Want to encourage your child to eat more fruit? A reader, Robin, sent in this fun quick tip. Instead of cutting up the apple, stick a corn holder in each end. It makes it easier for small children to hold the apple.

This works great for kids who are ages 3 and up. Keep in mind that corn holders have sharp ends. You have to make sure to keep an eye on your child with them and make sure they are old enough to know to not stick themselves with them.
