red bull

There is a Redbull Class Action Settlement where they are offering $10 back or $15 in Red Bull products! Wondering if you might qualify?

Anyone who has purchased at least (1) Red Bull product between Jan 1, 2002 and October 3, 2014 qualifies! There is no receipt required, but you must fill out a small claims form by 3/2 to either get a $10 reimbursement or $15 worth of product.

You don’t need to do anything else except submit the form and wait for the court’s decision. It’s a great way to get some Red Bull if you’re a fan or an extra $10, so check it out.

This is stupid. Just so everyone is fully aware, the entitlements end at $13 million, so if 13 million people file a suit (which there will be far beyond that many if they’re stupid enough to do so), that means each person will get a $1.00 check. I hope that $1.00 goes far for them…

Thank you ….I got 8.00 from Nutella……..Also if they are saying an amount that means that if 130,000 file then only that 130,000 get it. They have to give you the settlement amount. ” Red Bull agreed to distribute

to Class Members cash reimbursements or free products, the total

amount of which shall not exceed $13 million in value. Class

Members who submit a valid and timely Claim Form may elect

to receive either: (1) a cash reimbursement (in the form of a

check) of $10.00; or (2) free Red Bull products (either Red Bull ®

Energy Drink or Red Bull ® Sugarfree, as selected on the Claim

Form) with a retail value of approximately $15.00 (the “Product

        Option”). Product packaging (e.g. a four-pack) and sizing (e.g.

8.4 ounce cans) shall be determined by Red Bull at its discretion

after the final value of the Product Option has been determined.

The free Red Bull products selected on the Claim Form will be

shipped by Red Bull directly to Class Members at Red Bull’s cost.

However, if shipment of Red Bull products to a particular Settlement

Class Member is not feasible or commercially reasonable, then Red

Bull may substitute cash reimbursement for that particular Settlement

Class Member. Under the terms of the settlement, certain conditions

may lead to Class Members with valid claims receiving either less

or more than these amounts. Red Bull has updated its marketing

materials and product labeling, and confirms that all future claims

about the functional benefits of its products will be medically and

        scientifically supported.
