coupon on Gatorade, buy 9 get 3 free. So the price per is .75 with coupon.

      • Lesliemeyer1982

The coupon is a manufacture that is on the product, not a store coupon.

Please, I need your advicehelp. I went to Publix today to get the Ms. Paul Parchment baked fish B!G1 free. I had the B!G! free coupon to go with the deal. When I went to check out , the cashier would only give me the half price off instead of the full $4.49 off making both items free. I didn’t want to stand there and argue but I knew when Publix sends the coupons back to the manufacturer then will get the full pricles back. Can someone direct me to Publix coupon policy?

      • RN1couponer

It sounds like you are you in a half price BOGO area instead of true BOGO.  If that is the case, that is the way it works.  Because the BOGOs ring up half price, that is all that is given with a BOGO coupon.  It would be nice if it was different but unfortunately it’s not.  When the cashier scans your BOGO coupon, they are prompted to enter in a price (which you know, because you stated that above), that price isn’t only deducted from the register, but they have to write in the amount on the coupon.  That is the amount that the manufacturer will reimburse them.  They won’t get the full price back if that is not what you paid/they entered on coupon.  HTH

    • Caseybrandy

Publix is going to have the Maruchan Yokisoba noodles b1g1 free in their next ad. This will be a nice profit for those who have saved their coupons.

    • HWinFL

There are .55 cent coupons on the Pete’s hot sauce that are .99 cents.
