Store Logo

Here are all the deals that start Wednesday 1/26 or Thursday 1/27 at Publix stores. This week you’ll find a lot more competitor coupons matched since so many of you said that you were able to use drugstore coupons. Please keep in mind that every store is able to decide who is a competitor and remember that these deals are great without the coupons (we can’t use any of these except Food Lion in my area and I still save a ton!).

If you see any other deals or coupons leave a comment below.

coupons.com is frustrating me. I can see and select tasteful selections potatos coupons and it says they’re printing, but they never print. I can print other coupons off here fine. Any ideas?

    • Sandeelp379

Hey Jenny, Southernsavers.com was mention in the Publix Family Style Mag. Sec. What’s your deal ? pg.10 Great going!! :))

    • Rwilson

Did anybody else notice the $3 off and ONE huggies snug & dry (60 count or higher) MQ on http://www.couponnetwork.com/ ?????? I’m kind of new to couponing but since it’s a manufacturer’s coupon I can stack it with Publix $3 off huggies coupon too right?

    • Sarah

Yayyy!!! I'm dancing over here 'cause this is two weeks in a row that we've got the Publix ad earlier!

      • Mandy

This is a permanent thing, lol

      • Bobobear3

I was at a class Jenny taught last week and she said she can now release the publix ad at noon on tuesday so that should be when it comes out now. I am excited.

    • Kb

Thanks for adding so many other comp. coupons! woohoo!!!!

    • Morgan

Yay for Morningstar! Now if I could only find some coupons…

      • JB

I've had a bunch of $1/1 print off at registers lately at other stores, so I'm locked and loaded for the morningstar deal!

      • Kristi

I found a Morningstar q booklet at Kroger in the organic section on Sunday.

        • Morgan

No Kroger here… and JB, I am secretly hating you right now ;)

    • What zip to find the Potatoes Coupon?

      • Jenny

I found it under zip code 90210

    • kristi

Looking for the tasteful selections potato coupons??? Any specific zip

      • Kristi

Try 30187. I like your name!

      • Jenny

I found it under zip code 90210 just a few minutes ago

    • kaseyshadow

Jenny, which Publix in Cola do you normally shop at? I usually go to the Haribson one (although the CS there the last 2 times has been some giggly girl that takes pleasure in telling me she already gave out all the KC books 3 weeks ago) and they take Korger and Bilo as competitors too. I guess if you go up the one on Board River they may only take FL since it's across the street. I was wondering which publix you found the most coupon friendly in the area.

      • Mom2teenagers

I see Jenny and family shopping at the Ballentine Publix on Hwy 6 a lot.

        • moneysaved4disney

I would probably be so excited if I saw Jenny out shopping…that is like seeing a famous person!! :)

      • HM1968

I have been treated very rudely by the cashier and the manager at the Harbison Store and refuse to shop there. They wouldn't take a Target coupon stating they didn't consider Target a 'competitor'. I usually shop at the publix on Hwy 6 but have not tried to use any drugstore coupons there.

        • Tjmj9801

How close is your Target to that Publix? I have 2 Publix in my town and one takes them, one doesn't. The one that does take them is literally 1 mile away. The other that doesn't is about 10 miles away.

          • HM1968

The Publix I described is in the same strip mall. Target anchors one end and Publix the other.

            • kaseyshadow

Yeah I got told that about the target Q. The manager named Chris is super nice and I’ve only had issues with CS with that giggly child. She put out the yellow flyers on saturday that expired on Friday. If she hadn’t been so gleeful about the books I wouldn’t have flipped out. Then the manager that I complained to was very I don’t care and giggly with her too. Wonder if they were more interested in each other than working. I usually go Friday after work and LOVE the college boys that check you, unload your cart and take the groceries to your car. In the Cola area it has been the nicest

            • Niddi

I don’t think any Publix in Columbia take Target coupons. The manager at my store told me that if they don’t have a deli or a bakery they don’t consider them competitors. Since we don’t have a SuperTarget our Targets aren’t considered a competitor. My Publix will take only Food Lion, Bi Lo and Kroger coupons. They will also only allow one mfg coupons and one, either store or competitor, coupon to be stacked.

        • Amerfloral

Type your comment here.It depends on the Manager. Publix store on Panola Road used to be coupon shopper friendly. until; recently with this new Asst Customer Service Manager who undermines coupon shoppers to the point of utter embarrassment. she makes my favorite store seems unfriendly and to shop with coupons lower caste.

      • mwooten

I have tried several Publix stores in this area as well. I have actually found the Harbison Publix to be the nicest. I guess it depends on who you deal with. I have found that going the same time each week, if possible, and going thru the same cashiers line is very helpful. I am fortunate enough to be able to go every Wed morning and see virtually the same cashiers. They even tell me where more q's are and how to save more money.

    • lovemycoupons

Tasteful Potatoes coupon can be found with zip 90210!

    • Holiness07

This is sooo great!!! Thanks Jenny for working so hard to put up this ad for us so early!

    • Jewel74

Thanks so much for getting this out early! :) Already making my list. ???? though – where are you seeing the Hillshire farm $2 in the Yellow Advantage Flyer. I don't see that price, although I do see the coupon? THANKS!!!!

      • FreedomSpradley1

It's not the tub packages. It's the smaller 5 oz packs on the hanger.

        • Jewel74

          Thanks so mcuh!!!! :)

    • Tina

Walgreens has printable 50cents off 1 can Rotel and coupond for 50 cents off hormel chili. Both expire 1/29

    • Ahpeal

On the Scott towels, Long Lasting Roll, you can use the $1.50 off one package (store coupon), which takes each roll to $1 (as mentioned above). But, if you buy 4 rolls, you can use the $1.00 off 4 rolls (manufacturer coupon in SS 1/16), which makes it $3 for 4 long-lasting rolls.

    • Kim

I work at a Publix in Georgia, and we run out of coupons pretty quickly even though they are at the CS counter. Also, the Greenwise magazines have a Truvia Coupon in them. (It's a store coupon).

    • Arat1986

Just FYI for anyone that normally shops at the Publix in Taylors, SC: they have a new manager and a few changes to their coupon policy. Only traditional grocery stores in a 5 mile radius are counted as competitor (not Target), you can only stack 2 coupons (choose manu., competitor, or store), and you can only use 1 Publix coupon for an identical item per transaction (and no splitting up transactions at the register to get around that).

      • Bearsysc

Thank you for this info…Do you know if the Publix in Duncan still accepts Target and Drug Store coupons as competitors?

        • Arat1986

I don't – I've never shopped at that one before.

          • Bearsysc

Thank you, it seems like it's safest to stick with man q's and publix store q's at all the stores around here

        • Lanavdixon

They haven't for maybe 2 years now.

          • Bearsysc

            Thank you!

      • Anonymous

Yeah I don’t go to that Publix because they seem more stringent on coupons. I’ve had them be really picky on issuing rainchecks and they keep all of their booklets (the few that they get) behind the counter.
Although none of the Publixes around G’ville will take non-grocery competitor coupons, the one on the Parkway and the one on Woodruff rd will take Whole Foods/Earthfare ones. I usually go to the Pkwy one and they are pretty nice. I LOVE the Five Forks one but I don’t live close so I only go when I’m down that way.

    • Zjqtcj

The food lion -$2/$5 produce coupon expires today, 1/25.

    • jkone

What zip code do you use to get the Tasteful Selections Potatoes coupon? My zip doesnt show that coupon is available.

      • Couponpatsy

60625………….found the zip at another site.

      • Hwyman422

        Use 90210

    • niki

thanx jenny! :) does anyone know publix in greenville sc accept any drugstore coupons?

      • Arat1986

The ones on Wade Hampton and Pelham Rd don't.

        • niki

the one on woodruff also doesnt :(

          • Anonymous

They will take Bi-Lo coupons however, and I’ve gotten some great store coupons from Bi-Lo recently that have printed at checkout. For example, I got a coupon for FREE Minute Maid OJ, which I paired with the b1g1 manufacturer’s coupon for Minute Maid, to get 2 free cartons of OJ. Whoo-hoo!

            • Anonymous

I think the catalina coupons are usually manufacturer coupons actually… I happened to get that OJ coupon b/c I saw a pile of coupons at the register and asked if I could have them – had a Simply Orange free, Minute Maid free and Gatorade free!!

      • Caity

I was wondering the same thing as well as Target coupons. The one on poinsett doesn't take either :-(

      • The Publix on Fairview Rd. in Simpsonville doesn't accept CQ's either. Drugstores included. :( But Bi-Lo takes CQ's up to $10 worth at the Fairview Rd. location. :)

      • Lattinhome

The one on Buncombe Rd does not…

      • Anonymous

I don’t think any around G’ville will take non-grocery comp. coupons now. They do take grocery ones if they are local.

    • Jaxnative40

I was in Publix early this morning and I overheard an employee tell a manager that an item wasn't put out as much because of coupon grabbers. That could be the reason many stores are changing their coupon policies.

      • Shawn

The publix I go to actually orders heavy on things that will be going on sale and B1G1. If the shelf is empty on the day the ad comes out….ask a stock boy and I bet there will be some more in the back.

      • Lgbrown

When an item is a really good price the stockpilers are out in full force! So I always ask for a rain check if something is out of stock that way you can shop at your leisure after the sale is over.

    • Arat1986

The ones on Wade Hampton and Pelham Rd don't.

      • That stinks! The Publix on Fairview Rd in Simpsonville doubles up to .50 and allows stacking with their store Q's. Just asked today. And the Bi-Lo here on Fairview takes CQ's…up to $10 worth. Maybe a trip once a week over here is in your future. :) Good luck!

    • Vivianmarie244

? about the Huggies. Can you use the $3 in Ad coupon, the $3 Food Lion coupon and the $1.50 manufacturer coupon?

      • Wendy

depends on the store. at my publix, we can only stack 2 coupons, either a manf and a store or a manf and a competitor, but not all 3

        • Vivianmarie244

Does anyone have expereince with this at the Two Notch Rd location?

    • Newbbie Couponer

Someone please explain the Mustard sale to me. I have (2) .50/1 coupons, how do I get the mustard for Free? Do i need the .30/1 coupon? I thought you could only use 1 mauf and 1 store coupon per purchase. Please help! I'm super new to couponing…

      • Bbrown04

It will be free if you go to a Publix that doubles. It is bogo so it would be $.94, and the $.50 Q will double to a dollar.

      • Elizabeth

It depends on where you live. Some states allow stores to double coupons. For example, where I live coupons up to .50 are doubled so if I used my .50/1 coupon on the mustard it would take off $1 making the mustard free.

Ask your store about their doubling policy. Some stores do .55, but in my area they do .50. Also, Florida does not allow doubling so just ask….

      • Jill Rains

Publix doubles coupons 50 cents or less. That means if you have a 50 cent coupon it will double to make it a dollar off. With the mustard being 94 cents each…looks like the coupon will pay for your tax on that too. So…FREE! Enjoy!

      • Alexusrydr

Some states (not Florida) double coupons

      • KAWilson

Mustard is .94 on sale…..50 coupon doubles to $1…mustard is free :-)

      • Jennbug1595

u can use two .50/1 cause you get buying two mustards, cause they are BOGO

    • Bamabobbie

I can never get Target coupons to print????

      • wendyc33

it will print if you have firefox web browser. not internet explorer.

        • carrie

I can get Target Qs to print and I think that I have internet explorer.

      • Mindyinsc

also target requires their own coupon down loader.

      • Becky

I can get Target coupons to print but it is normally blank but includes the barcode and possilby a picture never any description or $ amounts. I was writing in the value of the coupon but the manager said he would not take handwritten anymore. Does anyone think it is the brower as suggested?

        • Bamabobbie

Thanks for all the replies. Guess it's my browser and don't know enough to try to change it.

    • Anyone else having the mustard and yogurt coupons printing in color? I have my printer set to print black only, draft, economical…and those coupons keep printing in color!

      • Marina115

Some of the website override your printer settings. From what I've read, it happens to everyone except those that have only black/white printers.

      • Mindyinsc

I can't even get the mustard to print at all~!

      • Syndilew

I had this problem too and had to go into my printer settings and customize it to only print in black and white. Actually, go in through your control panel instead of going through devices and printers. For some reason this was the only way that I was override it. It doesn’t do it at all anymore.

    • Elizabethwhitehill

the link for Breakstone cottage cheese sends me to kraft recipes…where is the coupon?

      • Brooke

I would like to know that too…

    • Gigi

Can somebody who is computer expert help me? I don't know why I haven't be able print coupon from coupon dot com since yesterday night. I printed some yesterday afternoon, and it was fine. I also tried to print other coupons in other coupon site which was fine, tried different internet browser, and tried to uninstall the couponprinting software and reinstall again. But still no luck for me. Can someone give me any suggestion to solve the problem??

      • Mlavender82

I had the same problem a couple of months ago, and I tried everything! Using a different browser, un-installing & re-installing, etc. I wasn’t able to print from coupons.com for 2 weeks. Then one day, it suddenly worked again. So, I am no real help. But perhaps you could contact the tech. help from coupons.com and see if they can offer some advice. Good luck!

      • Melissa M.

I am having the SAME EXACT problem. Maybe it is a problem with the webpage? My guess would be try again later…

        • Melissa M.

Is anyone else having a problem like this?

          • kbv3g

Same thing here…I use Internet explorer and coupon printer stopped working. I could never get it to work again, after it was working fine for months. I installed firefox and it will let me print them fine, so I switch to that browser when I need to print bricks or from coupons.com. Hope this helps!

    • Tjmj9801

I have a $1/2 Target and a Manu. $2/4. Buying 4 and using both makes them .23 each!! Glad I found out that one of our Publix takes Target Q's.

      • Bradyfigueroa

Which item are you talking about….

        • Tjmj9801

Yeah, I guess that would help, huh? Lol

          Campbell’s Chunky Soups.

      • niki

For the Gatorade deal, where do I find the in store dispenser? Is this located right by the Gatorades or up front somewhere?

      • Dee Dee_FL

It was in stores about a month or more ago…. haven't seen any lately.

    • L. Whitt

I hope you make a habit out of these early Publix posts, Jenny! Thanks!!!

    • M.Moore

Sorry if already post, FYI Publix on Caldwell Mill Road will not accept Walgreen's coupons (they said Walgreen's isn't their competitor) but they do accept Target.

    • Suepatterson4209

Love getting this ad early. Thanks for all the hard work!

      • Mindyinsc

Yes your hard work is so very much appreciated!! We love what y'all do! Thanks Jenny!

    • Tashamlindsey

Has anyone had trouble printing from smartsource. It says access denied everytime. to email customer service. well I have done that three times and nothing. any suggestions?

      • Mindyinsc

Not SS but I French's is telling me my PC is not accepting cookies!

        • Sharon

          Mine too!

          • Ywardlaw

I've been having lots of trouble with Smartsource – I can print 1 coupon and then nothing else prints – even when I only select one at a time. Multiple emails to them just keep getting quoted emails of the online help information that I have already read multiple times.

I just started getting the cookies error message when I tried to print the greek yogurt coupon.

            • AshATL

I had trouble with one browser, then it worked with Firefox. Try switching browsers.

          • Couponpatsy

I have had this same problem for weeks, even tried to print via google chrome, still a no go.

        • Patty

You can lower your internet setting while you print if you trust your antivirus to catch any cookies that come on your computer.

      • carrie

You might need to update your java. This was happening to me until I upated it. Go to java dot com.

      • Tashamlindsey

oh this is making me so mad. i updated java and still not working.

Is anyone else having problems with cashiers suppressing the doubling of .50 coupons? I have never had a problem with the Trolley Road one in Summerville until recently but some of the stuff I am only buying because it will be doubled.

      • Mindyinsc

I was at Trolley Rd today and all my MQ's for .50 doubled. They do not double CQ's though. All the MQ's should double automatically in the register. I have had some pretty nasty cashiers in there before, who won't tell you why they will not accept your coupon. I even had one accuse me of coping coupons, because she read the bar code and not the pin code on the printables. I would talk to a manager or CS. They will help out. Good Luck!

      • Rocknrobin62

one cashier did that at mine because she said she was supposed to if it says not to double . I told her i didn't want it and took the stuff to another cashier and she did it.

      • Meme

Anderson, SC has been doing this for a couple of weeks. I noticed it today more than ever. The cashier looked over every single coupon. The couple who had gotten in line after I had half my groceries scanned were very frustrated. Looking daggers at me! I am very careful with my coupons and had even pulled some out when I saw they applied to a different size of the item. The cashiers must be catching a lot of flack about letting the register double automatically.

      • kaseyshadow

I had that happen and the manager at harbison SC store said they ARE not supposed to supress it. Call the manager over and if he/she says they have to then I tell them to void it out. Usually they will let it double to keep from having to dig it back out the bag.

    • Brenda

Does anyone have extra “Start your year off right booklets” I have looked at 3 stores in my area and they do not have it. I would love to get 2 if you have extras. Thank you.

      • LadyO

Are you referring to the Green “Make a Healthy Start in 2011”? Exp’s 1/28? Email me ladyoleisure@lycos.com

      • Stephanie in Bham

I have an extra one, but I clipped 2 of the coupons out of it. I also have extras of other coupons and might can snag one full one tomorrow. Email me stephjohnson175 at bellsouth dot net and I will let you know exactly what coupons I have to offer and can provide the 1 extra rebate form for sure.

    • queuepawn

The Hillshire Farms MQ are for 8oz or larger and it looks like the sale is for 5-6 oz. :(

      • Susanizanurse

This is correct as I checked when I made my Publix run this morning. I bought the larger packages for 1.83 (I think this is right price) by stacking both coupons. I was sure going to get the smaller packages, which is a better deal per ounce of meat, but alas the $1 IP is for 8 ounces & greater.

    • Robin

      Hey Jenny,
Thanks so much for adding the drugstore coupons! I happy to see that filling out your survey the other day made a difference!

      • Tammyla

its depressing if your store will not take the drug store coupons though :-(

    • Stephanie

the $2 off $5 food lion produce coupon is only thru 2day. wont b able 2 use it 2morrow!

    • dawn

I can't seem to find the target A1 coupon- anyone get it? what zip did you use?

      • Kb

its listeed as a kraft product.

      • Bradyfigueroa

I used zip code 35613 and like the other poster said, it is a Kraft coupon and has a picture of mayo or sandwich spread or something like that on it. The wording is something like “select” kraft products and when you print it out, A1 is listed as one of the products.

    • Larbars

This weekly ad is not showing up when you hover over the Publix tab and click on “Weekly Ad.” ?

    • moneysaved4disney

I have a few $1/2 q's from the inside of my 8 0'clock coffee bags. Not as good as the ones posted, but I have reached my print limit on those.

      • moneysaved4disney

Also just found an email from 8 o'clock coffee that I got earlier this week with coupons in it. Check your inboxes!

        • Lucy2778

Also look for a dispenser by the 8 o'clock coffee, I've seen a blinkie for $2/2, will stock up, their coffee is wonderful!!!

          • Carrieblee

The Publix at the corner of Duluth hwy and Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd. had blinkies $2/2 for the 8 o’clock coffee today.

    • Cami White

Tasteful selections coupon is also on Kroger's coupon printing page as well. If you have a Kroger Advantage card, you can go “In Stores” at the top of the page, and then “coupons.” I believe there's a Vlasic coupon for current week's ad (ending in some areas today). I've been able to reach my print max on the sites listed on Southern Savers, and then go and print more of the same Mfr. coupon from Kroger.

    • Stephanie in Bham

$1/1 Silk soymilk Publix Q in the Spring Family Style Magazine that arrived in my mailbox. Stacked with a MQ will make cheap milk!

      • FLGirl

Sweetbay had a Catalina printing for $1.50 off two of them Makes a great deal!

    • moneysaved4disney

If your stores take Lowe's coupons (home improvement store), there was a home mailer with $2/1 glad products.

      • Twiggscobras

That's a manufacturer's Q so there should be no problem with them taking it.

        • guest

The barcode on the back of these “manu coupons” is not a manu coupon barcode. It may be a manu coupon in Lowe's but if you bring it to publix, they will count it as a competitor coupon. I'm not sure if they will take the coupon with any other coupons (as it reads on the back). It will probably depend on the mood of your cashier!!!

        • kaseyshadow

on the back it says only redeamble at lowes though. I thinking in my area the publix will refuse to take them.

      • meme

Did you notice the wording on the $/$$ coupon? You can't use any other coupons with it. If anyone has success getting them to take this coupon first and adding the others afterward, please share with all of us. Thanks for the teamwork.

    • moneysaved4disney

Target has $3/1 snug and dry Manu q!

      • When you say MQ, do you mean it says 'manufactures coupon' on it when printed, or does it say “Target Web Coupon”? B/C my Publix considers it a Target Q, and doesn't accept them. :(

        • moneysaved4disney

It is a manufacturer coupon from the target site

          • Lyvismommy

I printed it out this morning. It is a true MQ (starts with a 5), and doesn't have mention of Target anywhere on the Q! Can't wait to use it with the $3 Publix Q! With those Q's, after rebate it's $9 and change per box! :)

    • Can someone tell me what these 'green savers' and 'yellow flyers' are at Publix? I picked up the 2 flyers that have coupons in them. One says “Super Savings” with dip and a football on it and the other has 2 people biking on the front. Are those the 2 your referring to, and if so, when do they release new ones? Is it a set date? Thanks everyone and Jenny! :)

      • Ratchetlee220

I know at my local Publix, I have to go to the Service Desk and ask for them

      • meme

Usually Jenny uses the same name as the brochure has on the front. I have found my Px has slightly different wording in the title and will have different coupons. Lately I haven't gotten the ones listed here on this site. It seems they have a new green flyer one week and a new yellow one the next. So about every two weeks, maybe. Always ask at customer service as the flyers get taken quickly from the front of the store. And ask everytime you go in.

      • Patty

These flyers are usually on the turnstile with the weekly ads. One has a yellow background the other has a dark green background.

    • Larbars

The Red Baron pizza coupon on 10/24 already expired on 1/3/11.

    • Tmeasterling

can i use both bi-lo and walgreens for the glad bags as a competiter coupon or do they just accept one??

      • Couponmom29643

That is a question I have too. Are you using a Bi-Lo New Year New You q or a store only q?

        • Homeisthebeachnow

          The Bi-lo booklet is a manufact q

      • moneysaved4disney

        one per item

    • my3sons

There is a $3 off man. coupon on Target.com for Huggies Diapers (60 count or higher). This is going to go great with the Publix coupon!!

    • Sharon2261

It is nice to see the sale ads on Tues. Why does the Penny Saver Item for Publix not show up until mid morning on Wed? I am usually on the way to shop by then and like to decide where to shop before I leave home. Thanks.

      • meme

Since this seems to vary by location, it may be a good idea to call your store and ask what the penny item will be. That way you can be sure. HTH

    • lori

What zip code is the cambells soup for the target coupon?

    • Erika

No prints available for the $1/2 Juicy Juice :(

      • msmom

The $2/4 are, it is the same price you just have to buy more, HTH!

    • Kbblack82

does anyone know if the publix in carrollton,ga takes drug store q's?

    • Brooke

I am having the same problem, hope the RP 1/02 will work.

    • Jenny G

Does anyone out there use a safe and reputable website to buy clipped coupons or coupon inserts? I am interested in doing this as my area newspaper coupons suck.
      Thank you!

      • Ywardlaw

I have used thecouponclippers.com when I only want a few and don’t want to pay $3.00 for the Sunday paper. I’ve been happy with them. They have also been featured in several publications and tv programs.

      • Pam

I always use http://www.mycouponhunter.com (Virginia) she is awesome and always gets my coupons to me ASAP!

      • John Sharp

i have used ebay many times with no issues

      • Rwilson

Try thecouponclippers(dot)com…..I have the same problem and just ordered some coupons which I should recieve tomorrow or thursday. I first saw it referenced at e-mealz(dot)com which, if you need help planning a budget friendly dinner menu it's a great place to go for ideas and recipes. I tell you about e-mealz b/c it's a reputable site and she uses the coupon clippers…Good luck! :)

        • itismedia

I have used couponclippers for years. She is VERY reliable. You can look on the left-handside, near the top everytime you log in and it tells you when your order will be mailed if you order that day. She does not sale whole inserts, but does sale them individually. She is very reasonable and based out of Fl so not to far for the mail to travel for many of us!

      • makaveligirl

I use Ebay alot to get coupons.

      • Maria

I actually have a guy that delivers the paper and sells me the inserts for .50c a set, I can get unlimited sets, and have mailed these to several people, feel free to contact me if you would like me to get u some.

        • Maria
        • Yuliyaporter

I would like to buy inserts. Was actually just looking at dif web sites selling them, not sure which ones are legit :))) I can't see your e-mail to let yo know my address and the way to pay you. Thanks

      • Maggamooo

I buy on ebay. I have had no problems.

      • Brooke

I get a lot of inserts, AJC in Atlanta, let me know what you are looking for and I will mail. So tired of letting them expire and having to recycle!

        • Ashley

        • Mel

I’ve used my coupon hunter twice and she mails out the same day! so fast.

      • Alicia

thecouponclippers.com is a good one. I have used them before and if you order your coupons when a weekly sales ad first comes out you can get them before (I’ve been able to this) the ad ends.

      • I recommend using wholecouponinserts.com, this will get you the whole insert without any trouble.

      • Anonymous

I use couponsthingsbydede dot com. She has fast shipping and you can earn points on each order to redeem for store credit. you can order whole inserts or individual coupons from there.

    • Sara

The Tasteful Selections Potatoes q is also on the Swagbucks site under 90210.

    • Alex

Can you use the riteaid coupon at Publix without making a manager approve it?

The Publix in Marietta (Sandy Plains) accepts printable RA coupons without special approval from a manager. I hope it continues!

    • sue

Is anyone having problems printing out any of these printable coupons?

I have a hard time with red plum for some reason. Try a different browser.

    • Rwilson

Did anyone notice the $3 off ONE huggies snug & dry MQ on couponnetwork(dot)com???? I'm a little new to couponing, but since it's a manufacter coupon, then I can stack it with the $3 Publix coupon right?

      • Kchaney7

My publix accepts Winn-Dixie as a competitor and this week they have a $5 off $30 purchase coupon. Can I also use the catalina $5 off $55 coupon? Or is the catalina coupon also considered a Winn-Dixie store coupon?

I tried to do the Hillshire Farms lunchmeat on Advantage but in my store the price isn't $2 so it isn't worth it.

      • LT

There wasn't a tag on the packages in my store..they were priced 2/4..I think that's the usual price. They were hanging up in the lunch meat area…not in the plastic tub like the others. The coupons make it a good deal!

    • moneysaved4disney

Just got Food Lion coupons this week….juicy juice was one of them!

    • Queenthatiam

Thanks, Jenny… I would like to also add that if anyone has the Morning Start Q booklet, there is a $1/2 Q for the Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing, exp 2/18/11. I found mines at Kroger attached to the front of the freezer door…HTH

      • Queenthatiam

nvr mind I see that it was included in the matchups

      • Sarah

      • Christie

The coupons were also in our Sunday paper inserts 1/16, the Tennessean.

    • Kristy

Scrubbing bubbles isn't on sale this week but combine your coupons & you will have a decent deal. I purchased 2 toilet cleaning gels & 2 packs of scrubbing bubble brush refills. Used $3/3 Publix cpn, $1/ 2 mfc cpn & 2 buy toilet gel get toilet brushes free. I pd $4 for all 4 items. Not to bad for need it now items.

      • Kristy

Just realized some scrubbing bubbles are on sale.

Aveeno clear complexion bar is $1.99 and there is a $2.00 coupon from I think 1/16 makes it FREE.

      • Aneely

        it's from 1/09 :)

    • Lolly

I tried to post this before but I dont see it one here. There is a awesome coupon for the Juicy Juice that makes it 50cents! http://www.nestlefamily.com/CelebrationCorner/Default.aspx

Go to the website click on the bottom right hand side were it says crowed pleaser with the candy and then login in. You will be directed to the coupons. :)

      • Lawsonaba

And then if your store takes Food Lion coupons….. it's FREE!!

      • Mel

the coupon is .50 off 1, so it's a good deal if your store doubles—my store does not (FL) so it's the same value as the $1/2 or $2/4 that I already have. thanks anyways though!

    • Momonmountain

My paper did not have the 3M rebate form. Has anyone found an online source?

    • Haley554

This is a good ad…but sometimes it would be really great if milk, butter, meat and produce could be BOGO! A girl can dream, I guess;)

Milk was BOGO at my store last week! It was such a nice surprise!

    • Chiolip

don't know if someone already posted, but walgreens has a printable coupon for 50cents off of Hormel Chili which is on sale in the yellow advantage buy section.

    • Grisy

Hi! I have a question.. why would the yellow advantage flyer coupon for the free storage glad bags is included… according to my reading the coupon states Tall Kitchen trash bags 40-78 ct, and I think is a bigger size of the package on sale, that confused me, because I thought I would get a really good deal… Thanks to all.

      • Tammyla

I noticed the same thing and I don't think the odor shield bags Q will work either. I have not been able to find Glad bags with force flex & odor shield

    • Wilco0244

There is a $5.00 off a purchase of $30.00 in Birmingham Winn Dixie sale paper.

    • CCShad

Thanks, Jenny! I just got back from Publix – spent $20.11 for $90 worth of really good food items!

    • medina04

For anyone that lives near marietta Ga, I have 13 complete MORNING STAR coupon books. They each have $10 worth of coupons in them. I picked them up from the store the other day. And since they are on sale at Publix this week, I figured someone could use them. I do NOT use MORNING STAR products but knew that someone would. Contact me to pick them up or what ever.

    • My Publix had the Frenchs Mustard for B1G1 @ $1.75 (.87) whoo hoo Even better deal…And the A-1 was cheaper too $3.91($1.95) I like it…

    • Ksheldon77

Just in case anyone is using the new Morning Star coupons that make them only $1 per box…even though each coupon says one coupon per visit (there are 4 different coupons only allowing 8 boxes to be bought at a time), I went to my local Publix customer service desk and just asked them if I could use more and the manager cleared it! YEAH!

      • Freethreepin

were the bags of meal starters (ie crumbles and grilled chicken strips) B1G1? I have the store checking right now but I wanted to see if you knew

    • Amy

Does anyone know how to print the Fresh Express coupon or other Smart source coupons on a Mac OX that isn't up to Tiger yet? Or where I could find those coupons elsewhere? Thanks!!

      • Amy

        oops… I meant Mac OS.. :)

    • Amy

My publix doesn't take any competitor coupons unless it states they are a manufacturer coupon on them. But… there are STILL great deals! :)

    • mj

Are the Tasteful Selections potatoes in the produce section or are they frozen?

      • In the produce section. They are tiny potatoes in small bags.

        • Mercyendures

          and they are delicious!

        • mj

    • gailc63

Just FYI – Publix sour cream is $1.29 – not $.75.

      • Anonymous

Yeah I think it was that price in my ad too. May be regional though.

      • Anonymous

Yeah I think it was that price in my ad too. May be regional though.

    • Rlzysk

I just found a Manufacturer's Coupon on the TARGET website for $3/1 Huggies Snug and Dry Diapers (60 ct or higher).

      • Christina

Thanks for sharing! We really need diaper coups.

    • Elizabeth

It would be helpful to color code the B1G1 items. As I'm scrolling down the items, I find myself checking the top of the list to make sure I'm still under B1G1. For example, maybe all of the text in the B1G1 column could be green.

      • itismedia

If you look at the price it will give you a clue. She list the regular price of one and then in parentheses next to it she list the 1/2 off price. That may save you some scrolling. HTH

      • Riley

Well, I guess everyone is a critic.

    • Christina

I found Piggly Wiggly coups for $5 off $40 purchase in ValPak coupon envelope,

    • Kward41587

So Publix does accept Walgreen's coupons? When I tried to use it once they told me Walgreens was not considered a competitor.

      • Lawsonaba

Depends on your store. The store by my office takes them, the one by my house does not.

      • Cucabura

Mine doesn't except if you have a cashier that doesn't know that and will accept it. Depends on whether your Publix thinks Walgreens is a competitor.

      • Sandyrungirl

Not sure about the Walgreens. Do know that in Summerville they accept CVS and Riteaid. I used a riteaid yesterday at store in Knightsville. We have a lot of the drugstores in our area. In fact CVS and Walgreens right across the street.
So sure that is why they consider them as competitors.

      • Esmelda

I've used them at different Publix stores in Gainesville, FL without a problem.

    • BHAM Ashley

Bluebell was not $4.50 in Birmingham, AL

    • Gail

The $2/5 produce Q at Food Lion is valud 1/19 – 1/25/11, so it has already expired :-(

    • Kteachdc

I'm not sure if anyone already posted this, but I just played the Food Lion Game (with the stars) and printed the coupon, only to find out it expired on the 25th! =( So no $2 off $5 in produce…unless mine was wrong?

      • Pdjlb5

        Me too. That stinks!

      • Mercyendures

you can still use it – I was able to use it today without a problem!! Publix allows store coupons after they expire – just not manufacturer. I save all the old green and yellow publix flyers for that very reason!

        • Morgan

Not all stores take expired coupons- be sure to ask at CS first.

    • SavySaver

Did anyone find the Tasteful Selections potato coupon? When I clicked on the “printable” I didn't find it.

      • Coupons777

        I don't find it either

        • ChurchvilleStore

          It was on coupons.com

        • ChurchvilleStore

          It was on coupons.com

        • Gail

It printed fine for me. In fact, I got two prints on my computer.

      • CCShad

i found it using 90210 zipcode

    • Cucabura

Is anyone else having a problem finding the Target coupon for $1/2 Campbells canned soup? I can't seem to find it on their website.

      • carrie

I just came to the comments looking for the same thing. I really don't want to look through all 232 comments. Does anyone know if there is a way to search for key words in the comments section only? That way we could go straight to the comments that pertain to our own question and not have to read all of them. Thanks.

        • Gingiraffe

Hit Control and “F” at the same time and it should pull up a “find” search bar on your browser. Type the word you are looking for and it will show you where all it is found on the page.

      • Janetwhite

I cant find it either and I cant get the cottage cheese coupon either I click to get coupon and it keeps taking me to a recipe?

    • Janice

Is the Borden coupons valid? It looked funny and when it printed it took up my entire page! I had printed it on the back of the paper I used for the Extra coupons , so now I have to choose :-(

      • Carrieblee

I just used my Borden coupon yesterday and it worked fine.

      • Terri

I reduced the size to 75% before printing the $1 Borden Cheese coupon to save ink. Look at the top center of the page to reduce the size.

    • Gettobobs

Can you use 1 store, 1 competitor and 1 manufacturer coupon.
Im refering to the Huggies Diapers. $3 store, $1.50 manu., and $3 target???
For a total of $7.50 off…that would be great!!!

      • Coupons777

I don't think so because the store and competitors coupons are both store coupons. I think you could only use one or the other and the manu of course. I wish my store took target Qs.

        • Gail

          That is correct.

          • April Fox

I actually just asked the customer service dept at a store in
Greenville, SC (on Pleasantburg) this very same question tonight. She called over to her manager to confirm. Apparently the answer at this store was “yes”.

        • Jane

Yes – my store is the same – one mfg and one store (be it either a Publix or a competitor coupon) per item.

Oh you lucky folks that can triple stack…

      • joanna00

It depends on the coupon policy for your store. My Savannah store allows 3 different coupons for each item, but most stores do as Coupons777 describes.

      • Shannon Ewing

I use a Publix store coupon, competitor and a manufacturer all the time and it is fine.

        • mariek

It depends on your store. Call and ask customer service. My store will let me use a publix, comp. and manuf. on one item. Mine won't take target or drug stores only Kroger, Food lion and Bilo since those are the stores in our area.

      • Thesmithsofop

The Target coupon is a manufacturer coupon so they will probably not allow.

      • Rudydoescakes

you can only get $6.00 off:( which is still great! Makes the boxes $14

    • Coupons777

Can anyone tell me what the acorn means? I can't find an explanation anywhere. Does it just mean “here is a super good deal”? Thank you.

      • Peggy

        Yes – super good deal

        • Coupons777

          thank you!!!

    • Areed77

The food lion coupon expired yesterday.

      • Mercyendures

at my publix in Jacksonville – the store coupons can be used after they expire. Mine took the food lion produce coupon today without a problem.

        • tonda c

what store do you go to ? the publix at normandy crossing [jax] will not take any expired coupons even one day expired.

    • RuthAnn

just found a manufac 3/1 huggies snug and dry 60 count or larger on target coupons… think we can use it with this deal

      • Joynunez24

Yes! Stack with the 3/1 publix q as well as 10 mail in rebate and that makes an awesome deal! Thanks for bringing that up.

    • Emma Plate

I was just at the Publix in Ashley Landing Plaza in Charleston,SC.trying to buy
Kraft barecaus sauce usung the Wallgreens coupon they said that they do not
take copon from drug store any more.

      • becky

I called the Publix in Goose Creek SC today to check on what competetor coupons they took and they said any of the local stores that sell some groceries. They said the drug stores were fine. I should think they'd be the same.

      • jplsgal

I shop at the same one. Publix only takes them if they have a pharmacy and that one doesn't. They WILL take Target, Food Lion, Pig, Earthfare (they have GREAT coupons–I got several pounds of free chicken a few weeks ago), Whole foods and BiLo.

    • 3monkeysmom

Keep your eyes peeled at Winn-Dixie. They had a tearpad sheet of 4 coupons for 75 cents off MorningStar Farms…found them in the freezer case. :)

      • wendyc33

i found some great coupons at winn dixie today near the beer. 1.00/2 frito lays chips products. and 3.00/2 digiorno pizzas. Also a tearpad that has several coupons on it, for cream cheese, cokes, kraft cheese.

      • Mamaberry

oh yeah! If forgot about those! I have taken a couple weeks off from shopping and my brain froze :) txs for the reminder!

    • Becky

One of my coupons printed w/o a barcode today and I didn't know it until I got to the store. Does this happen occasionally? I am new here.

      • Mamaberry

Honestly? In my two years of couponing I have never had this happen. Unless it was a store coupon that looks like a mfg q. Like Target, they don't have bar codes but look similar to mfg qs. Sorry I couldn't be more of a help!! :)

      • sls

the only time that has happened to me my ink was low

      • My ink was running out this weekand everything printed- even the barcode itself EXCEPT the actual bar code #. WEIRD!

    • Lisa L

Does anyone know if I get 4 cans of rotel can I use 4 walgreen coupons for 50 cents each with both the buy 3 get 1 free coupon and $1 off of 3 coupon? I was curious since the walgreens coupon was not mentioned.

      • KellyL

You may be able to. I would ask at customer service before you check out. My Publix will take coupons that say xxx brand shaving creme $1.99, but will not take $3 off slim fast bars. They said the $$ off was considered price matching. I think it may of just been the cashier, because if you look at the Target coupons they say the same & I use 10 of those last week. On my next trip I will stop by customer service & clarify.

      • Alisatillman

I did it at my Publix n Jacksonville.

      • Jane

it really depends on the store – my Publix will only allow ONE Walgreens coupon per type of item, even if I am buying multiples of the same item (not sure why)

    • Kay

Does anyone find the Target coupon for the Kraft barbecue sauce or A1?

      • Pepsi1williams

the bbq sauce is 1 dollar off any 2 kraft items and yes found the a1 yesterday

      • Jodi

The pic shows for Mayonnaise, but says 2 Kraft items. (when printed it says A1 is included)

      • Syndilew

There is also a Walgreens coupon in their coupon booklet right now for $1/2 if you're Publix accepts those.

      • Thesmithsofop

I did but it was tricky, lol! It has a picture of Kraft Mayo on ot but it prints out stating you can use it on the other products too. I only was able to print once though.

      • sage

I believe it is in the small red mailer they send out every 6 weeks or so.

    • HollySharp

Publix sour cream is actually on sale for $1.19 (savings of $.26) … I bought it today. :) Thanks for ALL you do to help me save money!

    • Abi

I was just going thru my coupons and looking at the yellow advantage flyer and saw that Glad trash bags are on sale for $3.99 and there is a yellow adv. coupon for free zipper bags wyb trash bags. If you requested the VocalPoint coupons a few weeks ago like I did you should have some $2 off any Glad product manufacturers coupons! Buy the trash bags and zipper bags use 2 manufacturers and a store and score both free! Not sure if it is a TRUE manufacturer coupon but I will find out tomorrow…thought I'd share in case someone else can do the same!

      • Mamaberry

ooooo!! I got mine a few days ago! lmk if this works. I'll try too…

        • Abi

Will do! Worst they can say is “no.” I found a great Publix near me that is very coupon-friendly so hopefully they'll honor it since it says manufacturer.

      • Just make sure the counts match up. The Yellow Adv. q has a high limit for the trash bags. Buying those 20 count bags that are 3.99 do not work. I bought the correct # of Force Flex, used the $3 Q and paid 3.69 for the bags and the zip top bags.

      • Linda

Yes Publix does take the $2 off for the trash bags and I used the $3 off the Filtrete air filter got 3 and will sent in for the $6 rebate. The coupons don't scan in so the cashier had to enter them but it was no problem.

        • Kaseyshadow

where did you use those? I'd like to use them but am very afraid my giggly child like CS worker will just tell me no like she does about everything.

          • Linda

The coupons were mailed to me from Vocalpoint which ones are you interested in the Filtrate $3/1 ?

    • emjewell

with Publix B1G1 sales, can you get ONE of that product for half off, or do you have to pay the full price of one & get two?

      • Pepsi1williams

yes you can just get one for half price and still use a coupon to

        • hbomb80

Except in FL. most of FL rings up first one full price, second one free. Everywhere else for the most part rings up all BOGO as half price.

      • Mamaberry

Depends on where you live. FL you have to buy 2, pay for the first and the second is free. Other states, items ring up 50% off so you only have to buy one and can use a q on it.

      • emjewell

thanks all! that helps a lot. i'm in alabama. on my receipt they ring up as 50% off. so, maybe it'll work to just get one. :)

      • Savinlotsamoney

Pooler, GA can buy one at half price and still use a coupon.

      • Savinggracemartin

You can get any number of that item for half off the price on each. That's why Publix is so rockin because you can then match coupons with each of those items instead of only getting to apply it to one.

    • Mary29429

If you have the $3.00 off trashbags and a walgreens $1.00 off the glad bags are free. Just get the 20 count flex force bags that are on sale right now.

    • Downtown25babe

Does anyone know how the PG ecoupons works. i registered and I only shop at Publix. They don't have a card number and I wanted to see how you can just print the coupons instead of attaching them to a card.

      • Rose

Publix not suppport the ecoupon software, and you can't print them. You have the use the PG ecoupons at a participating store. I use mine at Kroger, but I shop mainly at Publix.

        • Rose

          That should be “does not”.

    • beanpot

I'm anxious to see the publix ad but mine isn't out till Thurs. Can anyone tell me their zip code if they get it Wed in their area so that I can pull it up online?

      • Teresa2480

        36117 Montgomery Alabama! :)

      • Jane

this is after the fact, but in the future google iheartpublix

    • Gsavings

Has anyone tried to print off the Zataran's coupon? Couldn't find it–maybe I need a different zipcode?

      • Save1moredollar

        I think 34428 worked for me :-)

        • Miss

I tried all these zip's and didn't find the Zatarain's…. any others?

    • Sraquelw01

Please Southern Savers get your information correct. My publix did not have the hillshire farm meat for $2 it was 3/$10, not as good of a deal.

    • Rini

Does anybody know the zip for the Zatarain's coupon? Thanks!

      • I see it on mine and my zip code is 31324

    • Guest

umm excuse you butt jenny does a great job so dont gett your panties in a twist over something minor. please and thank you :)

    • Tlh249

Minute Maid Orange Juice are no longer available due to a large demand. FYI

    • Jodie

I think that the $2 packages are the smaller ones (not in the tubs but hanging in a plastic bag).

    • Hrosa66

Aquafina 24pk 16.9 oz on sale for $3.99…use the Walgreens q from January savings book for another $1 off.

    • Jennifer

I can’t get the frenchs.com coupon page to load. Anyone else having issues or ideas? Thanks

    • Jennifer

I can’t get the frenchs.com coupon page to load. Anyone else having issues or ideas? Thanks

    • Catfish is $5.39/lb. – at least in the Atlanta division not $4.69/lb.

    • meghanld

I haven't come across to many coupons (manufacture) that say this, but I was wondering do your Publix stores (Chattanooga, TN or Cartersville, GA) accept more than one if they say “LIMIT ONE COUPON PER VISIT”?

      • Meghan

I don't have an answer for you (sorry!)…but I just wanted to say hi!! Same name :)

      • Mom

I live in Chattanooga and I haven't had a problem. However, on the occasion I have had more than 1 is has only been 2 or 3 total and I always offer to break them up into separate transactions. I do not clean out the store

    • JG

The Kotex pads were 4.79 regular price – not 2.93 as listed in reg price deals. Still used $2 Publix coupon off 1 and $2 manufacturer coupon off 2 on the boxes I bought.

    • ATTN: There is a new coupon on coupons.com that is save $2 off 2 Hillshire Farms Deli Meat! This is a great pair with the $1.00 off 2 Publix Yellow flyer. All you have to do is vote on a deli sandwich and print. No logging on required. This was great for me b/c I wasn’t able to print the $1.00 of 1 that Jenny had found. Happy Shopping… It makes DELI MEAT $0.50!!!!!!!

      • Did you use these coupons? The ones I printed say 8 oz or larger.

    • Vgump

If I have a $1/1 coupon, can I use 2 of them on B1G1 items and get $2 off total?

      • Natalie559

        Yes- isn't that great!!

      • Andrea25431

yes, that is exactly what you should do if you have two. and also it's a good reason to get at least two copies of the newspaper, or take two blinkies at a time, or print two printables at a time…just in case the item goes B1G1

        • Teresa

what if it says one coupon per purchase? or the case of Limit one coupon per specified item(s) purchased? or in the case of the Save $2 on one bag of tastefull selections potatoes I don't see any restricions on the coupon so I can use two no problem for the bogo right?

          • karen

There is a different between one per purchase and one per transaction. If you are buying 10 items, every item is a purchase hence you can use 10 coupons.

          • Savinggracemartin2008

On B1G1 at Publix I know they split the cost of the product so a $5 item B1G1 is now $2.50 apiece and considered to be two separate purchases so you can get any number of the item and they are all the same price. As Andrea 25431 said, that is where the deal comes in because you can use one coupon for each item. The reference to “only one coupon per purchase” is referring to using multiple manufacturer coupons like “.40 off product” AND “1.50 off product”…You cannot use both coupons and must choose one for the purchase of each product count. For the potato product you should use one $2 coupon for each bag. If the store has a coupon for something you can also use theirs but I’m still a little fuzzy myself on competitor coupons as my Publix is out in the boon docks and doesn’t really have any competition! :-(

    • Brenda Dixon

The produce coupon from Food Lion expired 1/25/2011.

    • Nashville Shopper

Just in case you need to know: The coupon for Perdue Chicken Breast Nuggets is in 1/09 Red Plum rather than Smart Source. :) (at least in the Nashville, TN area)

    • Trip to Publix:
      Total = $111.73
After Coupons and discounts = $30.86
Sending off for $10 Publix Gift card for buying $35 worth of Kimberly Clark Products
Total Out of pocket would be = $20.86
I am so excited. This is my 3rd full week of being on this site and I am loving it! I am having so many people ask me how I do it and can I teach them. LOL I just tell them go to SouthernSavers.com!

    • mariek

Is the Huggies deal at Publix pretty good in comparison to buying huggies at Walgreens or CVS? Trying to decide which is the better deal? I know at the drug stores I can roll my ECB's to get the diapers free but it would be a bit more complicated than this deal.

      • Gettobobs

Just saying….I use Target diapers for my little one. They are comparable to Huggies, but considerably cheaper. The normal price for a box of is $14.97 without coupons. I have never had any leaks happen so far and she is 5 months old. So, if you have a target nearby give them a try–Up & ups is the target brand.

        • just smile :)

I agree! I have tried all brands of diapers and targets are the best….i have a 3 yr. old little girl with special needs and we never have leaks…also keep an eye on target's web site…they have $1.50 off coupon once or twice a month :)

        • Nic

ditto, ditto on the Target brand. Better than huggies IMO (seem to hold more overnight). Just bought Publix brand last week (sale and $5 off coupon) so they were cheap…but still like the Target brand better.

      • Rudydoescakes

Yes it is a good deal! Use two $3 off Q's to make each box $14. Then you can submit for the rebate! So you pay $28 then you get the $10 gift card back by mail. I did it four times.

        • Rachee17

Also, there is a printable on the target website for $3 off manuf. PLUS a $3 off food lion printable (if ur store accepts them) PLUS $3 off publix. I did this deal using my raincheck for the $32 boxes that were on sale for $19.99 last week. Paid $11 per 156 ct box, meaning 7 cents per diaper!!!! Now I'm gonna submit it for Kimberly clark rebate for $10 back! Doesn't get sweeter than that!

    • mom26boys

There is $1 off Silk Almond Milk in SS 1/16 insert.

    • LaurieinTN

I tried to use the Kraft BBQ Sauce Walgreens coupon at Publix today and was informed by the cashier and the manager that they would not longer honor Walgreens coupons because they were not considered to be a “Competitor” since walgreens is not considered a Grocery store.

      • Each one has their own rules. My Publix just took my Walgreens coupons earlier today. (Richmond Hill, GA location)

        • Savinlotsamoney

The Pooler, GA store is still taking Walgreen's as a competitor. CS said it may change in the near future, though.

      • Wynne6026

Type your comment here.North Augusta SC wouldn't take Walgreen coupon either.

    • Rainbowtp

I had my first bad experience at Publix today 6 weeks into couponing. I made the mistake of getting into a line with a cashier who would only let me use coupons for one deal on each item. Ex: I could use 1 coupon to buy 1 can of the Rotel tomatoes, but no more. Harvey's is not a competitor here so she would not use that either. We will have a Harris Teeter by the end of the year here. If things keep going this way at Publix, I will be saying “Bye Bye” as a friend who is a master couponer tells me it is a better place to shop. Live and learn I guess. :0)

      • Gettobobs

Were you using the store coupon for Rotel of a manufacturer coupon?? If you have 5 manufacturer coupons and 5 cans of Rotel..you can use them all. Now, if she was limiting you to one of the .75/3 Yellow Advantage Publix coupon..then she is correct. The coupons actually saw one deal per person..some enforce it and some dont. Maybe try a different cashier next time. If the coupon says .50 off of ONE, then you can only use it for one—but you can use mulitple coupons if you have them- thats why several of us buy several Sunday papers…to have more than one of the same coupon for good deals.

        • Chiefsangeleyes

          Actually the coupons say
“One deal PER person PER coupon”

      • Brittany

I hope you asked to speak with the manager. Don't just take the cashier's word for it. Every Publix has their own rules but just check to make sure she knows what she's talking about. =)

      • Michelle

Don't give up on Publix bc of one cashier…I've run into that too but now I know who NOT to go to. It depends on how they were trained and you never know where they were to begin with (and therefore trained). Most of my cashiers are awesome and there are 2 or 3 that actually congratulate or cheer me on when I've saved so much!

    • Elizabeth

Does anyone know where I can get the Kimberly Clark rebate form?? My Publix does not have the KC coupon booklets. Is there a way to download the form?

      • karen

Go to this site… I have seen people selling it for about $2.00 and you shouldn’t pay for it

        • AmyinTampa

I think this is last years form. I printed in off as well, last week, only to realize it had the wrong dates. I googled and can't find the current one. I have all of my purchases, but no form. Any ideas??

          • Keldansmom

I have extra rebate forms if you want to email your address to keldansmom@yahoo I will send you one. I live in Pasco, so if you are in Tampa you should get it quickly.

      • karen

I tried to post the website but it won't appear.. e-mail me at karenc at ggc . edu and I will give it to u

      • Chiefsangeleyes

use the coupon datebase on This site…type in “rebate” and look through to find it :)

    • KW

Having trouble finding the Afrin coupon to print – anyone find it?

      • VSE

The Afrin coupons I printed awhile back expired today or yesterday. It might have been taken off the site already.

      • Savinggracemartin2008

Lots of times they won't show up if the campaign is out of coupons or if you have printed it a long time ago and your limit is up. You might try printing from another computer if you have that available. Or maybe try to find it under different zip codes. GOOD LUCK!

    • Fred

Does anybody know how I can get the Target coupon for Campbells Chunky Soup? It would be greatly appreciated.

      • LaurieinTN

There is a link for the coupon above right next to the Cambells sales item.

      • guest

I can't find it either, it may have already been taken off.

    • Shelleyschu

My Dallas Hwy/Barrett Pkwy. Publix is making couponers physically match up the coupons to the products. Versus ringing up all at end. The cashier was scruinizing each coupon with the manager bagging. I volunteered to put all of the coupons with each of the products or I might still be in the store right now. Oh, well…if this is what it takes to get my groceries for free or reduced prices, I will comply.

      • Cherw5_30040

Cumming, Ga 30040 seems to be doing the same thing. I try to put the groceries, mostly, in order of my coupons, and hand the cashier my stack. (I agree with you. It saves our family money. ) Our cashiers are always nice, I do not mind doing it.

        • Frugalmommyyuni

spartanburg sc is doing the sammmeee thing =/ oh well.

          • msanders

Are you shopping the Eastside Publix or the Duncan one? I shop Duncan and have never had to do that. What a pain!

          • teembee

do they take Target coupons? Eastside?

      • Sue

I had the same issue at the Baker Rd Publix last weekend but with 10 bags for only $11.75 I'll do whatever they want me to.

      • Miss

Hi Sue, I've been to that Publix several times (luckily since there's a Target RIGHT across the street, there's no question they take their coupons…) but I've really never had a problem there. But I always look for the male cashiers.. no offense to men, but they've always been very nice and never questioned any of my coupons.

        • Miss

Sorry, that was supposed to be directed to Shelleyschu..

      • Chiefsangeleyes

ShelleySchu, my store in Savannah recently started doing this. When I asked if it was new policy, the manger said no, they're always supposed to do it. The company is just really enforcing it now.

      • That happened to me the other day, made me really nervous. And she wouldnt take some of them. For ex on the bogo Special K I had a bogo coupon and another $1.00 off to use on other box and she said I could only use one coupon even thought I was purchasing 2 boxes.

    • Amanda

My cousin just turned me on to this site and I love it! I've only been couponing for two weeks and saved $105.00. I cant wait to see how much I save now using you're useful information. Thank you so much for taking a lot of the footwork out of it for me. It isn't as overwhelming with your help.

    • Molly05

I love Publix! There wasn't a lot this week that I needed so I just grabbed a few things, but still managed to save $34.22 and only spend $10.12, only because I needed some milk and bread that wasn't on sale!

    • Sreeves3134

What competitor coupons can be used at the Publix in Calera Alabama besides Target coupons?

      • manvsfood

Not sure, you may be best served driving an extra 2 min to the one in Alabaster. I know it takes target, it has a Walgreen's across the street, and there is a CVS less than 2 miles down the way..

      • Shinyhappy10

When I called the store. they told me only target and winn dixie coupons.

    • Margaret

can anyone tell me if a publix in Cola SC takes walgreens coupons?

      • happymom

Rosewood, Forest Drive, and Two Notch do not. Most Cola. locations seem to only accept other grocery stores as competitors. HTH!

      • Savinggracemartin2008

My Publix mgr told me that a “competitor” is within 10 miles of their store. Maybe do a google search of Walgreens near your Publix! Hope that helps! Or just call them and ask.

        • Shark

walgreens is a drug store, not a traditional grocery store, we are not suppose to take their coupons

    • GracieMae

I apologize if this has been posted, I skimmed and didn't see it.
But I could not do the Hillshire Farms lunch meat deal because the lunch meat that is on sale at my Cumming Publix is 5 ounce package. The yellow advantage buy store coupon would work on it, but the Hillshire Farm website coupon specifies on packages 8 ounces and over.

    • Amber

I want to give a warning to anyone shopping at the Goose Creek Publix. Do not, under any circumstance, go to Louann's register. She is the only cashier there that I have ever had a problem with. I accidentally ended up w/ her tonight b/c she was helping a trainee (I thought she was just bagging). She gave me a hard time about my coupons and even went to the manager about a couple of them. I try very hard to be honest about coupons, making sure my sizes and varieties match up, not abusing the competitor coupon allowance, etc. I even go out of my way to put any raincheck items or items I have a free coupon for up front and put the free coupons on the top so my cashier has an easier time. I know I go in w/ 30-40 coupons on a regular basis, but I try to be as easy a customer as a couponer can. It really bothers me that she basically treated me like I was stealing b/c I was getting milk for free w/ those coupons from a couple of weeks ago.

That said, I absolutely love the GC Publix and will continue to shop there. I saved $112 and only spent $45 tonight. I will, however, make sure I am always on the other end of the store from wherever Louann may be.

I'm sorry if that's harsh. I just think others should know that she scrutinizes every copuon and every wording and everthing. If I were cheating, I would get it, but I don't. I really don't She's the only cashier that has ever suppressed a DND5 coupon from doubling or looked at every single coupon and item before checking me out. It flusters me and gets my blood pressure up. Couponing is hard enough w/o having to deal w/ mean people.

I hope everyone grabs some great deals this week!!!!

      • Tricia

Thank you for the heads up! I shop at that Publix every week with all of my coupons and love that store! I always get nervous anyway that something will go wrong w/ my coupons so I don't want to feel bad on top of that already!! Will be on the lookout for her lane!

      • Shark

you should talk to the store manager about this. Also she is doing her job, we have a policy on coupons, just as we do other issues. But she should never make you feel uncomfortable

    • sharon60

Thanks to Jenny's recent questions about what coupons Publix accepts, I called my store this morning (Kennesaw) and found out that in addition to Target coupons (which I already knew) they also accept Walgreens, CVS & Rite Aid. WOW! So I quickly printed more coupons and today I saved $100.98 and spent $62.15 ($10 of this was when I screwed up and bought 4 Hillshire Farms and paid $2.99 each b/c I wasn't paying attention. Oh well, it was a great day anyway and I'm not complaining!)

I also used $1 off Publix produce wyb Kraft Singles with the $1 M off the potatoes. Since I bought 2 singles was also able to use $1 off Publix bakery bread too!. So I got FREE Potatoes and a 69cent loaf of Publix bread. Sounds like a win-win to me. :)

      • Mumof3boys

Which Publix in kennesaw? :) (there are a few, lol!)

        • Chiefsangeleyes

Barrett Pkwy and Dallas Hwy does! They also take Earth Fare and Whole Foods! :) And those are always high value coupons!
When I called, the manager said he'll let you use a Manu, a Publix AND a competitor coupon per item :)

        • sharon60

          2774 N.Cobb Parkway

      • Well, you certainly made me feel better since I'm not the only one that didn't double check the Hillshire Farms price until after I was reviewing my receipt. Oh well.

        • sharon60

Well the up-side was that I realized when I got home that the Hillshire Farms

was in a reusable plastic container in the exact size I needed so all was not

lost and the sandwich stuff has been excellent. :)

    • Hhammond3762

I live in Greenville SC….the 3 Publix that I use will not take the Target or Walgreen
coupons….what Publix are you able to use them at…..

      • Taushah

I think that all of the Publix stores in the Greenville area have stopped accepting Publix coupons. They only take coupons from other grocery stores.

        • Studyalldaypartyallnight

SUMMERVILLE SC takes coupons for stores within 10 mile radius

      • Shark

Not suppose to use them at any Publix, we only take traditional grocery store coupons

    • Kpower-davis

Don’t know how but I ended up with a $2/off coupon for the Tasteful Selections Baby Potatoes this morning! I THINK I Sign In to Coupons.com rather than just going anonymous but I’m not sure what happened – happy accident maybe??

    • Drakepatton

Hey. Just thought I would share: Northport, Al store
No longer accept drug store coupons, only local grocery store coupons & they
Double coupons 50 cents and less ALWAYS.

    • KamisMommy

I have a thought guys (and ladies LOL)!!!
The Juicy Juice coupon is actually a $0.50 off of one, not $1.00 off two, so it will be doubled to a $1.00. And Food Loin just released some coupons for $1.00 off two. So if I buy two Juices at $1.50 and use two $0.50 off's and the $1.00 off comp., that would make this free???
I am still new to this, so I will be stopping by Publix on my way to work to see how it turns out. Wish me luck!

      • KamisMommy

It worked and because there is no tax on food products here, I got a penny back too!

        • yeah i just noticed that tonight :)

          • Lindseywarner

I noticed that too! The 2$/4 only takes .50 cent off each. So 2 .50/1 is much better stacked with the food lion 1$/2!

    • JEB

I used that Food Lion $2 off $5 produce coupon on the last day…looking at my receipt, I am confused. All my other coupons say minus $1.00, etc. with a minus sign…By that one, it does not say Competitor Coupon, it says GROCERY FOOD and $2.00, with no minus…it was the very last one scanned. Did I get $2 taken off or was I charged $2.00 for that coupon?

      • Rebecca

Sounds like you were charged. Bummer that you have to go back to the store for that.

      • Lmarthur124

This happened to me one time too. It was with a Kroger coupon. When I went back in the following week, they argued that there was no way it was coupon error, even though I specifically remembered the coupon that had been that amount – it was for $1.25 off of 3 cake mixes which is a weird amount for a coupon. They even asked my wonderful, regular cashier, but of course, she did not remember it since it had been a week ago. They gave me my “money back” for the $1.25 but all that really did was cancel off the charge on my receipt. They should have taken off an additional $1.25 for the coupon I gave them, but they did not. I figured that I get enough good deals there and it was okay, but still a little frustrating since I essentially lost a really good, high-value coupon :(

      • Voldoll27

If it did not have a (-) then you were charged that amount. I had that happen once with a $6 Publix store coupon. I went immediately to the customer service desk and they refunded the $6, but I explained to them that all that did was cancel out where I had been charged for the coupon instead of it being removed. They apologized again, and refunded $6 more dollars.

    • Geepie03

My Publix informed me today that they are cutting back on taking printable coupons due to fraud! Is this going to become a company-wide standard? It stinks that honest shoppers have to suffer due to it. :(

      • guest

well as long as they check the id # on the coupon they should be fine.

    • Angie

Propel has coupons on the water buy 2 get 2.5 off which made my 1.5 for 2(6pack) bottles.

    • savinggracemartin

Has anyone had an issue with the Borden coupon? It looks a little sketchy and slightly home-made. One of the cashiers at Kroger said they have had a big issue with fraudulent coupons. Most of them being the ones on print sites with the dotted edge instead of the written border. Just trying to avoid some embarrassment! HA!

      • J_saw32

I used 4 today at Publix with no problem…..and they scanned and everything just fine.

      • Sjohnson71

I have used 2 of them at Publix with no problems

      • Susanizanurse

I used 10 of them last week without any problems at all.

    • J_saw32

If you click on the Target printable coupons, they have a $3 off 1 pack of Huggies, that combined with the Publix store $3 coupon is a great deal!!!

      • Shark

Publix is not suppose to take Target Printable coupons, wont work, unless you want to get someone fired

        • It depends on your store. Some stores accept Target as a competitor but many do not. Until now it has been up to the regional/store managers' discretion, but as many have said, Publix corporate is making some changes to the policy that will affect all stores. According the manager at my regular store, she hasn't yet been notified of the changes.

        • Haley554

Ruth is right. Some stores will take them. My Publix in Jacksonville, FL (Hodges Blvd) will take Target printable Qs b/c there is a Super Target less than 3 miles away.

    • Veronica

Hillshire farms deli meat not on sale in jacksonville florida—anyone finding it on sale? Very disapointed. Veronica

      • Jmedina3577

i found it 2/4 in down the aisle a bit for smaller pkgs. not on sale but reg price.

    • 3eddy

Hillshire Farms were not on sale at my store. They were regular price.

      • 3eddy

However, I got lots of other great deals-thanks Jenny!

    • kaseyshadow

Any one used the vocal point coupons at a publix in the cola, SC? Trying to plan my trip for tomorrow.

    • Gabi

Blue Bell ice cream not on sale at my store :-(

    • CCShad

Can you use more than one of the same Green Advantage Buy store coupons at a time, for example, can you use 2 or more of the $5/2 Os-Cal, Citrucel, Ecotrin, etc.? I ask b/c the q's say “one deal per coupon per customer”.

      • Allyson

If you're buying 4 you could use two $5/2 coupons.

        • Chiefsangeleyes

Yes! They all say one deal per person PER coupon. No limit on how many coupons though :)

          • CCShad

Thanks. I just wondered about that wording, and then how some stores keep the flyers at customer service desk to give out one per customer. I will try multiple ones today and see if they care.

            • Ask them if they allow it first. At my local Publix they do allow it, but others say their store interprets it as only one of those coupons “per transaction” even though that is not the wording on the coupon.

            • Susanna

Mine won't allow it, it's one coupon per person. If you want to use 2 you have to leave and come back I think. (They won't let me do 2 transactions jsut so I can use 2 coupons.)

    • Syoungfor24

Tried several times to get a Northland Juice coupon. Not one there.

    • Wainie

I am new to couponing so maybe this will make sense to someone who can explain it to me. I tried to print the coupon for the 8 o'clock coffee and I got a message that said I had already printed this coupon the maximum number of times allowed. The thing is… I hadn't printed it at all! Can anyone explain this to me? Do you get this message if the manufacturer has reached the maximum number of prints that they will allow or do they really think I have printed this before? I got this message for something else this week too.

      • missyb.

max number of prints has been reached.

      • itismedia

Sometimes it will say “this offer is expired”, but sometimes it just says you already printed it. It just means the max number of coupons has already been reached and they are out of prints for everyone. Kepp checking back, sometimes they reset them. HTH

    • Couponj

There's a $2/1 Phazyme coupon on the same link as Sominex and Vivarin

    • Chiefsangeleyes

Whitemarsh Island, Savannah Ga's Publix has the Clorox Wipes at BOGO too!

    • Se Sharpe

Has Publix changed their per coupon per deal policies? Last night was the first time I ever had trouble, I tried to buy the kotex with 2 store and 1 man. coupon and the girl refused, she said you can not use more then one store at a time and even stacking is wrong, that it is not illegal but the store does not get their money. I disagreed with her and even asked for a manager and she refused to get him because he is a grocery manager and would not know. So…. I had her take them off. I hope she was just clueless and the store is not changing.

      • Sherim0206

Sounds like she was out of line. If she was not a manager, what authority did she have to tell you how to use your coupons? I would definitely visit the manager when you go back to the store to clarify exactly what the coupon policy is and let him know what she said. If there is nothing illegal about what you are trying to use, then it should be ok. My Publix allows 2 store coupons and 1 manufacturer per item. I have also noticed that the 2 store coupons do not have to include a Publix. I have used two competitor coupons and one manufacturer on the same item. This is how I was able to score free Kraft dressing last week. I used(3) $1/1 man., $1/2 Harveys and B2G1 Target coupons. This had me earning $1 + for three bottles. I would say something to the manager to make sure you are allowed to do what you tried to do. I check every time I go in at the customer service just to see if anything has changed and to make sure of any possible questionable transactions before going through the line. Good Luck.

      • Studyalldaypartyallnight

alot of store coupons for publix are showing limit one coupon per transaction so when you pair 2 store coupons for $1 off and say 1 man for $2/2, it will not work. Had this problem a few weeks ago.

      • Shark

you can use one store coupon and one manufacture coupon on one product, you cannot use two store coupons for one product, think about it, your only buying one why would you be able to use two coupons??? Unless of course like i said, one is store one is Manufacture

      • Pauladeshazo

The policy at my Publix is, one store along with one manufacture. This changes the value of some deals making it not as appealing, unless you really need that item. If you are using a Publix coupon along with a manufacture but the man. coupon states you need to buy two, then you will be purchasing one item at a good price and one at a great price. Most stores will not let you use two of theirs at once even if the manufacture states buy 2.

    • Carolina girl

Every time I try to print a coupon it says the offer has expired. Is anyone else getting that?

    • Juliehaddock123

I was told by a manager in the Valdosta, GA store that Publix is chaning their policy beginning 2/1 they will no longer except Target coupons or drug store coupons. The only coupons they will except are manufactor coupons and grocery store coupons such as Winn Dixie

      • Juliehaddock123

        accept not except :)

    • Sandhucoupons

BTW the Publix in Daniel Island, SC does not accept anyone as a competitor except other grocery stores. No Target and no drug store. Their policies are really restrictive. Every other store in Charleston is much more lenient.

      • CCShad

The Mt. Pleasant store in Queensborough shopping center has a sign posted at registers listing all the store q's it will take: Target, WalMart, Kmart, CVS, Walgreens, Riteaid, BiLo, Food Lion, HT, Piggly Wiggly, Whole Foods.

      • Studyalldaypartyallnight

for my publix on Central in Summerville, they take the ones that are with in a 10 mile radius of them so no Harris Teeter or winn dixie or krogers etc. they are super nice and ask very few questions. helpful and so are usually very stocked by monday!!!

    • L.T.S.

I cannot print the Catalina coupon network coupons. I was trying to get the cinnamon toast crunch $1/3 coupon. It took me to the site, I selected, downloaded their printer thing and then nothing. Tried three times. Anyone else have problems?

      • Erin

the site for the phazyme coupon also had a .55 off on ctc.

    • Freedomspradley1

Great shopping trip. Saved $75.57 and paid $10.18. Got good stuff too!

    • Dgailwhitt

Does anyone have a rebate form for the 3M Filtrete Air Cleaning filters that you are not planning to use? It was some of the SS 1/16 handouts but unfortunately not in my area. Let me know if you have any coupons you need and I will trade you. Thanks in advance.

      • Linda

I have an extra one you can have email me your address and I will mail it to you..sldouglasace@yahoo.com

        • Jill

I am in the same boat. I already bought the filters and just realized that the coupon is not in my insert either!! Do you have another one by chance? I also would be glad to send you something you need. Thanks for your consideration! Jill

          • Linda

Yes I have another one you can have it just email me..

    • beth

I can't find the Food Lion Juicy Juice coupons? Any suggestions?

      • Just click on the Food Lion PDF link.

    • Atzd1

Does anyone know the zip code I need to use for the Tasteful Selections Potatoes??? Please help

      • ym

try 60712, but it is only the .50 coupon. Guessing the $2 is gone by now.

        • Pauladeshazo

I told someone about the $2 coupon and it printed yesterday. I think you have to look very carefully and maybe reload the zip.

    • bn_irrelevant

There is a rebate for keebler wheatable crakcers up to $3.99, so with coupon $2/2 and rebate it would be like getting two boxes for.50.

    • Laurindakk

I just saved $177.00 at Publix today! This is the BEST I have ever done :) I spent $73.43!

      • Savinggracemartin2008

HA!!! I just got giggly reading your post! Can't wait until that's me!!!

    • jthornton

I have a Publix question…if I have a B1G1 coupon for Publix brand diapers can I also use a $3 off publix diapers coupon on top ot if?

      • Stefluvs2sign

You should be able to bc the $3 would apply to the first pack and the B1G1 coupon would apply to the 2nd pack

OK so I went to Publix to get the B1G1 with the coupon matchups and got to the register and the cashier would not take hardly any of my coupons! The manager came and said the only coupons that they will take are competitor grocery stores and target's flyers–not Walgreens or Target online! The manager asked me to tell Jenny at Southern Savers that these coupons do not work–How rude! I will not be shopping there again!

      • Roehrigk

WOW! Go find a different Publix if you can. I went to a different Publix recently (cause I was in that area), and they would not take a lot of coupons that my Publix always take. I left all my items there and said sorry and left.

        • Pauladeshazo

I also went to Publix in Prattville, Al recently and they do not allow stacking. I just asked them to take off the items that I would have stacked coupons for and said no problem. Later when I went to my Publix I used these coupons and stacked with no problem.

      • My Publix takes the Walgreens. (Richmond Hill, GA) Not sure if they take Target though because I've been printing my coupons at work because my home printer was broken. But I bought a new one today, so I'll be testing it out. My local Publix is usually very friendly and usually the Customer Service Manager is the one who's checked me out and she always likes to see what I save. :)

      • Shark

It is true at all Publix we do not take on line coupons from Target, And Walgreens is not a grocery store, we do not accept them eiher, only Taditional Grocery store coupons, its not the cashier it is Policy, No wonder cashiers get an attitude wih Couponers, they try torip off the system, I have had people give me 3 manufacture coupons for one product, come on people stop trying to kill a good thing, fake coupons too. Before we know it stores may only take their own coupons

        • Marina115

My stores in Woodstock, Canton, & Kennesaw, GA take all Target coupons. And some stores even take drug store coupons. So HA!!

          • Megortiz63

I'm in Canton too – which stores take the drugstore coupons?

        • Sandy

It's up to individual store managers to set the stores competitors. Here in my area they take Target (and we don't have a Super one), all drugstores, Dollar General, and even PetsMart.

@Tiffany Jenny states above to check with your Publix to see who they accept. Call around if you have more than one Publix in your area. One may be more coupon friendly than others.

    • dlh

I went to publix tonite and I brought several coupons with me. The cashier really messed up. They had the coupon policy taped to the front of the checkout lane. It stated that they will gladly accept Food Lion coupons if the store is located within 3 to 5 miles from publix. She told me that she didn't think that they were accepting food lion coupons anymore so I read the policy to her and she said there is not a food lion within 5 miles. I knew this was wrong. But I left and paid full price. Well I drove to foodlion which was just over 3 miles away and decided to call the manager and tell him about it. He said yes they will accept food lion coupons. So I went back to the store and he gave me the cost of the 2 liter Diet dr pepper and took my 35 cent coupon. He gave me the $1.50 for the oost of the dr pepper and gave me 35Cents for the coupon in change. I didn't want to make a big deal but I'm glad that I checked with him to be sure about the policy. I like to shop at Publix.

    • Stefluvs2sign

FYI FLoridians Publix does not post or advertise the BUY THEIRS GET OURS FREE deals in most of the stores. So if you don't see it posted ask customer service and make sure you get the Free products.

I found the same thing for the tubs too, then found the samller 5oz packs in the cardboard packaging which are included in the coupon wording. That is what works our for the deal.

      • Savinlotsamoney

It wasn't $2 in Pooler, GA, either. It may have been $3.99. Don't really remember. Just know I was disappointed!

        • Melba

It is $2 in Pooler. Just checked tonight. Make sure you look at the weight. 5oz is 2/$4.

FYI I have found the travel size band aids, and day/night quil at the check out line counters the last few weeks! They've been sold out in the “Travel” section of my store but I've found them at the check out lines everytime. Keep your eyes open for deals even in the check out line!

Question? Can anyone tell me if the Hewlett Packard OfficeJet printers are good for just printing out coupons? I need to get a good printer for just printing out coupons, I have another printer for a backup. Thanks for any help in advance.

There's a $2/1 Dove deodorant Q in today's (1/30) RP & a $1/1 Publix Q in the new Green Advantage flier. At my store, regular Dove deodorants are $2.99, Free deodorant and a penny towards milk–can't beat it! :)

      • Donna

Ooh, thanks for the heads up on that deal – I actually got that coupon today too (sometimes we don't get the good high dollar ones) so I'll check tomorrow and see if I can find a deo for free too! :)

Thanks for this tip. I was able to get free deodorant as well, and Dove is my favorite! :)

Does anyone know what other store coupons Publix in Calera Alabama accepts besides Target?

      • Jessica

You may have to just ask…I shop the Helena Publix and they accept Whole Foods…I don't know if Calera would do they same…It doesn't hurt to ask…

    • Sheora

I found another coupon at Publix today that can be stacked on top of the A1 steak sauce sales/coupons already listed. Back in the meat department, there is a display of A1 with coupons for $1 off of any package of meat with the purchase of a bottle of A1. With the B1G1 sale, this made for two valid coupons for an additional $2 of savings.

    • LadyO

Check near the Doritos displays for a coupon for $1/any produce WYB 2 Doritos.

    • Sheora

Oh, and there was also a peel off coupon on Pilsbury Crescent Rolls where if you buy 3 you get a pack of Publix Sweet Cream Butter for free. I combined this with the regularly available .75/3. The butter was on sale for 2.50, but the coupon scanned for the regular price of 4.00 and the cashier gave me the full amount off!

    • Gatortate

When I tried to use a multiple of different competitor's coupons on Huggies diapers, I was told that I couldn't use them all… Publix, now, will only honor one manufacturer coupon, and one store coupon (Publix or another place) – maximum of two coupons – per item!! Is anyone else having this issue??

      • Sandy

Depends on the store. Some will accept a competitor, manufacturer, and a publix coupon.

      • Morgan

The stores near me have always only honored two coupons per item.

      • heaya

I was wondering the same. I have the $3 Publix, $3 Manufacturer, and I'm wondering if it's worth trying to put the $2.50 Target with them.

        • Karen

I was able to use the 3 exact same coupons you mentioned at Publix last night.

      • Bradyfigueroa

Publix in Athens, AL hasn't allowed that in a LONG TIME. They consider a store coupon the same as a competitor coupon…..so you can have either a store or competitor and stack it with a manufacturer. That is nothing new here! Good luck….

      • Kim

This happened to me. Last week I was able to use 3 coupons – 1 publix, 1 mfg and 1 competitor (Food Lion) on Huggies. This week I tried to use 3 coupons again – 1 publix, 1 mfg and 1 competitor (Walgreens) on Phayzme and was told I could only use 2 – one mfg and one store or competitor. And it was the same cashier that had checked me out when I brought the Huggies. I guess they changed the policy within a week. BTW I'm in West Cobb, GA at the MacLand Publix.

    • Sdawson

Publix in Columbia-harbison's Green Flyer omits Sominex or Vivitran product name from $5.00 Green Flyer coupon???Yet the product is stripped clean from shelves???/ Is the store honoring the coupon on these products?

    • Susanna

Printing question: Whenever I print my CVS of Wags list it's easily readable because I only have a few items. My publix lists are much longer and usually print on 2 pages – but it's a true eye test for those of us over 35! lol I think it's like 8 point font or something & it's really hard to look at quickly and find things because the type is so tiny. Does anyone know how to make the font bigger on the print when you have a longer list?

      • itismedia

I don't print my list, but could you cut and paste it to word and increase the font before you print?

      • Jenny gives instructions on how to make it bigger. When I click on the preview, I have the option of printing up to 200% of the original size. Of course, the longer your list and the larger your font, the more pages you will have. If that doesn't work, you could copy & paste your list to a Word document and change the font to any size you want. Also, you may try deleting the coupons that you don't have from your list before it prints. That would also cut down on space.

        • Susanna

thank you, I'll try that next time

    • Susanna

So I went to a different publix today because I heard that they took Wg's coupons & my usual publix doesn't. Well, they took them (all 3 of them, woo hoo for a total of about $1.50) but they wouldn't take my Albertson's coupons – (3 mi away) – that is, they took the 1 meat and 1 fish coupons I had but Albertsons also has a $5 off any $50 order which is usually in Wed. paper. At my normal publix if my total BEFORE any other coupon is say $251 then I can use 5 of these $5 off, in one transaction. At this publix my total was $263 before coupons and $98 after & they told me that they could only take one of them because they were going by the $98 total! I asked for a manger and she acted like she was doing me a big favor by letting me use 2 of them and also said that even if I went over $100 she could only take one because it was one per customer (regardless of total). So even if I'd had several transactions of $50 each I could only use one! Cost me $15 just to use my wgs coupons.
Then she gave me a hard time about food lion coupons. “Is there a food lion around here?? WHERE IS IT???” I replied sweetly “I don't know because I'm a loyal PUBLIX shopper!” UGH!!! Why is it my responsibility to tell her where the nearest food lion is? Sorry, I don't work at publix, I just shop here and maybe less if this continues. I can get good deals at Albertsons too, thank you very much. Really I'm getting fed up. I don't even care anymore what they take, just come up with a policy for all the stores and stick with it so at least I can plan ahead!!! UGH! Will NOT be going back to that store anytime soon! And I have some idea of where they can stick their food lion coupons too…
Don't they realize that if they have a great coupon policy, then yes, people like us will get great deals – but that MOST of their customers will STILL pay full price for everything!?!? It's not like they are losing money to us savvy shoppers overall, I haven't heard one story of someone going to publix every week and having to buy a gift card because publix owes them every week. Why give customers such a hard time, why not let the (very few of us, compared to their total number of customers) get great deals and keep us coming back instead of alienating us with this kind of thing???

      • Morgan

Sounds like the cashier and the manager were trying to do their jobs. I can certainly agree with saving money, but if you don't even know where the competitor is, why would you try to use that coupon? Take a few deep breaths, and realize that Publix IS doing us a GREAT favor by taking other stores coupons.

        • Susanna

No, it wasn't like she said it nicely. It wasn't the words, it was the tone. It was said in a really snotty, demanding tone, like she was just annoyed at me because I had more than the average number of coupons in the first place. Plus I had a Good Start baby formula $10 check (you know the kind the manufacturer sends when you have a baby – it's not exactly a coupon, it's technically a manufacturer check) anyway she also was snotty about that (to the cashier, not to me – he was about 17 and had never seen one of these before and asked her what to do – and she was really nasty with him too). I honestly think it was just her. And I think demanding from me where the nearest food lion was also WAY out of line, because it wasn't just a question spoken in a normal tone, it was more of a…accusatory verbal challenge or something. “Is is there a food lion around here?!?! “I don't know.” “Well where is it?! Where do you think it might be??! Hmmm” (looking me up and down) I don't KNOW if we should take this or NOT!” – ugh just tell me if you take it or not, don't act like I'm a criminal trying to get away with an extra 50cents or something…. I wonder how she treats people who come in with food stamps… major attitude problem. And I was going out of my way to be pleasant the whole time & talking quietly and in a normal tone, she was the one who was screeching & attracting a lot of attention from other cashiers and customers….
Anyway, it's hard to convey tone in black and white but trust me, this was not her just doing her job. Or maybe she was just doing it in the nastiest way possible.

          • beachgal

i think you should stop shopping at publix and go to food lion. i guarantee food lion won’t have an attitude problem if you use your food lion coupons there. they might get a bit put out if you try to use publix coupons at food lion tho. i also guarantee publix won’t miss your business one bit. in fact, they would probably be happy to see you go, because then they could check customers like me out more quickly–customers that don’t take advantage of their generous coupon policy. oh–and if you don’t know where your local food lion is, simply go to http://www.foodlion.com and click on “store locater”. :D

            • Susanna

Have already decided to do the majority of my shopping at the publix near me where management doesn't think people who use coupons are beneath them and get ticked off if the line gets held up because the cashier hasn't been trained properly. Or at Albertsons. Or Food Lion. Or Aldi. Thank God I live in an area with better alternatives than getting attitude at the register.

Just to clarify though – using food lion coupons (or other competitor coupons) is now considered “taking advantage” even though publix advertises that it takes competitor coupons? To be clear, I wasn't stacking several at all. It was a total of about $1.50. And I was not arguing either or being nasty. She was just ticked that I had a lot of coupons (and a LOT of groceries). And the line was held up not because I was standing there arguing with her or anything it was because my baby formula coupons were the kind the manufacturer mails you and look like checks (and are treated differently than regular coupons) and the cashier didn't know what to do and had to call her. She was really nasty to him as well.

I'm really not sure why so many people here automatically blame me for this. I wasn't nasty. I wasn't arguing. My vent was on here only, not at the store. I did pleasantly ask her what the coupon policy was (which was when she interrogated me nastily about Food lion). When I typed “Is it my job to tell you where Food lion is?” that was what I was THINKING not what I was SAYING at the time. The line took a while because the cashier needed her help with the formula coupons (and she berated him too) – that's all somehow my fault? And no one here uses competitor coupons at publix, really? Because that's all I tried to do and when she said no, I said fine. No arguing at all. Yes, I was (and am) annoyed that I can't plan my budget because they are so inconsistent, but I said none of that because it wasn't her fault. I said not a word of that to her at all and wasn't holding up the line arguing in the slightest. I was standing there just waiting for them to finish, that's what held the line up, not my actions.
In the end what happened is that they rang it up how they wanted to, I did NOT stand there arguing (as most people seem to be assuming), I was NOT nasty in the slightest (though she was, both to me and to the cashier whom she berated like a dog) and as soon as the transaction was done, which took a while because he needed her help, I left. No drama. No argument. Just me leaving knowing that I could have saved more by going a mile or so down the street to the next publix and then venting about it on here where I though people would not only understand but actually be kind. (Lessons learned all around.)
Really, I hope if someone is nasty to any of you unnecessarily that a bunch of people on here don't make a bunch of assumptions and jump all over you about it like you some of you did to me.

You can ask specific questions at CS. This is what I do if I run into something new that I do not know the answer to. That way by the time I check out there are no suprises. My Publix (and all those around here) allow 2 comp. $$ of coupons. They do not get reimbursed for these so I am grateful. If your local Publix will let you use as many as your total dictates I would never leave them! =+) Also, per CORPORATE policy (not individual stores) acceptable comp. coupons are for stores within 5 miles. So, if there is not a FL that is probably why she gave you a hard time. That said, she could have been nice. CS is number one with Publix.

          • Sb

Just wondering if you found out if there was a Food Lion in your area.

          • Annie

O.K. So………I have read your reply, and I have to say that I think you, …..yes you were way out of line. Sounds like you were trying to get away with a little extra coupon redemption, and blaming the clerk when you got caught. Don't get mad at me, but that is just the way it sounds. Was it worth the few cents that you saved in arguing the point? I think that you were “coping at attitude” with the manager also. We all love to save money but don't make it bad for all of us. Just my opinion but I am sticking to it.

            • Susanna417

For the record I wasn't arguing. I was being exceptionally pleasant, I was absolutely not copping an attitude. She was being unbelievably snotty. The snottier she got, the more pleasant I got actually because I was making a deliberate effort to be nice to her. I was *thinking* “Is it my job to tell you where the nearest food lion was???” I wasn't SAYING that. I think if you had been there and heard her you'd have a different opinion honestly. And I really resent you saying that I'm making it bad for all of us. You weren't there. You have no idea what you're talking about. She clearly thought that anyone using more than one or two coupons at a time was scum or beneath her and she was annoyed that she had to come out from behind the counter. And she was horrible to the cashier too. I really hope that if something like this ever happens to you that a total stranger on here doesn't automatically take the other persons side and accuse you of causing it all even though they weren't even there at all.

      • I think that you are lucky to be able to use one $5 off competitor coupon. I live in Upstate SC, and have yet to find a $/$$ coupon that I can use. No Target or drugstore coupons either. Strictly manufacturer, Publix, or local grocery stores. However, I do agree that the manager should have been nicer.

        • Snowski824

I live in the Upstate too and occasionally if Bloom puts out a $/$$ you can use it at the McBee Station Publix downtown.

          • Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, I don't shop in Greenville and I also don't get the paper except on Sundays. I drive almost 50 miles to shop in Spartanburg. I love the store, but because of the distance, can only go once a week. In the past I have been able to use an occasional RR from Wags, because they told me “If it says Manufacturer's coupon, we can accept it”, but last week they would not accept that either. Also, I can fully understand their reluctance to take numerous high-dollar coupons that they will not get reimbursed for. The number of couponers has increased considerably with all of the media attention, and stores have to draw the line somewhere.

        • Susanna

Maybe it's because here in FL we don't get the other deals that other places get? Prices are higher, no penny item, no coupon doubling… But I don't know, I'm guessing, who knows, I'm not sure even publix knows since their policies seem to have no rhyme nor reason, much less consistency…

      • Fran

The manager should have been polite to you. Do you think your Publix would credit you the other $15 in coupons, if you show them your receipt? They can add the total you saved in coupons to your final total to show the original total. Not the same scenario, but a couple times I have gotten credit / money back for $/$$ and manufacturer coupons from a different Publix than the one I bought the groceries from. Once I shopped twice at 2 different Publix stores on the same day and they let me combine the receipt totals to get the $/$$. Most of the times customer service is great at Publix. Wow, you did a great job on couponing! I usually save about 20-30% with coupons. Which newspaper has the $5 off Albertsons coupons. The flyer that comes in the mail has the $5 coupon a couple times a month?, but the coupon is not on the flyers in the store. I live in central Florida. Good Luck!

You say you went to that Publix because your heard they took WG coupons and then got mad that they would not take your Albertson's nor Food Lion coupons like your normal Publix does. So I take it your normal Publix does not take WG coupons. Not understanding your anger, you know what coupons which Publix locations are accepting. And Publix has a fantastic coupon policy!

      • Bradyfigueroa

Yeah, stick with one Publix where you know their policy since all store are different. They are losing money on competitor and $ off coupons…they do not get reimbursed for those so I can see how they would try to crack down on those type of coupons.Technicall, they lose money doubling as well because they do not get reimbursed for the double part of a coupon. My Publix will only allow one $ off coupon and no drugstore coupons are allowed.

Just out of curiosity, do you not “roll” your walgreen coupons?

        • Susanna

I don't know what this means, what is “rolling” the wg's coupons?
Do you mean using the RR that I have from the previous week at wgs? Yes, I do that. (I don't use them at publix, my normal publix doesn't take them & RR's weren't what I had when the asst. manager went nutto on me at publix. I had one of the wgs coupons from the monthly booklets.)

          • Susanna

Also, we don't get to double coupons here in FL, does rolling have something to do with that?

      • Kel

You can only use one of the $$$ off per purchase! So split your order up or come back another day. They LOSE money when you use coupons like this. So don't abuse it or they will stop taking them altogether and ruin it for everyone!

        • Susanna

At my regular publix they told me that they would prefer customers NOT split their orders up (and take forever) they would rather I just make one transaction and they will take one $5 per every $50 – just as if I had split the transactions. They would *prefer* it if people don't split the transaction because it holds the line up longer. I did expect this at the other publix – had I known that that's not what they also did I would have just split the transaction up. As it was, I just asked the question nicely because I was at a different publix and was not able to use all of my coupons. I wasn't abusing the policy at all. And I don't think asking a question (or handing them coupons that I thought they would take) about their coupon policy could possibly ruin it for everyone. All they did was say no to a few and I said fine and paid and left. How is that ruining it for everyone?
What got me ticked off was the asst. manager's attitude towards both myself (for using coupons) and the cashier. And again, I vented HERE, not at the store at all.

    • Eamullens

does publix in park west, off 17, consider target a competitor and will it match targets ad?

      • CCShad

They will take Target qs, but I don't think they match prices.

    • Awesomedaws10

Asking again…Publix on Harbison n Columbia, SC – Their green flyer coupon for $5/2 mix match Citraca, One a day, etc….does not include in it's writing…sominex or vivitran….is someone still able to us this coupon on the purchase of sominex as shown in Jenny's list?

      • CCShad

Check your flyer again. It is not the one a day q on the front page, but another one on page two next to the Centrum Silver q.

      • There are 2 $5/2 coupons. Look on the inside of the flyer. Mine has the coupon on the right-hand side of the left page.

    • Kbapatrick

If you go to the Target website for coupons there is a link for $2.50 off 48ct or larger bow of Huggies.!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!

      • Kbapatrick

Sorry not a link but actual coupon.

      • karen

is it best if you use the $3 off their circular plus a mfr coupon? I paid $6 for a pack that was 11

        • Karen

It's best to use a competitor coupon (Target), store coupon ($3 coupon in the circular), and a manufacturer coupon.

    • Lkrawson3

Hi, I have a publix store coupon $1.00 off of 2 hillshire lunchmeat , can you use 2 (m)$1.00 off coupons along with that? Thanks

      • Joytiffany75

you can totally stack store Q with a ManQ at Publix. Great job

    • Terri

    • Rinneygirl81

Hi, I am trying to find the potatoe coupon, I can not find it in the link that was provided.

      • sharon60

Someone in an earlier post suggested using zip 31093. I printed mine several days ago and I think I used 76109.

    • Marcie

Does anyone know if the Publix in Pooler, Ga (near Savannah) will take Target coupons? I heard they take Rite Aid & I'm using my +UP rewards tomorrow!

      • Sandy

They do take Target coupons (and pretty much everything else)

      • Melba

Yes, Marcie, they take Rite Aid q's

    • Monica

Take your expired coupons to Bill at the Publix on Two Notch. He is collecting them for people overseas. Had a lovely cashier at Publix this morning! She said she was going to buy a printer when she gets her tax money so she can start couponing also.

      • karen

Monica, is there any way we can get an address?? I am def far, but I can mail them for him to make a whole package and send them oversees

    • Shannon

I'm thankful my Granada Publix in Dunedin, FL will take 1 of each competitor ( Target, Walmart and Traditional Grocery Stores ) $/$$ coupon off the original total in the same transaction. Some local Publix stores will take multiples of the same competitor coupon. Most will take their own expired $/$$ coupon. Fewer will take their expired store coupons for grocery items. If it is a hot store or manufacturer coupon for an item is that is constantly out of stock ask customer service to initial the coupon so you can use it after the expiration date and get a rain check too. I can usually find the item the week after the sale or expiration date. Better yet, ask customer service to hold the items for you on stocking day and to call you to confirm that that the product is in. I use the $/$$ less that 40% of the time. Considering most grocery stores only make 1 1/2 – 2 cents profit for each $1 sold that is very generous of Publix. The saving really helps my friends and me, whom most have suffered from loss of income / reduced income. Thank you Publix.!

New York Croutons $1.59 use .50 coupon and get it for .59. Also in Alabama the Blue Bell Ice Cream 1/2 gallon is not on sale for $3.50 it is $6.79. Check the Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls, Biscuits and Crescent Rolls for peel off coupon $1.00 off 2. My store is Calera did not have a sign for the Smithfield Bacon but it is on sale 2/$6.00 not $5.79 as shown on the shelf.

      • SKPParker

I also shop in Calera. What competitors do they take now? I know some of their policies have changed since opening.

      • karen

they go on sale all the time for $0.99 cnts! so you can get them for free. I have a ton!

        • Bradyfigueroa

Were you referring to the bacon or the pilssbury going on sale? Just curious as I would like to stock up on either…..thanks!

    • Jaime

The Right At Home coupon for the scrubbing bubbles is not a publix coupon, so the deal is not that good. All of the coupons in that book are manufacturer coupons, not store coupons.

      • Angelsmom1996

If you will look aat the bottom of the coupons, they all have L.U. ##### which means they are Publix coupons. If it is a manufacturers coupon it would have a barcode.

      • Bradyfigueroa

This is the first time I have seen “Manufactuerer Coupon” on these type of coupons that also have a LU number. So it can be confusing. However, notice there is a lack of a bar code….and there IS an LU number which technically makes it a store coupon.

    • amy

does anyone know Thomasville, GA coupon policy?

      • kears

It depends on each store. Each store can accept whichever competitor coupons they want. I'm not sure but it might be the same with doubling. You just need to call around – make sure you talk to a manager or supervisor. I once talked to 3 different people at one Publix and got 3 different answers!

    • Andrea

My publix in GA had 20 ct. Glad Forceflex trash bags for $3.99 making them .99 with the $3.00 coupon.

      • Deannaparrish1

        Thanks for sharing this! :)

      • My store in Upstate SC did also. They were not marked, but the same regular price as the others that were on sale, so I had price checked. Bought 2 boxes for 99¢ each.

    • Angie

I don't understand how to get the mustard for free…..Please help

      • Syrivera9

You only get mustard free if your store doubles coupons. So the .50/1 in doubling states are actually 1.00/1. Since you are allowed to use two coupons for the B1G1 and both .50 coupons double, it would make the mustard free.

If you live in FL and I think costal GA your coupons don't double.

    • Geitania

Does anyone have an extra Kimberly Clark rebate form for the Huggies diapers deal? I will gladly trade anything that I might have in return. My little girl would appreciate it! Please email me at geitania@hotmail.com and I can send you my address.

    • Phello

Okay I know this has been asked before but this is a green flyer question:
Coupon that says limit one deal per coupon per customer.
I want the depends: I have a coupon manufacture coupon for $2.00 off (2) packages. Can I use (2) green flyer coupons for $3.00 each. Which would make $8.00 off for the two that I buy??? Thanks that one disclaimer throughs me off every time

      • That depends on your cashier. I did it yesterday with the kotex, but one time a cashier limited me to just 1.

    • Krperry08

When it says tearpad where do you get that from?

    • Annie

I agree with you. Susanna should go to Food Lion and leave the nice people at Publix alone They would probably celebrate her departure knowing that the “beast” is shopping at Food Lion now………..LOL and a BIG SMILE!

    • graciebrett

Just fyi, the BOGO sodas this week include Sun Drop soda. The yellow adv. flyer has a BOGO coupon for Sun Drop or Diet Sun Drop, so you could use the coupon to get free soda! Also, there is a BOGO Reeses candy bar coupon in the SS 12/12 as well as a BOGO Target printable coupon. If your Publix accepts Target coupons, you can get free Reeses bars too :)

    • Amanda

Does anyone have the “Start Your Year Out Booklet” with the Kim Clark Rebate in it, that they will not be using? I have twins in diapers, and could sure use that rebate form! My Publix does not have the booklets :(

      • Lucy

I think I still have the booklet, with lots of coupons for diapers/formula, etc. – I'm all stocked up and will not be needing the rebate form or the coupons before they expire. Email me with your address, and I can send them to you.

    • Marcie

Whenever I print Target coupons, the only thing that shows up on them is a barcode and a picture of the item. Does Target do this on purpose so that Publix or other competitors cannot accept them? I called my Publix & they said they can't take a Target coupon without the words “Save 1.00” or something on them because their scanners can't read Target barcodes.

      • Savhugs

mine has the words on them…

      • Lucy2778

On your computer, try going to control panel, internet options, and clear your history/cookies/stored data, etc. Then restart the computer, try printing again.

      • Yugigi

Do you have enough black ink? I had this experience before. As soon as I refilled the black ink, everything worked fine.

    • Charlesroberts7099

When is the new ad going to be posted for Publix? I order the product for us so Need to Know. Week 2-2-11 to 2-9-11

    • Lucy2778

Winn Dixie has $5/$30 coupon in ad (that came with the newspaper). I had a couple of small but great trips to Publix using those coupons. First time spent $15 oop, saved $20. Bought 2 Flinstones, 2 Tyson meats, 2 Emerald nuts, 1 Capri Sun juice, and a couple of other small items. Apparantly, my Publix is ok with taking a competitor coupon before others. So my total at first was $31, then $5/$30 Winn Dixie, then the rest of the coupons brought it down to $15!

    • KimPossible3847

My Publix on Madison Blvd in Madison, AL has their Honey Cured Spiral Sliced bone-in hams on sale for .99 a pound. I got two 8lb hams for $8.00 each. I'm cooking one for sandwiches and freezing one for Easter!
