A Restoration Hardware 1920s Odeon Glass Palacial Lamp look alike from Wayfair.

Today’s look alike would never last in my home – but I’m hoping some of you with older kids can enjoy it. Also, it’s still really expensive, but a great discount from the original.

Expensive:

Restoration Hardware:  1920s Odeon Glass Fringe Floor Lamp (Iron) ($1,525 shipped)

This is a pretty decadent lamp with an art deco style.  The prisms hang from rings to form 3 tiers.  Like I said, this lamp wouldn’t last a week in my house, so I would feel uneasy about spending so much money on it.

Frugal:

Wayfair:  Elk Lighting Palacial Floor Lamp ($678 Shipped)

The only thing that looks the least bit different in this lamp is the base.  It doesn’t have the marble look like the Restoration Hardware version does.  The Wayfair version is still expensive, but a little more bearable than the $1,500 price tag.
