How the heck do you get moneymakers at Krogers? All the Kroger’s around me won’t even take one of their own $2 off eCoupons from a product they have on sale for $1.99 and refuse to adjust the value of the coupon.

      • chichiwvu

The ecoupon should just come off automatically. I’ve never had a problem with it. Whenever the ecoupon goes through it automatically does the price (like I had a BOGO, and it put the price in). I don’t see why it would be an issue unless it’s not meeting the requirements of the coupon?

        • A.Lo.

I have no idea why it’s an issue. It’s happened to me several times. Usually with those $1 off any 1 Beech-Nut stage 4 or 5 baby food item. Have no problem using that coupon at ALL the other stores for the Beech-Nut baby food pouches (which say right on the package it is the correct stage), except Kroger. But all the other stores are double the distance from my home whereas Kroger is much closer (30 min drive one way). Since these pouches are less than $1 even at regular price (usually around 98 cents). Kroger will never accept the coupon. It was always happening to me with the printable coupons at Kroger. Then came along the eCoupon for $2 off any Kraft RecipeMakers or whatever it was. I picked the exact same package that was pictured on the eCoupon at Kroger’s website which happened to be on sale for $1.99 that week. They absolutely would not accept their own coupon because its value was higher than the product’s sale price by a big fat penny. Customer Service there was no help at all.

      • Candy

I go to Customer Service and they give me the cash back of the eCoupon. I also spoke to their Corporate Customer Service and that’s what they told me to do.

      • On this one, the money maker is really the coupon you get back for you next purchase. So here you’ll still owe money on the floss which makes them happy, but have more money to spend later.

    • SmoochTheCook

Is it just this specific floss or is it the total care as well?

      • It’s any reach floss, though the total care is not the same price.

    • pdnr

I could only print one coupon before I got a coupon print limit reached and I hadn’t printed it before. It may not be a money maker for me but it’s still free floss!

    • coupongirl

I work at a dentist office, and we get coupons from Reach/Listerine to give out to patients. They are for $1/1 reach floss. Really makes it free! Check with your office.

My Kroger doesn’t show a $2 catalina back on the regular Reach, but does on the more expensive…should I chance it?
