      Cool! I'm never first. ;)

      • Karenc

        Lol.

    • Paulakay72

You ROCK Jenny for getting this up so early! Must shop Wednesday this week and needed today to get my coupons ready. Thank you so much for posting on Tuesday's now. I've literally been clicking and waiting in hopes that it would be up soon. Your hard work is a blessing to us in coupon land!!! :)

      • wb

I am glad it is coming out earlier as well (although soem other webstes now have it up as early as Sunday or early Monday AM). Would it be to much to ask if it could come out on Mondays?

        • moneysaved4disney

i think jenny only has permission to post it at lunch on tuesday

          • Paulakay72

That's what I remember hearing as well. I do check other sites early, but her match up's and printable list is the best out there!!! It's worth the wait! :)

            • nita

              which website have it sooner?

            • carrie

Michelle at I heart publix dot com usually has her’s up around lunch on Monday’s. I use both lists. I don’t know where Jenny lives but her prices match mine better than Michelle who lives in the Atlanta area, but Michelle putting her list up on Monday gives me an extra day to match coupons (no matter how long I do this couponing thing, it still takes me several hours just to get ready for my trip, so I need all the advance warning on upcoming sales I can get). Most of the time they have the same coupons listed but every once in awhile they have different ones listed so between the two of them, I can usually find a coupon to go with the sale.

            • Wlbjunk

Addicted to Saving- Up Monday @ 9:30am

        • http://www.southernsavers.com/ Jenny

The others are right. Publix has a strong legal time that is good to stay happy with. I am to post at noon on Tuesday or later. (The bigger you get the more they care pretty much).

    • Bauercandace

Just a quick heads up- the cashier's at my Publix in Martinez, GA are really quick to ring up a manufacturer's coupon that happens to have a store logo on it (like Kroger) as a COMPETITOR's coupon instead. Publix doesn't double competitor's coupons, but does double the manufacturer's, so keep a close eye out- I ended up saving an additional $5 the other day by catching all of these!

    • Carolyn

Does anybody know for the Publix on Harbison in Irmo, SC, what competitor's coupons they accept? Thanks so much!

      • CouponNERD

I've only been able to use true grocery store coupons there. Not Target or drugstore…

      • Jilljova77

I have used kroger coupons here but that is about it. No target or drugstore!

      • http://www.southernsavers.com/ Jenny

They accept Food Lion, Kroger and Bi-Lo coupons. They don't accept Earth Fare just so you know. Also don't accept Target (not like they are in the same building or anything…)

    • Coco
    • Kerriertaylor

I can't get the Vigo rice printable coupon- it doesn't show it when I click the link. Does anyone have a zip code that works? I've been trying it for several days and haven't seen it yet. Thanks!

      • Katie

It shows under 29063, but I can't actually get it to print. It pulls up a screen and says my coupon has printed, but it never actually printed. Frustrating!

        • Aaron

Try printing it in Internet Explorer. The same happened to me using Chrome and FireFox.

      • Kathy

        • twinmommieluv

How could I have not figured that out??!! Thank you. I looked in her coupon abbreviations/lingo section & it is not listed. Maybe she will ad it, or maybe it's just me!! :~)

          • Annabellee

That message appears when you hover over the acorn.

          • Ultrabextr

LOL… that's the question i was scrolling through the posts looking for the answer!!!!! LOLOL thanks :)

      • Amy

An acorn means to stock up on the product because it is a very good deal.

Thank you!!!!! I didn’t realize the coupon expires tomorrow.

      • PUTZO50

Where can you use the gas card??

        • gardengirl

It depends are the gas cards available at your publix. Today I got a BP card. These cards are w/ the other gift cards (for restaurants, department stores, VISA, etc). You can pick which gas company from the cards they have at your store. It isn’t a Publix gas card. I hope that helps

    • One Fabulous Mama

Are you sure that's a 75 cents/1 Post cereal coupon? I know coupons vary by region, so I'm just checking. The AJC has a 75 cents/1 Pebbles treats coupon.

      • LHead

Now I feel better! I got the AJC coupons and was just digging through the trash thinking I missed the Post cereal coupon! Guess all we had was the one for the treats, which are on sale, but not BOGO.

        • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1605128520 Christie Mercer-Zalinsky

          I didn't have either :(

    • CCShad

CVS is still printing out the $1/1 Kellogg cereal from red machine.

    • dweeb

no prints left on the $1.50 off New England coffee

      • Missyscatchall

there is a .50/1 Q you can print. It will double to $1.00. Better than nothing i guess :(

      • kjmiller

        thanks for letting us know!

    • Amy

Thanks for putting up the list early! Great deals! Especially the Pepperidge Farm. Hey-don't know what their current price is, but there is also a $1 off Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies. YUM! Might be a good buy! It is on their website. Just thought that might be good to mention.

    • Brittany

Where do you get the “Kraft Food & Family booklet” ??

      • Bauercandace

It was on display at BiLo several weeks back. I don't know if they still have any or not, mine doesn't.

    • Valerie

Is anyone having any luck with the Stouffers coupons? I haven't been able to find any of the 3 listed.

    • Dustypyatt

      Question…
If the Worces Sauce is .99…and the coupon is .50….how does that make it free?

      • emj

If your store doubles manufacturer coupons, then it makes it free. All of mine here in Atlanta do.

    • FLsunshine

A windex competitor coupon: $1/2 Windex 26 oz, Fantastic 32 oz, or Scrubbing Bubbles 22 oz Winn Dixie Spring Forward Booklet

    • FLsunshine

A Lysol wipes competitor coupon: -$2/2 Lysol Cleaning products Winn Dixie Spring Forward Booklet

    • Lindafcousins

How do you “refesh” your printer? Thanks

      • Wendy M

hit the back button, then the refresh button (like an arrow going in a circle then “Retry” to print a second Q…hope this helps. Its not actually the printer, its the computer page. At the top of your screen:)

        • Wendy M

In the parenthesis it should have said “Looks like”

        • LINDAFCOUSINS

Thanks Wendy. Dumb question. When do I hit the back button? I am an idiot!!!

          • Bamasaver

As soon as your first coupon has completed printing, hit the back button at that point. Once you refresh, it should print another one for you.

    • Tammyla

ss 3/13 has 2-$1Q for stouffers farmers harvest entree one is single serve and the other is family size. Don't know if these will be included in the sale or not

    • Caryd23

I keep seeing Worcestershire sauce on the list as on sale for .99 and a coupon for .50 off 1 making it free. Am I missing something?

      • Bauercandace

If you live in an area that doubles, it will be free.

    • Amy

Does anyone know when the Kibbles and Bits will go on sale? A coupon came out for $2 off a while back and I thought that Publix was going to have it go on sale for 2/$5. The coupon expires on March 19 though. Anyone know anything about it? Thanks

      • Kayulmer

I think it is going to B1G1F the first week in April. At least that I what I think I remember reading. The March 19 coupon will have expired so we were advised to get them a couple of weeks later because they expire on 4/16 I think.

        • Hungerforgod1

Oh, how sad. I missed that part somehow. Thanks for the info. :)

        • http://www.southernsavers.com/ Jenny

You are right. They will by B1G1 starting 3/23.

        • wendyc33

how do you know so far in advance?

          • Sharon

I am wondering the same thing . . . . how do we find out about future items going on sale?

      • BBarker

Look for Kroger to have the 17.6 lb bag on sale around the last week in March (Probably right after the coupon expires :( I don't think Publix will have it on sale (in FLA) before June.

      • tj

We got a new Kibbles and Bits coupon just recently.

      • Ephraim1

they go on sale 3/24 u got the wrong coupon there was another one that expires 4/19 – still time to get some tho possibly :)

    • Bauercandace

The Oscar Meyer B1G1 coupon is not a store coupon, it's a manufacturer's coupon… not sure that the scenario listed above will work. But maybe you could buy 4 and use 2 of the .55/1 and 2 B1G1. I don't know… the B1G1 with the B1G1's confuse me! Maybe someone else can help?

      • http://www.southernsavers.com/ Jenny

I fixed it. Buy the beef and the turkey, use the B1G1 coupon and a .55/1 coupon to basically get them each for 89¢.

        • Shon

          Jenny,
How would this work with a true BOGO sale here in Florida?

          Thx

          • Carra

For true BOGO, I would think you would buy 2 beef & 2 turkey and use 2 BOGO coupons and 2 $.55/1 coupons. You would pay $3.59 for all 4. That would be paying for 1 beef (minus the $1.10 worth of coupons), getting the other beef free, and then getting the two turkey free with the 2 BOGO coupons.

            • Syndilew

I actually think that all you would need to use is the BOGO because if it is a true BOGO then it would work just like the drug stores. HTH

    • Steph

Does anyone know how to get the Kraft and Conagra home Mailers? I see the coupons all the time, but can't figure out where to go to sign up for the mailing?

      • faith

I would like to know as well.

      • Danyeln

For ConAgra they are usually rebate form booklets. You spend so much on thier products and mail in a form with your receipts and they will send you a coupon booklet. The most recent one was in the January All You; spend $15 and get a coupon booklet for $35 in savings.

    • http://twitter.com/ADDhousewife Micki

if you stack the $2/2 from winn dixie and the $1/2 from the SS 3/06 insert, the lysol wipes end up being 50 cents each!!!!

    • CONNIE

ANYONE HAVE THE ZIP FOR THE VIGO RICE????????????????????

      • Lanavdixon

        33309

        • tammy

I tried changing from my zip code to this zip code and it won't let me, any reason why?

      • Bkmorley1

        zip code 33309

    • nikki

What do the prices in the parenthesis mean? Are they a special price?

      • Stefluvs2sign

It is the each price (take the bogo price divide by 2)

      • Whosaves

that is in the bogo section, the original price is shown first then the price in parentheses is what they come up as with the bogo

    • Deborah Perone

BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR PUBLIX POLICY ON COUPONS IF IT'S YOUR FIRST TRIP THERE! Some do not double coupons. Thomasville Georgia and the store on Capital Circle S in Tallahassee DO NOT

      • Guest

No Florida stores double coupons. They also require that you purchase two of the B1G1 items to qualify for the deal in Florida. You should not have to do this in Thomasville though. You can buy one and get it for half price. Hope this helps. We in South Georgia are unfortunately on the Florida district management and therefore do not not have double coupons in our stores. The closest store to honor double coupons is Warner Robins.

      • yugigi

glad to know someone shop in Thomasville.

    • Roxanne

No luck on finding the “printable” coupons for any of the links to Target…No Vigo rice, no Nabisco cookies and now no Kraft Mayonnaise…what gives???????

      • Guest

You'll probably need to change your zip for the rice (Not sure about Target as I have never printed any). I found it under 33309

      • betsisme3

for the vigo rice enter 28731 zip code

      • Couponchick229

I found Vigo rice under zip code 33309. I hope this helps.

      • Bonnie

        I'm having the same problem…

        • Annie

try 29418………….that is where I got my coupon for the rice.

    • Shannon

What zipcode is everyone using for the nabisco coupons on the target website?? I have tried everything and NOTHING works??

      • sharon60

I think the Nabisco coupons have been out all month and are now probably gone. Same with that Kraft coupon. I would make a habit of checking Target maybe once a week and particularly at the first of every month. Since you can use them to stack with M coupons at Publix, they go pretty quickly. Sorry

      • sharon60

Sorry, been a long day and I'm not thinking clearly. Sign up for Jenny's Coupon Advisory Email, she always notes in there when Target loads new coupons.

    • Jacketfan24

I got a catalina at Bi-Lo this weekend for $2 off 3 boxes of cocoa/fruity pebbles, which makes these .94 each!

    • Earlcaves

I never can find the Target coupons that are matched with the deals. Even if I click the link to print them. Am I missing something?

      • sharon60

Most of the Target dot com coupons have been out for a couple of weeks and are probably already gone. Sign up for Jenny's coupon advisory email and she notes in those when the new Target coupons come out.

        • Spraymom

Where do I click to sign up for that? I don't see it anywhere….

          • Danyeln

Click on “Deals in Your Inbox at the top of teh page. It should give you two options one for Deals and the other for new coupon advisory or some such. Select both to keep up with everything Jenny posts

          • sharon60

At the top of the page click on “deals in your inbox” – to the left of the

            search box.

erg! I had a rant/question/comment late this past sunday & have no idea if there were any suggestions/updates for me. How do I go back further in these comments to the last moment I had some “me” time at 11:30 sunday night?
I was asking about GA Publix policy about rainchecks expiring/not expiring…to all who respond/responded-thank you!

      • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1605128520 Christie Mercer-Zalinsky

you have to go to last weeks add. This is the current weekly add

        • new-to-Q

Thank you!!! Didn't know to check respond to email (check here) either-that may have helped…

        • new-to-Q

          Thank you…will search

      • sharon60

You can go back by moving from page to page at the very bottom.

      • new-to-Q

I apologize if this has been addressed recently.
        1) Publix rainchecks state that they expire in 1 month…I went to your workshop last year & was told that they don't hold you to it. Last week tried to use an expired raincheck & well, it didn't go smoothly. Did I miss an update, what's corporate policy?
        2) What is that “code” that shows on your receipt if the cashier hits a button so you don't receive double your smaller coupons? Hasn't happened yet, just don't know what/where to look for.

-previously MISplaced this post on an old publix ad-no response (it was past my bedtime & i've not ever asked a question before)

        Thank you in advance!

        • new-to-Q

Found me! thank you! I seem to know just enough to be dangerous…still forgot to check respond to email :-O

        • Carra

At our Publix, the rainchecks do expire in 30 days. However, if they don't get the product in within 30 days, they will sign off on the raincheck, extending it for another 30 days. That's the only way they will honor it after the 30 days.

          • MFamMom

Jenny told us at a workshop I attended last September that when Publix stores ran out of their rain check tablets the new ones on order would not have an expiration date — has this plan changed???

        • Danyeln

If they supress the doubling of you coupon I believe it says right underneath where they scanned the coupon “Bonus Coupon Supressed” or something to that effect.

      • sharon60

Sorry, it just hit me that you were probably in last week's ad, you'll have to click on Publix weekly ad at the top of this page, then find last week's ad, then go from there.

    • ashlyn

Any idea when the non-refrigerated Welch's grape juice will be BOGO again??

    • need milk

Bummer! I was hoping there would be a smart balance milk deal this week since some of the $1.50/1 expires soon! Love that stuff!

      • jessica

smart balance is $3 at winn dixie, at least it was earlier this evening. their new sales week starts tomorrow tho, so not sure if it will still be that price. hth :)

Couldn't find the Kraft Mayo coupon from Target

      • Carra

You are not looking for a coupon that says Mayo. It says off select Kraft items and Mayo is included. Try looking for that.

      • Sprtgirl32

        Me either!

    • Melissa

The manager at my closest Publix told me that they do not accept Walgreens coupons (I had the one that printed from the register)…even though I pointed out that Walgreen's was literally on the other corner…he said they only accept competitors' coupons from 'grocery stores'…which to me, would rule out Target too…but they take those…makes no sense to me.

      • mrs. b

you're lucky they take Target coupons. Ours in South Florida does not consider Target a competitor

      • P Kosolapoff

They consider Target a competitor because a Super Target is a grocery store and the smaller stores have alot more grocery stock than a Walgreens will have.

        • Mooonmist

My Publix does not accept Target. Stores in Hendersonville and Gallatin TN

          • Jenni L

I wish they did! The Goodlettsville, TN one doesn’t either but I still love that store and the people there!

    • Lunitari601

When i try to print the snuggle coupon it says I have already printed my max but i have never printed a coupon for snuggle. I know I havent because I just started couponing a month or so ago and have been waiting for fabric softner to go on sale. Any idea why?

      • Angel_in_Charleston

It could be that the maximum number available for print has already been reached. They often use a generic response that doesn't really make sense.

      • Stacey

It did the same thing to me. The link is bad. If you go to their Facebook page you can print the coupon just fine. I got it to print twice for me. :)

    • Bigbetty

The link to the Friendship sour cream doesn't work. Is there another one?

    • Valerie

Where do you get the “Congratulations! It's a Bargain” coupon book? I asked at my Publix today and the lady looked at me like I was nuts. (I'm in Georgia.)

      • Ashlie

I got mine from my bagger at Publix in Gainesville, GA… she gave me three booklets cause she knows I have three kids! LOVE HER! :) There is now a display at the front of our store with them, it is pink and blue and looks like a baby congrats card!

    • Courtni

When I click on the Worcestershire coupon there is not one there….it seems like all of the coupons are not there this week :( Am I doing something wrong??? Also how do you change the zop code for target…..the coupons for me are not there either. Thanks for the help!!!!

      • PriceFamily0613

when you get to the website for the Worcestershire coupon, make sure you are under the “Food” tab.
when the screen first came up for me, it was under a cleaning products (or something like that) tab.
        hope this helps! :)

        • Musiclady0110

Family Dollar has an online coupon for $.75 off a 48 oz. package of Breyer's Ice Cream.

Publix in Valdosta Ga takes only, Manufacturer and Military coupons. Manager said no to Walgreens (they are on the corner) Target (across the street). We are glad they still take Military coupons. No double or penny days.

    • Raifordkitch

Is the mueller pasta coupon only available to new “sign ups”? i got the coupon a LONG time ago (lots of copies) and now haven't been able to get it in months. Anyone know the scoop?

      • Annie

It is only for new sign ups and then you can only print 2 q's. If you have an alternate e mail address use that. I did and it worked fine.

        • faith

Still in PDF format. I was able to print 10.

          • Jessica

But the wording on the Q disallowed printing extras. Though the wording seemed to have been largely ignored.

      • Tjmj9801

I remember that. Back in the fall, it was PDF format and you could print as many as you wanted. Wish I had. Lol

    • Carolyn

The last couple of weeks I've gotten free Frank's Red Hot Sauce at Publix. It's on closeout (but still with the rest of the display) for 2/$2.00, i.e. $1, and used a 50 cent coupon I printed online. My husband is very appreciative! :)

    • Carra

There was a $.75/3 Hamburger Helper Target coupon. It reads $.75/3 Boxed Dinners and Helpers are included. Would make those $.50 each.

Also, there is a $2/1 Purina Beyond Dog Food Winn Dixie coupon in the Spring Forward book.

    • Spraymom

The 55 cents off Lays potato chips coupon that is shown in the list is exclusively for “kettle cooked” chips and they are excluded in the sale price…My Publix in Chattanooga has updated their system and no longer excepts it unless it is the exact item on the coupon so I don't think this one will work this week on the Lays….:(

      • JustMeMegs

There should have been two. They look identical but one is for Kettle and one is for just Lays.

        • Spraymom

          Ok thanks !!! I didn;t notice that….

    • wendyc33

ok i have had a winn dixie card forever, how come I did not receive that home mailer book , fan favorites? Did anyone else get this? is this newly sent out, maybe i just have not gotten it yet.

      • Phototabe

someone told me that kroger does the same and the only time you get it is when you spend a certain amount at kroger. That is stupid but I guess that is how it goes

      • Syndilew

They have them at the store, so if you didn't get one, you can pick one up at the store. HTH

    • sarah

Anyone know if the Stouffers Family Size entrees are still on sale this week? I saw it posted on another site, but not here. Trying to plan…

      • Jandomcintyre

yes they are! I ran in for a minute this morning to check on the gas cards and it was on a big sign by the door!

    • Stacey

At my Publix today in North Alabama, they wouldn't let me use a $ off coupon with a BOGO coupon. The register beeped and they said since they have a new coupon system it tells them if a coupon can be used or not. She said since one of the two items were free, I couldn't use the other 0.55 off one coupon. I tried to explain to them both how one coupon attaches to the free item and the other attaches to the one I bought, but again she mentioned the register “knows”.
I am not sure if Publix has this wrong with their new coupon system, or if they just didn't know how coupons stack…?

      • dude69

I think we're all screwed with the Publix coupon system. All the cashiers ever talk about is how the customers are “abusing” the system, and publix is going to “fix the problem.”

        • Fromkhadija

I have SOOOOO had it with Publix. :S

          • Jessica

Don't complain too much. Trust me, there are many grocery stores that are really rude to couponers. I for one avoid Kroger at all costs.

            • guest

I will second that about Kroger…awful customer service!

        • Spraymom

Experienced that this morning at Publix……:(

        • Careycouponer

I don't get that response at all. There are a couple of cashiers who are excited to see how much I save and say how great it is to know that I never cheat with a coupon. I love my Publix!

      • Mollieirene

Hey what city in north Alabama? I shop Publix in Athens and I have never had a problem with coupons really. They won't accept coupons from drugstores but they do accept Target coupons.

        • Stacey

Madison…It was the store on Jordan Lane/Hwy. 53.

          • Gingiraffe

I shop at that store a lot. I have tried to shy away from using coupons stacked with BOGO coupons, especially with P&G products because they do actually state one coupon per items listed, which in my opinon means one coupon for both the bought item and the free item. It may be that they have entered this into their system this way too if that is how they interpret it. Try shopping at the one on County Line and see what they say??

      • Codyjoe77bama

Was it on the lance crackers 0.55 coupons…

        • Stacey

No, It was from last week's ad: BOGO Vick's Puffs tissues. I bought 4 and had two BOGO coupons and one $0.50 off two Puffs products. I hope it was their mistake and not that Publix has changed their coupon policy. :(

          • Stacey

meant to write….that the Puff's tissues were $1.25 each not BOGO.

      • Bradyfigueroa

I shop in Athens, and I don't think I have ever been able to do that scenario. They have never let me use a $ off stacked with a BOGO coupon. I tried once and never tried again.

        • http://www.facebook.com/people/Abigail-Barton/290401445 Abigail Barton

I shop in Augusta GA, And they Always let me use coups with BOGO, I have never had a problem

    • jessica

if your publix accepts family dollar coupons, there are several in this months booklet that you can use/stack towards these deals. .75 off breyers ice cream, .25 off kraft mayo, .50 off rice krispies. there may be more that i didn't catch. happy saving :)

    • sharon60

Is $2.50 for Windex an OK price or would I find it cheaper elsewhere? I have $1/1 coupon expiring 3/31.

Also need Soft Soap ($1/1 Q which I have temporarily misplaced) or any other brand soap dispenser refill – any ideas?

      • MFamMom

I don't pay more than 50 cents! Keep watching for window cleaners if you have a Publix nearby!

        • sharon60

MFamMom, do you mean 50 cents for window cleaner or soap refill? I only have access to Publix on Thursdays (it's 60 miles away) so will need to decide before then on the Windex. Thanks

          • Anonymous

Publix often has Glass Plus on sale for 50 cents or less.
As for the Softsoap, at least in my area (Upstate SC) it’s harder to find deals on it. Less than $1 is good in my book.

            • Anonymous

50 cents is definitely more in my budget – I’ll start watching for Glass Plus
coupons!! On the soft soap somebody replied that she uses slightly diluted d/w
detergent or children’s bath wash b/c they were on sale frequently and those
sound like great ideas also. Thanks so much for the great tip!!

detergent or children’s bath wash b/c they were on sale frequently and those
sound like great ideas also. Thanks so much for the great tip!!

Sorry if someone has already asked…but I didn't see it. Does anyone know the zipcode for the VIGO coupon? I can't find it!!!!!

      • Couponchick229

        33309

        • Nicole

          THANK YOU!!!!!

      • Msjbirch

Hi I was able to print mine and my zip code is 29073

    • http://polkadotsandpineapple.blogspot.com/ Laura P.

I can never get the Lindsay Olives coupons to work. It takes me to a link where I have signed up numerous times, yet I never have the option to print a coupon nor do I receive any via email. Anyone else have this problem? I would love to try the product.

Thanks for all your work Jenny! You make this fun! :)

    • Couponchick229

Did anyone have any luck finding the target coupons? For some reason I can't find them. (Kraft, Oscar Meyer, etc.)

      • Kimberlywhite424

I think they have taken them off their website because they have expired. Also, my experience with Target's site is that you can only print their coupons one to two times before they become not available to print from your personal computer. I would try another computer/different IP address, if you have access.

        • Couponchick229

          Thank You!

    • nancy

confused about the Coca-Cola. Ad just mentions 4.00/carton of 12 (no B2G1 @
      4.99??)

      • Spraymom

Depends on the area… Here in Chattanooga ad says buy 2 get 1 free….

        • nancy

          thanks, spraymom!

        • Signal Mom

Spraymom, I live in the Chattanooga area and am new to couponing. The Bi-Lo’s seem to all have different rules to competitor coupons, it is confusing. Is Publix like that, and do you have particular stores you find are more coupon friendly?

    • bev 37

Can anyone tell me if I can use 4 muellers coupons at the same time. The coupon says limit one coupon per person. Thanks

      • moneysaved4disney

        depends on your store

      • Doiley

yes, I have bought many boxes at one time. this is in Columbia, sc

      • Amy B.

You should always follow the wording on the coupon… that is your contract with the manufacturer for redeeming it.

    • Lreynolds334

I went to Publix in Montgomery, AL and loaded up on the dog treats buy one/get one. I had 2.00 coupons. The end result was they actually gave me money at the end of the transaction. WOW!!!!

    • Stephensabode

Does Publix accept Target coupons? I tried at Wal-mart and they would not accept the Target coupons

      • bev 37

Has to be a supper target or a greatland and be within 5 miles

        • Roehrigk

No it does not have to be super target or within 5 miles. It depend on the store :)

      • CCShad

It varies from store to store, so ask your manager or c/s desk. There are no Super Targets in my town, but my 2 stores still accept Target and drugstore coupons.

    • Heidi

I'm from Columbia SC and I often have times where you list a coupon that is in the SS or RP and when I go to mine for that date, I don't have that coupon. For instance, I went to the SS for 3-13 to get the 75 cent coupon for the Post cereal. In my SS, I only have a coupon for $1 off of the Fruity Pebble or Cocoa Pebble cereal bars. This happens a good bit and it's so frustrating when you miss the deal because you don't have that coupon.

      • Mekana84_7

I was just thinking the same thing. I wish that I had it!

      • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1605128520 Christie Mercer-Zalinsky

        I didn't have either… :( Greenville SC

I'm in Florida and getting the same thing. We didn't have the rice or pasta coupon this week :(

    • bcw77

I picked up that Spring Family Style Magazine in my Publix store, but it does not have a coupon for the Silk Soy Milk in it. There is another coupon in there (can't remember for what at the moment), but not Silk. Is there a difference in the mailed out version and the one you pick up in the store? I noticed this was listed the last time the Silk was on sale and I picked up the magazine specifically for that purpose, but no coupon.

      • Sjohnson71

There is a difference. The magazine that is mailed to your home has more coupons.

        • bcw77

Thanks! Good to know. I thought I had actually signed to receive the magazines in the mail, but I guess I didn’t. I will go and sign up now. BTW, the coupon in the store version is Sargento cheese snacks.

    • emj

If your store accepts Target as a competitor, you can get an even better deal by buying (1) Beef wieners and (1) Turkey wieners and using $1/2 Target coupon and FREE coupon. 67 cents each!

    • Mekana84_7

Target has a $1 off Colgate toothpaste which would make it free at Publix if your store considers them a competitor.

      • Bradyfigueroa

Thank you! That makes it a money maker if I stack it with the .75 cents off coupon.

    • Msjbirch

Says there is a .50 coupon off of French`s Worcestershire sauce, when I click printable there is no coupon there for this item, however there arte coupons for other french`s items.

    • Cej88

I shop Publix in Decatur, AL and have never had a problem using a $ off on a BOGO item since they ring up 1/2 price instead of BOGO. Also, the Rite Aid video coupons print off as MANUFACTURER coupons..not store coupons. They will notice the logo on the top, but I bring to their attention they state manufacturer and they take them. Does anyone know if they accept Family Dollar coupons since we have one here in town?

      • SilentE

Don't know about Family Dollar, but my Publix in Helena AL takes all coupons that say “manufacturer coupon” even if they have a store name, also, including Dollar General. Something else I learned today–if the Publix coupon also says manufacturer coupon, my Publix treats it like a manu., not able to stack like you would if it was a store q.

    • Lucy

Just a reminder that today is the last day for the $10 off Gas Card coupon (expires 3/16).

It's been a great promotion and I'm really going to miss it.

      • Sara

I had a hard time coming up with enough $25 grocery scenarios to buy more than 3 gas cards. I was stressing about it until I finally realized that it is a testament to thrifty shopping and stockpiling that our family just does not need to spend that much on groceries anymore. Yay!

        • Lucy

I was able to buy quite a few cards – all cost less than $40 when the grocery coupons were deducted from the total.

If you look at today's sale ad, you could easily find $25 worth of items for next to nothing:

          Yoplait Kids Yogurt, 4pk 12 oz. $2
free after coupons (need to buy 2), $4 towards total; $0.00 spent

          Philadelphia Cooking Creme $2
$.50 after coupon (buy 2), $4 towards total; $1.00 spent

          Mueller’s Pasta, 12-16 oz, at $1.35 (67¢)
free after coupon, $.67 towards total; $.67 spent ($.33 overage applied)

Vigo Saffron Yellow Rice, 10 oz, at $1.29 (64¢)
free after coupons (buy 2) $1.29 towards total; – $.04 spent ($.71 overage applied)

          Shedd’s Spread Country Crock, 15 oz, or 2 pack, 7.5 oz, at $2.09 ($1.04)
$.24 after coupon (buy 2), $2.09 towards total; $.44 spent

Green Giant Frozen Vegetables, 7-10 oz, at $1.79 (89¢)
free after coupon (buy 2), $1.79 towards total; $.23 spent ($.21 overage applied)

          Sundown Vitamin D3 at $2.99
free after coupon (buy 2),$5.98 towards total; -$1.79 spent ($2.02 overage applied)

Pepperidge Farm Baked Naturals Cracker Chips, 6 oz, at $3.49 ($1.74)
          $.74 after coupon, $1.74 towards total; – $1.05 spent

Pepperidge Farm Swirl Bread, 16 oz, at $3.79 ($1.89)
$1.09 after coupon, $1.89 towards total; $.04 spent

          $1.55 worth of Produce
free after Pepperidge Farm coupon, $1.55 towards total; $.04 spent

$25 total grocery purchase. $.04 oop spent. You're able to buy a $50 gas card for $40. Doesn't get much better than that!

(I used the coupons listed in Jenny's match-up for my example so they should be reasonably available for most everyone…)

          • Jess

If you are able to actually buy all of those free/overage-after-coupon items at your Publix in the same shopping trip, then you are one of the lucky ones. Couponing is hot, hot, hot where I live right now and the shelf cleaners are out in full force. For the last couple of months, my Publix has NEVER had the free/overage-after-coupon items in stock. The shelves are empty for the duration of the sale and you have to get a raincheck (unless it is a monthly ad item and they won't give you one).

I used to see this in the drugstores on a regular basis, but the grocery stores were still safe… well, not any more!!!

            • The Lunch Lady

Where are you at? I've noticed that in my area too!! East of Atlanta!

            • Maimaie

I usually have this issue at CVS, often having to make purchases at multiple stores to complete my transactions, thankfully the only time I see empty shelves at my publix is when students arrive back in town.

        • CozmikCowgirl

It is $25 before coupons. That may help!

      • Kathryn

Thanks for the reminder. I saw this post yesterday & went to Publix website & printed a coupon. They only had Texaco gas cards left, but I'm thrilled to get to take advantage of this deal twice!

    • Beth

I have a question. I purchased 10 of the Mueller's pasta today, along with some other deals, and when I got home, I realized that none of the coupons were taken off. I have had this happen before and Publix has gladly refunded my money for the coupons missed. However, I am wondering since my total was only $4 if they will still give me a refund for the coupons, since it would make a negative amount. Also, I dont want to bite the hand that feeds me so to speak. What would be coupon-etiquette correct in this situation? Thanks for your opinions and input :)

      • Lucy

I've had similar situations with missed coupons. Since my totals are always in the pennies to $1 to $2 range I never go back. I don't need to raise any more attention to my thrifty shopping and I think the store deserves to make a profit every once in a while…

With the specific case with the Mueller's pasta, the coupons state “Limit one coupon per person” If you do go back, the store could deny you redemption of coupons 2 – 10. Additionally, you'd be risking bringing attention that the store was giving overage on the pasta.

Bottom line: Enjoy your thrifty shopping trip of $4 (Way to go! ) and be happy that Publix wins some every once in a while since they certainly let the customer win many times.

        • 129hutch

Just have to say- Very good advice Lucy!

    • Swashdawg

I live in metro ATL and have scanned my 3/13 SS and can't find the Post Fruity or Cocoa Pebbles coupon. There is one for the snack bars…..will they accept that?

Also I can't find the Vigo Rice coupon in the 3/13 RP either.

Anyone else confused, is the date wrong? HELP!

      • guest

Hi, Im in ATL too and could not find the rice coupon as well. Not sure on the snack bars question. Also…if you are unsure as to whether or not the AJC will have certain q's, I believe Jenny posts something up with the differences in different city's papers. Hope this helps!

      • Kelc

I just got the Fruity Pebble snack bars at the Kroger Mega Event and they are disgusting!

      • cheryl

I'm in Metro ATL too. Exact same situation here.

      • The Lunch Lady

It depends on how you get your paper. I didn't get any in the paper I bought at the store. BUT my neighbor gave me the paper she had delivered and it had it in there (or visa versa). Confusing, I know!!

    • CCShad

On the B1G1 OM hotdog coupon, make sure your cashier enters the correct item for free – the turkey select hotdogs which are not on sale and were $2.79 at my store. (At first, my cashier entered the $2.34 for the free item, but I pointed out the language of the coupon and she corrected it. Every bit counts!!

    • Thecoupondiva

I didn't see it posted on here but in the yellow advantage flyer there is a $2/2 q off of general mills yogurt. Our publix has the yoplait kids yogure with less sugar for 2/$4 if you use the store q and the .50/1 mfg q you get the yogurt for free. there are several sources for the mfq q but I don't know right off hand where it was. hope this helps someone

    • Savyredhead

I think I am crazy this week, I still cannot find the vigo rice coupon. I have checked the following zips 29073, 33309, 29645, 28677 and 29316 and I don't see it. Can anyone help?

      • Justinhitwtn

        29212 worked for me.

    • Ashleymandigo

Does anyone know Publix official coupon policy?

      • Ilovewdw

each store has their own, ask your store who they consider a competitor, some stores double it depends on your location.

      • mommydub

I was told recently at my Publix that their policy was changing. So about two weeks ago I e-mailed Publix and asked for the new policy. I still have not heard from them.

    • Ilovewdw

is 1.66 a box for nutrigrain a good stock up price? I'm out of cereal bars…my Publix does take the target q's…not sure if another deal like that will come again before back to school sales ?

      • Kittieskal

I was wondering the same thing! I am new to couponing and have been waiting over a month for a good nutrigrain sale. Is this a low price?

        • Justinhitwtn

It's okay- I've gotten them as low as $.40 a box before.

      • Anonymous

        I usually don’t pay more than $1.

    • couponmama

Geez… Actually made it to Publix (in Summerville, SC) at 9:30am this morning to get some things I needed (and to hopefully avoid out of stock items). But come to my surprise the Vigo Yellow Rice was all sold out!! Good grief!! Guess I'll try another time this week! :-(

      • 129hutch

Did you happen to check on the end caps of your store? I thought the same thing when I got to the rice aisle at my store this morning but then discovered that there were tons of bags on the display end cap at the front of the aisle. Just wondering? Maybe you store does that too??

        • couponmama

I'm pretty sure all they had on the ends was the muellers spag. noodles, but next time I'll defintely take the time to check. I guess you'd think they'd have enough stock for all the sale items. Thanks for the advice! :-) Thank goodness for rainchecks!

    • guest

I heard that Publix will take coupons that have expired – only a week back. Is this true??

      • grocery guru

ours in Canton GA won't. – Hickory Flat store

      • Jrcouponator

Eagles Landing/Stockbridge casher told me just about a week old (until she “turns them in”). But I haven't asked at customer service.

      • Angel in Charleston

Our stores in Charleston, SC will not accept any expired coupons, not even one day.

    • allison

yes, my publix will take coupons a month expired.

    • KT

On the same link for the BOGO turkey hot dogs there is an “Save $1 on Publix produce wyb any oscar mayer meat (16 oz or larger). I think you could use this in addition to the BOGO since the oscar mayer hot dogs are 16oz!?

      • sharon60

I was wondering the same thing.

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Abigail-Barton/290401445 Abigail Barton

This week Publix has a store coupon for $5 off Gerber Good Start Formula! I can pair that with my MANY coupons that I receive through the mail from Gerber (Sign up on their website) It it will make a 12oz can $2-4.50 depending on what kind you buy and the 24 oz cans $10-12.50! I'm stocking up!

    • 129hutch

Publix Purified Water at my Publix (Murray Landing, Columbia) was $3.99 not $2.50 :(

    • ireneY

Just got a “Sensational Seafood” Kroger mailer with a Mrs. Paul's $1/1 MQ. Makes them $1.25 after BOGO and Q!!

    • Cfeathers1

You can also go to Target and get $1.00 of Colgate toothpaste coupon! Pick up a couple extra!

    • The Lunch Lady

Just got treated like a thief at my Publix. Asked for a rain check and was told that “we don't do rain checks for the Yellow Flyer sales. You'll just have to come back when we have it in stock”. I then asked when they would have it in stock…”I don't know…I don't do the ordering. I just RUN Customer Service”. She then asked me “what's that”, as she wrinkled up her nose, pointing to my binder. I told her and her reply “Oh, you're one of THOSE!”. REALLY? I just wanted to buy a couple of bags of dog food. Sorry that my German Shepard eats 10#s a week….she's a puppy. Even my son looked at me and said “Mom, that lady's not nice! We should tell her boss!!!”. Oh well, maybe I'll get someone nicer next time!!!

      • Webby

I'm proud of being one of “those”

      • Kristy

I am so proud to be one of “those” people otherwise I would consider myself just throwing money away. People joke about crazy couponing all the time but I consider those coupons as money that I get to cut out…lol. sorry you had a rough time, my Publix has always been nice. Even when I asked the bag boy to rebag my groceries bc he used the plastic ones instead of my reusable ones. He looked at me wierd look & I proceeded to tell him that if he went to the landfill & saw all those plastic bags floating around the place he would prefer the reusable ones too.lol

      • Angel in Charleston

You should call corporate. This is NOT what they expect from their employees! Sorry this happened to you. One thing was correct, though- they do not do rainchecks on Advantage Buy items. No excuse for rudeness!

        • DoggieMama

I agree that a call to corporate would be the best step–they can't fix a problem if they don't know about it, and I think that they would want to know! Good job keeping your cool, though!

      • baglady

That's unbelievable…I too am proud to be “one of those.” I have to admit…there are a couple of employees at my Publix that never smile and usually send a judgmental look my way. I'm learning to just ignore it and try to be friendly with them. On the other hand , most of the checkers are great…we are on a first name basis. Today, as one handed me my Loooong receipt (yea) she told me “Very good….I'm proud of you!” That made up for those two “sour puss” faces over in customer service.

      • Emrbe

Just go to the website and make a complaint. Be honest(good and bad) and share your story.Use names. Tell them how it made you feel and how it might hinder your shopping relationship with Publix. This has always worked for me. I have had the manager call with in 24 hours. When complaining always find something to say that you LOVE about Publix as well, and the next time they do something right … Let them know through that same place you made your complaint. I say this because when you tell them what they are doing right… People get rewarded for that. I have written so many thank you’s that some of the employees tell me thank you for noticing what they do right. It goes along way. Besides it also makes your experience better the next time. Publix is one of the best stores to respond to you either way. http://www.publix.com look for “contact us” on the top right hand side. Know your store # so they can deal directly with your store.
        Hope this helps.

      • kristenk

i get those looks too, and don't understand it. we should be applauded! more people should be couponers, with the way people now days are living beyond their means with their ever increasing credit card debt! i feel like i'm seen as greedy for using coupons sometimes, but really, we are being smart and responsible!!

    • Stacey

There are Kids Cuisine coupons in the January All You (newsstand edition). $1 off 2.

is anyone having trouble with target coupons cannot get them to print HELP anybody????

    • Maimaie

I've been couponing for a while now, and I'm usually happy with my grocery bill so long as the amount I save is equal to the amount I actually spent OOP. (It usually is, and sometimes more!) However, due to the gas deal last week I'm a little short this week on grocery money. So this week I have set a new goal for myself. Only buy “true deals” (less than $ 0.50 after coupons) and have my total grocery bill be less than $10. Can anyone offer any advice??

      • Roehrigk

does your Publix take Walgreens, Rite Aid, or CVS coupons? If so, look in their ads and try stacking your coupons to save even more.

        • kristen

winndixie as well! winndixie always has booklets out..if they'll accept their coupons you'll be able to make $1+ items into those .50 deals you're wanting!

      • CozmikCowgirl

I counted the Gas Card part of my grocery bill last week as part of my gas budget. $40 out of my gas budget and only the remainder came from my grocery budget. Would this help you to not be short in your grocery budget? You may have already figured that out, but I thought I'd share just in case. I know that the first time I did the Gas Card deal I counted it as my groceries and I was waaaay out of budget.

As far as the “true deal” project, Jenny makes it easy by posting all the deals that are under $1 some time during the week. You could look over that and easily see which ones are worth it to you.

Good luck, and please let us know how you do!! :)

        • CozmikCowgirl

Here is the link to the list I referenced.

          http://www.southernsavers.com/2011/03/1-or-less-grocery-deals-317/

        • Maimaie

I really LOVE these deals with the gas cards, however I use a gas card for all my gas purchases then make one large payment to pay off the card at the end of the month. Normally gas goes on the card, and groceries from my checking account. Sometimes if I anticipate the gas deals I'll make a smaller payment on my credit card that way I have extra money in my account for the gas cards at publix… but that was not the case this time :(

Also, thanks to everyone for the advice. I'm still planning my trip and I usually go on Sunday so I'll let y'all know how I do then!

        • Maimaie

Just got home from Publix, and I am very pleased! I did go over my goal of $10, but only because I bought $5 worth of produce and a California Pizza Kitchen pizza. I love them so much I can never pass them up when they’re on sale, deal or not!

I spent $22 (including tax) and saved $63.72!

    • SAVE12

Ok,did I miss this big Deal on Kibbles and Bites, when is it going to be B1G1F. iT'S BEEN MORE THEN A FEW WEEKS WHEN THEY POSTED FOR THIS DEAL???

      • Laura

        It will be next week.

      • kristen

she said it'd be 5 weeks from the time she mentioned it..should end up being next week i believe..it was the week of feb 18th she posted ..

      • Sis2

It starts 3/24 if your ad starts on Thursday or 3/23 if it starts on Wednesday. I preordered 4 cases (6 bags per case) in my store today. It'll keep my blood pressure down by not having to keep checking those empty shelves all week.

      • Kb

How cheap will it be? anyone know??

    • ginab

Hi – I'm new to couponing and even newer to shopping at Publix. Is there a limit to the number of coupons you can use in one trip? With B1G1 deals this week, I'm lookinig at using 53 MQ in one trip. I have as many as 10 coupons for the same item…of course I'm going to buy 10 of the items & use one coupon per item. Thanks!

      • kristen

i shop at the jax publix and have used 10 of the same coupon and had no trouble at all! (: good luck!

        • ginab

          Thanks! : )

      • Natalie559

If you have more coupons than items the register will stop and the cashier will need a manager override to continue. It's no problem and they will override it, just something to be aware of

    • Gunter00

Is there anyone else in Middle Tn having trouble finding the coupons that's been listed the last couple of weeks? I've been on this website almost 2 years but all of the sudden my q's are not matching up with hers. It's depressing b/c I'm missing out on all kinds of deals for Publix and Rite Aid.

      • kristen

circulars are really starting to vary more than i've noticed in the past. even from county to county i've noticed slight changes.

        • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1016561952 Jennifer Nance Ryan

Not in TN but I am having the same issues here. I was matching up right on par with her list and now it is hit or miss. Kind of frustrating but still get great deals. :)

      • Jaclyn Cremisi

I am in Middle TN and there are a lot of things listed that are not in my circular. For example, the toothpaste for 25 cent deal on here…I could not find the coupon for that- only had the expensive kind of toothpaste and $1.50 off but I won't get to use that most likely.

        • Gillyp3864

Jaclyn-never pay for tpaste-it's always free at either RA, WGS or CVS.

      • Kim

I am in Southwest Florida and having the same issue. This week when I went to RP and SS to cut out the coupons, they don't exist for the date that Southern Savers says for Publix items. I am confused as to why this is. Can't get the better deals without the coupons:(

    • Kristi

I am having trouble locating the Lance Cracker $1.00 OFF coupon and the Emerald Nut Coupons? Any Suggestions????

      • Victoria3515

I didn't find the lance but at the bottom of the emerald after you play the game is says get coupon on the very bottom of the screen. Very hard to find

    • Adr1anraye

great week for me at publix! $59 total; i paid $22. thank you publix!

    • Diane Holland

FYI – On the Mueller's Pasta. The site said 1 coupon per customer. It must be a PDF file because my printer screen came up and asked me how many copies I wanted printed. I put in 20 copies and it printed 20 coupons. Great deal! My husband is a vegetarian. I cook many pasta dishes. This is a win win for me.

    • Beth

my “Buy one Oscar Mayer Beef Selects get one Turkey Franks free” didn't make the Turkey Franks free, just took $2.20 off my total. The Turkey Franks are $2.79

      • emj

Same thing almost happened to me this morning. He/she probably assumed the turkey/beef were the same price. Pay close attention to make sure they take off $2.79, not $2.20!

    • Dragonfly_2941

Is anyone else having problems getting the vigo yellow rice coupon or am i just missing it?

      • Gillyp3864

It wasn't there when I tried to get it.

      • Tracey

I could not find it either. Can someone tell us where it is?

      • jen

        Couldn't get it either. :(

      • http://www.southernsavers.com/ Jenny

It is still printing from Red Plum – try the zip code 29201.

        • Dragonfly_2941

yay, it worked. thanx! do they run out in certain areas or something? can you use more than 1 if your buying more than one?

      • Lisa

Yeah, it would not appear for my zip.

    • Dragonfly_2941

cannot seem to find any of the target coupons when I click on printables.

    • Hope

Does Publix have the Silk Soy coupon in their add this week?

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_72KVAC77KYW2DWJX7DB5GJAZLA Lacey

Has anyone used more than one mueller's coupon? It says on the coupon only use one per person….wondering if Publix will accept them?

      • Helen

Hi Lacey! Yes, I've used more than one at a time – I used 8 of them at once (different e-mails in my family) back a couple of weeks ago when it was B1G1F

        • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_72KVAC77KYW2DWJX7DB5GJAZLA Lacey

          Thanks Helen!

          • kristen

i did as well, i used 10 at once

      • http://www.livingwellspendingless.com/2011/03/17/thursday-shopping-3-17-11-weekly-shopping-linky/ Ruth

I used several today with no problems. In fact the store manager was the one that checked me out (if she is working she will close down a lane for me so others don't have to wait). Her exact words: “The store gets reimbursed so I am happy to take them!”

    • Tiffanyyost

I'm having a hard time finding the Target coupons…..does anyone know if you can change your location on the Target website to see if the coupons are available in other areas?

      • 3monkeysmom

You used to be able to change your zip on there but now I'm not seeing it.I can't find the Ocsar Mayer hotdog q :(

    • sharon60

Cabbage 29 cents per lb in Kennesaw

Free Dove Men + Care deo – Green Adv Flyer has store Q for 55c off 1 Dove product, so if your store will accept MQ, Target Q AND store Q, it's free with 5 cent overage.

Sundown – if sold out in $2.99, $3.29 and $3.59, u can use either 250 mg B6 or 1000 mg w/D3 Calcium at $3.99 and still make $1.02 on 2 if you were able to print the MQ $3/2 and stack w store Q $6/2.

Oscar Mayer hot dogs, ask if you can use 2 of the Publix $1 off produce wyb meat AND be sure and explain to clerk that the Turkey is free $2.79, beef is $2.20.

      • Jamie

On the Sundown $3/2 coupons, nothing happens when I try to print it – anyone else having this problem? Any ideas?

        • sharon60

I tried on 2 different computers both last night and this a.m., first in chrome and then in IE and I was only able to print 1 this morning, but thankful for that. It always said “thank you” and nothing would print. I thought it was just me.

      • emj

I've been tearin' up the Sundown deal the past few weeks. Makin' money! :)

Anyone get the friendship sour cream coupon to work? Mine came up as expired.

      • jen

Came up expired for me also.

      • Shelleyschu

worked for me in Atlanta, West Cobb. But I printed it a few weeks ago.

      • cheryl

Yes, but I printed mine 2 weeks ago when the deal first started in the advantage flyer. It's probably just gone by now since the deal has been on for a while.

    • jen

Seems like everything I clicked on this week came up expired or non existant. Maybe it's just one of those weeks.

      • cheryl

I've found that many coupons are gone by Wed. or Thurs. You've got to print them Tuesday as soon after Jenny posts the deals as you can.

    • Kim

      Hi all,
I am new to this couponing and had a question. I live in Southwest Florida and have been getting the newspaper for the coupons. When I go to print out my Publix list on Southern Savers and then to my newspaper for the coupon that is shows in RP and SS, they are not in there for the date listed that it should be. Is the dates different for different areas? Maybe it is a week behind or ahead? Very confused..thanks for any information that might help.

      • http://www.livingwellspendingless.com/2011/03/17/thursday-shopping-3-17-11-weekly-shopping-linky/ Ruth

I am in SW Florida too and unfortunately we miss out on a lot of the coupons since they vary by region. I usually buy the Sarasota Herald-Tribune rather than the Fort Myers News-Press or Charlotte Sun (I am in Punta Gorda.) But sadly, the dates are correct. If you can't find one it means it probably wasn't in there.

I know it is frustrating at first, but stick with it. After a while you will realize that there are so many great deals with couponing that missing out on a few isn't the end of the world. Hope that helps!

        • Kim

Thanks Ruth for the info. Does the Sarasota paper have the correct dates matched up to Southern Savers then?

        • Stefluvs2sign

Can you get the Tampa Tribune in your area? I live in St. Pete and we had a representative come to the last workshop we gave and we were told they have teamed up with Truecouponing and we are guaranteed to get 20% more coupons than the St. Pete Times. Also we get it delivered for 75cents per paper so that saves us 25 cents on each paper! If you would like the contact info for the person email me at stefluvs2sign@yahoo.com

For those whose Publix considers SweetBay a competitor…do they accept coupons that say “Save $$ on your next shopping trip”? I heard Publix accepts their coupons…but not sure how that would work. Thanks!

      • http://www.livingwellspendingless.com/2011/03/17/thursday-shopping-3-17-11-weekly-shopping-linky/ Ruth

Yes, they accept them. At least my Publix does!

    • Clearance Addict

My Publix had a GREAT clearance section of cold medicine and Health/Beauty items worth looking at and making a second trip …. TYLENOL for $2.15 ($1/1 and $2/1 Qs in the coupon database) …. SUDAFED for $3.30 ($2/1 Q in the coupon database) …. ORAL-B toothbrush $1.39 ($1/1 Q in PG 2/27) and COVERGIRL mascara/blush/foundation ranging from FREE to $2.09 along with this weeks advertised deals. HAPPY Shopping ladies and gentlemen :):)

Yay, what's better than free noodles? (Of course I have a 1 & 4 year old who both want to eat nothing but noodles 3x a day, so maybe that's just me!) Today I ended up spending $3.45 and saving $70.77! Granted, my whole cart was nothing but carbs (pasta, potatoes, hamburger helper, & crackers), but luckily I have a very full stockpile to supplement it with! :-) (Click the link on my name for detailed coupon info)

    • Gettobobs

I cant wait till coupon rules are more strict and limits are set. Like the Mullers Pasta this week, it shows up as a PDF as it allows many prints…but clearly says 1 per customer. Here a lady gloats about printing 20. A rule is a rule, and it wont be long before they are strictly enforced because of all the “abusers”. Its a shame. I am a couponer yes, and I too am tired of seeing empty shelves because of one person. I seriously hope Publix puts limits on each product (like maybe 4 per person). I dont care if you are donating to a battered womens clinic or not, a rule is a rule and people are twisting them to get their way.

      • Kb

If Mullers didn't want people printing more than 1, they would not make it a PDF…..they know what they are doing. And you can ALWAYS get rainchecks if they are out of the pasta shape you want.

        • Ptogroup

I tried printing the Mueller's pasta coupon, but the site says,”We're sorry. No coupons or promotions are available at this time. Please check back in the future for the newest promotions for your favorite Mueller's Pasta products.”

I guess they changed their minds and did not want anymore people printing the coupon, I hate when companies do that!

          • Ashez121203

Try printing again i just printed one

      • cahier101

i am a cashier at publix and even with the rule of so many per customer certain customers come in at least three or four time or even make their children “buy” the products. As for how many coupons people can print if you have a scanner we have no way to tell if its actual print or a scanned copy. It is unfair to our customers and to the cashier seeing has how we get wrote up for making our customers happy.

      • Stefluvs2sign

1 coupon per customer per transaction. I go to Publix about 5 times in one week so I get the pasta each time I go. In addition Muellers goes on sale a lot so I print plenty of them so I have them for the next sale.

    • Christine

Additional coupons to STACK at http://www.familydollar.com – Breyers Ice Cream $0.75, Rice Krispies $0.50, Betty Crocker Au Gratin Potatoes $0.25 – Happy Couponing!!!

      • Stefluvs2sign

Check with your individual Publix stores as I have yet to find one in St. Petersburg that will accept Family Dollar or Dollar General coupons.

    • Cheryl

My Publix in Lawrenceville, GA did not carry the Baby Swiss Cheez-its so I skipped it. Oscar Mayer Carving Board lunch meat is $3.50 (or 2 for $7) so with $2/1 coupon, makes it $1.50. I found Frank's RedHot in the clearance section.

I spent $6.29 including tax on 2 Oscar Mayer carving board meats, 1 pack of beef oscar mayer hot dogs, 1 muellers pasta, 3 vigo rice, 2 toothpastes, 1 cooking creme, 1 country crock spread, 1 pack of strawberries, 1 Franks redhot. Saved 28.01! Before couponing I would have easily spent $6.29 JUST on the 2 lunchmeats!! Thanks for the help finding the great deals.

    • sunshine

I am new to couponing and was wondering how many different store coupons you can use on one item.. i live in kissimmee florida and know that publix will not double mfr coupons up to 1 dollar here.

      • Mcphersoncry

1 manufacture's and 1 store coupon (manufacture's usually double at certain grocery stores $.50 or less and store coupons usually do not double)

      • ML

I live in Jacksonville Florida and my Publix has taken 1 publix, 1 target, 1 winn-dixie and 1 manufacture coupon on one item.

        • Me

          which publix in jax

          • CC

I live in Jax too and I use the Duval Station Publix which takes all of those

        • Twinmomaaa

I live in JAX too and would LOVE to know which one does this! How exciting!

        • Stefluvs2sign

Publix coupon policy is to accept the maximum on one product is 1 Publix, 1 manufacturer and 1 competitor meaning you can use Target or 1 Winn Dixie NOT both.

      • Dtreibitz

I live in Kissimmee as well. You can use one manufacturer and one store coupon at Publix. They take Albertson's, Winn Dixie, and Super Target. Anything that is an actual grocery store in the area.

        • sunshine

Thank you..A lady told me that they take BJ's coupons as well.. Have you ever tried them?

          • Dtreibitz

As far as I know, most of them stopped taking BJ's coupons b/c the quantities are so different.

    • Mike Lowrey

Don't know if it is okay to post this here or not. My wife Sherri Lowrey is a national semifinalist for the Energizer Keep Going Hall of Fame. This award recognizes local community service. Please take the time to check out the Energizer Bunny page on Facebook for more information about the award and Sherri. She gives a tremendous amount of her time to help feed others. Thanks

      • Tjmj9801

Hmmm…not sure of everyone else's thoughts, but I consider this spam since it has nothing to do with Publix, couponing or saving money. Unless, of course, you left out a lot of WHY she's up for an award, other than helping to feed others. Does she use Jenny's methods to get food for others?

    • bellaboo1922

OK, I am annoyed. My Publix in NE Columbia, SC (Hardscrabble Rd) told me today that they could not accept any of my printed coupons because they were not printed in color. I had $5-6 in coupons that I could not use today. My cashier said it was their new policy that just started last week. Anyone else running into this problem? I wondered if our other Publix on Two Notch would still take them. I don't have a color printer, so I am definitely not happy about this one. I have been using the black and white printed coupons for months with no problems.

      • Dawnbgone

they should have no problem taking them as long as they scan. Tell them you'll take them to Walmart and use them.

      • Lisa

That's pretty crazy. I would definitely seek out the manager and complain about that one.

    • Tracy

Hi everyone! I am new to couponing and cant wait to get started. However when I try to install the coupon printer- I get a message saying the is a Trojan Horse ( computer virus) there so it will not let it execute. Anyone else have that problem?

      • nehemias

I get the same message. I'd be interested in what others say!

      • Donna

I have never had a problem installing the printer before, but I'm getting the warning that it is a virus too.

    • nehemias

I can't seem to find the coupons for the Ragu, Mueller's pasta, or Vigo Saffron in the 3/13 Red Plum. I know I've seen the 1st two. I looked through the circular several times and even checked the 3/6 and 3/20 weeks to make sure I didn't have any pages mixed together. If anyone can tell me if they are definitely in the 3/13 and maybe even another coupon that they are close to/close to the front, middle, or back, I'd greatly appreciate it! I didn't use them, but don't think I have them anymore. If I can rule out where they should be, it would help a new mom from going crazy!

      • Kpeavley726

I couldn’t find the Vigo coupon either… but i went to redplum.com and searched ‘vigo’… and it came up! so i printed my 2 directly from their site! good luck!

      • Kim

        Hi there,
I posted a few hours ago regarding the same thing. My Red Plum for 3/13 didn't have any of those coupons either. Someone responded that since it is a national publication, sometimes they are different in other areas. Very disappointing but still great deals on the Buy one Get 1's. I am a new couponer and thought I was going crazy not seeing it, but they really aren't in there:)

        • Syndilew

I get the AJ just like Jenny and I didn't find it in mine either.

      • Ash197827

I just did the same thing!!! I was mot able to find the Ragu, Mueller's, or Vigo Saffron. I checked all of my Red Plums also…

      • Shannon

Same here just drove myself crazy for 30 mins looking for those coupons I def didn't get them either!

      • Cheryl

I get the AJC paper, and I couldn't find the Mueller's pasta coupon either. (I wasn't looking for the others, so I don't know if they were in there or not). I was disappointed, but I'm glad to know I'm not going crazy since others can't seem to find it either.

      • Brooke

I googled “Vigo printable coupon” and found it. However, the Publix I went to today in Atlanta did not have any of the Vigo rice as B1G1. They did have a low-sodium Vigo yellow rice on sale for 99cents, so I was able to get it for 49cents.

    • Sherriec217

Has anyone had trouble with the Green Giant coupon for .50/1? I went to Publix today with my two coupons and the cashier threw the coupons at me and told me they are counterfeit because they printed with the same number. I have never had trouble at Publix before and I have never had such a rude cashier.

      • http://savinsource.blogspot.com/ Suemh

Take a look at the coupons. The bar code will be the same but the serial number under the dotted box at the top right should be different. Also, if you did not trim off the outline, you will see the coupon info. With my GG coupons, it does not have the time in seconds, but there is another set of numbers that end in 01 on one coupon and 02 on the other. If this is the case with your coupons, you should go back and speak to the manager about what happened and show him/her the difference in the coupon. This cashier needs to be educated. If you have your receipt, they will probably give you the money.

        • Sherriec217

Thanks for the tip. I will check it out.

      • Jen

I had a similar experience, but not exactly the same. I always print 2 coupons from the sites – which most let you do and which Jenny advocates. I never paid much attention to the barcode numbers before and have never had a problem using both prints in the same transaction for over a year now, but the last time I tried to use both, the cashier only allowed one, saying that I had obviously copied the other one and “that is fraud”.

I was pretty embarrassed and it messed up my entire transaction, so I ended up asking him to void out all of the items with more than one printed coupon. Well, you can guess that he was not too happy to have to do that, since everything was already rung up. He ended up calling over the manager and making a big scene all while the line was backing up behind me. I left pretty shaken with about half of the original number of items that I wanted to buy.
I am not feeling so good about couponing today.

        • Sherriec217

My friend had the same thing happen to her today that happened to me yesterday. Her cashier was nice about it. I am glad I am not alone. I will look at the numbers now before I shop. I am sorry you had a bad couponing day.

          • biskit0323

The barcodes being the same doesn't matter cause they are the same in inserts also. Point out that the numbers under the expiration date and that lil bar thingy is different. There is actually a website online that you can type that number into to verify that it is a legitimate coupon. HTH!

            • biskit0323

              Sorry, I didn't see Suemh's reply until after I sent mine. :)

        • Summer

Well that rude cashier had no right to treat you that way regardless. I would look for contact info and e-mail the CEO of Publix. They would likely send you a GC. They are out of line being rude to the customer no matter what. My Publix refuses certain Target coupons that say something about in store or something.

        • Laura

I have never tried this (didn't want to waste the printer ink to test it) but I read many months ago that the way cashiers should easily detect a copied coupon is called a “watermark”. It's right under the SAVE .50 (or save whatever value) on any coupon you print. It is either a mini picture of the product OR the manufacturers logo.

The article I read said it is there for a reason–that it cannot be photocopied–therefore any printed coupon that's blank under the save $– is an obvious copy/fraud/fake. I've always kept that in mind to say to a cashier if there was a problem or question. Thankfully it has never come up.

    • Kathy

Our Friendship Buttermilk is on sale 2/3.00 this week, so only .50 with the yellow coupon!

I LOVE my Publix in Stockbridge, Ga.!!!! Very easy to work with! Just got $64 of groceries for $16!!!!!!!!!!

      Thanks for the site Jenny!!

      • Skdoss76

Which one? The one on East Atlanta Road doesn't take competitor's coupons, but the one on Hudson Bridge does…and they are very helpful, indeed!

    • jade65

If anybody out there shops at Kroger or Publix in Carroll County, I would love to talk to someone about the difficulties couponing in these stores.

      • Stonewalls1981

i shop at thee publix in carrollton and have never had a problum what probs have you had

        • jade65

Last visit to Publix, the cashier, kept reaching for my coupons. Normally I hand them over when the cashier is finished checking. She was insistant, so I handed them over. She laid out all the coupons, all over the checkout area, checked one item and then followed with the coupon. I asked her if this was standard procedure, sense I had not had this happen. She stated: that she like to do it this way. All the coupons were good and there was not a problem, but I felt like I was in front of a firing squad, it was degrading to my character. I use coupons on almost every item. I think of have been pegged.

          • Michelle

Nah, it was just the cashier. Don’t go to that one again. I have one like that at my Publix in N. Ga and I understand…it makes you feel like they’re accusing you of something. But the rest of the cashiers are SUPER and usually congratulate me on my purchasing efforts! From what I understand, it depends on where the cashiers are trained and who trains them as to how they check out with coupons. Alot of variables including the district and store managers. So while YMMV, I’d just avoid this cashier at all costs!!

      • Bcking22

I'm from Bowdon…don't live there anymore, but when I'm down to visit my parents, I refuse to go to Kroger. Publix in Carrollton is ok. I think it depends on who checks you out. I know the Kroger there is refusing to take any internet printed coupons!!! The Kroger near me refuses SS internet coupons. I haven't had much luck with Kroger period…not a fan!

    • Tania

There is a $1 Rite aid coupon for Cottonelle toilet paper that pair nicely with the manufactures coupon :)

    • Greenfearn

Saw a new Sally Hansen $1 coupon on Coupons.com and $1 coupon at target. Publix will take both I think.

      • Rbxh90

Target is not a traditional supermarket therefore Publix does not accept their coupons.

it depends if your store considers them a competitor or not. Mine does.

          • Hewitt2labs

Correct it has to do with Location. I have a lot of publix in my area. The one closest to me honors target as there is a target about a mile away. I sometime shop at one by my kids youth group (save on gas) they are 10 miles from target do not honor target coupons.

        • Threnners

Mine will take a Target manufacturer coupon but not a store coupon. It varies by store.

        • couponclipper

it actually depends on the location and if Target is considered a competitor to them or not. The publix i shop at has a target in their shopping center so they accept them.

Hi! I am new to couponing and am wondering if someone could explain how the Yoplait Kids Yogurt is free plus a profit of 50cents. I have two yellow advantage Publix coupons for $2 off the purchase of 2 packs of yogurt. I also have two manufacturer coupons each for -.50/1. I figured that to use all four coupons I would have to buy 4 packs of yogurt at 2.00 each for a total of $8.00, then take off $5 from my 4 coupons. My math is not matching up with hers. Thanks to anyone who can help :) P.S. I am so grateful for this website!!

      • Deenassaving

        Purchase 2 yogurts
Use (1) 2/2 yellow adv flyer coupon
Use (2) .50/1 coupons (which doubles in most stores taking 2.00 off)
        4.00
        -2.00
        -2.00
        =FREE!
You can stack 1 store / 1 manf coupons (in most stores)

        • Guest

Thanks to all of you for explaining this. You've really helped me out :) I live in FL so do not get doubled coupons at Publix (boo). Also, wondering if any of you know of an inexpensive printer option so I can begin printing coupns. I do not have a printer at this time and am a little apprehensive to buy one because of the initial expense of the printer itself and also from what I understand, ink is expensive. Any printer suggestions? Thanks again so much!!

          • Stefluvs2sign

I got a cheap printer for $20 at Walmart at christmas (HP Deskjet 1050) so I am sure the price is a little higher but you GET THE $ BACK AFTER YOUR FIRST SHOPPING TRIP BC YOU SAVE SOOOO MUCH! In addition before you buy a printer check to see how much the ink is bc that is what costs the most money. Lucky the printer I bought is only $14 for black cartridges. Until then you can print for about 10cents a page at the library. Be sure to get the most for your money that on Target.com and on coupons.com you print in groups of 3 (3,6,9,12,etc) bc 3 coupons will fit on a page and save you money. If you are printing from home remember this tip to save on paper.

          • Stefluvs2sign

I am in FLa too so it costs us 50 cents per pack of yogurt. Still a decent deal

      • http://www.facebook.com/people/Lindsay-Hunton/71002492 Lindsay Hunton

She does not mean that it will be free plus 50 cents profit. It is a range, as in it will be anywhere from free to 50 cents after coupons depending on which coupons you use. HTH.

    • Mandy

It would be free if you use two $2.00/2 and four $.50/1 coupons. The $.50 coupons are doubled.

      So:
      Buy 4 packs @ $2 each = $8.00
      Use (2) $2.00/2 -$4.00
      Use (4) $.50/1 doubled -$4.00

      = FREE!!

I don't see that you can get a profit, but definitely can get them free. Hope that makes sense. :)

    • Jamie

Heads up – Recyclebank has a $3 off $50 Publix coupon on their site for Atlanta area Publix for 50pts. Please forgive me if this has already been posted somewhere – I didn't see it.

    • Maimaie

I have some rite-aid Q for Hamburger Helper, that say “manufacture's coupon” on them. I was planning on stacking these with some other coupons. Are they still stackable??

      • Maimaie

I just read the fine print. They say “only good at rite-aid pharmacy”, so now I'm even more confused! The fine print also says “limit one per customer”. I have three (all printed from different computers!!). Can I use all three?

    • Daisy

Couldn't find the Oscar Mayer Beef Franks target coupon. :-(

    • Daisy

Wow. 0 for 2. Vigo Saffron Yellow Rice coupon isn't in my RP nor in the coupon link. Sheesh!

      • Dianne

As someone was nice enough to share previously, you can find this if you use 28731 as your zip. I just checked, and it was still showing up there. HTH.

    • Leaz

At my publix in Georgia, the banana boat products aren't on sale. The $2 off only refers to the green flyer store coupon, not the item price. So they aren't $2 off plus the $2 cpn. Just the cpn.

    • Leaz

Also, you have this listed : -.50/2 Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers PRINTABLE or PRINTABLE
      (makes it FREE – 39¢)
However, the steamers aren't on sale so this cpn doesn't apply.

      • faith

I noticed this today as well.

        • Leaz

I know, I'm sad too, I really thought I had a deal planned and was going to get 10 pkgs since my kids are such veggie lovers!! Darn. :(

    • Guest

Wondering if any of you know of an inexpensive printer option so I can begin printing coupons. I do not have a printer at this time and am a little apprehensive to buy one because of the initial expense of the printer itself and also from what I understand, ink is expensive. Any printer suggestions? Thank you so much for any advice you can offer :)

      • faith

I love dell products but their ink is EXPENSIVE.. I would not purchase one…I have two inside of my home and not happy about the ink price…JMHO!

        • Threnners

Dell printers are made by Lexmark. Don't think Lex will be cheaper.

      • chan

I am looking to replace my printer. I currently have a Lexmark; it was an ink hog, the ink was very expensive, and the printer broke after 2 years of light use! I have been researching, and will probably buy a Brother or Kodak.

      • Ashley

i have an HP printer and basically only use it for printing coupons, its worked fine except we go through a decent amount of ink but i do print ALOT of coupons….I also take out the color cartridge because i dont need my coupons to look pretty. AND we get our ink cartridges filled at walgreens for like $12 plus they give you a coupon for when you return to fill up another. Idk if its high quality ink or anything but again, its just for coupons so i dont really care. This is what works best for us and hopefully you can figure something out that works for you :) good luck!!

      • Deb

Watch for sales at Staples or Office Depot. I bought a cheap laser printer for under $50 there. Sometimes Jenny posts good printer deals on this site. I can get an off-brand replacement cartridge for about $20-$25 that will print 2000 pages.

      • Kris10

Type your comment here.I have a Lexmark – and it is awesome! Ink is expensive- I find that if I ONLY print coupons that I am going to use right before I go to the store- I won't waste ink. Tempting to just print and print- but they expire fast.

      • http://www.facebook.com/people/Brittany-Moyers/1779207628 Brittany Moyers

we just bought a new printer, and decided to go with a Brother because of the price of ink. It was more of an “up front” investment, but in just two months, we've already saved the difference in ink prices (we're still running on the “sample” cartridges it came with, whereas our last printer, an HP, went through those in two weeks). We got a great deal on the printer itself from tiger direct. I'd suggest checking what's on sale there, then comparing ink prices at 123inkjet for those models to make your final decision. Hope that helps :)

      • Michelle

I purchased a Kodak and LOVE it! Still working on the cartridges that came with it 2 1/2 mos ago and it has a bit more than 1/4 left (per the ink level status).
Ink cartridges are also less expensive.

      • gardengirl

I haven't read all the comments to your question so sorry if repeating. If you buy on from Office Depot, Staples etc, make sure you have joined their rewards program first so you get credit for the purchase when they send out the quarterly rewards.

    • deb

I just bought a Boy Scout Camp Card for $5 that has a Publix snap off card $5 off $50. That paid for the card and now all the other deals on the card are free! You can only use the Publix part once but it has other great deals. The Publix part is good thru 9/30/11. Mine says its good for North and Central Ga, Tennessee and Birmingham.

      • Thomprb2

where did you buy? i am in bham and would love to have a card!!

        • Kenziesfunluvinfam

I don't know where you live, but you might want to see if you have a Cartridge World near you. We have one where I live and can take our empty cartride in and exchange for a new for $9.88. We have a Dell computer and printer and the ink through Dell is $30.00 so this is a $20.00 savings for us! We also use them for our copier at our church and they are great. Just a suggestion!

      • Nikki

Yes I would love to buy as well!!! Money going to a good cause AND helping me out!! email me plx at nikkibishopmy31@yahoo.com

      • bre

I got one here in Orlando too…

    • sidewayz8

I'm a guy, and i find a lot of excitement in couponing. This site is great. i went to my local publix yesterday, in middle ga, and i got 202 dollars worth of product, and saved 189 after coupons! our publix only accept 4 coupons per sale item per transaction, i have at least 3 more trips to make this week, it'll be a good week here!

      • sidewayz8

depends if your store doubles.. your OOP price will be 24 cents if they double or 64 cents if they do not.

      • cynde

ok…nevermind……my 9 year old explained it to me…duh! Thanks for your patience

    • fincav

      Hi fellow savers-

I have a ? for Birmingham area shoppers. When I went to Publix in Alabaster today, I was attempting to purchase the Lysol wipes/cleaner with my $1/2 coupons. I only purchased 1 of the wipes and 1 of the toilet bowl cleaners, although each coupon is intended for 2 of each of these items.

I'm new to the couponing world and I was under the assumption that you didn't necessarily have to buy 2 even though the coupon says so. I don't know if this practice is proper, but when I've done it before, it wasn't an issue. The cashier today refused to scan my coupons due to the fact that I didn't have 2 of each item. I didn't argue, since my understanding of the rules aren't the best. She also informed me that 'they' were really starting to crack down on coupon rules as of Monday.

I usually shop the Pelham Publix, so I'm unsure if 'they' is Publix in general or just that particular store. I've never had any problem at the Pelham location with my coupons.

Any guidance in this issue would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks y'all!

      • Meg

You must use the coupon EXACTLY as it states. The cashier was correct…you must buy 2 items if the coupon is $1 off 2.
If you have done this before, it is simply because the cashier is not doing their job checking the coupons.
The rule is ONE manufacture coupon per item….and if the quantity states wyb 2…that is considered to be 2 coupons.
        Hope this helps!

        • fincav

Thanks! That helps. I've only just started couponing (3 times!). I really enjoy it and the more I understand, the easier it is!

          • DB

Meg is right. If you are ever in Hoover or Vestavia, both Publixs on 31 are great. They have always been so nice.

    • osteen41

I print coupons from all different sites without any problem, however on this weeks publix list, I clicked on several printable coupons that opened a window saying souther savers, then something about blank.com ( I think it was) anyway, it says after that my coupons printed, put they did not. Does anyone have any suggestions?

      • Mamas3ninjas

no im sorry. mine was the same way, but they printed fine.

    • Suzannerena

I don't know what's going on but clicking on many on the printable coupon links and the coupon is not there.

    • Ashley

does publix do gift cards for new or transferred prescriptions? I cant remember if im just thinking of another store or if they do it. Thanks :)

      • Stirfry101

        Nope. Kroger does.

        • Ashley

well thats crappy. i live in florida where i have no idea where the closest kroger is but thanks!!!!

          • Peppersuperstar

CVS, Walgreens and Target do, but you need a coupon.

          • Cyndi P

take the walgreensor cvs coupons to publix. they'll honor it and you can get a publix gift ard that way. i live in FL too.

      • Teamdean1

Target issues these coupons, as do CVS and Walgreen's. Publix will accept these as a competitor coupon.

      • Mreed7747

I know that Target does that

    • http://www.facebook.com/kristin.holderswilley Kristin Holder-Swilley

Not sure if this has been posted under the Kraft link for the hot dogs there is a $1.50 Publix store coupon for the Phil. Cooking Creme.

      • myboys

There are also 1.50 peel offs on chicken when you buy the cooking creme they were on almost every pack of chicken at my publix

    • Jkcleaning

Ccan’t get coupons from this site to print,- such as the yellow rice it opens as southern savers.com/redplum and it says they printed, but they donts. I don’t have any problems with any other sites. Any suggestions

    • jennaj81

Cocoa Krispies had peelie coupons on them for a FREE bag of M&M's (9 oz + up to $2.99 value) when you buy any 2 Rice Krispies (cocoa or regular)!!! I was going to buy the Krispies anyway so this was an added bonus!

    • Cbensonedu

Does Publix not double coupons? I shop at the publix on Wade Hampton in Taylors

      • Barbara

My Publix doubles up to 50 cent coupons. Anything higher,,,no.

      • http://rebekahgraceellis.blogspot.com Nancy

I shop at the same store. They double any man Q's up to $.50, but not store Q's. So, they would not double a Publix or Bi-lo Q, for example.

    • Teresa

Is it ok to use for 1 item , 1 publix coupon, 1 winn dixie coupon and 1 manufacturer coupon?

      • Hewitt2labs

YMMV at my store they allow one store coupon (this is a price match they do not get reimbursed) and all applicable MQ's So at my store they would not allow the pub and WD

      • Llmartin44

yes as long as they look at winn dixie as a competitor in your area. i can get kroger coupons from my mom, but since we do not have one here, they will not take them. just ask the mngr and they sould be able to tell you for your area. but yes for sure on the publix and mnfgr coupons together. good luck

      • tori729

My store honors one store coupon and one manu coupon. So if you have a Kroger and a Publix coupon, you would have to choose one or the other. Ask your store though!

    • nikki

Does publix honor competitor store prices for items that the competitor store may have on sale

      • Lfenyin

        mine does not athens ga

    • Seanmart

The Pepperidge Farm Baked Naturals Cracker Chips, 6 oz, at $3.49 ($1.74) in my store had $1 off coupons on them. Also check the soft drink isle for any Dr. Pepper coupons. My store had B1G1 coupons on them and they are on sale 4 for $5 which makes the .75 cents each!

    • Dixiewicks2002

I was vbry disappointed this week – No Ragu or Mueller's coupons, no saffron rice Coupon and no Purina coupon. Went to ppgazette and still nothing – not feeling good about couponing right now! I have a very large family and pasta goes a loooong way!

      • Hewitt2labs

went to muellers and signed up got coupon allowed multiple prints. 1.00 off each box with the bogo they are paying me

        • barbara

i did the same, but never got the email that it said it wold send me so that I could get the coupon…bummer

      • Threnners

The saffron rice coupon is there, it's just not on the first page. I just printed it.

      • Barbara

I too was looking for the Ragu coupons that were in RP on 3/13. My paper did not have them. Last few weeks my paper has not had several of the coupons mentioned here. Im starting to wonder what is going on with the coupons here in ATL>

        • Danielle

Same here… I haven't found any of the coupons except for one so far on my grocery list… I don't understand. :(

      • ATL-saver

Ditto – literally found 1 out of 6 coupons – no vigo rice in flyer or printable, no windex in wiether flier or printable, no Ragu free wyb in flier… weird. Maybe it's ATL?

    • 5mouths2feed

I live in the Gainesville, Fl area and wanted to know if anyone has been able to get their Publix to accept CVS ECB??

      • LylithC

I live in Tallahassee & they don't except ECB up here–my cousin in Savannah can use her ECBs at her Publix though :(

      • Catie

I live in Gainesville as well, and while I have never tried to use ECBs, I'm pretty sure a chick I know uses them at the Publix in Jonesville on Newberry Road. You can call and ask them if they take them. I usually shop at either that one or the one on 39th Ave close to SFCC and they take all of my coupons with no problems. I avoid the Archer/Tower Rd store like the plague.

    • joyce

I print coupons from all different site with no probelms, but I tried to print this week thru the souther savers/redplum (klike for the yellow rice) It says it printed, but did not. Anyone have any suggestions?

    • Julia

Where are the Ragu and Vigo rice coupons? This site says it is supposed to be found in RP 3/13, but I have had no luck. I also noticed that the Cover Girl coupon for SS 3/13 was found in the RP 3/13.

      • Donna

You have to check the variations for your particular newspaper. She posts lists each week of what's out there, but each newspaper is it's own region and will have differences (some in the master list won't be there and some new ones will be instead or there could be differences in the $ amount compared to the master list).

Near the top of the right-hand column of this site is a big blue button that says “Sunday ad inserts”. Click on that and you'll see a preview for each week (with the master list) and then later you'll see the variations for that week. Click on those and look for your state and newspaper and click on the links provided. There you'll see a list of the coupons you ACTUALLY got in your particular newspaper.

It's just the nature of couponing and nothing that Jenny can control – she posts a list of every coupon that's been issued, but of course not everyone gets all of them.

        Hope that helps!

    • Joycejah53

vigo rice coupon is not on the printable website as showing on this website and can not find it in the 3/13 insert either.

      • http://www.facebook.com/people/Brandon-Barkley/12607359 Brandon Barkley

Change your zip code to 29072 and you will probably see it.

    • Melissa

can someone explain to me how you get the green giant frozen vegetables for FREE? I can totally see how you get them for .39…just can't figure out how to get them FREE…

      • tina

if you have the .50/1 then it should double and make the coupon worth $1 and if one item is .89 then that would make it free.

        • Bjdj

unless your Publix is like mine and will not double coupons anymore that state DO NOT DOUBLE OR TRIPLE. they always did in the past but they told me today that they will no longer be doing this :(

    • Sleach01

I have a question about the huggies 5 off 2 coupon in the ad. First, can you buy 2 wipes? Second can you use a store coupon and a manufacture coupon since this is an ad coupon? Both are listed but I wasn't sure. Thanks

    • Kdc7703

My publix yesterday had children clairtin for 4.21 and with the 2 dollar store coupon and a 3 dollar off coupon I made profit not to mention the vitiamin d that you also make profit on.SO HAPPY.

      • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1016561952 Jennifer Nance Ryan

I am actually going to buy that this morning for my son. I hope I can luck up with that deal too! :)

      • MK

Is the store Q a publix one? Also where did you find the $3 manuf. Q? Thanks! I'm going to try this too.

    • Pregopoulos

Is anyone else having the same problem as me?! I get the Charleston Post & Courier – subscribed on purpose for the coupons and Wednesday flyers. So many times I go to find a coupon Jennie has listed and it is not in our paper!! And, yes, I checked the variations list too — it says it's supposed to be there. ie. this week I went to use the .55 for lay's chips. It's supposed to be in the SS 3/13 — NOT. It happens to me over and over.
Very frustrating for me. It takes me a good 2 or 3 hours just to get my stuff together to go to the store, then another of the same while I'm at the store. (I'm also dealing with a 10 year old and 2.5 year old that hate grocery shopping). I only go about twice a month because it is such a hassle, but I'm trying so hard to save $$$ on these trips too.

      • Llmartin44

something that helped me is that when i cut my coupons, i sort them by sections, like frozens/refridge, pantry, household, pet, junk, drinks, ect… and then i put them in a binder and use baseball card holders to put them in. they usually fit right in place and you can read them clearly. i have a 5 and 7 year old and i understand about distractions. i try to look at the ads before and pull the ones i know i will use for sure and put them in a ziplock bag in the front, but at i have the sorted so i can just flip to the section if i see something i missed while in the store. also, my friend sorts her by isles.

    • Pregopoulos

I also did not have the Ragu coupon in my RedPlum 3/13

    • Pregopoulos

The .70 off one Raisin Bran isn't at the website listed above……

    • Pregopoulos

ughh! Ok, I don't usually have time to read “everything” — here's what I missed. On the variations page, some items are printed red, some blue………those are the ones that are NOT in your flier, or have been replaced (blue). So, there is a lot of red in my variations! :( What's up Charleston?! Oh well. Thanks for listening to me rant everyone……….maybe it helped someone else “get it” that was struggling too. Happy Couponing :)

I was very sad when I found out they didn't take Earth Fare. It makes no sense!

      • http://www.dinnerwithmikeandjen.blogspot.com/ MrsD05

What kind of coupon are you trying to use? I shop @ the Lexington store too. They take the kind that is manufacturers only good at Earthfare but not the Earthfare store coupons that come out about once a week (for example my favorite that happens in the fall- free 3 lb bag of Honeycrisp apples w/ $5 purchase).

Even Gervais street that's just about 10 minutes away doesn't take the Earthfare coupons.

        • http://www.facebook.com/people/Brandon-Barkley/12607359 Brandon Barkley

Oh, nothing this week. I was trying to use some sort of Earthfare store coupon for a protein bar of some sort recently though.

I guess they just don't think of a “specialty” store like Earthfare being a competitor?

        • Lrae17

Wondering if this is new with store Earthfare Qs on Gervais….I've been able to use them at that Publix without any problems in the past.

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Brandon-Barkley/12607359 Brandon Barkley

It is kind of late in the ad week, but just in case anyone see this, my Publix (Lexington, SC on Sunset Blvd.) had Kraft Macaroni and Cheese boxes for 77 cents, so definitely check for it when picking up your other pasta and rice deals.

    • Madebypolly

just got the rice coupon with zip code 29072 but cant find muellers anyone get it?

      • http://www.facebook.com/people/Brandon-Barkley/12607359 Brandon Barkley

I got it by signing up on the Mueller's website. The e-mail I got after registering had a link in it.

    • Sporter5157

How can I get a Kraft Food & Family Booklet? I know they can be found at Bi-Lo, but there isn't a Bi-Lo in my area. Thanks!

    • jennaj81

some boxes of Nutri Grain bars had peelie coupons on them for $1.50/2. others had $5 in coupons inside. with all that considered it's like getting them free + overage!
the ones in the box vary, but mine had $1/1 Crunchy Nut cereal (goes great with the sale right now), $1 off eggs when you buy 2 Kelloggs cereal (stack with the cereal coupons), $1/2 Raisin bran (on sale now), and others. it would be worth it to get several boxes with the coupons in them, go home and get the coupons out and make another trip!

Was hoping someone might be able to help with my hot dog scenario. These are the coupons I have. Trying to figure out how the heck many hot dogs (and what kinds) I need to buy. lol

Man I wish my Publix took Target coupons. Assuming that the Target coupons apply to either Beef or Turkey, my understanding is that you want to buy 5 packs of hot dogs.

2 Beef (use $1 off 2 hot dog target coupon)
2 Turkey (use BOGO mfg. coupon to get these free)
1 Your Choice (use buy 3 get 1 free)

The total price should be the normal price of beef minus 1 dollar.

Actually, technically “free” item coupons apply to the item you are getting for free (though you can't use the same count of purchased items more than once I think), and you can apply 1 mfg and 1 store coupon to each item. You might be able to get away with only buying 4 if you are creative with how the coupons are applied. If you were only buying this deal, you might get some hassle, but I think it would go through if you had other coupons going on.

1 Beef (store coupon: 1/2 items needed for $1 off)
1 Turkey (mfg coupon: free when buying a beef store coupon: 1/2 items needed for $1 off)
1 Beef (store coupon: free when buying three others)
1 Turkey (mfg coupon: free when buying a beef)

For a total cost of 1/2 the normal cost of beef minus 1 dollar.

does anyone know where to find the advantage flyers

      • Skdoss76

The green and yellow advantage flyers are usually in the rotating display kiosk by the main doors, right where you enter the store. If they don't have them there, ask at the customer service desk!
