Thanks, Jenny! I am teaching my college age daughter and her roommate how to use coupons this morning and this is a great addition to the Publix list we were already going to use!!

    • Tiffanyc

Where do I get the Yellow Advantage Buy flyer from?

      • The front of the store or the Sunday newspaper.

      • Heather

it should be right as you come in the door to your publix on the spinning thing

      • Bradyfigueroa

At my store they keep them behind the cusotmer service desk….you must ask for them.

    • Lp6334

I have a question.  Can you use the dollar off coupon that states it is for dollar general at publix or is it just for that store.  It says it is a man. coupon.

      • Minniel0ve

Are you talking about the scott coupon?  If so than yes you can use it at publix.  I used mine at bi-lo and got paper towels for .04 each.  If you are talking about the pantene coupon I'm not sure.

        • Ketta

I ask for all Publix flyers at the customer service desk.  Often when I ask for a new flyer they will give me a stack of various coupon flyers available.  This is the case in any Publix in the Greenville area.

          • Kristen Malpass

Same here! I go to the Publix at Five Forks shopping center :)

      • Duckykm83

It depends on your store, some will take them, some won't. Call ahead to ask customer service.

      • Cori C.

I used a Dollar General coupon for Ragu spaghetti sauce at Publix. They took it b/c it was a manQ, even though Dollar General had their name on it.

        • Tiggers

publix in the Tampa FL area doesnt take dollar general anymore!! stinks!!

    • Jen

For the bagel bite coupon, I've signed up and pledged but seen no coupon…

    • Darla Dixon

FYI the Zephryhills link wanted name, address, etc for printable coupon, it even REQUIRED phone number. I gave what they requested, but the pop up window for the coupon showed “404- Not Found” so I adjusted my pop up blocker settings in case that was the problem but got the same error message. This is not to complain, I just wanted to mention this to save someone else the time and effort and sharing information that they might not want to share if they're not getting at least a coupon in return. :)

    • Aprillove4171

In South Florida, there is a Publix -$1.50 off Caribou Coffee coupon on the front of the Red Plum mailer that you get in the mail (with your weekly grocery ads) on Tuesdays.

    • Hcgirl88

My Publix vent… Was excited to go to Publix today to get the Combat Ant Killer money makers, and the Method dish soap. First off, they had NO flyers and said that they wont be getting anymore, I asked customer service and she said to tell the cashier what coupon and they'll honor it. They had all the Combats I needed and went to get the Method only to find that they were not on sale, but $3.99. Forget that…The money made off of the Combats would have made everything essentially free. So I get to the register and she scans my coupons and the Combats and I told her about the coupons, and no flyers. She had no clue so she got the I guess what was the manager. She took off ONE coupon, and I had 6 boxes. I was like… well what about the coupons for the rest and she told me that I could only use one. YES I know it says it on the coupon, but just last night I used 4 store coupons for 4 of the same items and the cashier didn't stop me. So frustrating ! Ill def be going back every day if I can to get my money making Combat Ant Killers !!!

      • carli21

YOU WOULDNT HAAPPEN TO BE FROM vald ga WOULD YA???

        • Hcgirl88

Nope I'm in the Atlanta area.

      • cg

This Yellow ad doesn't start til 7/9 (Saturday), it seems you went on 7/8…. could that be part of the problem?

      • Esrous

I agree with Cg, yellow fyer doesn't start on 7/9.  Your posting's  showing 14 hours ago, you must have gone there on Friday.  As far as buying more than two liked items that are on sale, please stick to the rules of “one coupon per deal” and be considerate of other people trying to get the deals as well. I usually don't get the stuff that are on sale because by the time I get to the store after work they're all gone.

      • Hcgirl88

Yea I realized that late last night ( brain fart ). So I went back today to get my dish soap and the Combat Ant killers, in which I got 5 boxes of the ant killer and 2 bottles of the dish soap. The SAME manager that had just told me that I couldn't use more than one store coupon over-rided my transaction today. However, I dont think she was paying attention. If they let me get more than one item, I will. If they dont want it to happen then they should educate their employees more. Most of the sale deals I have been wanting to buy have been sold out for days now. It is frustrating, but Im a single mom and if I can get 6 free bottles of mustard then I will !

      • Realtimeeyes

why are you purposely trying to break the rules and manipulate the system? this is why they have changed the rules! second, if you keep driving up there, the little bit of overage you will get is wasted in gas expenditure.

        • Ashdance28

THANK YOU!!!!! I don't understand the sense of entitlement some people have…

        • Hcgirl88

I honestly didn't realize the coupons said that until the manager told me the first night. My stockpile limit is always 4-6, the Publix store limit is 10 so if someone wants to buy 10 then so be it. First come first serve, so if you have a problem with it then you should ask the store to reduce their limit. If I don't get what I need then someone else will anyways, so why should I be the one to miss out. There is no ” entitlement ” when I work just as hard to get my coupon deals as everyone else does.
And I live 5 mins from my Publix, Kroger, and Walmart and do my grocery runs on the way to do some errands. So definitely not wasted gas.

      • Ashdance28

I'm not trying to be rude, but this is the problem with the couponing… I'm not saying YOU do this, but you went there and there were NO flyers…well, that is because people take ALL of them to get their deals! And then NO ONE else is able to have a chance at a deal…people don't get it! Don't try to make money off of a store, they are going to end up not allowing these deals at all because people can't just be happy with a great deal, they have to rake the store over the coals…WHY on earth would you need so many of one item to make the rest of the items free?? I'm glad she did her job, you just got lucky with the other lady…be happy and let it go. And for crying out loud everyone, STOP being so selfish and taking EVERY thing and not leaving any for the next person! It's absolutely ridiculous, wasteful and GREEDY!!

        • MOM22

You so right, 3 or 4 weeks ago when the HEINZ ketchup was BOGO +Q= FREE this lady infront of me took all the bottles like “60” shelf empty, I just want “2” I said all she did is smile at me!!!!!!  WHAT THE HECK!!!! The manager said she could not do anything!!!!!

          • Batya

I agree…just because you CAN do it doesn't mean you SHOULD do it. We all work hard to find the deals and should be thoughtful of others. I do this to save my family money and like seeing other families do the same. We don't live in  a 3rd world country, for pete's sake folks….don't be greedy!

        • Hcgirl88

I went to a larger Publix in the next county and they had PLENTY of flyers ( I only grabbed 4 ), so I'm not sure why my store was out. I wasn't trying to make money off of the store, I still would have gotten the item even if it was free, but the overage just went towards my bill like any other item would do if you have overage. I see it as every man for himself, I'm not spending my precious hours doing this couponing to help other people out that do it just as well as I do. I have NEVER cleaned off a shelf with multipile items unless there were only a couple left. Like I told the other person, if I didn't do it someone else would so why should I miss out. Call it what you want.

        • Rosebud2002

Exactly. And I can say that the majority of the time, it's the beginner couponers who have yet to learn the etiquette of our little “club.” I'll be the first to admit it…I did it. But as you go along, you realize that you don't need 50 boxes of cereal for a family of 3 and you sure don't need 100 toothbrushes. So, as we go along, we do need to realize that there are other mothers/fathers out there who coupon for their families as well and we care keeping them from getting a good deal.

      • MOM22

Sorry to hewar that, but now Publix is doing that because a lot  of people are abusing the coupons!!!!! First they take all the green or yellow flyers, the store run out of them the same day they come out!!!!! and then they empty the shelf. I have been told by a store manager that went they do the order for sale items doesn't matter the quantity they order is up to the main warehouse to supply them with what they consider reasonable because they have to send the same items to all the stores!!!!!  So if U do not find the items U are looking for just “THANK THOSE D#$# EXTREME HOERDERS WHO ABUSE IT”!!!!!!!!
PS> ALSO THOSE WHO BUY AND RESALE AT YARD SALES!!!!!! YES I FOUND A LADY AT PEACHTREE CITY, GA. THAT HAS A YARD SALE EVERY WEEKEND AND ALL SHE HAS FOR SALE ARE ITEMS FROM PUBLIX AND KROGERS THAT WOULD BE FREE OR VERY CHEAP!!!!!!

        • Terriwester

Now thats hard to believe someone from Peachtree city ga would do that!! Isn't Peachtree city MONEY anyway !! HAHA maybe thats how…

        • Iceybabe3000

i agree with u that some people do hog the flyers and all that, but wwhat if this people that sell their stuff in yard sales, get the stuff the same way u do, what is wrong if she put in the time and effort to get her stuff legally, let her sell it, how do is effect u. mabe u should put some more effort there yourself thats not ur prob what she does with her stuff. and i agree with u on the ones that hog stuff like the flyers they should leave some for others to take advantage of the sales.

        • Mimi

Wow, now that's an idea. I should put up some tables in my living room, fill them up with my free or almost free Publix products and put an Open sign on my front door!! Come on in!!! ….It actually reminds me of my neighbors who collect trash from from different neighborhoods, and once a month have a garage sale…hehe

      • Laura

In the past the flyers have always said “limit one deal per coupon per customer”. In the new yellow flyer all of the coupons now say “limit one deal per coupon.”

Method is in the yellow flyer for $2.50 and that price is for 7-9 to 7/29. Sometimes my store does not have the “sale” shelf tag so I take items for price check to be sure and they always scan what the price in the paper says. My Atlanta store had the 2.50 on the method shelf tag but even if yours doesn't it should scan 2.50.

    • TC

Has anyone tried this deal? I ask because the SS 6/19 coupon is for a cleaning product and I wasn't sure if it could be used to buy the dish soap.

      Thanks!Method Dish Soap 18 oz. $2.50
-$1 off Method cleaning product, SS 6/19
-$1 off Method Dish Soap, Body Wash, Baby or Kid products (Publix coupon), Smart Savings booklet

      • Laura

I used my MQ with the Publix Q yesterday so I don't have the MQ to view but I believe the picture on it showed the dish soap plus several other products.
It was only 2pm and I got the last bottle in the store.

    • Oceang2

Magnum Ice Cream:  I went to Publix earlier and used the P yellow adv. coupon for Magnum ice cream with the 1.00 manuf. coupon.  When the P coupon rang up, the register actually discounted 1.50 instead of the 1.00 which is printed in the flyer. ( And they taste good ). net cost 1.49 instead of 3.99

    • Cori C.

I have a question about the Combat ant killers. There's a lady at my neighborhood Publix that is always filling her cart to the brim with them. I understand that buying them will give you a few cents overage, but do people buy them just for the overage? I can see if you have an ant problem, but if you don't, what does a person do with all those ant baits? And for the love of God, please don't say ” I donate them”!!

      • Couponfreedom

I'm sorry but LMAO!! Today I purchased 2 papers (normally four but the coupons weren't that great today) so I have two of the yellow flyers. I have the necessary coupons and I will be “purchasing” two of the combat deals and will be DONATING them to my mother in law who currently has an ant problem….your post made me laugh :)

I do however agree….If you don't need them, don't buy them. Don't hog the insets unless you are actually paying for the newspaper they come in and be considerate and leave enough product for everyone else….happy shopping!

    • Firgodes7

Not sure is any one cares, but the Mueller's BIG boxes are on sale for 2 / $4.00. The coupon from the last sale for .55 off still prints. So one box for $1.45.

Thought I would let you know.

    • Missoops1980

There were a bunch of OFF Manufacturer's coupon in the Sunday flyers a couple of weeks ago that can be combined with the $2 off Publix coupon.   Exp. 9/17

    • Day3remedies

i'm not getting any of these “printable” coupons.  i wonder if the manufactorers find out and take them off. ugh!

    • Stich Heather

I can only get two bagel bites printable coupons, and the deal calls for three. I'm new at this, so not sure if I'm doing it right, but it's the best deal out there and I can't get it!

      • Jo

You are only allowed to print 2 coupons per computer.

      • Rosebud2002

I can't find the bagel bite coupons OR the Magnums!

    • Stich Heather

      Scratch that. Only got one….

    • Stich Heather

Um. Actually I got two. Just spotted the other one. Tonight is my first night doing this and I'm losing my mind. I guess it will still be a good deal, but would love to know how she got 3. :) Happy couponing!

    • Crywalt

I have a buy get 1 free coupon for a stayfree product, can i also use a 1off MF coupon
on the other item, this product in the green flyer is a 1.25 off publix store coupon.
Whats the rule, the b1g1 free stuff is hard to understand.

      • Hcgirl88

Walt is this you ? Haha. Its LeShay. If you have one b1g1 coupon then you can use the b1g1 coupon and MF coupon on one item, and then use a MF coupon on the free item.

Just looking at the posts below and had to laugh about the money making ant baits.  In Alabama, they are no money maker.  You have to pay tax on the pre-coupon amount so one box of ant baits in my area would cost $5.11 with tax.  I think some people don't think about that.  If you NEED the baits, 11 cents isn't bad, but if you think you are making 31 cents per box, you are wrong.  You have to consider tax and as someone else mentioned, the gas associated with the multiple trips some are taking to find these in stock.  Are these taxable in states where there is no grocery tax since technically it is not a grocery item?

In my GA grocery stores tax on food items is 2% and non-food items it's 7%
