rite aid trip pic

I gave you a heads up last week that there was a big cosmetic money maker this week at Rite Aid. I don’t really need all the items so was planning on just letting it pass, until… a trip to Rite Aid this past weekend printed a $5 off $50 purchase coupon.

The point of those coupons are to make you come back, and it worked! Between the great cosmetic deal, 2 easy freebies and a good deal on diapers I couldn’t resist.

After all the coupons I got everything in the picture above and paid $25.72 in the store (I had $8 in +UPs from my last trip).  I also left with $28 +UP rewards to use on our next trip. If I can leave with more rewards than I spent, that’s a fun trip!!

Remember you can’t use +UP rewards until 24 hours later, so everything you earn from today’s trip will be used to buy next weeks deals.

Here’s what I bought:

That’s a great deal, but the only thing about Rite Aid is that I can never find enough “deals” the following 2 weeks to make it worth while before the ups expire. It’s a lot easier for me personally to spend much less out of pocket at CVS.

Exactly why I no longer shop at RA. Having to wait 24 hours to use your UPS is just not for me!

    • Angela

Couldn’t you use the $2 off one Loreal eyeliner adperk video coupon as well to make this cheaper?

    • Marley

How did you get the $5 off $50? I haven’t seen anything about that!

    • Tracy

So the UP rewards are like money to spend in the store, kinda like extra bucks? All the UPs rewards can be used at one time once the 24hr as passed?
