      • DKSaver

you had to sign up online a little while ago and it came in the mail. i'm not sure if you can still sign up.

      • BhamBilly

Some Publix stores have these available at customer serivce.  Otherwise, you can call Publix corporate number & request to have one mailed to you.

    • Zee

What does the “in Fl” reference mean? I've seen it twice now. It's listed on the Ragu Pasta sauce buy

      • Shintalmo

In Florida the B1G1 is a true B1G1 ~ meaning the item is not half price if you buy just one.  So, the Ragu coupon is $1 off 3, but you’d have to buy 4 to get the deal.

    • My Publix accepts Target coupons, however I do not understand the above deals…. You can stack a Target coupon with a Manufacturer coupon at Publix?  Help… thanks!

      • Matt

yes you can use a Target and Man. coupon at the same time and double your savings.

        • Guest

Does Publix let you use more than one of the same Target coupon in one transaction?  For example the pop tarts deal, if I buy 6, I have 2 man coupons for $2.00 off 3 and 2 Target coupons for $1.00 off 3…will that work?

          • Matt

good question. I used 2 Target ones before and I’m going to go today for my weekly trip and will try to use 2 Target ones on some stuff I plan to buy. will let you know when I get back. Also it sometimes really depends on the cashier you get.

            • Guest

              Thanks :)  I appreciate it!

            • Krista

My Publix enforces the same policy on competitor as they do for Man Qs.. max of 4 per transaction. Beyond that, no problems!

      • guest

If your Publix considers Target as a competitor then their poilicy is they will accept both a manufacture coupon and either a Publix or a competitor coupon for each item, HTH

      • kristen

you might want to ask… my store accepts target coupons but won't let you stack them w/ a mf coupon… every store is different

      • Reed

My Publix in the Tampa Bay area accepts coupons according to the rules on the coupons.  Just as Publix coupons say they are limited to one per transaction, Target coupons coupons say the same thing.  I have had NO luck using more than one of the same Target coupon (and yes, I am buying the required amount of product).  You can always try!

        • Chris

Totally depends on the store.  My closest store doesn’t take Target but takes Whole Foods and their Qs say the same – but I used 18 of them tonight in one trans with no issue.

At the store that takes Target Qs I used 8 of the Solo Target Qs without issue and they also say the same thing.  It’s another YMMV situation.  Maybe if you have another store close by you could try them and see how they handle Qs?  Every store sets their own rules so you may get farther somewhere else.

    • ktikat

woo hoo!!  Tidy Cats is finally B1G1!!!!!

      • Chris

Just a quick tip:  If you like Tidy Cats call Purina and ask for them to send you Qs (or you can also send a request via their website to their CS folks).  They will usually send $1/1 and/or $2/1 Qs.

Also note that PetSmart will price match if you bring them the ad or price proof (like a photo of the shelf tag at the retailer in question).  I use a photo of the shelf tag from Walmart all the time to get them to price match on the Breeze pellets and pads then use my manuf Qs and PetSmart Q (when they put one out).  HTH

      • MOMNWIFE

i know!!! gonna be stocking up on that!!

    • Mhmazzoli

On the Poptarts, where is the store coupon? “on product booklet”?

      • BhamBilly

These booklets are called “stock up on summer essentials” & were on the 12 or 24 pk Dasani water in the stores.  It's like a large peelie, but it's a booklet & has about $15 worth of Publix Qs inside.

    • Couponer 15

What is the on product booklet store coupon?

      • Frugal4life

Storm stock up on Dasanti water.

      • Jamie

That's what I am wondering too

      • BhamBilly

    • Sofia

There is also a Target $1/2 V8 beverages, so if you stack that with the Manufacturer's coupon you can get them for $0.69 each!

    • Michelle

whats the difference between the prices?

    • Nicole

What is the deal with the high priced paper towels & toilet paper???!!!  What is the best price you have been able to find lately?  It seems the “best price” guide of $3.50 for a 12 pack is outdated??  I've been watching for a couple of months and the lowest I've found was just under $5 with coupons for 12 packs of toilet paper (double rolls) and approximately $5 for an 8 pack of paper towels.  Am I missing something?

      • Rdlanier98

If you have a K-Mart in your area they are having a sale this week on Scott’s paper towels (6 mega rolls) & Cottonelle toilet paper (12 double rolls) for $4.99 each. This is a great price but there are coupons to pair with them that makes it even better.

      • Squirrellyec

I got scott's paper towels for $3.99 at Food Lion this last week.  They also had toilet paper for $4.99. That is the cheapest I've seen it in my area.

        • Nicole

Thanks.  I was wondering if I was just missing something.  Perhaps the “best price” has just changed.  :(  Sadly we don't have a food lion.

          • Ash

Also Dollar General has a $5 off $25 purchase some saturdays…. Watch for that and that will help with the paper products.

            • Ashes

Ladies you are in luck…rumor is this Sunday Cottonelle TP for a 12 pack double roll is $5 at Walgreens.  You should have a .75q and there will be a $1 store coupon in August booklet PLUS you will get 1.75 in rr making the total price $1.50!!!! Talk about a good deal…but I bet it will go fast so get ready :)

          • Melissa

We try to get TP at .50 a roll or cheaper.  It has been getting harder and harder to do this.

          • Happy

Staples has Charmin Basic toilet paper on sale for only $4.99 thru 7/30 best deal i've found yet… it was up @ the enterance but they sold out at our store (i got the ast 4 (orange park florida_) just call first.

            • Anonbunny

My husband bought two huge packs of basic a few weeks ago and I celebrated the day we finally finished them – I LOVE the ultra charmins but the basic was worse than store brands – roughest ever. I was surprised. So FYI – if you’re fussy be careful with the basic.

      • jess

I'm with you- it seems paper products have gotten more expensive. I get paper towels at Dollar General- 8/$5 no q necessary (their brand).  TP is usually Cottonelle on sale + q for around 12 double/$4-5.

      • Shauntelle

I agree!! My TP stock is LOWWWWW….

        • Nicole

          I know!  I'm sad!!!

      • VanessaCook

I get most of my paper products at the pharmacy. You can easily get a 12 pk of tp for $2.50…about 6 months ago I actually made a profit to buy 8 12pks of tp at Rite Aid. You are not going to find that great of deals on tp and pt at grocery stores:(

        • Nicole

Good info.  I' typically shop CVS and have not found them to be better for these.  I will start checking Rite Aid more frequently now.  Thank you!

      • RockMommy

I get my best TP deals at Walgreens.  Over the last 2 months I have gotten the Cottonelle for $2.00 for a 12 pack there.  This coming Sunday you will be able to get it at Walgreens for $1.75.  For Paper Towels still have not figured that one out.

        • Nicole

You Rock, RockMommy.  Thanks for the heads up for Walgreens this week!

Here’s a good possible deal on the Bounty PT this week:

          Buy 2 8pk giant roll
          Use $1/1 Target Q x2
          Use $5/1 manuf Q x2 (from Facebook $5 Fridays)
Use Free Bounty Napkins x2 (from Savings are Stocking Up Publix booklet)
          Use $5 gc wyb 2 Bounty 8pk+ Target Q x1

Total Cost (before tax) = $6.98 for 2 8pk plus free 200ct napkins

This is, of course, if your Publix takes Target as a comp and if they will take the $5 gc Q from Target.  Even without using the $5 gc Q it makes it $11.98 for 2 (basically BOGO) plus you get the free napkins.  Still a good deal for Bounty.

Just an idea I thought I would throw out that I’m personally going to try to do at the one store close to me that still takes Target as a comp.

        • Chris

      • Watch Staples and Office Max – they run super sales on paper goods sometimes, I just stocked up for a really cheap price, on Charmin which is usually too expensive for me to bother with!! This time of year they want us in there to buy school supplies ;)

    • charlotte :)

No you put your address in online and they send it to you via post.

    • KS

Can someone pls tell me where to find the store coupon for the pop tarts.

      • BhamBilly

These booklets are called “stock up on summer essentials” & were on the 12 or 24 pk Dasani water in the stores.  It's like a large peelie, but it's a booklet & has about $15 worth of Publix Qs inside.

      • Denise

Coupons..com ….. I found a $2/3 there and my Publix takes Target so the $1/3 makes it .29 cents a box. My kids don't eat Pop Tarts (sorry Jenny), but for .29 cents a box they will give them a try…

      • Lori P

I saw them on Poptarts in Walmart

      • EDWARDS_03

They had a booklet that came out about a week ago that was labeled “stock up on storm essentials”.  Its in that book.  If you get lucky, your store may still have them, but I wouldnt count on it :)  GOOD LUCK

    • Khenley1113

I have a .55 cent coupon for the Ocean Spray Blueberry Juice Drink?  Do you think that would work for the Blueberry Juice Cocktail?  Are these the same item or not?

      • Jackie

I would think that unless the coupon says 100% juice on it then it would include the juice cocktail.

      • Mary

Yes, it will work.  If I remember correctly, the coupon didn’t specify a specific drink, it said any Blueberry Juice drink.  I used mine on several different OS juices that contained blueberries and it worked fine.  The Pomegranate/Blueberry Cocktail is my son and husband’s favorite!

    • The Old El Paso coupons were not on the Que Rica Vida site. =(

      • I wondered if I was just doing a bad job translating (it's been 15 years since my spanish classes!) or if it was gone… glad to hear it wasn't me!! LOL!

        • Chris

If you use Chrome to access that site it will translate it for you.  Just FYI.

    • klh

What is the “on product” booklet?  I'm in Atlanta.

      • Mmm

means its a peel-off coupon stuck to the product – sometimes called peelies

        • Tjmj9801

Really?  Even though it says “booklet”?

          • Megortiz63

It is a small booklet  attached to the Dasani 24 packs of water-

            • Tjmj9801

So, honestly you have to buy the Dasani to get the booklet?

            • Asteff

If you want to respect other shoppers, it’s better to buy the product that the coupon is on. Check out Jenny’s advice about those coupons.

            • Rebecca

I actually bought the water to get the booklet.  there are a bunch of $1 off * $2 off coupons, more than made up for the extra $1 i spent on the water.

            • Cori C.

ummmm yeah, that would be the honest thing to do. It’s kind of not nice to take coupon booklets/peelies off of products if you aren’t buying them. The coupons are meant for the consumer.

      • BhamBilly

These booklets are called “stock up on summer essentials” & were on the 12 or 24 pk Dasani water in the stores.  It's like a large peelie, but it's a booklet & has about $15 worth of Publix Qs inside.

    • Margaret

I didn't get the $1 coupon in SS 6/19 and I get two different papers.  Am I the only one not seeing this coupon?

      • Margaret

        Method 18 oz soap

      • FreedomSpradley1

Many coupons are regional.  If it's something you really want you can order from a clipping service.

    • DKSaver

If i have a raincheck from publix but the coupons i have to go with it are expired (like 2 days expired) will they take the coupons? I just noticed today that they were expired.

      • Margaret

        Lexington, SC Publix will

        • Holmiemom

My usual cashier, one of the better ones, at the Lexington Publix told me they no longer took exp q's when I had one that exp the day before.  I guess it is all in who you get.  Thanks for posting this, I like to see the different  scenarios at the store I visit.  Did you ask your cashier or did she just put it through?

      • Bauercandace

They are not supposed to take the coupons, no.

      • Many stores will if they are within 7 days expired. They only send the coupons in once per week. YMMV with this.

      • Janessa

my publix will accept them as long as the raincheck was written before the coupon expired.

      • Jilljova77

Mine will take them up to the Saturday on the week they expire. So if they expired say Monday, July 25th, they will take them up to Saturday, July 30th. They turn on coupons on Sunday so no way to tell what day they were redeemed that week. Ask your Publix though. I am sure they are all different.

      • BhamBilly

Best to call your store ahead of time & ask for someone in management.  Most times, they'll still accept the Qs if it's a raincheck b/c you couldn't control the quantity of the items they didn't have.  Be sure to get the person's name (and find out if they'll be there when you're making your trip) you spoke with so there's no probs when you get there.

      • Edwards_03

The store that I go to normally will not do it, but I called another store and they told me that they would do it, I just had to tell the cashier to call for the lady I spoke to if she had any questions.  I would call your store.  I am assuming all of them do something different.

      • tmh

Once I had the customer service manager sign my coupons that were going to expire that day when I picked up my rain check.  He didn't seem to pleased, but did it any way.  It was a Publix q after all.

      • Careygirlgoldsmith

usually they will if it's only a couple of days and you explain

      • Chris

Most stores run Qs Sunday through Saturday and do their batch submission on Saturday evenings.  So if the Q expires on say Weds they will still take it up to Sat.  YMMV but ask to speak with the Customer Svc Mgr or Asst Store Mgr to get clarification for your location.  My closest store was the one to give me this info and they have always stuck by it.

      • DKSaver

I called the customer services manager and explained the situation and he told me they would take it no problem. He gave me his name and his hours and told me to have the cashier find him if they had a problem. Then of course when I went the cashier didn’t even notice the expiration date (which I have never had happen). Feels good to be honest. :-)

    • mrssarg

for the poptarts what is the product booklet? and smart saving booklet expired didnt it?

    • Dhm1967

I'm trying to print the Caribou Coffee Q from the Sweetbay website, but I am having great difficulty.  I don't even see a button to print.  All that I have been able to do is
“add ” it to my shopping list.

      • There is a manu one on coupons.com 60606 FYI.

      • I just looked out of sheer curiosity and you have to click on Caribou Coffee in bold print. On the page that pops up, there is a print button.

        • couponmom

Mine still wouldn't work.  Says it's “printed” but it didn't.  :'(

      • Prncssbride

Never mind.  I got it to work, once I put in an Orlando FL zip code.
        Thanks.

    • Brenda

Could the shout stain remover coupon from SS 7/10 be combined with the $1 off shout laundry product coupon from the publix baby club booklet?

      • MOMNWIFE

        yes

        • Brenda

Thanks so much for responding-i thought so but wanted to make sure!

      • Trish

As long as it is a Publix “store” coupon and not a “manufacturer” that has publix on it, you should be fine.

    • Melissa

There are 2.00/1 peelies on the Energizer batteries when paired with the Green Adv. Buy flier make for some really good deals….check your store.

    • Guest

Just out of curiosity, does anyone's Publix still take Target coupons?  I see it listed above so maybe somewhere they are still accepted?  Our Publix now only takes grocery store coupons (ours is Sweetbay, Albertsons, Winn Dixie and Food Lion only)

      • Jen

        Yes

      • JANESSA

i'm in orlando and mine does. call around to other publix stores. one that has a target close by.

      • RockMommy

My Publix in Naples, FL on Pine Ridge and 951 accepts Target.

      • kim

        Mine in Nashville takes Target.

      • Mollieirene

In Athens, Alabama Publix only accepts Target and Winn-Dixie>>>>:(

        • Aliedy

there's a winn dixie in athens???

      • Happy

our publix accept Target and Winn Dixie. Orange park FL… another near buy accepts Food Lion as a 3rd competitor… just call/go in. each publix is diff.

      • Trish

Mine does, I live in the middle TN area (Murfreesboro).  We have 2 Publix stores fairly close to each other.  One accepts them and the other does not.  It is up to the store manager.

        • Sjhurley01

Which one do you go to I live in middle tn and there are actually 4 I think in Murfreesboro and I know 2 of them do not accept them I have never been to the other 2 just passed them.

      • Mcfarland4

        Mine happily does!  Acworth GA

      • Sofia

I frequent 2 Publix's (sp?) in Atlanta. One on Cheshire Bridge Rd. and one on Hammond Dr.. Hammond accepts Target coupons, the other one does not. If you call they should be able to tell you right away.

      • guest

It depends on the store.  I have 3 Publix stores near my house.  Only one of the 3 honors Target coupons and a Winn Dixie down the street. The next closest store to me does NOT take Target coupons but takes a small private grocery stores' coupons. Finally the 3rd store closest to me only considers Whole Foods as a competitor.  They now hand out little black squares of paper at each publix that let you know which coupons each indvidual store honors. Best to go to customer service (or call) and ask before you head to shop there.

      • guest

If you have a Target very close by there is a good chance they consider it a competitor. The distance between my Publix and Target is about one mile.

      • Kelli

Yes, mine does!  I think it just depends on the area you live in.  The only other grocery stores in our area are Winn Dixie and SuperTarget, so they consider both of them competitors.

      • We live in GA and were told by a manager that if a competitor is located nearby the store can choose to accept that competitor's coupons, but it's up to each store. I drive an extra few miles to the store that accepts CVS, Rite Aid, and Target coupons – last two trips I figured out my “competitor coupon” savings and it was $22 and $19! Worth the four miles added to my round trip :)

        • JrCouponator

I have a fantastic Publix but they no longer consider any drugstore a competitor.  Rite Aid is literally in their parking lot & Walgreens across the street.  They considered both competitors (as well as Target) before the recent changes.  I'm sad but oh well, I still get great deals.

      • Rhoadesaa

The one in Brunwick, GA does.

      • Aliedy

the publix in huntsville/madison, al area accept them, but we have super target's here

      • Zoe

I’m in Chattanooga and mine takes Bi-Lo, Food Lion, Target, and Fresh Market.  I didn’t know Fresh Market had coupons?  I wish they took Earthfare, because they always have good ones, but that’s the list for us!

        • Chris

Check Recyclebank – they always have a $5 off 25 Q on there for Fresh Market.  I get them all the time and use them because my Publix considers them a comp too.

      • Chris

Each store in your area will have a card at Customer Service that has the coupon policy on one side and that store's competitors on the other.  They started having these cards available (usually on the counter in a display) when they changed the coupon policy back in May.  But as everyone has noted each store is different.

I have 3 stores all equidistant from me and one takes just Kroger, one takes Kroger and Target, and the last takes Whole Foods, Fresh Market, and Kroger (although there is no Whole Foods or Fresh Market anywhere nearby – not that I'm complaining because the Qs are all that matters really).

It may pay to check each store closest to you (like 2 or 3) and get the list of comps from each so you can make plans based on the sales and Qs you have.

    • Sizzlieswix

The Chef Boyardee Coupon is asking for a purchase code.  Cannot get it. :-(

    • Louiemerca

I found a peelie for $2 off Pilon coffee wyb Honey Nut Cheerios and the coffee is only $2.19 in my store, so if you are already buying cheerios, the coffee would only be 19 cents.

There were also peelies on the Nature Valley granola bars for $2/2 boxes.

    • kw1981

FYI, I just tried to print the Target coupon for cat litter and there wasn't one to print.

Also, the .50/1 Driscoll's says DND, so the strawberries would be $2 not $1.50.

      • Janice

Mine stopped about a month ago, I live in Summerville SC.

      • JennLuffman

Me, too.  No cat litter coupon:(

      • cg

Don't the registers automatically double? I've never had a problem with DND — the registers seem to automatically double everything that is 50 cents or less.

        • Troop949

That's been my experience too.  The cashiers don't seem to be able to control it.

        • Cori C.

Actually I got a $.50 peelie off of a bottle of French's worcestershire sauce the other day and it did not double. I asked the cashier why and she (a little too excitedly) showed me where it said, “DND” on the coupon. This was at Publix so I guess it depends on the store.

          • Chris

Depends on the barcode on the Q.  The ones that start with 5 typically double unless they were specifically programmed into the system to not do so.  The ones that start with a 9 usually don't double unless someone missed getting it into the system correctly.  It's at least a good rule of thumb to go by.

        • Zoe

I had a 50cent Fresh Express coupon that didn't double..I asked, and she said that it stated 'do not double'.  I always thought they did automatically, but I guess not.  I know I've seen them double at Bi-Lo even when they said it but I guess the manufacturers are getting sneaky!

The international delight coffee creamer on sale is for 32 oz and the coupon on the website is for 16oz. So technically you can't use the coupon for the sale item…

      • Lea

Unless is SPECIFICALLY says you have to use it on that size, you can ALWAYS use on a bigger size.

    • joaniec

The Caribu coffee coupon on the Sweetbay coupon page says the coupon limit has been reached when you try to print.

      • Jenmar30

I just printed 2 caribou coupons on Sweetbay using zipcode 33870 I think.. It was a florida zip.

Yesterday in my mailbox, in the RedPlum insert, was an insert for Publix.  The front says “Back to School” Sale.  Dated for July 27-August 2.  On the back is a $5 off $30 or more coupon.  I live in Marietta, GA (Cobb County)
      Be on the lookout!!!!!

      • I got one too!!!!! YAY!!!

      • Sofia

Do you have to spend $30 AFTER coupons to get the $5 off?

        • Carmen

$30 before coupons.  Present the $5 off $30 before any of the other coupons.

      • I got one too in Summerville, SC

      • JO

They email you the welcome letter.  There is a link to click on to print the coupon… Unfortunately for me the link took me to an empty browser, so I emailed them and they mailed me the coupon! :)

        • Rdlanier98

OK! Thanks so much for your help!

    • Dianne

What happened to Pillsbury coupons? They used to be everywhere – all the time – I haven't seen one for months, it seems.

    • Mom_of_Triplets

Can someone tell me if the Green giant BOGO 4-packs of vegie cans are a good/stock-up price point? I know Jenny doesn't have a nut next to it but 62 cents each sounds pretty good for canned vegis and we are getting low enough to need to stock up…

      • cg

If you are almost out of veggies, then I'd get a couple of packs. Hopefully another good coupon matchup with veggies will happen within a few weeks– so I'd get just enough to tide you over for a while, but it's not a big stock up price. HTH.

        • Mom_of _Trips

Thanks for the help. Can anyone tell me when canned vegies have been on sale at the better prices (50cents'ish). I looked back all the way to the end of April and scanned the BOGO and grocery section and didn't see anything other than tomato sauces and a couple Dole fruit deals. Just wondering how often anything better comes a long.We still have commissary privileges and I have realized most canned things are about double the base prices when not on sale but trying to just use the local sales because we live over 1.5 hours from the nearest commissary.

          • Chris

Watch for when Publix puts Del Monte or Green Giant single cans on BOGO – most of the time they'll have a way better deal on the Publix-brand cans and I end up buying those instead.  They're just as good but significantly cheaper.  I haven't seen the big brands for less than $0.65 a can in a long time.

            • Mom_of_Triplets

Thanks a bunch. I am trying to balance the need to stock up for a safe/responsible level of goods for our family of 5 and balance that with good deals sooner rather than later because all commodities are skyrocketing lately..
              .

            • Chris

No prob!  Honestly the Publix brand of most things is just as good, if not better, than the national brand and significantly cheaper.  They also tend to put their brand on sale at the same time they put a national brand on sale so be sure to check in that product category to make sure the Publix item isn’t cheaper (at least by volume or cost per package measurement).

            • Autumn

A friend just told me that canned vaggies are only .35 ea. at Aldi Grocery store…she said their regular prices on canned goods blow others' out of the water.  Haven't checked out for myself yet, but will soon  ; )

            • Chris

You kow I hear that a lot and I guess I need to check them out.  But something just bothers me about them I can’t say what.  Maybe having to pay for your own cart and requiring your own bags or something.  I don’t mind paying a little more for a few more “perks” I guess – LOL

            • Lana

You don’t “pay” for the cart.  You have to put in a quarter to get the cart and you get your quarter back when you return the cart.  It keeps them from having to pay for someone to clear the lot 20 times a day.  Also, what is the big deal about bringing your own bags if you take reuseable bags to other stores.  You are missing out on huge savings, especially on produce, if you are skipping Aldi.

            • Chris

Wow – why are you so hot about Aldi?  And I didn’t say it was a big deal.

And it’s not just about price BTW – it’s about quality versus price.  It’s not a very good deal no matter what the price if the quality isn’t worth what you paid.  Not to mention it’s an extra stop and out of the way for me but I’m interested in checking it out (like I said).

            • Julianne

I have shopped at Aldi, and bought a lot of there items before I learned how to coupon….I do not care of the off brand stuff…the green beans and corn just dont taste the same as the big name brands….just wanted to share

            • Lana

Can veggies used to be .35 at Aldi but they have had price increases like everyone else.  They are now .49 and .59 cents at my store.  If you try them and don’t like them they will gladly give you a refund, as with any product they sell.

            • Autumn

I just learned that the grocery store “Aldi” sells canned goods for .35….I also heard that they are great quality…will check out for myself soon  ; )

      • Vanhook2

The way I look at it is, if they are less per can than the store brand, than it is a good buy.
Today, I bought the store brand (2) G.B. & (2) corn @ $0.89 ea. here in Central Florida.
Had I seen this this page before I went, the story would not be the same. I will make another trip later this week for stock. As long as the shelf life is a reasonable amount of time.

    • SugarBooBear

How do you get these home mailers coupons?  Also is this product booklet a new booklet I can get from customer service desk or is it something else?

I know t he Publix “Stocking Up' Booklet had to be ordered (It was free, You pretty much just had to sign up) from their website and it just came in the mail this week

        • SugarBooBear

I got that one in the mail last week.  I was wondering about the other home mailers that she has listed.  I've went awhile back and signed up on a few of the websites to recieve newsletter, coupons etc. and of course never get anything so I didn't know if there is something else I needed to do to get on these mailing list to recieve them.

    • Madone86

Has anyone in Birmingham received the 5 off 30 coupon in the mail?

      • Ljtsims

        I haven't…been looking for it.

      • Tcolley

        I haven't either!

      • Shareedgreen

I got the “Extra” from the Birmingham News today and it had the same Smartsource insert that was in Sunday paper.  Same exact coupons.  There was not a RedPlum insert.  I am hoping it may be in the Wednesday paper insert.  I do not get the “extra” info in the mail since I get the newspaper on Wednesdays and Sundays.

      • BhamBilly

No, I never get Qs from Publix for $5/30.  Strangely enough, I’m signed up to receive almost any mail they could send out (magazines, clubs, etc.).  What’s funnier is that my grandfather, who has never been to Publix, gets them & he’s just a mile down the road from me.

    • akmilly

Has anyone had any trouble using both q's on the Aussie deal? I know this is Publix, but I went to Kroger recently and tried to use a BOGO man. q with an additional man. q because it was listed here as a deal and they wouldn't let me because the BOGO q. included BOTH products. So, wouldn't this be essentially the same thing? The $3 q includes BOTH stylant and a shampoo/conditioner so wouldn't using an additional q. not be permitted?

      • JrCouponator

I did this yesterday at Publix with two $3 q's and two $1 q's – 1 hairspray + 1 shampoo and 1 spray gel + 1 conditioner.  No problems at all.

        • akmilly

Thanks! I still might pop by customer service just to make sure but it's good to know that other people aren't having problems =)

    • Chad Malinda

where can i get the kraft book I keep seeing?

      • Nannyrich12

kraftfoods.com  on the top row is a choice that says food and family.  Click on it and it will take you to the magazine subscription.  Tons of good, inexpensive recipes and usually a few coupons.

    • Tennille

Where can I get a product booklet to get the store pop tart coupon?

    • Rhnad3419

Can you use the Seattle Best Coffee Coupon from the paper and the one from the Publix stocking book together? They both say Manufacturer's coupon but one says redeem only at Publix and came from the Publix stocking book?

      • Vicki Allen

We've tried that before at our Publix and they won't let you do it since they are both manufacturers coupon

      • Danyeln

Ask at your store's customer service desk.I used 2 coupons from that booklet last week and stacked them with manufacturer Qs with no problem.

    • EDWARDS_03

I got the redplum today in the mail, but it doesnt have any coupon.  Someone said that the front of theirs said back to school?!?!?!  Mine had an advertisement for Papa Johns!  Does anyone know if I am missing something?!?!?

      • JrCouponator

It's a smaller Publix book inside of the RedPlum/Papa Johns flyer.  It's on tan card stock and it says, “Back To School – Sale Publix.”

      • Peggy

Mine was an insert in the Redplum along with all the junk inserts.

      • SugarBooBear

I guess I'm blind cause I didn't see any coupon either.

      • Chris

Like JR said mine was a really small card stock insert inside the RP mailer and the $5 Q was on the back of it.

    • JrCouponator

Anyone in the south Atlanta area received their Savings Are Stocking Up mailer? I'm near Stockbridge.  I signed up the day it was posted and saw Jenny's note to start looking for it soon…but nothing yet.

Just got a kitten, so I am looking for things I've never paid attention to before…  I tried to find the Tidy Cat Target Q, but I don't see it.  Did I just miss it?

      • Emily

They run out and replenish frequently. Keep checking. I have 2 of the $1 off 10-35lb tidy cats Target Q's that I will send you. They expire 8/16/11. My email is emscamaro@gmail.com if you want them.

      • Chris

Also call or email Purina and ask for Qs – they will happily send you Qs in the mail.  I use the Breeze system and for four boxes it gets expensive – they sent me Qs just for calling and asking.  Also keep an eye out for PetSmart %off Qs – they will price match competitors like Walmart usually.  So you could price match, use your %off Q, then use your manuf Qs and get a really good deal.

    • Ketta

Has anyone in the Greenville, SC area received the Publix Stocking Up mailer? Signed up for it almost as soon as the post was put up.

      • Zyler9999

I'm in Charleston, and mine was in the mail last week!

      • I got one at my house and I had one sent to my Mother in Law and she also got hers. Its very small – about 4×6

      • Sarah27828

        I got mine too.

      • Juliesister78

I got mine about 2 weeks ago.

No, I haven’t gotten mine yet either. :(

    • Kevin

Question.  If I have (2) $1 mq for TLC Snacks, (2) $1 mq for TLC Bars, (2) $1 mq for Kashi Cereal, (1) $2/4 Target Q for Kashi, and (2) of the Publix Free TLC Cracker/Cookie wyb Bar and Cereal, can I use all of them and pay $3.96 (since the cereal and bars are $2.99) for all 6 items?  Or does the Publix coupon attach to 3 items instead of just the free one?

Thanks for the help, I didn't see the Target coupon mentioned above.

      • Jamie

I looked it over and it sounds legit to me because the free item would attach to the Publix coupon. Hmmmm

      • The Publix Q attaches to the cookie/cracker only.  I also used the $2/4 Target Q.

      • Sofia

        That doesn’t sound right…
        $2.99 each x 6 = $17.94
        Total in coupons = $8
        Plus 2 free Cracker/Cookie
So you’d get either 6 (including the 2 free ones) for $5.96 or 8 (including the 2 free ones) for $9.94.
You can’t use coupons on the 2 FREE crackers

    • Psychemayfair

I just want to say THANKS to the people here who mentioned the tiny $5 off $30 @ Publix that was hiding in the red plum insert today. I actually threw mine out and went back and retrieved it form the trashcan!

      • ktikat

was the redplum in a paper or was it just in the mail?

      • Greg

i got a ss in the mail, not rp, :( no q for me

    • Cassiekeck

The “Savings are Stocking up at Publix home mailer” coupons are actually manufacturer coupons and cannot be stacked with other manufacturer coupons. The coupons say manufacturer right on them. Just a heads up so no one runs into any issues at Publix this week :-)

      • MamaZim

Because they have a “look up” number on them my Publix accepted them as store and allowed me to stack…I made sure to check with customer service first.

      • DKSaver

They are not really manufacturers coupons, they are publix coupons. I asked my customer service desk and they told me all LU numbers on coupons mean Publix coupons regardless what is printed on them. I used one today already and stacked it with no questions from my cashier.

        • Cassiekeck

I am a cashier at Publix and thats what my managers said. They said even if there is a look up number if it says manufacturer then we have to treat it like a manufacturer coupon. So anyone in Tallahassee will definitely run into problems.

    • kp

I REALLY need the Dixie plates for a wedding. Where is the “Publix donation coupon sheet?”   HELP HELP HELP

      • Calpurnia78

to get the $2 off dixie and a few other coupons you needed to donate $10 or $20 I dont remember to a charity and they gave you this coupon sheet. There was another donation sheet with a lower value donation that gave lower value coupons, usually 55 cents off the same things on the other sheet for $2 off. I have one someone gave me.

      • ruth

These were available a few weeks ago at the registers when you checked out.  You had the option of donating money to a charity. In return for your donation you were given  a sheet of coupons.  I'm pretty sure they're not still available.  You might be able to find someone to trade with though.  Hope this helps.

      • Mommaof1

Rite Aid has Dixie and Vanity plates B1G1 this week if you want to try them.

      • Chris

The better deal is to use the $1/2 Solo manuf Q and stack that with the $1/1 Target Q that was available (hope you got it while it was out).  I bought 8 packs of Solo 44ct paper plates today and only paid $0.50/ea.  WooHoo!

    • Jimmiecornett

Does anyone know what “(Publix coupon), on product booklet” is? Is this a booklet attached to the product?

      • Reneern

it's a booklet that was attached to a 24pk of Dasani water @my Publix store last week

    • Dressviolet

Does anyone know what “(Publix coupon), on product booklet” is and where to get coupon? Is it attached to product?

    • adf

    • Chassy Luke

Does anyone know what “(Publix coupon), on product booklet” is? Is this a booklet attached to the product? I want to get my pop tarts for .45 if possible

      • Amber

I found this booklet attached to the Dasani 24 pack of water on an end cap at my Publix tonight.  Hope this helps.  It is sandy brown on the front and is called “Stock Up On Summer Essentials.”  (approx. 2 in. by 4 in.)

    • Sheila

I took the “Savings Are Stocking Up at Publix” home mailer in tonightto the service desk at my Publix in Palm Harbor Florida and they say the coupons in the booklet are MANUFACTURER coupons. For those that haven't received them… The coupons say manufacturer on them yet there is no bar code and there is an “LU” number on them and also “Redeem only at Publix” that usually indicates a store coupon. :-(

      • Sweetcheryl82

i was wondering about that when i got mine last week

      • DKSaver

I used one today and they treated it like a Publix coupon, I stacked a manufacturer coupon with it. As long as it has a LU number on them they are Publix coupons and can be stacked.

      • Cassiekeck

I work at Publix and they are having us treat them like manufacturer coupons. We have to follow what it says on the coupon regardless of how it is entered into the register. If it says manufacturer than thats what it is. Some managers may be a bit more lenient.

      • Lmpate

I asked customer service and they told me it was a Publix coupon.  He said if it has an LU# then it is a Publix coupon.

      • Trishtie

How do you get this home mailer???  I subscribe to the free Publix magazines, but didn't get this mailer?  Please help!!!  Thanks;)

    • Reneern

I am so excited about the PopTarts being B1G1!  I still have 8 $2/3 manufacturer coupons, and several Target $1/3 coupons and several Publix $1/2 coupons.  My grandson and I are addicted to plain 'ol Strawberry ones:-) Some of those boxes will only cost my 0.25!

      • Miss_afb

i still had several of the 2/3 also i was about to use the 1/2 manufact peelie i found at walmart when i went to get my paint testers until i found them ($2/3)in my binder

      • Lawsonaba

Me too!!  Sooooo glad I did not cave and use these coupons earlier.  I will pay $0.05 per box.  Crazy!!

    • Mommyof3

Question….If I have a coupon for FREE PASTA when you buy 3 jars of Ragu…can U still use 3 cpns on the ragu as well?

      • Danyeln

Yes you can.  The free item coupon attaches to the free pasta.  You can use coupons on all 3 jars of sauce.

    • Chris

So the Red Plum mailer in the mailbox today had a little Publix flyer in it about back to school and on the back was a $5 off 30 Q.  WOOHOO!  Watching my complex recycling bins for the ones folks always throw out and hope to catch some more!

      • Ewynn61689

where was this? what do u mean red plum mailer???

        • Chris

Atlanta area it appears – several ppl have reported getting them around the area (Smyrna here specifically).  Red Plum mailer means exactly that – it is from Red Plum and came in the mail.

          • Aztecblondie

I got this one too in the mail yesterday!  Happy camper!

            • Laura

I got mine in the mail today.  I am in Greenville SC

    • Christipie

I have a question that refers to the last ad.  In my area it goes through tomorrow.  I have the $5 off pampers coupon from the stocking spree book.  The ad also has a $3 off store coupon.  Can those be combined?  The stocking spree coupon says manufacture coupons but it also says only for publix.  Thanks.

      • Mustangof5

I stacked the two coupons together and saved 8 bucks. I paid 11.99 for a case of pampers to me thats a great deal.

      • Donna

The ones from the stocking spree book are also publix coupons, so no you wouldn't be able to combine both coupons.

      • Katrina

A lot of times they just don't check the coupons you use, but stacking the $5 and $3 off Publix coupons together are not allowed because they're BOTH Publix coupons… It would be coupon fraud to do so… You can use a manufacturer coupon with the $5 off Publix coupon though! :)

        • Christipie

The ones in the stocking spree book say manufacture coupon at the top but they say they can only be used at publix.  Thats why im confused?? I guess I will just try.

          • Chris

Lately the ones labeled Manuf Qs are supposed to be treated as such so you should be able to stack.  YMMV since it appears that some stores are treating them like store Qs despite them being manuf Qs.  I think it was PublixChick who posted on here that an email went out to stores telling them to treat those Qs labeled as manuf but with a LU# on them as actual manuf Qs and not store Qs.

            • FL Girl

              It was me :)

            • Chris

My bad – thanks for the info!

            • FL Girl

No problem. :) I love my coupons, and I work Customer Service at Publix so I am more than happy to provide input from the store side of it. :)

            • Kristin

              Very helpful. Thanks!

          • Jessmender

If it has an LU#, then it is really a Publix coupon.  If it has a barcode, then it is really a manufacturer's coupon.  If you're still confused, ask before you try to use them to avoid coupon fraud.

            • Momofjustsix

You mean coupon “mistake”? I really think you too quickly brought up the word “fraud” when someone was just asking a question. “Fraud” implies a willful, intentional act to deceive and gain monetarily. That is obviously not the scenario here, since she was seeking information first. Think about how your words would make someone feel.

            • Aztecblondie

The Stocking spree booklet are all manufacturers, even without the bar code.  It was a special booklet which Publix teamed up with the manufacturers.  So, even if there's an LU# on this particular book, it is a manu coupon.

            • Gatorginger

They don't have a bar code, they only have the LU# but lots of people are having trouble stacking it with a manufacture coupon because it says manufacture yet you couldn't use it at a different store because there is no bar code number on it

        • Momofjustsix

I really think you too quickly brought up the word “fraud” when someone was just asking a question. “Fraud” implies a willful, intentional act to deceive and gain monetarily. That is obviously not the scenario here, since she was seeking information first. Think about how your words would make someone feel. “Fraud” is not the word to bring up here and comes across as harsh. “Not allowed” or “won't work” would be much better choices to explain the situation.

      • Gatorginger

Just ask the customer service desk because it says manufacture so they might let you stack it

    • Chris

Found the Ooh and Ahh baby Q book at the store at Cumberland and Paces Ferry today – they had TONS of them in case anyone in the area is looking.  The Qs don't expire until 8/31.

There was also a separate sheet of Qs that expires on 7/27 (tomorrow).

      • guest

i asked last week at the mirror lake blvd publix..they said they hadnt even heard of them!

      • DKSaver

I have asked the past two times I was at publix (2 locations) and they did not know what i was talking about. :(

    • Jaruth12

Sometimes when Jenny says there is a coupon in an insert, I don't have the coupon.  For instance, she says there is a poptart coupon in RP 7/24 but I don't see one.  Anyone know why?

      • Chris

Insert Qs vary from region to region.  In Atlanta we may not get a Q, or the Q may not have the same value, as someone in Florida or the Carolinas (and vice versa).  It completely varies.  Sometimes if you don't get a Q that you really want or need it may pay to order inserts from an area that did get the Q.  Or you could always try a clipping service or ebay – they offer batches of single Qs.  Clipping services typically have order minimums while ebay obviously does not.

      • LizD

I didn't get the poptart Qs either! Totally bummed!!

    • Mcmurrayfamily

Does anyone have the code for the Chef Boyardee code?

      • SugarBooBear

Not sure if it still works but try 55852947.

    • Chrisfordflorida

Went to Publix this morning and the 2 things I was prepared to buy as Jenny recommended was Pop Tarts and Carabou coffee. Neither is BOGO. Anyone know why not?

      • sunshine

Not everyones ad changes on Wednesday.  Mine changes tomorrow.

      • Wbanta1

your sale probably starts on Thurs.

      • Chrisfordflorida

Thank you both.  I'm a complete newbie to this.

      • mch

Ask customer service…sometimme they do not have the labels on the shelf yet

    • Frugal Chick

I can't find the B3G1 Chef Boyarde Coupon in the June All You Magazine.  I have looked through it twice.  Can anyone tell me what page?

      • Angel_in_Charleston

Often times the coupons listed are only in the magazines purchased at WalMart, not in the ones that come through subscription. Perhaps that is the case here?

      • Gatorginger

It wasn't on a page it was actually a thick cardboard like section in the middle of the magazine that had several coupons including the chef boyardee one that your looking for

    • Adstorey

On the Nature Valley Gronal thins are included and I have a 0.50/1 coupon that would double to $1 making them a $1 each is that a stock up price??

      • Chris

YES.  Usually the Thins are not included.  I ordered a case yesterday at my store (12 boxes) and will definitely be using my $0.50/1 Qs.  The Peanut Butter ones rock.

        • Adstorey

I went today and they were included. So is this a stock up price ??

          • Chris

            Um yes

      • Jessmender

Where did you get the .50/1 Q?  Thanks!

    • sunshine

Has anyone been yet?  What is the PENNY  item?

What is the “on product booklet”???? Is it a coupon book or is it the coupons on the product???

      • Aclare22

I'm wondering about the “on product booklet” too!  Someone please help  :)

        • Amanda Leach

Coupon on the product. a Peelie.

        • Dixiegirl2777

If im not mistaken, there was a coupon booklet on the big packs of dasani water that has the spaghettio's and charmin toilet paper and a number of others. its kinda messed up cause theres 2 q's on 1…printed of both sides but they are different..kinda not fair!!

    • Cwalkden

my create list button is not working….

    • Jess

Can someone tell me where I can find the  -$1/2 Chef Boyardee Spaghettios (Publix coupon), 14.75-15 oz, on product booklet?  I don't understand what “on product booklet” means.  Thanks!

    • Savinfrog

Where do you get the Walgreen's coupon calendar?  BOGO school supplies not on sale in Bham, AL area!  So bummed because I didn't go last night.  I was waiting for the poptarts and thought I'd get everything at once.  Oh well!

    • JenniferDavidGA

I tried to use a coupon out of the “Savings are stocking up at Publix” Coupon book that was mailed to me and and regular Manufactures coupon and they said I could not combined the 2.  Since the new Publix coupons say Manufacturers at the top they can not be combined even though they have a Publix LU# on them.  The casher showed me the memo that they got from their main office on this new type of coupon.

Anyone else have this issue?  I am worried they are changing their store coupons so we can't combined them anymore.

      • Gofast67

It's only gonna hurt them in the long run with buisness.People will change to another store that allows better coupon offers.I like publix but there peeing in there cereal.

      • Deborah

I have had this same problem the last three weeks at two different Publix here in Florida.  I ended up calling corp and then a District Manager called me but neither confirmed that the policy had changed. They said they were sorry for my experience. But I was just in Publix last night and problems again.  If this keeps up I will eventually stop shopping at Publix.  I did some price shopping yesterday at Walmart and noticed that most of the prices at Walmart are much cheaper.  I know I can only use Manufacture Qpons at Walmart and not be able to stack two Qpons (Store & Manfacture) but with the lower price and no hassel maybe I will save there too.  I just know that I am getting sick of the game Publix is playing. The last five times I have been to Publix the cashiers have created a mess with my coupons and in turn I have not gotten full credit for my Qpons.

        • Kristin

I’ve had a lot of problems lately couponong at Publix too.  Now I stop at customer service each time I go and ask the questions that are specific to that trip.  It’s a real buzz-kill and makes shopping stressful.  Unfortunately it’s necessary because I get different answers depending on who is working.  The thing I’m trying to avoid is problems in the check out line.  I have contacted corporate about this. They had the manager from a specific store contact me. Does not help me at the other 2 Publix that are in close proximity to my house.

      • Aztecblondie

It was just for that particular booklet.  It stated on the inside front cover that Publix had teamed up with a few manufacturers to make that coupon booklet.  It doesn't mean that they are changing them all over to be manufacturers coupons.

      • Jendavis76

I had the same problem several times at two different stores. Both cashiers stated they didn't even know. I asked the manager and he let me use it as a store coupon.
Then with the 5.00 off baby coupon I used it as a manufactures coupon and used the store 3.00 coupon in the flyer. They accepted it per manager. It's up to the managers how they are used.  I found a great Publix in Kennesaw that is very coupon friendly and I never get any problems.

    • Sara

I can't find the Krazy glue coupon upon logging into uPromise.  Anyone able to help me with the click path?

      Thanks!

    • Tennille

where is the store pop tart coupon?

    • Msmeg26

      How does using a .75/2 make go-gurt 44-94 cents? It'd make it $1.07 each in my book…

      • Sofia

The $0.50/1 coupon will double, making it 44 cents

    • Ashley Michaels07

i have like 4 coupons for buy 3 boxes of cereal and get a $1 off….. if im going to buy 6 boxes. how would i use these coupons??? do i use two or can i use a coupon per each box or what???

      • Lana

If you buy 6 boxes you can use two $1/3 coupons.

      • Sofia

        You can only use 2

      • Publix Associate

You can use two on six boxes.

    • Carahill

Help me understand sweetbay coupons.  I add them to my list, and then it asks for a zipcode.  Every zip code that I have entered doesn't work.  How does this deal work?

      • Monica

        use 33619

    • Sdlajmack

I am new at couponing! Someone please tell me why is it that so often when I go to RP or SS flyers that I am saving, often the item that you have listed is not in it?? That frustrates me.

      • Unfortunately, there are lots of regional differences across Sunday newspaper coupon inserts. This is probably why you aren't finding the coupons you want.

    • Tgm91757

Listerine Mouthwash: Green Advantage coupon Save $2.00 (exp Aug 5th) coupled with Manufacturer coupon for $1.00 off Listerine Zero. Should make it $.99

      • Gilpritchett44

You can always get oral care products free or mm's at the drugstores-I would hold off unless you absolutely HAVE to have mwash.

    • Amandajw

Just got back from the most disappointing trip to Publix.  Mueller Whole Grain Pasta is not included in the BOGO sale…ALL the Shout was gone.  The buy theirs try ours cookies did not work at the register (they did fix it for me) so be sure to watch out and check your receipt to make sure it comes off.  Oh well, not every shopping trip will be a big success.  I guess trips like this make the great trips that much better.

      • Coop's Mom

Mueller's Whole grain was included at our store (Greenville, SC – Pelham Rd), sometimes they forget to mark it. Get them to ring up and check it.

      • guest

        Included in sale in Chattanooga

    • CJ

At my publix the box of publix brand diapers were on sale for 15.99. So if you have the $5 baby club coupon, it makes the box 10.99.

    • couponmom

Not sure if this has been posted or not yet, but there's a Mt. Olive $1 off 2 jars coupon in the BiLo booklet.  Not a rock bottom price, but better than nothing to go with the Bogo sale.  $1.19 for two jars works for me since I just ran out! :)

      • Gilpritchett44

There is also a .50 cent/1 blinkie on them as well :)

    • Carahill

is there a zipcode i can use for sweetbay that will work?

      • Monica

        33619

      • Diana Cates

I typed in Naples, FL as a location. I printed 2.  good luck!

    • Lmille16

Does any have, or know where I can find (3) $1/2 PopTart coupons? I'd love to get 6 for the deal of only $0.45 each. Plus can anyone explain to me how that would work?

      Thank you!

      • Firgodes7

Not sure about the deal, but I got the publix coupon off a pack of Dasani water. Hope that helped a little bit…

        • Lmille16

Thank you, I found the coupons. Now I've got to find the deal lol.

      • Lmille16

Just a side note, I checked out two Publix in Marietta, GA 30066 and neither one has the pop tarts B1G1. Does anyone know what local areas or zip codes have that sale this week?

        Thanks!

        • Barbe

You can go to the Publix website & look at their weekly flyer there. Sometimes deals are regional. I think the Publix stores in Cobb County start their sales on Thursday, so it wouldn't have been on sale today.

        • Chris

Cobb County stores start their sales on Thursday.  Try again tomorrow.

      • NewMommy2

They're in the Stock up for Storm coupon booklet on the Dasani 24 pack of water!

    • Stacielynn0999

I can't find the store coupon on ” product booklet” publix coupon for $1/2 on the pop tarts either.  The sale price is $1.29 and if you use a man. coupon  of  $1/3 (0.33 cents off each) plus a store coupon for $1/2 (0.50 cents off each) you get $1.29 with 83 cents off you get each one for approximately 45 cents.  I don't know what the product booklet is.

      • SugarBooBear

Ask Customer Service if they have any there the lady there gave me one when I was asking about another booklet.

        • Stacielynn0999

          Thanks

          • Marglenna

Does the booklet have a name?

            • SugarBooBear

The one I got says “Stock up on Storm Essentials”

            • NewMommy2

It comes on the 24 pack of Dasani water

          • SugarBooBear

            Ur welcome

    • SugarBooBear

Just got back from Publix and thought I would share this here as well as on the penny item page in North Charleston SC penny item was Tortilla Chips not the water.

Wondering if anyone anywhere has seen the Kellogg's back to school booklet?  I have been to Publix, Walmart, and Bi-Lo looking for the last couple of weeks and haven't seen them.

      • Amanda_barty

        they come in the mail

        • SugarBooBear

I send Kellogg's an e-mail asking about them and they said they would be in-store towards the end of July.

          • Mom in Nashville

I found the Kellogg's booklets tonight in my Publix attached to a display at the front of the store (the back side of the back to school supplies).  It's more of a brochure than booklet but it has the coupons I was looking for.

      • Rhoadesaa

I got it at customer service at the Publix in Brunswick, GA today.

    • sue

I am glad that i grab the peelies of the resolve stain remover a couple of week ago… I was frustrasted that the shelves were cleared and i made a choice to get all of peelies I could. …  9 ….  .50 off.  of resolve stain remover… I am sorry to  you shelf clearers,….

    • Chris

Really hope you didn't take peelies from product you didn't buy – that so totally bogus.

      • Mom23Is

Hope I don't stir up anything… is it wrong to take a peelie  & use it on another product?  For example, if I want to buy Cascadian farms granola, but the “peelies” are on another of their cereals (and the peelie is for any Cascadian farm product), is it wrong to take it & use them for the products that I buy right then (not take a bunch of extras)?  I guess I always viewed it as a manuf. coupon that they just happened to attach to a product instead of mailing, putting online, in a dispenser, etc & they wouldn't care what you bought w/ it, but maybe not… opinions?

        • Anonymous

If you are using a peelie from a product the box it come off of should be in your cart.  Peelie’s are intended to move particular products so they should be used on the item they are attached to.

        • Chris

See that’s a toss up:  On the one hand if you are taking one or two and use it right then just on another of their products, or better just on a different variety of the same product, that the Q still applies to it could be OK.  But on the other the manufacturer may have put the peelie on the particular product it is on for a reason – like trying to increase its sales, get ppl to try it, etc.  At the end of the day does this scenario really matter?  Probably not.  Others would probably disagree.  It’s those that take the peelies with no intention of purchasing that product ever or no intention of purchasing that product in that shopping trip (they’re waiting for it to go on sale – because they know it will) that gets people riled up.

    • guest 1

My next door neighbior in Kennesaw Ga was ARRESTED for taking off the peelies and not buying any product.  She was only caught with one but I think she really had taken more.  They said it damaged the product.  Still has to go to court but now expecting a $500 fine.

      • Chris

AWESOME!  Maybe ppl will stop doing it if they know they can go to JAIL.

      • Marglenna

WOW! That's intense. I thought the managers of the stores say they belong to the mfr so it shouldn't matter?

        • Chris

It does matter – it's still theft regardless of whether being stolen from the store or stolen from the manufacturer.  Stealing has a victim regardless of who it is – and the more someone steals the Qs off stuff the less they either offer them OR the more they charge for the product (and guess what – we have no Qs to use to buy it).

      • daisysmom

I need to move to Kennesaw – your police department has no more pressing problem than prosecuting people who remove peelies?!!

        • Chris

Regardless of whether they have something better they should be doing or not – the fact is it's still stealing (the Qs belong to the manufacturer) and still punishable by law.  I am so tired of going into the store looking for a particular product that is supposed to have a peelie only to find all of the peelies have been removed (as evidenced by the sticky being left behind but the coupon being gone).  If you do it there should be consequences – and here it shows that if you participate in this kind of behavior you will go to jail (and should).

So to anyone else out there that takes peelies from products that they are not or do not buy – use this as an example.  STOP IT or you might end up in jail too.

      • guest

What law did she break? I have never seen it posted anywhere that it's illegal to take them off for something you are not buying?

        • Chris

Well technically coupons belong to the manufacturer and they retain ownership rights over them.  They could claim fraud, theft, and property damage if they placed the peelie themselves.  Notice that most coupons say the coupon has to be surrendered on demand by the manufacturer and the manufacturer reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.  It’s an ugly area but it is what it is – they went through the expense of producing the coupon so it’s theirs to do with as they see fit not ours.

        • tammy

There is nothing more infuriating than to go to buy a product and see that there was a peelie on it and someone has come along and taken everyone off. It may not be criminal, but I think its rude and being greedy. They did not put them there for one person to be so greedy and come along and take everyone off every product to keep them for a good sale to come along. Everyone wants a chance at being able to save money. Its people like this that give couponers a bad name, along with all the hoarders of clearing the shelves. Give everyone a chance to have a good deal, stop being so D*@* greedy.

    • Happy shopper!

For the Caribou Coffee: Put Naples, FL for the store location. I was able to print 2. Hope this helps!

    • Jgbolling

The link to a printable coupon for Kellogg's granola bars took me to the Keebler website.  A lot of your printable coupon links don't take me to the coupon but to some generic promotional cite.  What a waste of time!

      • Marglenna

You have to click on “promotions” to get there. It's not really a waste of time if you look closely.

      • Chris

Wow – how about putting in a LITTLE effort and start looking around on the site?  Sometimes she can't link directly to the Q because you have to register to get to it.

Why do so many people want all of the work done for them?  Get a grip, take a couple of minutes to look around, and stop being so lazy.

        • Happy

I for one am greatful for this web site and all the money she's saved for our family of 6 AND for people like Chris (above) who give great advice about their store/ couponing trips! Thanks …

          • Chris

Jenny is great and I really appreciate the work she does – she makes my trips easier too.  But anyone who thinks it doesn't take any work to coupon is delusional – it takes work and time and dedication.  But it is SO worth it in the end!!

            And thanks for the shout-out!

            • Kristin

I'm a big fan of your posts too!  I really appreciate everything you do to educated and inform us.  Don't stop!

            • Chris

Thanks!  And if you find something that corrects one of my posts please feel free to post it and say so – I'm not the know-it-all of couponing.  I just try to share my experiences (been couponing, at Publix, since I was 6 – my Mom taught me. Yay for Moms who teach their kids these lessons).

This site has been great and a real time saver not to mention a money saver.  I've couponed for a LONG time but not nearly as seriously as this year.  I've saved so much money and gotten a stockpile started that will now allow me to rotate in new stuff as things go on sale instead of just buying when I need it because I have zero.

Jenny's site is great and her time and effort are really appreciated – and I'm sure will be defended by more than just me.  Thanks Jenny!

            • You know the saying ‘you just can’t please everyone.’  So very true.  I also am grateful to Jenny for all the hard work she does and the FREE website she provides for all of us.  Couponing does take work and if you aren’t willing to put in the effort than IMHO you need to just move along.  Those that are lazy, impatient, dishonest just give the rest of us a bad name.  I for one appreciate your posts Chris and I say keep on keeping on and ignore those downing the hateraid.

        • ddshockley

Chris why do you always have to say with rude.  There are nice ways of putting things.  Some people are just starting and need a little help.  I just feel like you always come across the wrong way you state things.  People are on here to help others or none of us would be on here.

          • ddshockley

Sorry I meant to say ” so rude”.  I was kind of upset after reading the comment.

            • Kristin

I took the remark from jgboling as a slam on Jenny too.  The second sentence seems accusatory to me.

          • Chris

You know – it makes me upset to see comments like the one made saying it was a waste of their time to use this site.  That's why – rude gets rude.  If you are confused or are unsure then say so – a lot of people on here help when you ask.  But making the statement specifically that something on this site is a waste of time, regardless of the person's experience with couponing, is insulting to Jenny's work, time, and effort and is really unnecessary.

      • freedomspradley1

Coupons are promotional items to entice you to purchase their product.  It should be no suprise that in order to get a coupon you often have to register.  Just create a “couponing” email address so your regular email doesn't get bombarded with advertising emails.

      • Kit

This is a great SITE that helps a lot of people.  The fact that Jenny sends you to other SITES is just part of it.  She does all the work so you don't have to do as much.  If you don't like this SITE, then there are plenty of other places on the internet…SITES..that you can choose to go to.

On the pop tart deal … can I stack $1/3 Target coupon and $1/3 mfg. coupon?  That comes out to about .63 each for 3 boxes, right?  Isn't that still pretty good for pop tarts?  I wasnt sure if the target coupon is treated like a store or mgf. coupon.  Thanks for any help.

I just called my local Publix and they're treating the 'Stock Up' coupons like manufacture coupons so I can stack with Target.  Yeah!  What have your stores said?

      • jacquewilson

I went on Saturday and asked the same question, but they told me they were treating them like store q's because no other store would take them.

    • Angela

I hope you do it again and get caught so you have to pay a $500 fine.  You're shameless for advertising that you're not only unethical, you're a criminal!

    • Lynda

In 7-26 SC The State newspaper ad section there was a $5.00 off $30.00 or more purchase. There was also a Food Lion booklet with coupons $1.00 off 2 Kraft BBQ sauce. Hope this helps someone.

You could try another computer but it could be that the campaigns are just out of prints (they sometimes just say you've already printed it, even though you know you haven't, because they're just out of prints).

        • danielle

Hey Chirs, just wondering if you could remind me how you calculate a good price when buying coupons on Ebay?  I remember seeing a post by you but now I can't find it.  I've been watching Qs for some items and people seem to bid HIGH, much too high for me!  Just want to make sure I don't get lost in the fun of it!  thanks

          • Chris

Yeah that's a big problem online – ppl get caught up in winning the auction not thinking about the actual cost, or value, of what they're buying.  I use 10 to 20% of the face value, including shipping, as my rule of thumb.  I would suggest setting what you're comfortable with as your limit and stick with it – don't ever go over it no matter what.  You may lose out on that item but keep in mind that someone else is probably selling the same thing for less.

For example, ppl have been bidding outrageous amounts for Softsoap Qs on ebay.  I keep losing the auctions because I'm not willing to pay those amounts.  But I searched again and finally found someone offering 20 Qs for $1.25 plus shipping as the Buy It Now price.  I go through handsoap like it's going out of style so I bought 2 sets – paid $3.10 for both sets with combined shipping.  So for 40 Qs I paid just under 0.08 per Q – right about 20% and that includes shipping.  Well worth the price paid for an ultimate savings of ~$25 (amount saved when used minus the cost of the Qs).

            • danielle

              Thanks!

    • Alison V.

keebler cookies q isn't there anymore.  oscar meyer meat publix q is for family size, not the one on sale.  hope this helps!

    • Mom in TN

Happy Day!  For whatever reason, my posted prices seem to be cheaper on some items than Jenny Lists — I just went to Publix and not only accidently stumbled across the Kellogg's booklet but also found Eggos for BOGO @ 2.29 (not $2.50!).  So I scored 2 boxes of waffles for $2.29 with $2.00 off a gallon of milk, in addition to the $1 off milk publix coupon that they mailed me for Preschool Pals.  Small things can bring such joy!
      @8f60dfc9eeec6a4e73ceec5e9b914d18:disqus
Also, if anyone is using the Stocking Spree coupon to get free Bounty Napkins, the register automatically rang up a credit for $1.99, even though the printed napkins are actually $3.19.  I caught it and the cashier fixed it on the spot.

    • Couponcarrie

Are there any Publix stores in the columbia, sc area that takes Target q's?

      • freedomspradley1

No stores that I know of take Target Q's and I've shopped downtown, Rosewood, Lexington & Harbison.  Bi-Lo is now taking competitor coupons from anyone (Target, Pharmacy, etc.) for any product they carry.  I would take a copy of the Bi-Lo coupon policy when using competitor coupons.  Some cashiers & managers are arguing this.

I agree about Chris. He seems to have nothing better to do then stalk this website and make comments to and about everyone and everything and half the time he doesn't even know what he's talking about. Go set up your own site or give it a rest. I can't pull up the comments for any store without that stupid hat popping up all over the place.

    • Dr Dave12

im a little confused.  For the Chef Boyardee deal, the $1 off 2 store coupon is for spaghettio's.  Isnt that part of campbells and not Chef? (its even pictured that way on the label)  Just wondering?

I will say that if there is anyone living in Doral FL there are two Publixs and one of them does not post all the BOGO labels.  I got away from couponing for a while and I'm back into it, but I will be shopping at Publix closer to my work instead of my home Publix.  I spend so much time looking and matching products to what is BOGO in their weekly flyer.  To me it seems shady since it is intimidating to the average person that skips over that “deal” because it is not clearly identified and they miss out on the BOGO deal.  I would say about 30%/50% of their products are not clearly identified.  Does anyone else run into this?

      • Laura

Rarely I run across an item with no sale tag that is bogo in the ad. I go to cust service for a price check to verify and it always scans at the ad price. Then I tell them there's no sale tag & they always say they simply did not receive one to post. I never considered it being shady, in fact I like it…because the shelf is always full when there's no tag…vs empty when it is there!

      • Gen

It happens at my store frequently. I actually like it because it makes it easier for me to get the deals.

    • Ashley

does anyone know if the cocoa puffs brownie crunch is included in the genral mills BOGO?

      • Firgodes7

No sorry. That one is excluded.

    • Frugalgoddess1

Just a FYI the whole grain pasta is included in the BOGO each for .73 cents and 1.00 Q, so a little MM!

P.S. I am in a North Atlanta suburb!

      • Abigailfr

awesome! I was wondering about that. I have several of those coupons.

    • Lana

A .75/1 ANY Nature’s Own coupon just showed up on coupons.com.  I used zip 90210

    • tammy

This may have been posted before, but cannot find it. Does anyone know how to get the Target home mailers. I have looked and don't seem to find where to sign up, or maybe I am just overlooking it. Thanks for everyones help on this site.

      • Chris

I get them constantly and never signed up for anything.  But I do use their Pharmacy so I'm wondering if it might be linked to that?

        • I think you need to rub some of your luck off on me  :)  I don't get any of the mailers for Kroger, Target, Publix and my address is correct on all their sites and i frequently make purchases from all of them.  Ah well you win some you lose some.

      • Siobhancoupons

my sister gets them all the time and doesn't use them and gives them to me. all I can think is that she has a target credit card that might be why she gets them.

      • Laura

I was shocked to receive the Target back to college mailer this week (it said postman please deliver between 7/11 to 7/13) but I just got it 2 days ago.

From various blogs I've read no one seems to know exactly how to start getting them. People used to say you had to have a Target credit card, but then numerous people say they get mailers & have never had a Target card.

I made a purchase on their website a few months ago, that's the only reason I can think of as to where they got my name & address because the new mailer was addressed to me.

        • Fresh One

We get them in the mail and we don’t have a Target card

          • Fresh One

But like Chris, we have had prescriptions filled at Target…..

            Hmmmnnn…..

            • Chris

See I’m wondering if that is the trigger.  I can’t think of anything else.

            • Chris

See I’m wondering if that is the trigger.  I can’t think of anything else.

    • gabriela

does anybody know how to get the Kellog back to school booklet?

      • jlc30180

        I found them at Kroger…

    • Sofia

If something is B1G1 free (the V8 for example), can you buy 2 and use 2 coupons, one on each?

      • Jill

        yes

      • Dani

Yes, you can use one manufacturers Q and one store Q each (total of 4). Can make for some really cool deals.  hth

    • J_caudill87

i clicked the link for the gerber graduate coupons and they weren't there..  help anyone..

    • teachergirl

Question:  does Publix take Target and Walgreen coupons?  I've never heard of this before.

      • guest

my publix takes Target coupons as they consider Target a competitor.  Varies by store…check with yours.

      • Chris

Go to Customer Service and get the list of competitors for that specific location.  Each store should have cards (usually on display on the counter) that has the coupon policy on one side and that store's competitors on the other.  It's based on what's close to the store.  For example I have 3 stores all about equal distance from me – one takes Whole Foods, Fresh Market, and Kroger while another takes only Kroger and the third takes Kroger and Target.

      • Angelynnb

Each store has a different policy. Call your store ahead of time to save yourself the time!

      • Dani

Each Publix has a list of competitors, I found the list where the weekly as is.  I believe that they made a corporate decision not to allow drugstore Q's.

      • Raenjustin

The Publix across the street from my home does not accept Target coupons, but the Publix about 3 minutes from my home does.  Each store has it own policy.  I am new to couponing, but I usually clarify the policy of each store by visiting customer service.

        I hope this helps….

    • danielle

Just wanted to let everyone know to be careful with Qs inside the “savings are stocking up at Publix”.  This is the one you had to sign up for and recieve in the mail.  I had TWO managers from two stores both tell me they recieved a notice from corporate that these coupons were Manufacturers Qs not Publix Qs.

      • Sewingmom2

the coupons say manufacturers coupon on them

        • danielle

Yes but they have no redemption info or bar code, and they have a L.U. #…. so I got confused and asked CS.

          • Pat

Makes you wonder if this the new trend with Publix, so that we won't be able to stack. Shame on them.!!!!!

      • Couponjunkie

I had that problem on Monday. I bought 1 item and used their “stocking” coupon and a man. coupon.  The cashier asked if I had 2 items? I said no and she and a manager told me that even though they have LU# they say manufacturer and that they can't take both.

    • Danielle

How many coupons does Publix allow when you buy multiples of the same item.  For example, if I have 4 coupons for Mueller's pasta will they let me use 4 of the same coupon to buy 4 of the same product in one trip?

      • Miss_afb

as long as the coupon does not say per person. the muellers Q;s i had did so i used one and let dh use one just to be safe

      • Chris

YMMV on this one.  Some stores strictly adhere to the terms of the Q when it comes to that and some couldn't care less.  I would ask at Customer Service before you start putting stuff in your cart so you can make your plans while you shop if necessary.

      • Raenjustin

Each store has its own policy. However, the Publix I shop at allows me to purchase at least 6.  Why 6?  This is the maximum amount I usually purchase.  On the other hand, I have seen customers purchase up to 20 items with 20 coupons.

        Check with the customer service.

      • Guest

The Mueller's are BOGO so your limit is 10 & they should allow you to use a coupon on all of them. Unless you shop at the McDonough Westridge Publix, in which case they don't know how to enforce the BOGO limit.

    • Bobbie03042010

Everyone needs to check the HotPockets at your local stores. Several varieties here marked down from $2.45 to $1.00. So  a great deal on its on. But if you have coupons….:)

      • lidia

        What city???

        • Gen

I found them in Atlanta, but all the ones for $1 were sold out. At my store Pepperoni were one of the types marked down.

    • Charmatillinger

There is a $1 off one Kraft mayo coupon in the  “Savings are stocking up at Publix” that came in the mail last week.

      • Dani

Q is for 30 oz, sale size is smaller

    • Lynnette

Is there a store having “triple” coupons next week.  I've heard there is, but don't know which one.  Also on sale this week at Kroger is the Crest 6.4 ounce size.  When you buy 4 you get a $2.00 Catalina coupon!  When you use the $.75 coupons we have, it's a great deal!

    • cg

This web site is awesome! My husband and I spent $10.56, saved $53.54: 83.5% savings-
I presented my $5/30 coupon before all other coupons to maximize savings!

      12 pop tarts (used 2- $2/3 MQ, 2- $1/3 MQ, 1- $1/3 Publix coupon from water booklet, 2- $1/3 Target Q)
2 thick&fluffy Eggos (used 2- .60/1 coupons from tearpad a few months back)
2 Wise chips (used 2- .50/1 coupons that doubled)
1 whole fruit bar (used .50/1 coupon that doubled)
2 muellers whole grain (used 2- $1/1 coupons)
1 pantene shampoo (free product coupon)
2 head and shoulders (B1G1 coupon)

      • Janessa

where can i get the product booklet from? i need the pop tart q's. thanks

        • cg

I don't know if the booklet is still available. It was supposedly on the water packs that were on sale last week (I think it was Dasani). Sorry, I don't know the specifics because a nice cashier handed me one of the booklets when I checked out the other day. All I did was strike up a friendly conversation, and when she saw that I was a couponer she said “Hey do you want these, they're on the water packs this week?” Love a nice cashier!!

      • Jessicaholcolmb1983

The pasta coupon is that in the July 10,2011 ss

        • cg

Sorry, I can't remember. It was from a newspaper insert, but I can't remember which one since I cut it out right away.

    • KC

My Wal-Mart had -$1/2 peelies on the pop-tarts today.  Even better than the -$1/3 I had planned to use.

    • Les

Heads up ..the Lakewood Ranch Publix, Sarasota FL accepts Target coupons :)

    • Tiffanyf56

How do you redeem a upromise coupon at Publix since they don't have a card?  Thanks!

      • sarahleaper

publix does have a upromise card

        • sarahleaper

and they have labels on their shelves indicating which products save you college money

      • Chris

Ask for a UPromise card from any cashier or Customer Service.  That way you can link the card to your UPromise account and then use those eQs.

      • Yancylewis

you have to go to customer service to get a upromise card(key card) and then you go to the upromise.com to register your card and kids names or whom ever, college education you want to contribute to.

    • sarahleaper

just found a great freebie + overage item @ publix. There is an octagon shaped booklet by the pharmacy with mq .75/1 sensodyne product any size. There is a publix pamphlet also at the pharmacy with a store q $3/2 sensodyne products. Neither specify size so I bought 2 sensodyne travel size @ 1.49, used (2) .75/1 mq and (1) $3/1 store q, makes it FREE plus 1.50 overage!

    • Sha08

Had a great shopping trip at Publix, some of the items were cheaper than expected. Poptarts were 2.09 and the Go Gurts were also cheaper. I was worried about the 2/3 printable q because none of them would scan but cashier was awesome, she just typed them in! In my opinion, Publix is the most coupon friendly store..

    • LMarie

Thank you for this website! After only two weeks at couponing, and my 3rd trip to Publix, I just got $236 worth of groceries for only $77. My tax was only $2.58, so the vast majority of my purchase was food. My savings totaled $158.12; $30.67 in store coupons, $30.55 in vendor coupons, and $96.90 in sale prices (including B1G1s). Woo hoo! And I'm a hero with my kids for getting all those Gogurts-they should last about a month…maybe.

      • Wbranham23

wow that is great! what all did you buy? I'm planning a trip and don't want to miss anything. thanks.

        • LMarie

For B1G1s, I got 12 boxes of Pop-Tarts using 2 Target Qs and two MQs, 12 Go-gurts with 6 MQs, 6 Eggo Waffles with 2 MQs, 9 Green Giant Steam Veggies with 3 Publix Qs for Free (this was my fav: B1G1, then Q for buy 3 get 1 free–I only paid for 3 bags!), 4 Whole Fruit Bars with 4 MQs, 2 Boxes Cookie Crisp Cereal with 2 MQs, 8 Ragu Sauces with 4 MQs, 6 boxes Pasta with 6 MQs. I also stacked Target and MQs to get 4 Boxes of Ziplocs and 4 Colgate toothpastes that were on sale. Paid 5.78 for 2-1/2 gal of ice cream and 2 hot fudges using Publix Q and Smuckers Q. I got a few other items that were on sale and had Qs for all of them. Got normally expensive 1L Listerine for $1 after Publix Q and MQ and sale price–I'll have to go back for a couple more. It was fun and I got all the info and coupons from this site (except for that surprise Listerine $2 off from new Publix leaflet)!

    • S Williamson1121

Where do you get the advantage buy flyers?

      • pf

I get mine in the mail but your Publix should have a stack in the front entrance or service desk.

      • Ann_odea

        I'm having the same problem.

      • Yancylewis

you may not have, but other people have printed them all up, so there's none left.happens to me all the time.

      • mommyof1

Me too! we have a cat and only have a small bag of litter left, so this would have been an amazing deal for us… but it says i have already printed this coupon out which i know is a mistake, as we usually dont buy this brand and cannot find a coupon in my stash at  oh well.. still a decent deal.

    • Vashawn Dennis

Don't forget to use your $2 off Publix Advantage coupon for Listerine it makes it 99cents

Target has a coupon for the V-8 $1/2

    • Laura

In the front of the Publix store at Atlantic Station there were random coupons for .75 cents off of one Honey Nut Cheerios. Combine that with the BOGO sale and it makes them $1.25 a box!

    • kristy

Where do you get the yellow advantage flyer?

      • SugarBooBear

        Customer Service desk.

      • or it should be in the sunday paper too.

    • Lmille16

Thank you Jenny!!!! The sale started today at my local Publix in Marietta, GA. I purchased most of the BOGO items, added my coupons, and only spent $19.88 and saved over $67!!!!!

    • Sabrena

i really am thankful for the couponing. my children,16,14,5 are very well stocked for school this year. it was a serious struggle last year. these sales and last minute items have really helped my family. my kids hate heling but thewy are really happy with the stock.

    • Sabrena

I was in Publix one day shopping and a customer in front of me said her before and after total then turned to me and said she wondered why i was not shocked i just laughed. she said you must coupon too. i said yes southern savers is my best friend for shopping. i told her i had just left Target racking up on the jeans. she saiud she was on the way there the next day. Thank Jenny for all you do. Everytime we think we are the only one we find out you have so many followers. Charleston SC

      • Lesli

I must agree, I recommend SouthernSavers to everyone!  Love it!  :)

        • Anonymous

Last week when I was checking out at my Publix, the lady in front of me had her southern savers printed list and I told her I used this site too. We just both laughed!

Just wanted to comment about people saying they got coupons off of a product without buying the product. If a coupon is attached to an item, it is like a bonus or “thank you” from the manufacturer for buying their product. I'm pretty sure they didn't just feel like attaching coupons for some overzealous shopper to come along and remove them all. Same with the blnkies. The other day I literally saw a family standing some distance away from the coupon machine and the Dad was waiting a few seconds and returning to get another, and another, etc. They were teaching their kids a great lesson

      • the blinkies thing doesn't bother me. But taking coupons off products is jut stealing. When I use to buy formula when I was a nanny, I had to buy Kroger probiotics kind (which always had a $1 off coupon inside the lid). People would open it and take it because it could be used on any product. That use to make me SO MAD!

    • Lisafife

I can't find the “muellers” coupon in the ss from 7-10?! Anyone else having trouble finding it?

      • ME

I don't have it either.  GA

        • Rachel

it wasn't in the AJC, it was in the smaller papers, go figure

    • TWINtots

What zipcode do you have to use on the publix site to get their printable gerber lil entrees coupon? My twin toddlers just LOVE these for some reason (I can't imagine why because they smell horrible =])

      • mommyof1

my son would eat them too.. but youre right.. they dont seem appealing.. its a lot easier with these meals and im glad he liked them for a while when he was little =) esp. when mommy was too tired to do anything but microwave

      • Momof2

The printable isn't available anymore. It was only valid during last week's sale and the Qs were listed on the site in the additional ads area. But if you can find the Ooh and Ahh baby book in your store the hard copy PQs are good until 8/31

    • guest

I have around 25 of the b1g1 whiskas q' tha came on sunday.i dont have cats so i ddon’t know if its a good coupon or not but if you want to i can send them to youif you are going to use them. Send me your email if you are interested

      A couple things I noticed after shopping…

Publix butter was on sale for $3.19, not $2.89
Nature's Own Honey Wheat Rolls were NOT bogo :(
Wise Cheese Doodles aren't included in the bogo sale :(

    • Kraziyjay97

If you use a $1 Q off of listerine and $2 (green advantage) publix Q, then the listerine 1L will be 99 cents

    • Ayleen

Where can I find the tearpad for the Vitamin Water? Also, anyone know if Publix will take one Target coupon AND one Whole Foods coupon on the same item?
      Thanks.

      • no only one store or competitor. You can stack with a manufacturer though.

    • C Hopping

Kraft Mayo, 22 oz. is $5.09 (not 4.39) in the BOGO
Fritos Corn Chips 10.5 oz is not $2.50

    • Nurseamie

I have a question for anyone that might buy dog food on a regular basis….
Do you think that (with couponing) it is cheaper to buy wet or dry dog food? I have seen several sales and BOGO Q's for wet food, and it doesn't seem like dry food goes on sale very often (at least for a stock-up price). Just wondering what everyone's opinions and experiences are, and thanks everyone! Love looking at the site and all the posts!

      • mommyof1

we feed our dogs (we have 3 of them!) wet and dry food.. we have 2 small dogs under 12 pounds and one large at 50 pounds.. you can imagine, we buy dog food all the time..  dry dog food lasts longer and is a much better deal, but we also feed wet food with every meal..  2 of our dogs will not get upset stomachs and we can switch brands with no problem at all.. unfortunately the smallest dog is a little more trouble and we have to by specific food as he has a health problem.. BUT if you find great prices on dry food that can last months (if you buy the biggest bags and keep it sealed tightly or tons of the smallest bogo bagswith coupons and only use one bag at a time)   dry food is def cheaper.. but with the savings.. we can buy wet food at full price if need be and still be paying the same amount of money we would be shelling out for dry food at no sale or no cpouons..  hope that makes sense!

        • Nurseamie

Thanks for your input….it did make sense! I was thinking about mixing the two, so I may try that. I know the Extreme Couponing show is far from reality, but I noticed when I watched it that quite a few of the people bought tons of wet dog food on sale…that;s kind of what got me looking at comparing prices of the wet and dry.

          • Tonjatjmom

I have lots of animals to feed.. i have my own pets and i foster animals.. been raining cats here lately.. anyways.. i feed everything wet and dry.. my personal dogs al have health issues of some kind.. so we cant switch up on them.. but. .i do call the manu and ask for coupons and they are happy to send them.. and the ones i foster i can keep stocked just following jenny.. but also watch for the pet stores coupons.. as the pet stores in my area all take competitors coupons, so i can do real good in there too… they all use cards… but go to their sites and sign up .. they will send u starter kits with lots of good coupons for signing up.. and then they email us coupons all the time… some store  some manufactor.. so.. if ur pets do alright with a variety.. u can really get a good stock pile going..  couponing is the reason i can foster.. and that makes me feel real good about couponing… i know i am saving these guys life.  and i couldnt have afforded  to do that otherwise.. good luck…

      • Cori C.

I agree with mommyof1, dry is definitely a better price per ounce. We buy the canned/wet food when it is on sale and we have coupons, and our dogs love it as a “special dinner.” Depending on what kind of dog food you buy, you can maybe contact the manufacturer and get coupons. I called Iams and they were so nice, they asked me how many dogs I had, their names, etc. A few days later I got TONS of coupons in the mail, along with a scoop for dry food, a spatula for wet food, and two bandannas for my dogs :) Another tip to make dog food last: feed a little less than what the chart on the bag recommends. Of course the manufacturer is going to recommend more than your dog really needs so you'll buy more sooner. My vet said that dogs who are fed a little less over time actually tend to live longer :)

      • Megortiz63

I have been couponing Jenny's way for 3 years now, and we feed an enormous 90 plus pound American Bulldog and a mini dachshund every day – my stock up price for dry food is .50 /.pound. Usually we can get the 4-5 pound bags that go on sale – whatever brand – for about $1.50, and I get as many as I have coupons for. (However I don't buy coupons…) Right now I have 8 or so in my stockpile. There is still a great full price rebate – may expire soon – on Science Diet, and they turn their  rebates around in just a couple of weeks.
We use canned food when I can get it for .02-.03/ounce. I use it to flavor their morning meal, and none at night. That way, if someone – namely Beau the Bulldog, gets an upset tummy, it happens during the day and no sick dog overnight!
We have not has any issues over the last 3 years keeping the dog food stockpiled, and I shop 90% at Publix, with the ocassional Ingles or Kroger run.
Needless to say, we NEVER pay for dog treats, they are frequently free or MM at several stores! Good luck.

        • Bobbie_hartmann

Might want to try something Australian's do – their pets live 2x as long and have 1/2 the incidence of disease – before any responds do the RESEARCH on it – like my skeptical self did – 3mos of it – before moving all 7 of our pets to it (4 cats, 3 dogs) we cut our little mixed breed dogs seizures from 2x a month to once a year, and got rid of a host of other issues too. no prepackaged food. but Biologically Appropriate Raw Foods (BARF) – or go ahead and feed the “pet food” here and have MORE pets since the ones you have won't live as long. Otherwise feed high quality pre-packaged stuff and cycle through about 4 brands in a year, if you aren't spending $1per pound on dog food y ou aren't feeding anything but trash b/c it is expensive to use proper ingredients that doesn't include “road kill”

Sad Publix week for me. :(  Just came back from my local store (Augsuta, GA) and a lot of the sales listed here, were not offered in my store. The Go-gurt, not a BOGO here. The “Buy Theirs, Get Ours” deal… not offered.  The glad bags… nope. I did get a $5 off $30 Q in the mail this week, so that was a welcome treat.

Anyone else not find the sales in their stores to be the same as listed here?  This is the first time I've had this happen.

      • My Publix didn't have a sign up for the buy theirs get ours thing but they WERE doing it. Just so you know. Make sure to ask, next time. :)

      • Agreed, always ask. Sometimes they just don't get the signs for an item. If all else fails take the item to customer service to have them check the price.

      • jules

That is why I always check the ad for my store on the Publix website against Jenny's list.  Sometimes there are regional differences and I find things not on her list that are on sale in my area. Also, always get the ad as you walk in the door, that way you have an easy reference as you shop.  :)

    • The upromise ecoupon of the glue is no longer active.

    • Alison

Chi Chi's Wheat fajita tortillas were on unad sale at my store $1.49 and the white ones were around $1.79 use the .50 off that doubles at my store it was a great deal.

    • Lizzy

The $1.00 coupon link for Fruit 2 day actually printed $.45 coupon.

      • Sandy

It won't print anything for me.

    • thequeenaunt

There is/was a Target coupon for B2G1 free box of pop-tarts.  I didn't have the manuf coupon but was able to use the Target so still a good deal .

    • keb2009

anybody know when the new yellow flyer comes out? im guessing thats where the $2/2 resolve is in?

      • Chris

        Today

        • keb2009

guess my local publix is slow! i went in first thing this morning and they were still giving out ones that expired yesterday :)

          • Dixiegirl2777

If they still had them they have to honor it!!!

    • So happy with my trip last night! The last day of the yellow flyer and I managed to get some really good deals! Paid $12.91 OOP for 6 boxes of poptarts, 4 pkgs of gogurts portables, 4 boxes of muellers pasta (whole grain), 2 boxes of whole fruit bars, 1 box of magnum ice cream, 2 boxes of eggo waffles, 5 boxes of velveeta shells and cheese, 2 pks of papermate pens, 2 lipton teas to go pks, 2 raid ant baits, and 1 combat ant bait.
And the icing on the cake? 1 gallon of publix milk! I think the total before Qs was $47.

Funny to think I used to stretch my dollar at Kroger and by stretching it I mean going in needing to spend only $10 on things we ran out of…and I'd only come out of the store with 5-7 items. This is so much better!

      • Meshell

I know! Up until this year (before I started using coupons) my kids were eating Ramen noodles & mac n cheese & spaghetti during the summer. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but that's ALL they had. Since I've started using coupons, there is always a variety in our pantry. They LOVE it. And the kicker is, I'm spending less. I could kick myself for paying full price all these years. My boss knows I  coupon, and he said “Why don't the manuf. just price everything so people don't have to have coupons?” I told him it was because they know there are only so many people that will use coupons.

    • Tara

Has anyone printed the Man Q's for the $1/3 poptarts and also the $1/3 Eggo? When I printed mine, there is no barcode to be scanned. It has the long skinny bold barcode, but not the actual barcode that scans at the register. Wondering if anyone else had this prob and if I will still be able to use them?

      • Firgodes7

When I was at the last couponing class with Jenny. She made the comment, that this is what they were going to a data bar, not a upc anymore. It should scan. I printed mine, and planned on buying them. If I run into any problems. I will post here.

        Hope some of that helps.

        • Tara

Thanks so much! I used it just fine yesterday. I actually asked the cashier about it, who asked her CS manager. She had already seen these type coupons and said it should scan just fine, and it did. I was so relieved!

    • Courtney

Having trouble finding the printable MaraNatha almond butter coupon. I clicked on the link and signed up for the email, but there were no coupons. Anyone know how to get this?

      • Haley554

I couldn't find it either. Also, I just picked up the Yellow flyer at my Publix this morning (Jax, FL) and the price for the MaraNatha is listed at 4.99 for a 12 oz. jar.

        • beki

This is one of the few things that I still buy at costco.

        • Hotcopper

thanks for clearing that up for me.  When I saw the $2.99 price listed it was one of those too good to be true sitings.  MaraNatha has some of the highest priced nut butters.  high quality-taste, but also high dollar.  i could not find the coupon on the site either.

    • Bloodsweatsteals

Went to a Publix here in GA that use to accept Target coupons since they are in the same shopping center as them. Well they don't accept them anymore! The cashier said it was a new Corporate policy! I haven't checked their policy to verify but if so then I guess you shouldn't post target coupons in the deals anymore since it is a corporate policy and not just a regional. Thought I'd let you know if you didn't already know!

      • Cristi Cheney

The new Publix coupon policy has been in place since the middle of May I believe. Each store was asked by corporate to select their competitor stores so you will notice they now vary from store to store. Check your store to see who they now consider competitors. You should be able to pick up a small sheet at customer service that lists the new policy on one side aand the store's competitora on the other. And please be grateful for all the work Jenny does for us rather than blame her for something you just weren't aware of. next time feel free to post your question here as many of us are more than happy to answer your question(s). You will receive a much better response when you inquire rather than jump the gun and blame Jenny. HTH

      • Chris

Also, in addition to Christi's post below, you can get a list of a particular store's competitors by going to Customer Service and getting a card that has their comp stores on one side and the Publix Coupon Policy on the other.

And I just used Target Qs last night at Publix and was just fine (including my $5 gc Q from Target).

      • Atkinsonfive

My Publix in Florida took my Target coupons yesterday.

    • Schoolbus262

Hello everyone! I am new to couponing. Could someone please explain what BOGO is?
Could use some first time pointer help also.
      Thanks!
      Marie in Marietta, Ga

      • Melanie

BOGO is buy one get one free. At stores like Winn Dixie you must buy both to get the deal. At (in my area) Publix and Harveys you can just buy one if you like at 1/2 price.

    • Paid $19 for $59…..Awesome…Am i the only one that still had the $2 off 3 Pop Tarts? Wound up getting them for $.48 each! Got 6 boxes. Don't know why Jenny didn't list that one.

      • Melanie

I have that one too! (Well, 3 of them left. Wish I'd printed more.) Did you use the Publix coupon too? I haven't found them…

        • NewMommy2

I got 6 boxes of pop tarts for .18 each! I used 3 of the Publix $1/2, $2/3 printable, and 3 .55/1 (had a demo in store handing them out a while back)

      • cc

        Yeah I don't know why she didn't post it. I, too, had the $2/3 coupon. I stacked it with Target $1/3 to get 6 boxes for 28 cents total! (boxes rang up at 1.05, 1.04, 1.05, 1.05, 1.04, 1.05 = 6.28, minus $2 +2 + 1 + 1 = 28 cents) yay!

      • DJ3K

I had two coupons of the $2 off 3 pop tarts as well!  They came in handy this week…I ended up getting the pop tarts for the same price too!!

    • Kristin Swilley

Someone may have already posted this however, stopped in this morning and Powerade single bottles for $0.88 also additional coupon tag on them for buy 10 get 5 FREE.  Making the final price for 15-$0.59 per bottle!  The coupon can only be used once per visit, but had another bottle with tag on it to use for next trip.

    • Lesli

Anyone having problems finding the Tidy Cat coupon from Target?  They have three coupons in  under “pets” but no Tiday Cat.

    • Melanie

Can anyone tell me where the Publix Pop Tart coupon is?? (I have the manufacturer one.)

      • Themartins55

I got mine at Publix…they were posted in front of the Pop Tarts a couple weeks ago…

    • Crazy4my4

The coupon for Sun Drop linked above is for 20 oz, not 2 liters. :(

    • DW in GA

Aargh!  Someone may have already posted, but the RP in the AJC did not have the Ragu coupons.   I guess I should start keeping better track of the variations – takes too long to go  back and flip through each one!

      • Carliec22

The coupon in the AJC was .40 off 2 jars of ragu

        • cg

Yes, that is what I got, too. in the AJC double paper.

          • Laura

Yep, .40/2 from the AJC, did you get both redplum inserts?
One had dove products on the cover & the other has skinny cow on the cover. I got 2 papers and they were both there.

            • cg

              Yes, I got both.

      • Blondes805

I didnt get mine either :(

    • Had one more good shopping trip tonight. I took advantage of the covergirl makeup deal before the coupon expires, found a Publix store coupon for chef boyardee ($1/3, stacked it with mQ, and got 3 cans for $.67, and used another $5 off $30 order (i got over 10 of them from my neighbors throwing them away with the “junk” mail).
So my order looked like this:
8 covergirl eye enhancers $2.99 each
3 cans chef boyardee $.89 each
      1 4pk of Seattle's best iced coffee 4.49
      1 mccormicks bac'n bits $1.49
      Total before Qs…$34

      Used
      $5 off $30 publix coupon
4 $2.50/2 PG 7/03, and $1.50/1 publix green advantage coupon
1 $1/3 cans of chef boyardee, internet printable, and $1/3 cans of chef boyardee publix coupon
      $2 off a 4pk seattles best
$1 off bac'n bits kroger store coupon

      Total OOP =  $2.17

    • kbrickells

Printing Coupons, I really wanted to be able to print the Kelloggs coupon for cereal and Eggos and then again coupons for the El Paso Taco Kit, Tombstone and the Almond Butter but I am not able to print any of them. Any idea what is going on? I chose to have them mail them to me but I am assuming I will miss the sale.

      • have you uploaded your coupon printer yet, if not, upload it

    • Gtr_ARNP

How do you get the home mailers?  I feel like I'm signed up for every coupon program under the sun, and most printable coupons require a log-in w/ my email and mailing address, yet I'm rarely getting 1 home mailer.  What am I missing/doing wrong?

      • cg

Kroger mailers are based on what you buy (they use your plus card info). Target mailers are random. Some Publix ones you specifically sign up for (watch these blogs every single day, it will be posted and you will have to sign up then) and other mailers are just plain random with no way to control how often you get them, if ever. Many times it seems like specific regions, cities, or even neighborhoods get mailers just based on promotions in certain areas. For example, I got the Publix $5 off $30 just recently, but my mom who lives just a couple of cities over didn't. Just cross your fingers for the most part! Hope that helps.

    • Create List isn't working… BOoo

      • kbrickells

It wasn't working for me yesterday morning either and then I went back a couple of hours later and worked. I did not close my browser when I attempted again.

    • guest

can someone help me??i have been looking for the q' from publix that you get $5 gift card when you buy 3 p&g products! anybody has any extras, can't find any around here!thanks in advance my e-mail is daiana0786@gmail.com

      • when you check out just ask the cashier

    • mel

Ok someone please help me…  what does this mean: (Publix coupon), on product booklet
      Where are these coupons?

      • Laura

You have to buy a 24 pack of Dasani water, they are attached to it. (Make sure no one has stolen it before you buy because they put it on the outside of the pack instead of inside.)

They are store coupons so you can also combine a manufacturer with each. If you don't have manuf's now you could try waiting for the next sale cycle because the 15 store coupons are good thru 9/30.

        • Pammyfran

Laura, do you remember how much the Dasani was?

          • darbe

at my publix it was $4.99

            • Pammyfran

              Thanks, Laura and Darbe.  :)

          • Laura

It was on sale last week for $3.99 but I think it's back to 5.99 this week.

      • mel

Thanks!!! I am about to go and will be on the look out!

    • Laura

I saw some post here when the green flyer started a few weeks ago that some stores had John Frieda root awakening on clearance for 2.75 so it would be a money maker with the publix $2 + the MQ $2. I didn't see any signs at my store so I took one of each version for price check and they all scanned 5.49. I tried a different store the next week, all $5.49 there too.

With the $2 MQ expiring Sun I decided to go ahead & buy it anyway and they scanned $2.75!! I went in expecting to pay $3 for 2 and ended up making 2.50 for buying 2. Awesome!!

    • Ayleen

Can someone explain the Sun Drop Soda deal? If you use the (2) B1G1 coupons (publix and printable), does that mean you get 2 free sodas when you buy one, or are they just two free sodas? Thanks!

      • Candleladynina

1 publix coupon with 1 man. should get you 2 free sodas. If you use 2 coupons of each, you should get 4.

        • Nina is right, but Jenny is wrong. The coupon is BOGO on a 20oz, not a 2 liter.

          • Liamivychaim

You can use them on a 2 liter. The price has to be less than $1.49.

            • Lesli

I just tried and they would not take them.  They said the mfc coupon says it's for 20 oz bottles.  The mfc is for 20 oz but the Publix coupon is for any size.

            • Carrieluvsgreg

don't think so… the coupon states 20 ounce soda that costs $1.49 or less…

        • Ayleen

So free soda, no money down… lol.. Got it. Thank you!

      • Carrieluvsgreg

This would work, however, the coupon link is for bogo 20 ounce soda and I believe that what is on sale for bogo in the ad is a 2 liter…

    • Amy B

The Publix coupon for Smuckers jelly specifically EXCLUDES the strawberry squeeze jelly, so it should not be listed under that deal.

    • fellygirl

What is a good price to pay for paper towels?? The 8 pack bounty is going for $11.99 at publix.. is that a good price? Thanks in advance for your help.

      • Chris

I look for about $0.75/ea or less for the giant roll.  You have to factor in other things too like the Publix deal Q for free Bounty napkins, if you can stack Qs, and gift card deals or rebates (like CVS ECBs, etc).

        • fellygirl

          Thanks Chris.. That helps

    • Daisywolf26

Saved $35 today at Publix!! That is exciting, thanks southern savers

    • January42003

Just getting started as a true couponer and have been exclusively shopping at Publix the past few weeks. Because I was just getting started and only had approx. a month's worth of inserts. I spent $151.00 on my first trip and saved $121.00. The cashier actually clapped for me! Ha ha! I was like, this is hardly an extreme couponing moment! I loaded my buggy up with staple items and 95% of my trip was sales with coupons. I feel I did better than the past grocery trips where I spent that much and always felt like I hardly got much for the $$$$ I spent.
My question is, do most people shop once a week or every other week or once a month? Just curious.

      • Melanieplynch

Great job!  I shop once a week

      • Chris

Excellent!  I shop at least once a week depending on what's on sale and what I'm looking for to stock up on (ie. a truck needs to come in or something OR I special ordered).  Try to find your own groove based on what's convenient and how deliveries are done at the stores in your area.

      • January42003

Thanks for the praise and the info.! I appreciate it! :)

    • Emilylnoble

Anyone able to get the Gerber coupon?  It's not there?

    • Randyyoung

Hi!  Can you please tell me about the $5 off $30  coupon that was mentioned?  I know there used to be a frequent $5 off $25 from Rite Aid.  Is it still around, and does Publix honor it?  I've GOT to get back into couponing again – it is so worth the time, but it does take time, huh?

      • Marina115

The atlanta area received a $5 off $30 in the mail last week. I don't know if anyone else did. Publix no longer takes Rite Aid coupons. If you haven't been couponing for a while, then you really should read up on some of the policy changes. There have been a lot in the past year. Good Luck

    • edubby

WHOLE FRUIT BARS HAVE A COUPON PRINTED INSIDE THE BOX :D

I did B1G1 with all the coupons, 5 boxes for $3.98, then when I got home, inside the box is a manufacturers coupon for .50 off the Whole Fruit bars and another .50 off the sorbet.  One of my 5 boxes did not have the coupon.  Happy Savings to you!
