I just made one and it took about 30 seconds total once I was logged in.  So a tip to make it faster for you (15 seconds…) log in to your Rite Aid account (or create an account) first.  Then head to the photo section from there.  It won’t let you use a promo code without being logged in.

Heads up: it does state that my item will be ready in 13-17 days, at least it’s before Christmas.  I didn’t even have to pay for it, but will pay when I pick it up in the store.
