Rite Aid Logo

Here are all the deals that start at Rite Aid stores on 6/1. At first glance it doesn’t look like a great ad, but if you are willing to tackle some of the big +UP reward deals you can come out way ahead.

The deal scenario is not for the faint of heart so make sure you have a good handle on things before you attempt it. Otherwise, I would suggest sticking to the free eye drops, toothpaste and toothbrushes!

    • Brandy

I've never done more than 3 transactions, and that flustered the cashier to no end. I couldn't imagine trying to do 7!

      • Brandysanders33

        Oops, 6 I mean. But still….

        • Amy

Sometimes, I'll do one transaction at the pharmacy and one at the front. If I want more, I'll go out and come back in for a third. I think Jenny's just showing what can be done and the scenario is just an example.

      • I think she is not saying to do all 6 transactions on the same day.  At least one of them have the $3/$15 coupon listed to use from previous transaction.  you would have to complete the survey online in order to get the $3/$15 coupon.

    • Msemejuru

I know, if I do 2 transactions and am the only person in line the cashier still gives me attitude.

      • Cgaul2

I travel from store to store if I have to do more than 2 transactions and I go to the ones who do not give me attitude. i make sure I tell the manager when ever they treat me well…

      • Fallaya

I don’t get any sort of attitude.  I have my orders separated and , Wellness card and coupons ready for each transaction BEFORE I get to the line.  If you are well-organized, they are less likely to get an attitude.

    • Birgit Gilbert

Just to let everyone know that your total has to be after coupons now to get the +up reward. I found this out this week when I tried to get the kimberly clark promo and it showed what it tracked on my receipt the manager told me that it changed when their new coupon policy came into effect.

      • Nikki

I did the Kimberly Clark promo with diapers this week, used lots of coupons to get below $30, and still got the $10 +up. It may just be different by store or mine may be slower in switching over.

        • Birgit Gilbert

Yes, I spent 31 dollars and only had 24 dollars on my receipt, but I was able to buy something else and get it.

      • Mel G

I did the kimberly clark promo and my coupons took the value below the $30.  I still received my $10 ups.

        • Birgit Gilbert

that's good for you no more at my store, proof was on the receipt.

          • KY RA shopper

Did you buy your items over multiple transactions at the same time?  I split the Aveeno deal from a few weeks ago into two transactions and did them back to back … the first receipt only printed $11 or so towards the $20 and the 2nd receipt showed $9.  I called the Wellness Card 800 number, explained what happened, they told me to call back in 48 hours (when their computers had a chance to update).  When I called them back, they mailed me $10 in UP to spend and apologized for the inconvenience.

            • Birgit Gilbert

I did one transaction, should have been 31 dollars it only showed 24 dollars, so I bought another pack of pull-ups and it printed the +up but the manager said if it had not she would have given it to me anyway.

            • cassia2

Could it be possible that one of your items hadn't been coded as included in the promotion?  I bought two packages of Huggies the other day and used 2 $3 coupons as well as a survey coupon.  One of the packages rang up as 8.99 instead of 8.97 and wasn't included in the promotion.  But I did get the whole 8.97 from the one that was included as earned toward the reward.

      • ChrissyPunkin

Your manager is mistaken.  I've done the deal twice already and the total was definitely *before* coupons.  Did you do more than one transaction?  The first time I did two transactions right in a row and the +up didn't print, so I've had to wait a day between my transactions to get the +ups to print.  It's as if it takes the computer/register a little time to catch up. :-)

    • cs

2 of the $3 off veet do not work, the first 2 i think, then the other ones printed $2 off insted of $3 off

      • Nikki

Good to know! I was trying to print the 3rd link when my printer jammed. Now I won't worry with it.

      • jlh

I read on another site you can print it off in Spanish.  Not sure if it'll work but, it's worth a shot.

        • Birgit Gilbert

          what site?

      • millie

there is  a $3 off coupon on facebook. when you click on the 28 day challenge and lift the first day tab it wil pop up.

    • jc'sgirl2536

I am the only one who gets SUPER frustrated at Rite Aid? Everytime I go they never have what is on sale, then I get attitude when I ask for a raincheck, and if I do happen to find something and have a coupon I get even more attitude. I think I am done with the Rite Aids In Dunwoody, Ga. and Alpharetta, Ga.

      • ireneY

You're not the only one. It's been months since I've darkened their doorsteps. Horrible service and empty shelves have kept me away. You described my experience exactly and we don't shop at the same stores. Haven't seen a deal good enough to try again.

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

Come north a bit. We have 5 in about 5 miles in Cobb. More if you spread it to about 25 miles. :-) It seems like no matter what you're looking for, one of the stores always seems to fit each person's needs. It's funny talking to customers who are used to other stores… they like this one because of this, but like our store for stock, and like… it's a bit amusing, but for the most part, CS is pretty good all around up here. :-)

        • Diane

I have 9 Rite Aids all within about 15 minutes of my house! Can you believe that?! We also have 6 CVS!

    • Birgit Gilbert

I don't think I am going to try six transactions, lol. I wish I could but I don't think I'm ready for it ha ha! It is tempting and I am thinking about it, thank you Jenny!

    • claireyberry22

whenever i try watching the adperk videos on the rite-aid website it says, “The video you are trying to watch is not available. Please select another video.” AGH! its so frustrating because those are some really good coupons! especially the ones that just expired like the sally hansen nail effects one. anyone else having the same problem?

      • Bethanyg153

I've had the same problem with my browser, but it worked when I used Internet explorer.

    • Charmainepinto

WOW THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HARDWORK GOD BLESS YOU

    • Birgit Gilbert

You can print a 3 dollars off coupon from the Veet facebook page.

      • cs

ty though it took me a bit to find it, its under 28 days of beautiful

        • Birgit Gilbert

sorry, should have mentioned it because they also have a 2 dollar off coupon. But I figured out that you had to click on the first day (or any day I'm not sure) to get the 3 dollar off one. It let me print two.

    • Bethanyg153

How do you do this, Jennifer? (retorical!)

    • Paige_Aminehdestin

Ahh. I wish I'd seen all of this before the store order. We have some Aveeno and Neutrogena, but I don't think *nearly* enough to satisfy what we're going to need. I wonder if one day is sufficient to have them add it to truck? Guessing no since it's probably already loaded now. I've done so well to stay on top of sales too. Thanks for the heads up at least, we can be prepared for the rainchecks! Or maybe customers will spread it across other items in the brands…

    • Bkb1288

Hearing about people getting frustrated with the stores and the stores getting frustrated with the people– u have to have give and take –always the shelf clearers who make it bad for the rest of us and the stores (all the different stores) should work harder to make sure sale product is plenty and not a bait and switch to get us in the stores and there should be a limit on how many u can buy at one time-only my opinion

      • Brandylewis01

I so agree with you!! However there are times when I am the 1st person in the store and their stock is so limited there is only 2 items on the shelf that morning..If I take them does that make me a shelf clearer??LOL I never take a large amount of items if I really want them. Its really hard sometimes. I got to church the next town over from me and I pass the  3 RA on the way so if there is a few I want of one item I just stretch it out at all stores!!!

    • Karen

Does the Wellness card now track your purchases so you can do multiple transactions?  I was told by a CS representative when I called (probably about 5-6 weeks ago) that it all had to be in one transaction to get the UP rewards.  Anyone know if things have changed?

      • ChrissyPunkin

The system keeps track.  I've done the Kimberly Clark deal in multiple transactions.  However, if you do two right in a row it doesn't always print the +up.  You have to give the system a day to catch up.

        • Jen

I called 1800riteaid yesterday and they said that the Kimberly Clark deal is being tracked however it can take up to 48 hours to catch up.  They suggested to do everything in one transaction however you are not required to.

          • ChrissyPunkin

They told me the same thing, but I tried waiting just 24 hrs (or even a little less–just the next day) and it worked.

        • Jay

I've never seen an up deal which requires a “buy 2, get this up reward” track before. Ra had a buy 2 aleve, get $4 up a few weeks back and that did not track so it seems the Veet would not either.

    • ChrissyPunkin

Are we sure that the Veet $5 +up wyb 2 is tracking?  I've never tried to split one of those deals up into two transactions.  I've only done it with spend $ get $ deals.

    • amy

does rite aid honor a walgreens store coupon?

      • Brandylewis01

        Mine does.

      • Jen

        My RiteAid (30338) does not.

      • Guest

NO store should be honoring any competitor coupons.  It is against the coupon policy and a violation of the company policy.  Those associates will eventually be written up if not terminated for violating policy.  We shouldn't encourage them to do so and make it harder for everyone else that adheres to the policy even though the employees are doing things wrong when we know the right way.

    • Delaney

Do you have to use your UPS on your next purchase????

      • Frances

No, you can use it on any purchase BEFORE its expiration date.  Most stores will NOT take expired UP's so watch your dates.

        • Dem3790

          thanks!

    • karen

      thanks Jenny

    • frustrated

oh great – thanks for the money making scenario – [sarcastic] – now the shelf cleaning vultures [who will also first buy up all the newspapers like last time] will be out in force going doen the checklist in groups – making it impossible for those of us who want a few things to get anything. I can't afford the gas to go store hopping to search for the crumbs left behind. depressing and frustrating…

      • cs

I appreciate what Jenny does even if you do not. She asks ppl to limit themselves. She is not their babysitter though and for you to basically blame her is soundless. There are plenty of other sites out there, even ones that promote shelf clearing. Maybe you should go their and complain instead of just assuming that they all use this site.

        • Jen

I agree with CS.  I appreciate everything that Jenny is doing.  I'm not up for tackling this week's RiteAid scenario since I don't need a lot of this week's items however I'm not going to complain if someone else is up for the task.  It takes a lot of time to come up with these scenarios and I appreciate all of the work that goes in to it!

      • mightymousemom

Wow! Really! You have access to a free site used by mostly honest working families who work hard to live within budgets with coupons and your complaining about Jenny and her hard work to help thousands of people.  I don't like the shelf clearing selfish types either, but couponers should go about their business with ethics which Jenny highly promotes and encourages.  Store managers need to police the coupon abusers and have adequate stock for advertised deals (which I have seen them do and not do) and you need to be at the stores in time and prepared to get the deals you would like or ask for a raincheck for later.

But the bottom line is, please do not blame Jenny and the majority of honest folks on this site for a few bad apples out there.  Maybe you should utilize another site and/or just give up on using coupons with sales.  Everyone else appreciates Jenny and this awesome, awesome website for what it has done to help many, many families survive.

      • DianaY19

What would you like her to do, let you make up the scenario on your own?  If so, why do you use this website?  With all the time she spends putting together a really nice website that's easy to follow…and FREE…how can you complain about it.  It's not Jenny's fault that people clear shelves.  She is always reminding people to be considerate of others.  If it bothers you so much, why aren't you the 1st one in the door when the store opens on Sunday?  If you don't like the situation, change it…don't complain about it and blame someone else.  JENNY YOU RULE!

      • Diane

Wow! Are you seriously complaining about her posting a money making scenario? What would you like her to do, tell you how to waste your money? Why come to this site if you don't want to read about the best deals which in most people's opinions ARE the money making scenarios. *shaking head*

      • Kat

While I appreciate all of Jenny's hard work, I also appreciate your frustration.  I go to church on Sundays and am not always able to get to the stores when they open.  It's the same with grocery stores…Jenny does a great job of getting us their ads the day before and I love that so I can plan my meals and get my coupons ready, but unless I go first thing Wed morning the shelves are empty.  My solution has been to wait a few days and let the stores restock.  I understand this isn't always possible, especially if you NEED an item right away.  Anyway…I saw that you were getting 'blasted' about this and wanted to chime in ..I'm guessing since you use this site that you do appreciate Jenny's work but are getting fed up with the 'hoarders' who go out and get the goodies before you can get there (Just a guess!)

      • CJ

I posted this on the cvs list, and I will post it here also.  I go to cvs and rite aid every week.  I am always in there.  It is not always shelf clearers or hoarders.  In all my time going to these stores, I have yet to run into a shelf clearer or a hoarder, and I have been doing coupons for over two years.  You think I would have seen someone with a basketful on Sunday morning, but I haven't.  I go so much that I am friends with the cashiers.  I try to go to the store before the sale starts to see what they have.  I can tell you that rite aid had a deal with Ziplock bags a couple of weeks ago.  I think it was 2/$4.  There was also a vv coupon and manu. coupon you could use.  Do you know how many were on the shelf before the sale started?  They had 4.  So that means that only two people could get this deal.  I did the prep h deal this week at cvs.  Do you know how many were on the shelf before the sale started?  They had 3.  So that meant that only 3 people could get that deal.  So you see, the stores are also not stocking up their sale items.  I get one Sunday newspaper and only print the two computer coupons allowed.  So don't think I am defending myself, but please know I think the shelf clearers and hoarders are in a small number.  Most people are very respectful of other shoppers.  I always get rainchecks, and I like it better that way because it makes it easier to purchase enough items to use the $/$$ store coupons.  In fact, when they are out I am happy because I know in a few weeks I will have enough to use the $/$$ coupon.  Just wanted to let people know what they might not see, and I am sure the stores are glad to blaim the hoarders and shelf clearers.  That way they don't have to hear us complaining about them not stocking up for sales!!

        • Tnjcent

I agree with your comments. We as consumers need to contact R.A,, Walg. & CVS corp./customer service and let them know that the shelves are scarce of the sale products on the first day of the sale. It happens to me over and over when I go find an item on sale. I have even asked the cashiers why the stores are not sent enough quantities when a sale is anticipated. Walgreens, esp. is bad about this. I am always told “we're getting a shipment on Saturday”. Well today is Sunday….how fustrating…you guys have run out already and it is 8am? Sometimes I have wondered if the employees are buying up all the sale items/sharing them with family and friends? Not trying to accuse but it has crossed my mind. It's just so frustrating!

          • Henaomiller

going to the survey that gets you a $3.00 off $15. you can state if sale items were in stock and how you were treated, so maybe if enough people answer these they'll sent more stock to the stores

            • Guest

stores are trying harder to figure out what people are coming in to buy.  Coupon classes are being taught everywhere and people are buying things just because they have coupons so yes you are going to run out even faster.  Because the sales usually rotate in cycles and stores are giving out rainchecks like crazy, when the items come back in they are once again sold from everyone that got rainchecks.  People are also using rainchecks that they received in other cities in the stores that are now shopping in because the store they were in was out of the product so now that store has to suffer more of a loss of product because of another store and their lack there of. If that all made sense

        • cs

personally I have seen someone go to far  with what they were buying. at Riteaid I saw someone buying 14 tubes of toothpaste….

        • Guest

I completely agree with what you are saying….however, it isn't always the stores fault.  You can only order so  much to a point that the manufacturer puts the item on back order because they can't produce enough to meet the needs of the fast growing couponers.  I know this for a fact working in retail and many items are coming back from the MANUFACTURER saying that the item is on back order.   For example: Purex was on a great sale @ $1.99 and there was a $1 off coupon….well most of the stores sold a lot as they usually do.  Well 2 weeks later they went back on sale for a $1.97 and the same $1 off coupon came back out in another coupon circular and because Jenny posted on here to buy them everyone was flocking in to the store to purchase them.  Well the stores ordered up a lot and GUESS WHAT? The stores couldn't get anymore in because they were instructed by the manufacturer that the product is now on back order for the next month.  So when items that are hot sellers like this yes it will be hard to get in because now every retailer will be running nearly a similar deal if not price matching so YES the manufacturer cannot keep up.  So back to the beginning: it isn't always the stores fault and hence RAINCHECKS were created.  The sale does rotate and you are most likely not going to run out of them items because you probably already bought the 2 that were already on the shelf during the previous sale.

      • Syndilew

Everyone else is blasting you frustrated, but I for one am a little frustrated too.  I live in a small town that gets a really crummy newspaper but yet we have a Publix that for a little more money you can purchase the AJC.  Well, since May 1st, I have been unable to even get a newspaper.  A newspaper.  I only buy one newspaper and I can't even get this.  I have been couponing for a while now and have never had this problem but suddenly everything is gone.  The line is apparantly waiting around the corner waiting on the newspaper delivery man on Sunday morning now.  Seriously?  People are buying 10-15 newspapers so that us people that only want one can't even get one.  Then, these same newbies(I am all for people saving money and help a lot of people figure out how to do it) go to the stores that I also frequent and equipped with all of these coupons that they are not really sure how to use frustrate the cashiers and management.  Please, be organized at least.  Sorry, just felt like ranting.  I will also say that I have seen the same thing happen at the stores where it is going to be a good deal but there are only a slim few there.  Our RA only gets a truck every other week so if something like the Aveeno deal is advertised two weeks in a row, the shelves are bare and will be until next week.

        • cs

I think we are all frustrated but it is unfair for her or him to blame jenny. That is why they are being “blasted” not because of being frustrated about shelf cleaners or hoarders or what not.

        • Paige_Aminehdestin

I'm wondering what's up with the AJC lately too. We've never had such trouble having newspapers in stock until about 6 weeks ago. Now, no matter what, we're out by 2PM Sunday. I keep suggesting they send more, but no luck. I'm going to keep on it and hope we can at least get half a dozen more so a few more people can luck out with a paper. Good luck finding some where you're at this week. I can imagine after last week being pretty lack luster (in my opinion) and them selling so well, this week is going to be insane if there's a single coupon in it. Maybe we'll just post our “limit 2” signs on the newspapers from now on. That's kind of sad though.

          • Guest

all you have to do is have your store manager call the distribution center where your papers come from and have them send extra bundles on the weeks you  know you're going to need it….we do it all the time

          • couponshawn

My husband buys my AJC papers at a QT in Duluth every Sunday because they double pack the papers for $3 -so two sets of coupons! We never have a problem getting paper there-  He always picks me up 3 but sometimes 5 if the sale ads are good. (Most sotres limit sale item purchases to 10, so usually thats my max too).  Maybe you just need to find one good place to get your papers every week, that isn't a store, like Publix, that draws large crowds….

        • DianaY19

If you only want 1 newspaper and are frustrated with them not being in the box to buy on Sunday, why don’t you have them delievered to your house.

      • Fallaya

I tend to agree.  I was a little surprised to see 5-6 transactions listed.  But then again, couponing hasn't really caught on in my neck of the woods, so there's no shelf-clearing to worry about.  Honestly, I only do 1-2 transaction per week and leave it at that.  Free stuff only means something IF I'm truly in need of the items. Who cares if I can get VEET for free when I don't even use it?  lol  Not to knock Jenny in any way-I love this site and her couponing ethics.

        • Kim N.

The only thing I'd change in regard to Jenny's ethics is that if a store's coupon policy states that they will not accept certain types of coupons, and will not double/triple ones which state you can't double/triple them, then stop putting those coupons in the lists for those stores. Start noting in the database if a coupon is a DND5. We all want a deal, but there are a ton of beginners on here, or people who still need some hand holding when it comes to couponing, and they're trying to use printable BOGO Qs at Harris Teeter and getting everyone trustrated, or getting confused when the cashier is handing over a stack of DND5s and saying “I can't double these because they say not to; would you still like the items?” There are some things that are YMMV, but when a coupon policy explicitly states that something is against the “rules” or the coupon itself doesn't match up with the item on sale, I get a little annoyed. It's one thing to post a coupon for an item that may be included in the sale, and quite another to post one that is breaking the “rules”.

          • cs

she lists all the coupons that come up in the database. She does so much for us you want her to do more? I am sorry but the dnd coupons your talking about. PPL CAN READ and should read. I am sure they see it but say oh it doesnt matter ill sneak it past them. That is not Jenny's fault that is the couponers fault. We have to take some responsibilities on ourselves. It is not Jennys ethics that should be in question but ours as couponers.

          • KrisWin

Have you ever noticed that under each item it says that the coupon will make it FREE – .50. What this means is that some of the stores double and others not. You have to keep up with your own ethics as well and don't play stupid.

      Hi Ladies,
I  really  need  Aveeno  cream (for  my  allergic  to everything  else  son)  and  I am  trying  to get points  from Recyclebank to be able  to print $2 off  coupon. I am 6  points  short. Any  ideas  how  I can  earn  them (I  earned  everything  on the  site  itself)  TIA

      • Christy

i have a code that came in a box of ziploc bags, not sure how many it is but you are welcome to it. Drop me an email christycda96@hotmail.com

        • Yuliyaporter

thanks Christy!!!  I sent you an e-mail!

    • Salesavings

Last week I did the kimberly clark deal and I had to buy 1 pack TP 12.97 and 4 packs of diapers 8.97 each before it would print my 10 +up. A sub total of 48.85 before coupons.  It was tracking my transactions at the bottom of the reciept and the total towards the reward was subtracting coupons.  It was an ok deal but not a great one once I had to spend nearly 50 instead of 30 to get the +ups.  Is this now part of their policy with all spend $$ get $ ups? Not liking all the changes.  Loved RiteAid before, maybe I will become a CVS shopper not sure I am up for doubling my work load when I take a 2 yr old shopping with me.

      • Jay

I got clarification on this because I too went through this twice. The store mgr said it will track accurately only if you allow 10 min between transactions. We both noticed that after the 1st order the totals weren't changing and when the 1st up printed it didn't accumulate the totals from the last 3 orders. They have to fix this because ra gas all but told us if we want to save the most money, we have to do small transactions from now on.

      • Mandeesbz

Hi, I did the K.C. deal too. I bought only 4 Huggies jumbo packs and got my $10 up.

        • MarySC

          Me too.

      • Birgit Gilbert

just about the same thing happened to me. I had to spent 30 dollars after coupons and was told that's how they do it now, but other people said at their rite aid it's still before coupons.

      • ChrissyPunkin

Quick!  Go buy another thing of TP and get another $10 +up!  I'm assuming you did this in more than one transaction?  You have to give the system time to catch up in between transactions.  I did one transaction and then waited until the next day to do the other transaction and it worked great.  Here is what I did:
        Buy 1 pack of Huggies and 4 kleenex -$3 survey Q, -$3 Huggies Q, -$1 Kleenex Q, paid $5.85
        Next day: buy 2 packs of Huggies – $3 survey, -2 $3 Huggies paid $8.94 and got $10 +up.
The deal is limit 2, so once you hit $60 you'll get another +up.

    • Whit22881

So does this mean that the Veet deal is free after coupons and not including the UP Rewards you get back? Can you use an in ad coupon and a video coupon?

      • Bbdy321

yes to your answer but i saw she said some of the rules changed so i would take another look at their coupon policy. gl

      • ChrissyPunkin

If you buy two, you will pay $1 each and get a $5 +up so it's a money maker.  Actually, you're better off buying 2 and using 2 $3 manu., 1 $2 in ad coupon, and 1 $1 video values coupon (these both start with 49 so you can only use one per item).  Pay $1 for both and get $5 +up.  It's an even better deal for those of us with a 20% discount.  Woo hoo!

    • Jenney

Yesterday I bought 5 Tylenol pain relieve cream with rain check for the sale they had a few weeks ago, paid nothing but tax after coupons and the receipt printed a $10 up. Nice supprise. Got a buch of sunscreen for free(they are B1G1) with the $10 reward. Renpure and Newskin weren't available but I got rain checks for those and I like that better because then you pay the price minus +up. Got 4 speedsticks for free as planned. To top all that the computer printed a couple $3 survey code. I'm a beginner and Riteaid is way easier than Walgreen.

I noticed the neutrogena and aveeno are also participating the $15 up with $50 purchase, so next week you can get $10 up with $30 purchase and another $15 up as soon as $50 reached. I hope that's right.

      • Birgit Gilbert

which sunscreens are bogo and did you get a reward for them or did you mean you paid for them with a reward? Thank you!

        • Jenney

Banana boat, Hawaiian triopics, corpertone and Riteaid store brand are all B1G1. There's a $2 banana boat video q pair that with $1 mq. Also watch the wellness vedio to get a $1 off any item. You should be able to get those very cheap…

          • Birgit Gilbert

            thank you

      • Tlayton27

My store wouldnt give me the ups amount. they would only do the rain check for sales price. When i questioned it they said you just dont get the ups!!! I was furious. If it wasnt for being the closest store to me I would stop shopping there altogether!!!!

    • SweetGirl

In PG deal when you buy Venus 4-12 cart. you also can use coupons 2$ from RP 15.05!!! Extra savings+with each box of cart. you get free Venus shaving gel!!!

    • Susan

Why do you have to split it into so many transactions now?  What if I just want to buy 4 Oral B Crossaction toothbrushes in the same transaction?

      • Tnjcent

You have to pay attention to the limit the store has set. Sometimes when you buy more than 1 item in one transaction, the computers are set up where only one RR will print. So if you buy four at once, you will only get credit for one. So you see, buying the product in four separate transactions will give you four RR's.

        • Syndilew

RA doesn't work like Wags.  You will get all of the ups if you do it in just 1 transaction.  She is splitting them trying to reduce your oop.  I always do mine in one transaction but I carry a lot of ups from week to week.  she is helping people that are unfamiliar to do their transactions.  HTH

        • MarySC

Not correct.  You can get multiple +UPs (up to any limit set) in one transaction.  Jenny is trying to avoid generating a lot of +UPs that you will need to use later.  (I would never do so many transactions since I never have trouble using +UPs before they expire!)
RRs are completely different.  That's why I don't shop at Wags.

    • sarah

This s a little bit off the subject, but I was at Rite Aid yesterday and happened to pick up an item that had one of those “get $2 off now” coupons stuck to it.  I put the item in my buggy, peeled off the coupon and put it in with my stack of coupons.  When I got to the register, the cashier, who also happened to be the assistant manager, told me that Rite Aid's new policy is that they will not accept coupons that have been torn off the item. The coupon must still be fastened to the item, or it will be rejected. The reason is that the purpose of the stick-on coupon is to help sell stock that is about to expire, and people have been tearing them off and then using them on newer items.  It makes sense, I guess.  Also, I see some of you are commenting on the attitudes of the Rite Aid cashiers.  May I suggest that the next time you get a receipt with a survey code on it, you go online and take the survey.  It will ask you about the cashier's attitude. You will also get $3 off your next $15 purchase for taking the survey.  It probably won't do much to help the attitude of the cashiers, but at least you're getting $3 for having put up with it.  About one in every 3 of my receipts will have this survey offer, and they print most often back at the pharmacy instead of at the front registers.

      • cs

please do not check out in the pharmacy unless you are getting medicine. I use to work in the pharmacy and they are alot busier back there then ppl realize.

      • Birgit Gilbert

you can only fill out three survey's per months it does not matter how many will print on your receipt.

        • cs

i have been able to fill out more then 3 a month. The first month it was only three but last month it was around 5 or more actually.

          • Birgit Gilbert

true I did more than three last month but this month it was back to three.

            • cs

ah ok, i havent done any this month yet I save the receipts till i have to use them lol

            • Birgit Gilbert

you have to fill out the survey with in so many days of your purchase or it will expire. :)

        • Mel

I go to rite aid at least twice a week, and get a survey every time. I use several a month.

        • Susan

Not true–it's 3 PER STORE per month.  So, if you live in a metro area, like I do, with tons of Rite Aids, there is the potential for lots of surveys each month.

        • Mel6

I was only able to do 2 surveys this month and it told me I was at my limit :(

    • Asdenc

I cant find the Aveeno Facial Coupons? Any help?

    • Kcreviews

Question: If I'm buying 2 Gillette deodorants and I have a B1G1 q, can I also use a $1 off q to go with it?

And I am loving all these $3/$15 I'm getting for doing the surveys! Still too chicken to do really large scenarios, though. I'll stick with less stress.

      • Christy

Not with the new coupon policy :( Only the B1G1 if I am understanding correctly. HTH

      • cs

you can it says you can use a cents off coupon with a b1g1 promo or coupon.

      • Birgit Gilbert

you can read their new coupon policy that is posted on Southern Savers.

      • Guest

yes you can use a b1g1 q and a cents off coupon on that deal.  As long as the advertised sale price is not a BOGO Free deal then you will not have a problem.  However, if it is a BOGO Free advertised deal then you can only use one cents off coupon.

        • MarySC

Not true any more.  New coupon policy!

    • laBreeze

Jenny, YOU ARE A BLESSING to my life!  Thanks a million!  I tell EVERYBODY, Southern Savers is THE site to use for all your couponing needs!  (-:

    • Amy L

I'm sure i've seen this question before …. anyone know if Rite Aid takes UP $ that have expired?  I was out of town over the weekend .. and had a $10 that expired!

      • Usually no they don't take them.  Sorry!

      • Thriftygal

in my experience, They do not take them, I don't think the cashiers or manager can overide it. But I've called the 800 number found on them and got them reissued in the mail to me. The first time, the service rep was very pleasant, the 2nd time, I got one that was very reluctant to reissue them till I argued with him a bit. So I'm careful these days not to let them expire to avoid the hassle. Good luck!

        • paula

I would email corporate.  I had the same problem at walreens mine expired and i emailed they told me just to go into the store it was no prob.  Asked for the manager to double check before i filled up my cart and he said no prob.

    • C.B.

Two weeks when the precise tylenol deal was going on,I went to my store  to get 2 of them since I did not find any; I ask the cashier she told me that a lady came in and bought 40 of them.

      • Fallaya

My store had at least 50 of them…the store down the road had 50 as well.

      • Disgusted

that ia disgusting – it is also disgusting that the store allows it – that is not the customer they need to have.
I wonder if the lady will need that much pain medicine… especially after causing pain for the other people who missed out because of her. :(

      • Disgusted

that is absolutely disgusting… also disgusting and unfair for the stores to allow this – causing others so much grief

      • Cori C.

What??? They will be expired before she can even use it all! I think some people do that for the “thrill” of the “haul”. Greed is one of the seven deadly sins…..

      • Cayoung_8

i price matched at wal mart… don't forget this is an option.

      • I can't believe the store actually had 40 in stock! The manager can tell the customer no.

      • laura J

I was in FL on Sunday, so I go the St. Pete Times and they had the coupon in the paper. On Monday I came back to NC and there was no coupon.  I didn't get a chance to go to the store until Saturday, but the shelf only had one or 2 missing where in FL on Monday they were all gone.  I loaded up with 8.  Yes you may say why, but it was free.  It will be used.  I buy for 2 households, and I was being nice waiting till the last day.

      • melissa

It obviously wasnt nice of her to clear the shelf but also remember right now some people are stocking up to send to tornado relief.  so 40 t her may have seemed ok  if shes sending them as help.  I myself picked up about 20 bayer asprin a few weeks back, i didnt clear the shelf but did buy a bunch to give away for the relief efforts.  I figured they will need lots of pain relief form the hard work

    • Fallaya

I'm definitely NOT going to do 5-6 transactions…lol…but I will do two.

    • Mizmeechie

Anyone else not finding the $2 q for Blink tears in the 5/22 RP? I printed the $1.50q instead and FYI it is printing at the bottom of the page.

      • VanessaCook

Thank you for the “bottom of the page” heads up…I try to save money on paper by printing on both sides and I really appreciate it when someone lets you know it will print on the bottom. Blink tears coupons was in The State Newspaper in Columbia, SC:)

    • Windowpainus

I've been working hard to gather up all the Aveeno coupons.  The Recycle Bank is hard to get enough points to print the 2 coupons for the transaction.  I only gathered enough for one coupon…oh well.  ZI'm going to try the transactions, just hope the items are on the shelf !

      • Kim N.

If you open a second Recyclebank account under a different email address, you can do it.

I have enough points, but it tells me you can only print one per month!  GRR.

      • Webby

If it prints like coupons.com, then you can hit back and print a 2nd one!  I’ve done it for their Publix coupons.

    • Sunny

Question about Up rewards.  My mother has an up reward that is expiring today and she is going to give it to me.  Could I use it on my card, or do I have to use it with hers?

      • Olemissmoss

it is only valid for the card it was aquired with. you should just borrow your moms reward card so that you can use the UP.

        • Sandy

Is this new? I have never heard of the rewards being linked to your card before, but I haven't shopped at Rite Aid in a few months….

        • Dee

they arent linked at my store yet

        • MarySC

          They are NOT linked.

      • Guest

you can use it on your card…they are not linked yet

    • April

As much as I love this website, I am becoming tired of the fact that I spend time trying to print the coupons and “there are no more prints for this campaign.”…Meaning that the coupon prints have reached the limit and no more are available.  It is as if some couponers are just sitting on the computer waiting for Jenny to post…my life is full with my husband, kids, service and volunteering and I cannot stare at the computer all day.  For those of us who do not purchase 40 or 50 Tylenol Precise patches at a time, can I just request something to couponers?…please print the limit that has been given on printable q's and please, please, please leave some products on the shelf for others…do you really need 247 bottles of hot sauce or mustard or advil?

      • April

In reference to my post above, I was preparing for my Rite Aid trip tomorrow, and of course, no more prints available on most of the links.  Again, wasted time.  I have been using this website for a couple of years and this has gotten increasingly worse.  I hate that because I do save money when I can get the q's.

        • cari

yes, but how much time do you save by bein here and getting the ad typed out for you with the coupon matchups done?

      • April

In reference to my post above, I was preparing for my Rite Aid trip tomorrow morning and, of course, “no prints available”.  Again, wasted time.  I have used this website for over 2 years and this issue has become increasingly more frequent.  I would love to see more printables.  I always save money with this website when I can actually print the q's.  Hoping to see a change soon.

        • mrsmadayar

I used to have the same problem. It helped me a lot to sign up for Jenny's daily coupon alerts. I check my email every evening and if I see a printable listed that is something I would want if I found a sale to match I print it right then. It doesn't take long & I don't print every night–just when something jumps out at me. Usually it's not necessary with big sites like couponsdotcom but if it's a special offer from a specific brand or something on facebook they are limited in print number and go quickly. There was one day I printed a folgers coupon on my laptop then went about my housework. Later in the evening I went to my desktop to print a couple extra and they were already gone.

      • cs

you have to understand that Jenny is not the only site out there listing all these either. There are lots of ppl out there on other sites printing these also. and if you ever go to iheartriteaid she has the ads listed for weeks in advance so ppl probally print some then to to get ready.

        • April

I know…there are so many sites being used so maybe this is really an issue for the manufacturers???  They need to increase the limits on their printables! :-))  Hey, thanks for the website for Rite Aid!

          • cs

np there is also one for cvs and walgreens. iheartcvs and iheartwags. I agree they need to put more coupons out there though, would help alot

      • Sb

Most internet printables have a limit of two. Unless you know some fancy computer tricks, you aren't getting anymore than that. I think that the reason the coupons run out faster is that the number of people who coupon has increased. Couponing is “in.”

      • The Tylenol precise IP came out at least a month+ ago. Wags had them for free a while back w/ that coupon, then Rite aid when the $5 off insert q came out. So its no wonder its out of prints. It's listed as a courtesy for ppl who may have printed but not used it yet. Jenny cant possibly track which ones are “no more prints” and update every one. And some coupons have REALLY low limits. The $.50/1 chicken of the sea IP that was posted the other day was out of prints hours after word spread.

    • Mel6

Wow I was only able to do 2 surveys one from the 1st and 1 from the 3rd and it told me I reached my monthly limit when i tried 2 do the 1 I had on today's receipt….guess their really puttin limits on these oh well it was good while it lasted :(

      • mrsmadayar

Are you serious?!?! A couple of weeks ago I did 3 in one day.

        • Stacyvernimo

I am new to couponing, and was just reading this, and was wondering what you were talking about with surveys?

          • mrsmadayar

Some Rite Aid receipts have been printing with an offer to receive a $3 off $15 coupon when you take a short survey. The receipt has a unique 16 digit code you have to enter in to take the survey.

      • Henaomiller

sometimes I can do one a day, sometimes a couple, so i just keep trying and usually they go thru sooner or later!

    • Mel6

I am so bummed my brother who lives in Michigan just called me and said he found a recycle bin full of hundreds of papers and coupon books including this coming sundays paper, he doesn't coupon and doesn't know of anyone other than me who does and I live in Tn. he ended up taking a lot of them in hopes of finding some people who will use them….any one have any suggestions on how he can get the word out to people around him that might want coupons.

      • Delaneyconnie

For $5 he can go to the post office and get a flat rate envelope and stuff it as full as he can (tape allowed) and mail them to you!!  My sister mails me some from FL because they get coupons I never do!!  worth a try

        • Mel6

Thanks, I'll ask him to do that for me I don't know why I didn't think of that guess my brain is fried from all the prep for sunday shopping

    • Lacat

I am starting to shop Rite Aid more, I am so used to CVS, which I love, but I was wondering if the UP rewards expire and what is the value of each one?  Is it a dollar like CVS?  Thanks!!

      • Sb

Yes, they expire (usually they are valid for about 2 weeks– not 100% sure, but it's a shorter time frame than ecbs) and yes, it's like a dollar.

        • Lacat

Thanks, I checked the bottom of my receipt, now I wonder what the wellness points are for.  They must not expire, I have 17.  After reading some of these comments, I may just stick with CVS!

    • michigangirl

I've seen it written that Walgrens RR can be used at Publix, but can they also be used at Rite Aid? Thanks!

    • michigangirl

I've seen it written that Walgrens RR can be used at Publix, but can they also be used at Rite Aid? Thanks!

    • alicia

am i the only one who printed off the $3 off veet coupon and, after it printed, saw that it was only a $2 off coupon?  how do i get a $3 dollar off?

      • Ancpercival

Mine said I got a $3 off Q, but it was only $2 also.

      • Crissyoz

On their facebook page you can get a $3 off coupon under day 1 of 28 days of beautiful. Hope this helps.

    • mrsmadayar

Does anyone know how Rite Aid handles rain checks and expired coupons? At Publix whenever I get a rain check and my coupons are close to expiring, I mention the coupon and they always say “as long as it accompanies the rain check, we'll accept it”. Does R.A. do the same or am I just out of luck?

    • Paige_Aminehdestin

Just a heads up- if anyone gets the Rouge magazine it has a lot of P&G coupons that get sent out quarterly. I have no idea why I started getting it, but in the last one there's a coupon for buy one Venus refillable razor, get second one free. So buy 2 @$8.99, use BOGO coupon for $8.99 so you only pay for one at the sale price, and you get (2) $3 +UPs which totals out to $2.99 for 2 razors that normally cost $11+ ea. Apparently this mag isn't well known though, so most people will probably miss out on one of the best women's razors deals I've found… ever really. So sign up for it!

      • Pawstoreflect

actually the coupon states “buy and Venus Proskin, Breeze or Spa Breeze REFILL, get a free Venus Proskin, Breeze, or Spa Breeze RAZOR

        • Paige_Aminehdestin

I wonder if they send different ones,  because the one I have doesn't. It's simply “Buy any Venus refillable razor, get any Venus refillable razor free… up to $12.99” I have a coupon from a while back that is for the refill and you can get the razor free but that was from an actual insert. If it hasn't already expired since it was a decent time back. Or maybe this one came from somewhere else, another mailer. All the P&G mailer coupons look the same, so forgive me if I gave the wrong source.

    • Mel

So are UP rewards tracking now?  I know occasionally they do, but how do we know the Veet is?

    • Sparen und nix zahlen :)

      Hi @ all,
I was wondering with the Aveeno deal could I use a “$3 off $15 Purchase” coupon together with the manufactures and store coupons? So if I buy 6 products I use 5 manq's and 6 stor q's plus the $3 off??
      Thanks

      • laura

Yes but use the $3 off $15 as your first coupon scanned or it won't work

    • Babybuck2004

With the $10 up wyb $30 PG products…can u buy the Gillette body wash then use a B1G1 q. along with ONE $2.00 off body wash from PG 6/5? I know they changed their coupon policy and will not let you use 2 cents off coupons with a B1G1. But you can still use one cents off coupon with your B1G1 coupon right?!?!?! Just thinking that would be a good deal and wanted to make sure it will work.

    • JO

Can you use the $3 off Oral B Crossaction Toothbrush coupon for the 2 count refill pack?? Or does it have to be the whole toothbrush?

      • TommyP

I used one on the whole toothbrush and one on a refill pack.  Each on gave me a $2.99 +UP reward.  (Limit 4)

    • Shirley

Anyone try printing the Veet Q off the couponnetwork site? I was only allowed 1 print rather than the 'backspace 2nd print'. Is this normal? Happened on my desktop AND my laptop.

      • mrsmadayar

couponnetwork has always allowed me only 1 print. it's frustrating but at least i have 2 computers to print from.

    • Jenney

Caution!!! Bought 2 veet in 2 transactions and no up printed. The register warned me about that but I was confident after seeing Jenny's scenario putting them in seperate transactions. It did track the $10 up with $30 skincare but not the veet.

      • Crystalmh22

can u buy 2 veet together and use both  $3 off and both $1off from rite aid???

        • Mel

          Yes, I just did

        • Jenney

yes you can and it is $2 off from the ad.

      • Mel

The same this just happend to me. I bought two, then my sister decided she wanted some. So went to one rite-aid and they only had one of the product I went to another one. and they only had 1 product. So after cashing out saw that my up rewards did not print. I asked the manager why it did not print. She said I would have had to done them in the same transaction. Never had the happen before.

        • lily

I bought two in two transactions, no up reward printed.

      • ssg

Same thing happened to me this morning.  URG Wonder what is up with that.

      • Jenney

I wasn't too upset about it after thinking for a second. The Veet pays for itself by coupons and I had printed plenty at home. So all I need to do is to grab another 2 boxes which is exactly what I did and rang them up together this time and got my $5 up.

      • Dev

this happened to me too. only at the Rite aid in summerville sc.  also the neutrogena deal wouldn't track in seperate transacations either. The store mgr said the register couldn't track items when they are rung in seperate transactions and if I want to do 10 up rewards for spending 30 I need to ring it all in one transaction.  She also wouldn't let me use the 2 off coupons with the b1g1 for the body wash. She said it was double dipping.

        • Liz

If the sale is wyb 2 to get the +UP reward, then they have to be purchased in the same transaction.  If it's a $ amount to purchase, it will track on your receipt.  Sometimes you need to wait a few minutes between transactions for the tracking to work correctly, and lately the tracking amount has been wrong, like Kimberly Clarke last week tracked .01 the whole time but the +UP still printed when it was supposed to.  HTH.

    • laura

Got 6 boxes of Frosted Mini wheats for less than $5 plus a free Colgate 360 toothbrush (rain check from a few weeks ago)

    • Jasky724

Just a heads up….the Neutrogena Naturals Face & Body Bar was $4.99 at my stores, not $3.63.  Still a good deal for me because I had two random $1.50 off coupons from my newspaper a few weeks back :). Used those instead of the $1 coupon.

    • TommyP

For those of you buying Veet, there is a limit of 2 offers.  Each offer is to get $5 +UP wyb 2.  So you can buy 4 and get 2 $5 +UPs.  This morning I did the following:
      1 Ready-To-Use Wax Strips: $4.49 – 20% discount = $3.59, – $2 mfg coupon = 1.59, – $1 Video Value (May) = $0.59
      1 Ready-To-Use Wax Strips: $4.49 – 20% discount = $3.59, – $3 mfg coupon = $0.59
      1 Caring Touch Cream Kit: $5.99 – 20% discount = $4.79, – $3 mfg coupon = $1.79, – $1.00 Video Value (June) = $0.79
      1 Caring Touch Cream Kit: $5.99 – 20% discount = $4.79, – $2.00 mfg coupon = $2.79, – $2.00 Rite Aid in-ad coupon = $0.79

      Total:  $2.76 – $1.00 Wellness + Video Value coupon = $1.76  (+ sales tax)
      Received:  $5 +UP, $5 +UP

      • Crystalmh22

is the 20% off at all stores

        • TommyP

The 20% discount is my Wellness + discount (for spending last year).

        • Syndilew

You have to reach 1000 on your wellness points and then you will get 20% off.  HTH

      • Crystalmh22

also do u give them all coupons at the end or each item??

        • TommyP

I usually put all the items on the counter and the appropriate coupons next to the each item.  It makes it easier for the cashier to verify.

      • How did you get a 20% discount? If I use my card it don't give me 20% off the $4.49 one. Hmmmm

    • Christine

I have a question, is rite aid have no more $3 off survey or is there some kind of a limit for each store /each card to print out each month or something?  I don't receive any survey code at the store that I am going now? but other location, I do,

      • RASM

        It prints out randomly.

    • Lori

On the PG deal – I was able to do the following:
      10 Gillette Bodywashes @ $3.50 each
      -5 x B1G1 coupons
      -5 x $2/1 coupons

OOP $7.50, received $10 ECB, Profit of $2.50

      • Tobys_Mom

I'm so jealous! My store wouldn't accept my B1G1 coupons and tried to tell me the coupon policy had changed!

        • Anonymous

call corporate to get them on the right (Rite?) path. :D

      • Emel4

Where did you get the $2.00 coupoon from?

    • I just went and got the veet ours is $4.49 used (2) $3 off coupons and (2) $2 off in ad coupons and had to have a filler as it was over the amount do so add a candy bar paid $0.29 and got the $5 UP

      • Morrowmorrow

Thanks. I'm on my way to do this deal and wasn't sure how to handle the overage at Rite Aid.

    • guest

Does anyoone know how to get the Pistachio coupon?

    • Supercoupon13

      Im offically addicted to couponing!!

    • Mel

Anyone know what the Frosted Mini Wheats regular price is?  Thanks.

      • laura

        in summerville sc it's $4.79

    • Tobys_Mom

I went to my RA and tried to do the PG deal and they would NOT accept any of my B1G1 coupons.  They told me that they the coupon policy had changed and would no longer take B1G1 coupons when the items were on sale for B1G1. I tried to explain that they were not B1G1 but just on sale but they still wouldn't accept my coupons.  Has anyone else had this problem with their RA?  Rite Aid has always been my favorite store to shop at and I would really hate to not be able to shop there anymore….

      • leann

the coupon policy did change but u can still use a B1G1 coupons just not on items that are already B1G1 you might want to tell them they might need to read there coupons policy again!!!

      • DebTN

I did the PG deal yesterday and used 4 bogo coupons and 4 $2 off coupons.

      • Tina

I tried to use a BOGO coupon on gum and they wouldn't let me.  The gum was on sale for .77, not BOGO.  Many of the clerks are confused about the new policy.  It is a bummer.

      • RebeccaFer

If  RA's sale isn't BOGO, it shouldn't make a difference. Call corporate and they'll get the store straightened out.

    • Mcleodsc

Can I split the PG deal into 2 transactions to take advantage of having 2 of the $3 off 15 coupons?

    • msmith

ok ? I have 2 $1 off non prescription purchase Q's from watching rite aid videos. Can you use 2 in one transaction or are they treated as total purchase Q's which can only be used 1 per transaction?

      • Yuliyaporter

I use  them  in one  trans  all the  time. Never  had  a problem

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

You're only supposed to use one in a transaction. They aren't treated like total purchase coupons though, so you could still use a survey coupon with it if you have one. They do say “limit one bonus coupon” per transaction, and that's kind of how we try and follow it. The surveys aren't bonus coupons, just basic total purchase Qs.

      • Lauren81M

my store takes one per each item in a transaction.  So 3 items in the transaction, they will take 3 $1 non-prescription purchase q's

      • RebeccaFer

        wrong spot. sorry. :)

    • Ceciliarose

Any idea if the $10 up rewards on the $30 for P&G products is one time only, or can you do it multiple times before the deadline?

      • RebeccaFer

There is a limit of 1 unfortunately. :(

    • Bamasaver

Question about rainchecks…I have a raincheck for an item that had a +up associated with it.  When they are back in stock, does RiteAid deduct the +up amount from the purchase amount (up-front) or give a “manual” +up (after-the-fact)?

      • VanessaCook

My store deducts the +up amount from the purchase amount. I have a feeling you should ask your store because it may be a ymmv kinda deal.

        • Cayoung_8

my store makes you prebuy the product while the sale is on and “wait” for the product to arrive… it took me a month and a half one time to get my product… but as long as they honor it then whatever… only annoying thing about this is that they don't have an item to scan so they have to manually type UPCs into the register so it makes me feel so bad I don't want to add multiple transactions on top of that…. so I end up with a ton of +ups to use when this occurs… One time I had like 26 dollars worth of +ups print at once and ads sucked for next 2 weeks.. figures.. I ended up buying 6 months worth of bottled water because it was the bst sale for something we would have bought eventually anyway… good and bad to it.

      • mrsmadayar

They can't make the register print +UPs and they don't do handwritten ones. They will subtract the plus up amount from your purchase. Just make sure when you get the rain checks that they do make a note of that +UP. Also, I always hang on to my sales paper until I've used my rain checks just in case I need to show it to a cashier to clarify any problems with my rain check (doesn't happen often but it has come in handy a couple of times). I just stick them in the back of my binder.

    • John Frieda Full Hair Repair is on sale at rite aid for $4.99 use $5 off coupon in SS 6/5 makes it free plus submit for a $5 single check rebate! Score!

      • Mcleodsc

I did not get the 5 coupon:(

      • RebeccaFer

The JF Full Hair Repair SCR items are only those pictured and those are $6.99 and up. I had to search down the ad (the store still had out the May one) but confirmed that the pictured ones are different than the ones on sale for $5. Still a good buy for free. :D

    • Tamara

I got my weekly email from Rite Aid today.  I'm very confused!  It says Pampers Diapers or Easy Ups Jumbo Pack are $1.88, but the ad says they're $8.97 with $2.00 +UP rewards.  Did they make a mistake in the email, or am I missing something???

      • I saw that too…. about to go find out :)

      • Val

        $1.88 for diapers… only in our dreams. I'm sure it's a typo. ;)

      • Gretchen Staley

Ok…. I tried to get it this morning and it was quite a dillemma.
First, I called customer service to see if they could confirm the price. They said they hadnt seen it, but would look into it and I should call back. So I did and they said it was a typo and were working on getting it fixed, but until then, the stores should honor the price. I called while I was in the parking lot at R/A.
So I go inside, show both managers on duty the ad, and they say they will honor that price. Awesome! So (with 3 kids in tow) I go get 4 packages of the diapers. I could have gotten 14, but I'm totally not into clearing the shelf or robbing the stores just bc the ad was wrong.
I get to the checkout and the manager stops me. She asks if there was a limit on them. I said no. She asks to see the ad again ( a little bit snarky) so I pull it up on my phone. Yeah…. in the 5 minutes it took me to get out the car, get the diapers and put them on the counter at checkout, THEY CHANGED THE AD! Oh man!! I knew I should have printed it yesterday!
        @746660edeb21ca7adf1a04aaa83a5866:disqus
So the manager said she would honor the price on 1 package, so thats all I got. I was so bummed. My husband and I are talking about having another baby so I wanted to start preparing now. I guess I'll have to wait for a good (correct) price :)

Talk about an Epic Fail!!! lol!

    • Meesh

ensure is 6.99 for a four pack w/ a $1 scr, and a $2 off coup, making in 3.99 (fyi)

    • Lacat

I bought 2 papers today, neither one of them had a Rite Aid ad, and only one had a Target ad.  This is the Charleston Post and Courier.  We have only one Rite Aid in our area, but there seems to be a Walgreens on almost every busy corner in town!

      • Meesh

I buy that paper. I know of at least three Rite Aids (Two on Hwy17, one on Ben Sawyer), two CVSs (both on Hwy 17), one Walgreens (on Hwy 17). They are in Mount Pleasant. Hope those are close to you!

      • Heather

I happened to be in the Charleston area last weekend, bought 4 papers, and none of them had a RA ad!!! What in the world?!

    • Meesh

all right. this is what i have planned for my trip tomorrow. if there are any flaw in my plan, please let me know. i plan on doing three transactions in hopes for more surveys.

      $1 (PG) + 1.60 UP+

      Total = 4.11

      UP/SCR = 1.6

      Total OOP = 2.11

      • Asdenc

There are $2.00 Veet coupons in their ads, Use it instead of the $1.00 off video coupon. Hope that helps

    • what is scr???

Single Check Rebate….rebate check from Rite Aid.

    • Ashleylscoupons

does anyone else have a problem with the recycle bank aveeno coupons or the website in general? I got my points and redeemed the coupon, but everytime I try to print it, the page keeps freezing. I know its not my computer because my internet works fine otherwise and I have all the software I need to print coupons.

also, the aveeno pirntable coupon…when I go to the website, after I register it just keeps saying, “Navingation to the webpage was canceled.” Anyone know whats going on?

      • Reesefamilyshops

Not sure.  Both places worked for me.

      • Nvrenf

not sure either – but I had a problem a couple of weeks agao when I tried to redeem points for 2 of the same coupon, could only print 1… had to call – the rep was very helpful & reset my account quickly.

    • Asdenc

Does anyone know if you have to purchase 2 veets in one order or can if be in two different orders. I spilt my order up and didnt get my $5 up reward.

      • Sheila

Anytime you have to buy a certain quantity of items to get the +up, you have to buy them in pne transaction.  If the sale is to buy a certain $ amount to get the +up, the deals are usually tracking on the receipts.

        • Lisa

          Good to know, Sheila.  Thanks!

        • Jdunc

Wish I had been told that earlier.  I bought the 2 Veets in two transactions because the cashier said it would keep track of them.  I didn't get my UP rewards.

    • Janice

The right guard body wash which is BOGO  for $4.99 is giving( 2) 2.00 totaling $4.00 in up rewards and there is a $1.00 VW . The total is .34 , what a great deal !

      • Guest

Yes the right guard body wash and the dial body wash are on a monthly deal where you get $2 +up reward in addition to what's on sale.  So these could possibly be free depending on what coupons you have.

        • Syndilew

Did you actually do this deal because it is saying one up per household so you wouldn't get two ups to print?

    • Em

For the P&G Brand Saver you can do the following:
2 Venus Razor refills $11.99 each
Receive 2 free Gillette Fushion Shave gels
      2 Gillette Deodorant $3.50 each
Total: $30.98 (qualifies you for $10 +Up rewards)
      coupons to use:
      $2 Venus Razor (2)
$1 Gillette Fushion Shave Gel (2)
      B1G1 Gillette Deodorant
      $1 Gillette Deodorant
      You Pay: $20.48 + $10 Up Rewards

    • Liz

sorry if this has been posted before, but I just wanted to give the heads up that if you buy the $30 Aveeno and $30 Neutrogena deals this week you will also get the $15 +UP wyb $50 skin care deal (limit 1) that runs until Mid July.  Makes this one even more sweet!

      • Jasky724

Just discovered this today. Except I did the Neutrogena deal twice since there was a limit of two. I was super excited to get the $15 up! I got $65 woth of sunscreen and soap for free!!! Wioth two kids playing in our little pool half of the day, this was a fantastic usable deal for us. (just a note..I had to wait 48 hours between the two Neutrogena deals. The 2nd ups don't print when you do a trackable deal back to back)

    • Mcmcoups

I just returned from Rite Aid and did the veet deal but they wouldn't let me use the video coupons with the in ad coupons said they were both Rite Aid coupons and I couldnt use both at the same time. Is this correct?

      • Meesh

yeah. you can only use one man. q and one store q. per purchase. however, you CAN combine them and use both a man & store q, but not two store q, or two man. q.

      • cs

i didnt look to see this time but if its a r49 and a r48 you can use both, but if they were both the same then only one

        • Gamego71

they are both r49, I just looked.

    • Spa78

On top of the nuetrogena deal $10 up wyb $30 there is a $15 up wyb $50 worth of skin and beauty items. I bought 2 copper tone last week and 4 neutrogena this week and got $25 ups.

    • Dgot2run

I don't see a $5.00 off in ad coupon for $25 itunes card? Has anyone else had trouble with this?  The in ad coupon should be in this weeks Rite Aid sale paper, right?

      • Asdenc

Mine was in this weeks ad.

        • Dgot2run

          What is your zip code?

    • Squirrellee01

I was very happy with my Rite Aid experience this week. For about $20 I got Gillette deodorant (the brand my husband has used for years!), body wash, razors, tooth paste, tooth brushes and earn $13 +up. I went to 3 different stores and did 4 transactions and got a survey chance each time! I'm going to try Aveeno and Neutrogena this week for sun screen we are always in need of. And with my +up and survey coupons I should have little oop. Thanks Jenny! (p.s. I also didn't get the Veet because I don't use that type of product at all.)

    • JenJenSoCal

Had another great day at Rite Aid!

      I got:
      4 Colgate Toothbrushes
      2 Crest Toothpaste
      2 Gilette Fusion Power Razors
      2 Seatle Best coffee cans
      10 Gilette Body Wash

OOP: close to $10, but $7 of that was just for the tax

      Up Rewards left: $14!

    • msmith

ok question. I'm going to be making my first trip to Rite Aid EVER. I want to get the oral b toothbrush deal and I'm probably going to get the limit of 4. For it being my first time is it better to do it all in one transaction and go away with all of the +up to use on my next visit or break it up into 4 transactions and only go away with 2.99 +up for my next visit?

      • tina

if you do 4 trans then its less money you have to pay out i went 2day and they were sold out so dont get ur hopes up but i got a raincheck for 4 of them

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

I would personally roll it over to multiple times now and save rather cash for next trip.

    • Alexis

I may have done something wrong but I did the following and my total did not equal what was below:
      Buy:
      (5) Gillette Body Wash at $3.50
      (4) Gillette Deodorant at $3.50

      Use:
Manufacturer Coupon (1)-$2 off Gillette body wash, RP 5/15
Manufacturer Coupon (2)-B1G1 Gillette body wash, max $4.99, excl trial size, PG 6/05
Manufacturer Coupon (2)-B1G1 Gillette deodorant, max $4, RP 5/15
      Total Due: $15.50
      Get Back: $10 +UP
(makes it $5.50 total or 61¢ ea)

Was it because I did everything on ONE transaction instead of 2?? I was thinking they may have considered the Gillette to be the same as OLDSPICE coupons, which I thought may have been the issue. Any thoughts anyone???

      • Sheila

what was your total?  what does your receipt look like?

        • Alexis

My total was 30.50, so it was double, I am really confused!  I was thinking they may have considered the Gillette to be the same as
OLDSPICE coupons, which I thought may have been the issue. Any suggestions?

Should I have done 2 transactions instead of 1?

          • Sheila

I'm confused. Did you buy Gillette products and use the Gillette coupons? Or did you buy Old Spice products and use Old Spice coupons? or did you combine Gillette products with Old Spice coupons?  What coupons did you had the cashier and what coupons does the receipt show that the cashier took off?

    • Lizplecker

I am new to this, and I don't know if anyone posted this. I went to Rite Aid and used two $5.00 off Jon Frieda and got two shompoos for $.68 cents (tax) for both and they have a $5.00 rebate limit two. So I get $10.00 back. I like this couponing stuff!!!

    • Kristen Fisher

Hey guys! I have a quick question. I am trying to do a few of the big promos this week, and I have a feeling I'll be shopping at different Rite Aid stores. (Luckily there are several in my area… ) Will promotions like the 10$ wyb 30$ track across stores? I know CVS does it pretty much flawlessly, but Rite-Aid seems a little sketchy on what tracks and doesn't. Thanks for the help!!

      • Jasky724

They do, but if you do them back to back it takes a while to catch up. This happened to me and corporate said it could take 48 hours to adjust. I did go back after 48 hours to buy something small and the UPs printed. Hope this helps.

        • Kristen Fisher

Thanks for the help! I actually did almost all of it today. Luckily, it did track across stores just fine today.. Yay! Thanks again :)

    • Old Spice deodorant and body wash is on sale for 2 for $7. I bought 4 deodorants and 4 body wash and paid $2.56.
Used 4 BOGO Old Spice coupons from SS 6/5, 2 $1 off coupons for Old Spice body wash from SS 6/5, and $2 +UP rewards from a previous purchase. My subtotal was $.04, but I had to pay $2.52 for tax. Overall, I think it was a great deal!

      • I'm trying to understand the math of your deal. When I do the math on your coupons used and +UP rewards used I come up with a subtotal of $10 not $.04. I came to this number from this formula: you bought 8 products at $3.50 a piece = $28.00, then you used the 4 BOGO coupons which will cut your $28 in half to get it to $14, then you used the 2 $1.00 coupons which cuts it to $12 and finally you used the $2 +UP reward making the final subtotal $10.00. So did you use something else that isn't listed? I am just trying to figure it out so I can see if I can do it as well. Thanks

    • Jasky724

I got an email from Rite Aid today saying that my May wellness+ savings was $32. Can anyone tell me what this means to me? I understand earning wellness point towards 10% off of purchases, but I can't find any info on the wellness+ savings.

    • julie

went to rite aid and they said new policy says you can't roll over the rewards into the next transaction. Said the higher ups want you to come back another day. I may not be shopping at Rite Aid anymore. It's like they put up stumbling blocks along the way like they are against consumers saving money.

      • Syndilew

This may be a store issue.  I would call corporate because this is not an official policy.  HTH

    • Heather M.

Okay – does anyone know if the “buy 30 of “these” p g products, get 10 up rewards – it shows gillette and venus in the add – are they specfic items, in those two brands?  Just wondering – sunday i bought 2 gillette razors, and 2 venus razors – which would have= 40$, and i did not get 10 extra rewards….I did use coupons, though (obviously) – so does it have to be 30 after coupons??  Thanks in advance

      • Syndilew

The Venus razors weren't included in this deal, only the cartridges.  The Gillette Razor was included in this, however, so you should be able to go back and purchase the rest of the amount needed to get your 10+ups.  It is tracking.  HTH

    • Aprilwilder

    • E08

Great trip today, the manager on duty was my cashier and got me a razor kit (razor, battery, travel shave gel, cooling lotion & shave gel) for the same price as the Gilette Fusion Proglide single, still gave me my +up rewards.
      #1 (2) Veet products ($5.99 ea),used (2) $2 printables, (2) $2 in-store qs, (1) $1 wellness q; got 5+up.
      #2 (2) Oral-B X-action toothbrushes, used (2) $3 mfr qs and 5+up, got 5.98+up.
#3 Gilette razor kit, clearance Vaseline lotion ($1.87), used $4 Gil mfr q, $1 Vas mfr q, 5.98+up, got 4+up.
Total OOP = $7.52 and $3off/$15 survey qs on each transaction

      • E08

my mistake – kit included travel FACE scrub, shave gel, & cooling lotion

    • Couponingmenser

Does the Gillette body wash and deodorant count in the $15 Up+ rewards WYB $50 of body/skin products? I was wondering if that would count for $30 of your $50. Does anyone know? Thanks

      • Tayladayne2000

No. gillette is not a listed brand for that. Here is the link: http://content.riteaid.com/skin/Skin+ups-0611.pdf
There are plenty of video reward coupons. And FYI this week if you spend $30 on Aveeno products you get $10 in up rewards. Aveeno also qualifies you for the $15 Up WHY $50 of skincare products so its like getting double rewards!

    • Chasityc1984

Has anyone tired the senerio transactions? I am new to recycle bank so I do not have enough points to get several of the aveeno coupons. CouldI just do one transaction that requires the aveeno coupon? I would still like to be able to get the other items.

    • Chasityc1984

Can you print the same coupon from the Recycle bank several times if you have the points from the same account? I am referring to the Aveeno coupon.

    • Chasityc1984

Does rite aid tract your purchases? If you have to do 6 different purchases if your store will not allow 6 in ad coupons will you still receive the +up rewards once you reach the dollar amount required?

      • Christine

Yes, you will the +up after you have purchased the correct dollar amount/items.

    • SarahWr21

Which Publix coupon sheet has the $2/2 Starbuck Frappachino?

    • Tayladayne2000

      $42.46
ended up being $22.76 after coupons and rite aid wellness card, plus $5
in up rewards. AND I earned $15.47 towards the skincare promotion:
spend $50 on skincare between now and July 27 and you get $15 in up
rewards. Running this week is spend $30 on aveeno and get $10 in up
rewards – so if you spend the $30 on aveeno it also qualifies towards
the skincare reward. So basically spend $50 on skincare products ($30 of
which is on aveeno if done this week) and get $25 in rewards back…I
      LOVE Rite Aid!

    • Guest

Does anyone know if aveeno shaving products fall under the “Aveeno Skin, Bath, First Aid, Suncare or Baby Care” category? It seems like it would fall under skin or bath…

PHYSICIANS FORMULA HAPPY MOOD BOOSTING BRONZERS

here's a scenario to get these for profit:

Buy 4 of the veet facial wax strips at 4.49 each
use 4 2/1 in ad coupons
      use 4 2/1 man coupons
      total due 1.96 plus tax
      get back 10 +ups rewards
(there were video values coupons for 1/1 but they started in 49 too so I didn't try)

      Then
Buy 4 of the Physicians formula Happy mood boosting Bronzers on BOGO 13.95
(they have several shades, but I stuck with the bronzers to make sure the +ups printed, but if you wanna be brave and try the other shades go ahead)
Use 4 of the 4/1 peelies (sooo excited when I saw those)
Use 1 Rite Aid Video Values 2 off physicians formula bronzers
      total due 9.90 plus tax
Find cheap filler item (mine had some 25 cent candy bars on the counter)
      total due 10.15 plus tax
use the 10 +ups from previous transaction
      pay .15 plus tax

so for 4 veet and 4 physicians formula bronzers you pay 2.11 plus tax OOP

There's so many things you can do here… if you have 3/15 survey coupons etc (I ended up doing a way bigger scenario than this… but figured this was a straight foward one for most ppl to tackle)
      @201c7a250b074a8e0f787e3fa5600487:disqus

      • Cayoung_8

sorry.. I did profit in my scenario that I personally did… but the above scenario is not for profit, but for good deal.

    • guest

I still have'n been able to pull up the $1 coupon for Wonderful Pistachios—can anyone help?

    • Billie

How are we suppose to get these deals if I can't print coupons at all, it just makes me install it and never prints anything when I try again it says I have to install it again even know it's all ready on my desktop??? I'm so frustrated with trying to print stuff I have a windows XP and Ubuntu server on different computers neither ever work…..

      • Moneysayver

You may need to update your version of XP.  The last service pack put out for XP is SP3.  If that doesn't work, you may want to move up to Win7.

      • Moneysayver

It could also be the browser you're using.

    • Cayoung_8

Chances are the store doesn't have this amount of product so late in the week but… would this scenario have worked?

      Buy 2 Neutragena bars @ 3.63 Buy 1 sunblock @ 7.99 = 15.25
      use (1) 3/15 survey coupon
use (3) 1.50 in ad coupons
use (2) 1/1 mfg coupon for bar
use (1) 2 mfg coupon for sunscreen
      total OOP 3.75 plus tax

THEN REPEAT this 3 more times for a total of 61 dollars worth of product
and an OOP of 15.00 plux tax

And get back (2) 10 + Ups for the get 10 wys 30 (limit 2)
AND get back (1) 15 + Ups for the get 15 wys 50 (limit 1)

so you would spend 15 plus tax but get back 35 + ups??

Probably won't actually go do this as it is ambitious and I have to work all weekend plus I doubt the store has the stock anyway.. just wondering if my brain's thinking right.

      • Jovialjax

        get a raincheck

        • Cayoung_8

my store doesn't allow rainchecks on +up reward items because mgr told me that they lose money when you redeem them because they can't print out the reward like cvs so they just have to price adjust the item in the computer so they don't get credit like they would with the reward…

      • Sheila

It's ambitious – my store only had one Neutrogena bar when I went in first thing Sunday morning.  I'm going today to try a similar deal with Aveeno (Just my luck, I didn't have any Aveeno coupons when I went in Sunday).  This late in the week, I doubt there's anything left in the store, but who knows?  Maybe we'll get lucky.

    • new to this – please help:)

I went to Walgreens to do a similar Gillette PG deal (30$ of stuff and get 10$ back in RR) I was so upset, I voided my transaction because I was using coupons and the assistant manager said I had to have 30$ worth of products AFTER all my coupons went through so I couldn't get my 10$ RR because I had to spend 30$ BEFORE coupons. I really want to do this deal at Rite Aid and use my coupons, but I don't want to waste my time again. I will buy 30$ worth of stuff, but I have about 15$ worth of coupons subtracted, does anyone know for sure if I will get my 10$ UP rewards as long as I have at least 30$ before coupons? Thanks !

      • Sheila

You need $30 after store sales prices, but before coupons and taxes to get the +up at Rite Aid (or CVS). I don't shop Walgreens, but I have heard that it is the same.

        • new to this – please help:)

          thank you!

      • Chasityc1984

I went to Rite Aid and did the same thing and it worked normal!

    • char

I LOVE MY RITE AID THEY ARE SO GOOD TO ME,THEY HELP ME FIND WHAT I NEED AND GET IT FOR ME SOMETIMES. THEY ALWAYS HAVE A SMILE FOR ME THAT MAKES MY DAY. IT'S A GREAT STORE. LOVE AND GOD BLESS CHAR

    • Erica Phan

You can get 2 men dial body wash for free at rite aid. Buy 2 dial for $5.99. Use 2 ( -$1 off coupons). Pay $3.99 and get 4 +UP.

      • Guest

isn't it $2 UP for purchasing 2 instead of $4 UP?

        • Eric Phan

          You will get 2 x 2 UP = $4. I just went to rite aid 30mins ago.

      • Erica Phan

The ad makes it look like you will only get $2 UP, but you will actually get $4 UP. No wonder there are a lot of Dial body wash left over on the shelves.

    • Mommytotwo

Just curious if anyone else had a problem with either of the Aveeno or Neutrogena deals?  I tried splitting them into seperate transactions and yesterday the cashier wouldn't let me do the Neutrogena deal like in order for me to use the $1.50 in store coupons.  So I just purchased one and went back this morning hoping another cashier was there.  But no, it was the same one, but she let me split them up and I got the rest needed to make $30.00 spent, but the UPS didn't print.  So I went back this afternoon on my way back from work after I had coupons for the Aveeno deal and tried to do it in seperate transactions – different cashier – she wouldn't let me – so I just said, forget it and just went ahead and bought the stuff b/c that what my daughter needs.  She says they won't get reimbursed if I had used them in seperate transactions b/c the coupon stated one coupon per customer and that the previous cashier was wrong in letting me do the other deal…. Well, the UPS printed for the Aveeno deal and for the $50.00 beauty deal, but not for the Neutrogena deal :(  …. Was she correct in not letting me split the transactions?  and do I call about the Neutrogena deal UPS or do they sometimes take a while to print?  FYI – I did do the Aveeno deal in 2 transactions b/c she didn't realize what I was doing at first..  Thanks for any help.

      • E08

I did the Neutrogena deal and then a $20 skincare deal which happened to include an Aveeno baby item.  I got the $10UPS on the first and the $15UPS on the second, and my receipt included the running total towards the Aveeno deal.  Check your receipt to see if that's on it.

    • Dvdadam7

if the store offers b1g1 and I have a coupon for b1g1 then it should be free ?? sounded good anyway

      • E08

check store coupon policy, it's my understanding that RA won't accept B1G1 coupons for the B1G1 sales

    • I have a question that  I KNOW someone here can answer. I just looked at my CVS account and it is showing close to $40 of ECB printable but I was sure I had used most of them. Can I still print them and use them?
