I've found before that if your store doesn't do the “long ad” that the Register Rewards don't print. This happened with the Zegrid OTC. Anyone else have this happen to them?

      • Gingiraffe

I've had +UP rewards print that were not in my short ad. It was a few weeks ago for Coke products.

        • Tjernigan

I have the long ad went at lunch and purchased the bath wash and no 2 up printed. Still only paid tax so good deal.

      • Jenni

Sometimes they do print, but if they don't, you can call corporate, and if you have your receipt, they will mail the UP reward to you. They have done this twice for me on products that were not in my store's short ad.

    • Csoble1214

Im going to try and get a few things and see if it works. Wish me luck, lol. Thanks for the heads up Colleen and Jenny!

    • Goodiedi

I did this deal for the $6.99 body wash. I got the $2SCR but not the +UP . Still $1 moneymaker and the product is very nice.

    • KATIE TURNER

wEHN i LOOK UP THE AD ONLINE, I HAVE VOID WRITTEN ACCROS MY COUONS ON PAGE 8 — ARE THEY STILL GOING TO HONOR THIS COUPON? IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO VIEW THE AD?
      THANKS.

      • Amt1218

        SAME HERE! VOIDED out! :(

        • Razlmz

You have to get the coupon out of the ad in the paper….you can't print it.

          • Razlmz

According to some posters above, you can follow jenny's instructions and print page eight which should be sufficient for you to show your cashier. I didn't know that but I hope it helps!

      • Kelly

i just right clicked and saved the coupon shown above and printed it. No VOID on it ;) and its just about the same size as it would be in the ad.

    • Christine

Can anyone explain the 'UP' reward? It looks like you have to spend some cash to use them. I have an up reward for 1$ off the purchase of 10 in housewares. I do not need to spend this much so it looks as if I cannot use alot of these. Thanks, Christine

      • smartblonde

That's not really an Up Reward (even though it says that). What you have is more like an Up coupon. You have to spend 10 to save $1. True Up Rewards will say $2 off your next non-prescription purchase and are like CVS' ECBs.

        • Christine

Thank you!! It did not seem a good deal–appreciate your time. Thanks, Christine

    • Hubbardca

Thank you. I have the long add and hadn't noticed the great deal.

    • Phyllis

Mine says Void across it too! Can we print it somewhere else? Thanks

      • Razlmz

I don't think you are supposed to print it….you are supposed to get the actual coupon in teh paper version of the ad that came in your paper or you can pick one up in the front of the store.

        • Val

From Jenny's post, “If you live in an area that doesn’t have the “long ad” you can print page 8 from the Rite Aid online ad (use zip 30003) and most store managers will accept this and honor the coupon.”

          • Razlmz

            Gotcha! Thanks!

    • There were quite a few products at my Rite Aid for $5.99 (body scrub, sugar scrub, body butter, can't remember what else), but they have a different style label than what is in the picture. The coupon works fine for them, but the UP reward was only printing for the more expensive products shown in the picture.

      • Cheryl D.

I tried to buy the $5.99 products and they told me that I couldn't use the coupon on these. My Rite Aid has gotten very particular about coupons. When they see you holding a pile, they make you put them on the counter and they match them all up to the products before they will even start ringing them up!!!

        • Jennifer R

My Rite Aid also wouldn't let me use the coupon for anything but the 13.99 and up products. Only the ones with the yellow hang tags that said save $6 with in ad coupon. So no deal on the others. Bummer.

          • Lisaheidi

My Rite Aid won't let me use the $6 in ad coupon for the body wash either. The coupon does say Skin Care.

        • Colleen

the cashiers are skeptical b/c if you have a coupon for $6 and purchase something for 5.99, it will beep. I just tell them WHY it's beeping(they need to adjust it to 5.99) and they are fine with it!

    • Audry

i live in ellijay, ga & got some of the c.booth eye treatment cream from the clearance area in my store priced at $7.99 (originally priced $16.99), & was able to use the in ad Q, & also got the $2 +up! awesome freebie! i love southern savers!!

    • Stacy

Is there a way to print the coupon?

    • Nancy

There is also SCR# 76-77 for the C. Booth skincare product or bath and body product.

    • Jenni

Ooo! Love the handsoap possibility! I think i will go there tonight, as I have an some Up rewards, and need milk anyway…

    • Val

iheartriteaid has clear scans of this weeks ad with no “void” across the coupon. I would probably first, call your Rite Aid and ask them if they'll price match from the national ad. Some stores require you to have a copy of the ad from their own website (but maybe bring both– one from their website and a clear picture of the coupon b/c I don't think they can do much with the word void ;))

I definitely wouldn't go there with a photocopy of this coupon without explaining what you're trying to do because you will probably get some funny looks. :)

    • Ellen

The cheapest product in my Rite Aid was $12.99 :( Must just be the bigger stores that have all the selection.

      • dharvn

look near your regular lotion products, you'll see them there… different label than the pic.

    • dharvn

i got the lavender body wash @ $5.99 free. yay!

      • dharvn

the +$2 UP reward is for the 12.99 and up products.

        • Jtorr14

I found that out the hard way. I had purchased the body wash for $5.99 and it didn't print the $2 UP reward. So, the cashier said it was for the skin care products not the body wash. Still a good though with the SCR deal.

          • Nancy

Yes, we get the product free and get $2 back…can't beat that!

    • Hasfam

I couldn't print out just the one coupon, or at least I didn't know how. So instead I have 12 mini coupons on one page, which I'm sure they won't even consider taking. Seems like a good deal, just don't know how to get THE coupon in hand.

      • Here is what I did, I went back to Jenni's full ad for this week and it has a link on it if you get the short ad. It will come up in a pdf file with NO VOID ACROSS the scan bar. Once you pull it up just go to page 8 & 9 and print. I called and the manager told me that no store will take it will the void across it, but if I could print it without it then I was good to go. Good luck printing and ask if you have more questions. I Love SouthernSavers!!!

    • mo

the weekly add has void across all the coupons

    • Sshoulders

Right click on the picture and save the image in your “my pictures” folder on your computer. You should be able to print it then. Be careful. I tried to enlarge so the cashiers could see, but did not help. They had to push it through as a RA coupon but they didn't mind. HTH :)

      • Sshoulders

Sorry. Meant to say click on the picture above, not from the link.

        • Stacy

          Thank you!!

    • di

i ck this with the zip 30003 the coupons said void on all them

    • littlenana

One lady at the local Rite Aid is so picky about coupons. She usually has to get another lady to help her if I have more than one. She complains about them every time. When I spend the up rewards I have now, I probably won't be going back unless they have some “too good to pass up” deals.

    • Skygalusa

THANK YOU! we have the ad q in our circular, i'm in charlotte,nc , it worked like a charm. bought 1 scrub 5.99 (paid 5.39 10%off) and 1 m&m .50 -total oop .38 yay… the coupon DID NOT beep! went back and did it 3more times :D (i'm up to 10%off on my wellness card, so i went negative 11cents,

      • Ihelpusee

where in the charlotte circular did you see that coupon? I cannot find it

    • Ougirl822

OK so yesterday I went to one of the two local Rite Aids that we have here in Shelby, NC and got the “Booths” lavender mineral bath soak and rang up $5.99 and used the coupon no problem. Well today went to the “other” local Rite Aid and did the same thing with the “Shea Butter soak” and took to the register where the assistant manager was working and he went to ring up and then looked at the coupons and he said “This is the wrong product” he then proceeded to show me to the products called “C.booth” which are pictured in the $6 off coupon ad and they are 2 TOTALLY different products. The “Booth” products are bath and body, whereas the “C.booth” products are face and skin products. SO dont know why it worked yesterday !?!?!!? but that maybe why the $2UP isn't showing up. Anyone else have this problem????
