Here are the deals that start 2/20 at Rite Aid. Its a pretty good week with several cheap or free baby products. The “Winter Rewards” $20 +UP WYB $100 is continuing this week, so check this list for cheap participating products to add to your total.

My favorite deal is the $3 money maker on L’Oreal Youth Code Kits! Grabbing a $34 product for free and making money is what makes drugstore deals so fun!!!

If you see any other deals or coupons leave a comment below and help others find them too!

I was in Rite Aid last week and was told by a store employee that for each deal in the sales ad that their store would be limiting each person to “2 deals per person”. Has anyone else encountered this?

      • Bamasaver

No, but I'm sure it's to help cut down on “shelf-clearing”. I personally think it's a good idea, especially in areas where there are a lot of couponers…that way, more people get a better chance of getting the deals.

        • Erin

I agree. I've shopped (and loved!) RA for years, and now the shelf clearers have descended. Apparently, a woman came in and cleared the shelves when Stayfree was on sale BOGO (and they had a ton!). When they restocked, they were gone within an hour, so the store limits deals to two per customer. Seems fair.

          • Wdra0632

I have two store in my area and one of them has a lady that came in every Sunday morning and cleared the shelves, I had to stop going to that store and use the other. My RA does not open until 10 on Suday and sometimes I have to skip Sunday School if I am going to get the items that are on sale because I know they will be wiped out. A limit on Sunday sounds like a great idea to me that way all the couponers can have a chance at the deals.

      • RebeccaFer

This sounds like a store policy more than a corporate policy. They are welcome to do that if they feel the need but I avoid those stores and find managers who love couponers instead. My manager will let me pay for as many items as I like and then will order them in his next order. I wait a little longer for the items but I get multiples and don't take any off the shelf. It's managers like these that get their store sales up and have positive reviews to corporate! :D BTW, although I hate to see a shelf clear, I usually feel that someone else needed it more than I did and that God has a plan. It's too small of a thing to be angry over but I do hate to hear about people running around town grabbing every single thing they can. It's sad to think they feel this need and I pray for them that they come to realize how their actions hurt others.

        • Paige_Aminehdestin

No need to avoid stores “like this”! We limit in my store (commonly to 2 per deal) to try and keep the shelves with *something* on them. We do try and order up, and ALWAYS encourage coupons. So to avoid stores who limit because it seems they don't like couponers is a bit off base. We try ordering up, but only get truck every 2 weeks, and unfortunately, even with my extensive research on the coupon sites, we can't get anyone to answer so that we can get a special order in for the next few weeks! We've tried for a week now, and may be SOL for the J&J deal and for the great snack food deals in 2 weeks. We have a quantity that we aren't allowed to go over without jumping through hoops, but now we can't get anyone to set the hoops up for us. Sorry, just wanted to point out, that not all stores who limit are doing it out of spite.

          • RebeccaFer

I honestly avoid stores not out of anger towards the manager but out of necessity. If gas is $3.11 and going up, I am not going to run around to five stores to get 2 per store. I really would love to support each and every store but I have found one that has been able to work with me. I do not think it is really the fault of a manager's ordering but corporate does not stock enough items that they have set up to be good sale items. It is the ones who set up the sales who should be watching the sites and the burden should be removed from the managers. As I inferred above, if a shelf is cleared, so be it. I do not complain to corporate because I fully understand it is not the manager's fault. You are correct that I was a bit off base to accuse the stores of not being coupon friendly and apologize. I have been to stores that have limited and they were very kind about it but then again, I have been to stores that have limits and give the reasoning as those who us coupons, with the word coupons almost spit out of their mouth. It is those stores, and not the former that give me too much of an impression. You are right though, limiting does not mean a store is unfriendly to coupons and I apologize for that.

    • Joysews

I'm just learning Rite Aid. Can I also use the $4 off $20 beauty bonus q in the Youth Code deal????

      • Susan

        Yes

Don't forget the $10 rebate on youth code to make it an even more awesome deal!

    • Trishsaunders

Can you use ups earned from one wellness card on a purchase with my other wellness card?

      • Sindyt63

Nope…. wish you could but that would encourage people get many cards. It is amazing what we can do with one… maybe we should leave some stuff for others. (I have thought about getting another one myself in the past and didn't :) )

        • Trishsaunders

Well I am a little confuse you say no and someone else said yes. I was not trying to be greedy, I lost my first card and had to get another but I have ups from the first card.

          • They are not linked to a card. You are fine. :-)

            • Trishsaunders

Thanks for the response. You have made my night I thought I might loose all my ups.

          • sarah

you might want to ask someone at your store or call the rite aid customer service #. This happened to me with my CVS card (lost it) and they can just look up your account with your home telephone # in order to earn and redeem ECBs. Rite Aid may be able to do the same. That way you don't lost the UP+ rewards you've already earned! :)

            • Trishsaunders

Thanks, I tried my phone number with the cashier but it did not work. They must not have my phone number on file.

          • Wdra0632

They will work on a different card, I have been in the strore before and a customer in front of me just gave me her UPs she had just earned said she would never use them, and they scanned just fine for me. Why would you want to get 2 cards harder to earn the 20% that way.

      • Gunter00

I have done this before and it worked.

        • Trishsaunders

Thanks, appreciate the info. I lost my first card and had to get another but I have ups from the first card.

      • Nita Royal

Yes – my mother gave me hers, and I used them with my card. No problem.

    • Courtney

anybody know if they are continuing the $20 up when you buy $100 next month? I got mine for this month but before I use it i want to see if they are doing the asme thing next month

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

From what I know, the Resolution Rewards and Winter Rewards are the only programs like that planned. We got word of them around November, and so far nothing on anything going after the WR is up. I did get a response to an idea I submitted to the idea people at the company, and it was a bit cryptic, but said they are working to give “other incentives and coupons” based on individual [prior] purchases. So stay tuned!

        • Courtney

thanks :) i was going to save my $20 if there was another one, but since there isnt I will use it when I need to :)

      • ChrissyPunkin

There isn't anything about it in the next ads.

    • di

i looked in ss 1/23 the sucrets coupon not in there :(

      • di

is there any other place with the coupon?

        • my favorites to check are: ebay, thecouponclippers.com, and couponsandthingsbydede.com

          • Madhatter31

I have had good luck with mycouponhunter.com it has no minimum order and ships from Florida so it gets here quick.

        • CCShad

I found a $1/1 Sucrets in the SS 11/21 from the Post and Courier newspaper. Makes it free! Coupon expires 3/31/11.

      • RebeccaFer

It is most likely a regional coupon. You could try buying it from a clipping service if you want. Try hotcouponworld for a list of clipping services. HTHs! :D

    • Wubbies_Mommy

Is there a limit on how many Huggies I can buy? If I bought 4 jumbo packs will I get $2 in RR for each?

      • Bamasaver

Depends on whether or not RA sets a limit…sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Check the actual ad or shelf tag to be certain. If there is no limit set, you should get multiple +ups when you buy multiple packages.

      • juliemcclung

I talked to my store manager about this, and unless it's plainly stated, the rule of thumb is that if it's free after +UP rewards, there will only be a limit of one (limit usually stated on these, rarely a limit of 2), and if it's not free after +UP rewards, it's generally unlimited. I've never proven this wrong. :) And, if all else fails, you can quickly make a return!

Keep in mind that on deals like “$5 when you buy $15 worth of Maybelline” — it's usually a deal limit of one. Hope this helps!

        • Blblue66

Some stores set limits while others do not. So, I don't think you should go on what this manager said. My experience has been different. Use the circular to tell you of any limits that have been stated and yes, managers have the right to limit customers. I shop at 5 RA stores and only one ever had a manager imposed limit. Even the free toilet paper and tissues were unlimited the first day and then there was a limit of 4. They were free. Stax chips were free after ups and they were unlimited.

    • Bossred25

The Rite Aid coupon I'm finding is for $5.00 off (on the video values) where is the $10?

      • adrienne

the 10 off coupon is for the kit.

    • Awesomebc

Where is the form for the Loreal $10 rebate?

      • Gracie

they have a link above now…. but I believe I read somewhere that it will be in the coupons in the newspaper on Sunday. :)

    • Jo

My cashier wouldn't accept one of my UPS rewards because she said it has already been scanned. I don't believe it was….if it was, it was done in error by a cashier. The reward is only for $2.00. Should I let it go, or any suggestions?

      • Katiekittie18

Just a week or two ago the same thing happened to me, but my cashier just took the amound of the UP off my order any way. I would never try to use one twice (and they would never give me back one I used), so I don't know how it happened. Of course there is really no way for you to prove you didn't use it. You could try emailing Rite Aid or something, they might replace it or something. It never hurts to ask!

      • RebeccaFer

If a +Up is scanned, even accidentally, it is invalid for anything but that transaction. If you believe this happened to you then you should call 800 RITE AID and they will replace it for you. It's happened to me twice and they are always happy to help. :)

        • Jo

          Thanks,
          I'll give them a call.

      • Gillyp3864

I didn't have to wait for anything mailed to me.
The mgr. just hit some keys and forced it thru-no big deal and you're on your way!

      • Carrie_C

I am so relieved this happened to someone else! I have had it happen twice now and I know I hadn't ever given the coupon to anyone and can't think of how it would have gotten scanned. In both cases the cashier would override reluctantly but gratefully for me. I'll just call RA cust service next time it happens.

        • Jolley1

They've tried to tell me that before. So I lost out of $2. But what I think is happening is that the register won't take it because all that's left is taxes that you need to pay out of pocket. Make them give it back to you and save it for another day. Those cashiers never know what's going on so they just say that because they don't understand.

          • wolverinehokie

You also have to make them “cancel” the coupon. They won't know what that means since the coupon didn't deduct anything, but if they don't hit their cancel button, the +UP still counts as being scanned even though you weren't able to add it.

      • Wdra0632

I have had this happen to me but luckly my RA cashiers know me so they just keyed it in. I know it had not been used or I would not have had it.

    • Sindyt63

so I can buy 2 desitin and 2 Johnson nighttime wash and it will print out 4 $2.00 UPs and 2 right guard and it will print out 2 $3.00 ups? I though you could only buy one and one in the next transaction and so on to get it to print out all the ups… If that is the case can I buy more than 1 sucrets in a single trans and get multiple ups?

      • ChrissyPunkin

Yes, you can buy them all in one transaction if you want. You could do multiple transactions to keep your out of pocket costs lower. Just watch your limits. Like the lightbulbs this week, the limit was four and I bought four in one transaction and four +ups printed.

    • Tara

max value on bogo coupon is $1.29, so it will be $0.30+tax, but still great deal!

    • Jenny

Does anyone know where to find the $10 mail in rebate for the Loreal Youth Code Kit? I know there is a $10 coupon, but it said there was a rebate as well. Thanks!

      • sorry I just added the link above. It's here:

        http://www.lorealparisusa.com/

      • mary

Will the Loreal Youth Code Kit go towards the $20UP when purchase $100. of qualifying products?

        • Mj

The kit went toward my count.

        • melissa

          It went towards mine too!

    • Mel

Anybody know if the L'Oreal deal is a sale price or regular price (the $34.99 Youth Code Kit)? I have the 20% off Wellness discount, so I'm wondering if I need a different scenario because otherwise my discount will bring it below $30.

      • Jenni P

Ooo! I have to go today, so I will check on that!

    • Jilbeanie

I wanted to add : This week at Rite Aid ~
Boogie Wipes are $4.49 a pack and have a $2 rebate PER PACK ~ 2 pack limit .
Also on the Boogie Wipe website you can print out a 50 cent coupon…
This makes it $1.99 a pack.

    • Aren't the Playtex $2/7.98 with $2 UPS?

    • I just rec'd my P&G Coupon Booklet and there are some Pampers, Luvs, Pepto, Metamucil, Clairol coupons that I will not be using. If anyone would like them email me and I send them to you. My email addy is freebies1974@hotmail.com

      • Jenni P

I e-mailed you. Hopefully it won't show up in your spam folder, because I could really use the Pampers and Luvs coupons! Feel free to save Pepto and Metamucil for someone else, though. I'm well stocked on Maalox now thanks to this week's sale at Rite Aid! *chuckling*

        • Danielle

Jenni I have my book in also and wont be using the diaper coupons. Email me and I can mail them if you want, danielle.sudduth@yahoo.com

      • Rebecca

Just sent you an email. Thx!

    • happymom

Are UP rewards limit one, or can you do them multiple times? I notice Jenny has the Johnson baby product UP rewards listed three times in her scenario. So, you can do multiple products for the same offer in one transaction and get back more than one UP reward?

      • Car3fan

yes, as long as there is no limit stated in the offer (like the Right Guard).

        • Lisa

I thought they changed that. When UPs first came out, it was unlimited. Then they limited all to one. Are you saying now, that they took off the limits. Or is it limited to each kind of J&J product?

          • Mcheronecook

UPs are unlimited to the point that only 16 will print on one transaction. If the item has a quantity limit, that is your UPs limit… the Johnsons and Johnsons would be limited to 16 per transaction as there is no quantity limit.

    • Wonderer

Is anyone else having trouble with the Johnson and Johnson coupon. I get a no coupons available message, click next and go to their website. I found a link under Offers tab for the coupon and it had me do a survey. After I did the survey, It told me no coupons available. Little mift about it.

    • lisa

just wanted everyone to know the riteaid savealot is different their sales go from wed to wed so how do weknow these sales does anyone know i went today first time to get the deodaert deal it was over wedsday i also was doing this weeks add info please

      • Tasha

We're similar; we have a Values store. Our sales run Sunday to Saturday, but we get a few sales that others don't, but almost all the best sales that most get, whether short or long ad stores, we don't get. Our store is an hour away, so it's just not worth it to me to go there unless I'm making a Target or Publix run. You need to check out the rite aid website and click on the Weekly Ad link, it'll ask for your zip code and show you the ad for your store.

    • i like using baby products on myself! it don't know i'm not a baby :)

    • AS

How do you get a $10 UP Reward with the Youth Code Kit? It says $5 when you spend $15, so do you get two of those since it is a $30 item?

    • Adele

I have been doing the drug store transactions for a while, but never paid attention to when I would be eligible for my 20% at Rite Aid. What's the threshold of expenditures to be eligible… and was I supposed to do something more with my Wellness card, or is it just by having it? Thank you!

      • Blblue66

It's attached to your card. You should have how many dollars you have spent towards the $100 for your $20 reward printed at the bottom of your receipts too. When you qualify, the $20 reward prints on your receipt.

      • Wdra0632

Adele you need to go to RiteAid .com and register your card, this will give you the amount of points you have on your card, also they issue coupons to those registered. I have gotten 2 $5off $25 since Jan and this week a $2 off Maybelline cosmetics. Just gives more at the awsome RA. HTH

    • Tfitz77

So our sales started today. Just wanted to tell how the youth code deal worked out!
I got the sale price of 29.99 plus 2x the up reward of $5 each! Plus I used the $4 beauty video coupon. And I couldn't find the $3 off, so I used the $2 off Loreal skin care. I still have a SCR coming and I'm not sure if the Loreal rebate will work now bc the sale price shows 29.99 now. But who cares…It was already free plus overage!! YAY!!!

      • Julie B

Where did you find the $ off Loreal skin care? Is that a printable Rite Aid coupon from watching the videos?

    • Tfitz77

oh, and my RA was out of newbrn size Little Snugglers, I grabbed the Pure & naturals, and both coupons worked fine. Just a note, if anyone prefers the Pure & Naturals :)

    • Tfitz77

one more addition: The Halls manufacturer and store coupons worked on the sale items, even though they weren't the correct size. :)

      • Mazjeep24

        Just because u can doesn't mean u should…

    • momto3girls

I'm not a Rite Aid regular, so I was hoping someone would be able to tell me if RA starts their sales early (sometime on Saturday) like my CVS does. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm in McDonough, GA if that helps:)

      • ChrissyPunkin

Not where I live, in Montgomery, AL. I've never heard of anywhere else that does.

      • Olisa56

Most of the stores around me don't even open until 10 on Sunday and that is when the sales start. Furthermore, most of the ones around charlotte nc close at 6 on Sunday.

      • Nichols_again

Not sure about that, but my sister lives in McDonough..small world

      • Deb

I too live in McDonough..tried going to the Rite Aid on Hwy 20 around 9 PM one Saturday night to see if they had the sales started. The items were in place but they rang up regular price. THat store does open at 8am on Sundays if you are able to get there then.

    • Paige_Aminehdestin

Thanks for the heads up on the Youth Code kit, since we don't carry the line, we convinced another store in the area who does, to order us a couple and transfer them to us on Wednesday so that we can have a couple to sale. We always have people coming in for the Pro-X stuff, and have already had people ask about the youth code line. So I really appreciate knowing there's such a good deal when coupling coupons with rebates (store and man.) and the +UPs. Maybe we'll get our 2 and sale them both, showing corporate that we should start getting them!

      • Marlene

this just tells me it's unlikely most of us will find them in our stores. so, thanks. :-)

      • Anonymous

Paige, do u happen to work in sptbg?

    • In regards to the deal scenario at the bottom of the list, do you have to do all the transactions separately for some reason? This is only my second week of drug store deals, so I'm still learning. Thanks in advance!

      • Nita Royal

You do not have to do them separately. Jenny often shows them this way to minimize your OOP cost. You can use the UP rewards from the first transaction to reduce the cash outlay on the second one. Otherwise, you could do them all at once, pay the cash OOP, and leave the store with more UPs.

      • Kmattern

You don't have to do the transactions separately, but it's the best way to pay the least oop. You can use the UPs from the 1st on your 2nd trans. Then use the UPs from the 2nd on the 3rd. Otherwise you'd pay a lot out of pocket and have tons of UPs to use within 2 weeks time. hth!

    • Maggie

found 5 up rewards in wallet havent used in a while…they are expired..2/13 do you think they will still honor or not?

      • i think they might ! If not call the 1 800 number and ask them and they might can help :)

      • Mandi

Unfortunately, I don't think you can… There have been several comments on here in the past about losing them if they are even 1 day late. :-( Please let us know if they do though.

    • Laidbackladyoftwo

i was wondering about the youth code kit. jenny has the 10 off in up rewards but they are actually 5 $2 up rewards can you use as many up rewards as you want for one item or do you have to buy as many items as you have rewards like at cvs and walgreens. plus if you can can u use the $10 up rewards plus the $4 off 20 plus the rite aid 10 off yuth code coupon and the $3 manufacter coupon all at once

      • Courtney

not sure if i understand your question but you can use as many ups as you want. If you had 10 $1 ups you can use that for $10 worth of stuff. (they do not pay for the tax). You can also use the ups with the $4/20 and other coupons out there from the vv. At riteaid you can actually use 3 different coupons per item (1 man q, one in -ad q if there is one, and 1 vv q for that product) but you can also use the 4/20 or $1 special q's from the vv because they come off the total not the product

    • millie

i got my $20 ups for the winter rewards program today! i am so excited that will make my loreal youth code transaction FREE with a LOT of OVERAGE!

    • Janice

I need help if someone has experience with this:
In January, I went online to sign up for the Wellness Card, it assigned me a number and I had been using my phone number at the store. I accrued $61.00 towards the Winter Reward. Last week, I got my actual card and went to the store today and used it and earned $42.00 towards the Winter Reward. I should have gotten the UP reward, but according to my new receipt, it only shows $42.00 towards the Winter Reward. I looked on the receipt and my wellness number is actually a different number than what was given to me online. So essentially, I have 2 numbers but the new card is now linked to my phone number. Make sense?

So I chatted online with a customer service rep and he said that he linked the two but I had to go to a local store for them to link my transactions.

I went to the local store and they said that no, I actually have to go online and do that myself.

Well I can't find where online I can do it. Does anyone know or has anyone had this happen to them?

I've only ever applied for 1 card. When I signed up online, I thought that was all that I needed to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      • Renny

I would call RA corporate back, as I believe they will make it right. They have always had great customer service w/me. Hope they get it worked out quickly!

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

There's nothing we can do in store to link the 2 cards, but if customer service said that they “merged” your 2 account numbers together, that should fix all of your points and Winter Rewards totals to accumulate together. The only way to get the WR to print though, is to make another purchase, and I think it has to be something that is included in the WR program. Since you've reached the $100, it should print then. If not, you'd just need to call CS back, and they can pull up your history and send you replacement +UPs in $1, $2 and $3 increments since they don't have $20 coupons to send out to replace any that don't print. Good luck!

      • Janice

I did call Customer Service back and she is sending me the $20 up reward in the mail. She did say that both numbers are linked and that it does take 48 hours to do it, so if I went to the store today and purchased something, it will most likely print my reward. But she didn't want to chance it, so she's sending it in the mail.

    • HLBBALL34

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THE LOREAL YOUTH PRODUCT IS EVERYONE IS RAVING ABOUT WHATS IN IT NEVER HEARD OF IT I HAVE A 2 1/2 YEAR OLD ANYTHING FOR HIM?

      • Lisaheidi

It is an adult facial cream (night and day cream). Not for a child.

    • ChrissyPunkin

For the Nabisco, here is an even SWEETER (hehe) deal: use the Nabisco buy one package and milk and get one package free coupon. I buy milk at Rite Aid now that I have the 20% discount–it makes it as cheap as Sam's Club. Anyway,

      Buy 2 Oreos, $3 each
Use Oreos VV $1 off 2
Use Nabisco buy one package Nabisco cookies and milk and get one package free
Pay $2 plus cost of milk and get $2 +ups.

      • Wages324

Where did you find that coupon at?

        • ChrissyPunkin

Oh, bummer. I made a mistake. I assumed it was get one free when you buy cookies and milk because it has been in the past in the coupons on their Facebook page, but this one is just $1 off. SORRY! False alarm. At any rate, I will probably still use it because I don't think my store will have the Spring Oreos. You can't print the coupon anymore, but another offer will come up eventually and Jenny will let us know about it.

    • Karen

I can see the youth code kit in my rewards account, but it says 1 credit and doesn't have a box for me to check for it to be printed. it doesn't say “printed” on the right.

any ideas on how to get my coupon?

      Thanks!

      • atlanta coupon queen

you need to do the other one for the coupon :)

      • Amy

I had trouble finding it at first too. Once you click on Video Values, click on “All Offers” and search for it that way.

        • Julie B

I did what you suggested and it worked ! Thanks.

    • atlanta coupon queen

PS – The L'Oreal Youth Product kit rang up at 29.99 for me this am . . I think the rebate has to be $30. I didn't realize until I got home . . Jenny thanks for the free Desitin and J&J products – you rock!!!! Nothing like making a good diaper cake with cheap diapers and free necessities to add to it!

      • Jnpetteg

Same thing here. The $10 rebate will not be valid unless you buy something else since it is 29.99 – boo

        • atlanta coupon queen

(and apparently it has to be in the same transaction – I am just going to submit the $10 rebate to see what happens . . if not, I only paid $1.99 out of pocket – so still a fab deal!)( after $5 SCR, $10 RA VV Q, $3 Man Q, and $10 in UPs)

          • Anne

Same here. With the $5 SRC, $10 UPs, $3 ManQ, $10 RAQ, and $4 RA Beauty Q (the $4 off $20 one), it's still a pretty awesome deal, And a money maker by a little!

            • wog

did you get the $10 in loreal ups even though your purchase was $29.99?

            • Aksntje

yes the $10 UP's for the kit is printing even thought the sale price is now $29.95. I was not not able to use the $4 of $20 RA Beauty cpn because I was told it was considered a RA cpn and since I wanted to use my $10 RA VV Q instead I could not use the $4 RA beauty one – was I wrong arguing (to no avail) that I should be able to use both??

            • Val

You could have used both. A beauty $4/20 is a total purchase coupon and according to their policy (upper right hand corner of this page) “other coupons can be used in conjunction with the total purchase coupon.” Bring the policy in with you next time. Maybe the cashier was confused because she thought the $4/20 coupon could only be used on beauty items, but it can be used on anything.

            • Paige_Aminehdestin

Exactly right. You can only use one VV coupon per item, and one man. coupon per item, but you can always couple a “bonus” coupon with them as well. Whether it's a total purchase coupon (the $4/$20) or one of the others ($1/$1 or $2/$2) those are all extras that aren't attached to any one item, but you can only use one in any one transaction, it just shouldn't affect your ability to use any *product* VV coupons.

            • Paulhowe37

cant say for sure but it doesnt sound right. You can use several VV coupons of different items in one transaction, and I have to believe ive combined them before. I say let um have it :)

            • CT

If you only bought that one thing, you would only be able to use one store Q.

            • atlanta coupon queen

I did. They rounded it up and I got 2 $5 Ups.

      • Phyllis

Even though RA has the Youth Code Product kit on “sale” now for $29.99, they are still giving out two separate $5 up rewards (even though the UPS are supposed to be $5 off $15……and the sale price is $.01 below the required spend). Guess the price change was to make this ineligible for the rebate….still a great deal….

    • SKMsMom

      I have a question for you couponing experts . . . . On the Glade Fabric & Air Odor Eliminator deal (1 +UP wyb 2 at $3 each), if I buy 2 and I have a B1G1 coupon, can I also use a $1 coupon?

      So by 2, use B1G1 = 3.00
      Use $1 coupon = 2.00
      Get $1 +UP = $1 for 2 Glade Fabric & Air Spray

      Does this work?

      • Ipreferpublix

        yes

        • Syndilew

yes, you can use them because you are still purchasing one. The $1 off q goes towards the one that you purchased and no, it doesn't go against RA's policy. It would only go against it if you had say a $3 off and a $1 off manufacturer q. Combine that with store qs and that is how you get the awesome deals.

      • Monique76

thats what I did today!! and I got my up back

      • beegee

if both the b1g1 and dollar off coupons are manufactures then your not supposed to use them together because it goes against RA policy but if you have 1 manuf. and 1 store coupon then yes you can use both.. also depends on the manager too some managers will accept both manf. coupons like that

    • Cayoung_8

I think it would work like this
Buy 2 products, use 1 BOGO coupon and 1 $1/1 coupons and get 1+up reward. because if you use 2 of the $/1 coupons that would be 3 coupons total.
So buy 2 @ 3 each = 6 minus 3 for the BOGO = 3 minus 1 for the $1/1 coupon= 2 and get a dollar reward. so 6-3=3-1=2-1=1 dollar for two. works out the same way as your scenario, but can't use 2 of the $1/1 coupons. maybe you just had a typo when you typed yours.

    • Guest

ugh annoying, I gave the cashier the too many up-rewards for the right guard body wash and he didn't credit me for the $3 up (he gave me $2 credit). This was my 2nd attempt at getting a rg body wash. The kicker was he entered my phone number in wrong and it didn't spit out another $3 up. Any way to resolve this issue? And at the store I'm at in Ohio, everything was almost gone today. lol.

      • Tammie

Aside from talking to someone at the store, you can call their 1-800 #; they are very helpful.

    • Mini

how are you getting $10 in ups on the L'Oreal deal when it said $5 ups ?

      • Nita Royal

It's 5 UPs for each $15. The system rounded up my 29.99 purchase and gave 2 $5 UPs!

    • Caroline

I just got back! They had a Loreal Youth Code Kit but I didn’t have the $3 mq because we live in a rural area that doesn’t have high value coupons in our inserts. So I decided not to buy it, especially since there’s no guarantee the rebate will go through since it’s a penny short. But I got:
      Dial Nutriskin lotion 3.99
      2 Carefree liners 1.98
      1 Always liners .99
      2 Johnsons Naturals 5.98
Used $2 Dial mq, 2 $1 Carefree mq, $1 Always mq, 2 $1 Johnsons mq, $5.50 in +UP rewards. Paid $1.09 on a RA gift card!

    • Monique76

I just went to RA today and got
      2 oreos
      2 glades
      7 always panty liners
      2 carefree panty liners
walked out with my $1+up from the glade and $1+up for the Oreo cookies but then I also got 2 $1+up from purchase of Food grp..Im not complaining but I sure wasn't expecting 2 extra ones. Anyone else get this?

      • beegee

they r additional +ups from the TPR (temporry price reduction) which are sales that are separate from weekly sales. The TPRs last about 30 days.. they may not all be posted in your RA because there are so many sale signs already and the TPRs get thrown away a lot of the time due to not having the time/payroll to put them all out.. they r considered to be less important to most managers cuz theyre not advertised in the ad.

        • beegee

          temporary*

    • Wdra0632

My RA was out of the Oreos so they let me use both the man. and RA q on the Oreo cakesters, which was ok for my son he loves them, but hubby wanted the Oreos. Can't win them all, so I got him the Libman mop! hehehehe

      • DebTN

Sounds like a good deal to me. :)

      • raj

will he do the mopping ? hahahaha

    • Mrskcjackson

I just realized none of my winter reward $$ have printed on my receipts????? Any insight on rather corporate can correct this??? I still have all my receipts…..

      • shesqueeks

my rewards didn't print on 2 transactions Sat. when I told the cashier, he said that had been happening a lot lately. One day last week, the second transaction actually rolled back in value. I called 1-800 riteaid, they said there was a glitch in the system, and it would catch up, but it sure didn't show up today (Sun).

    • NorthALCouponer

RiteAid is so frustrating here in North AL. My ad is missing a ton of these deals, including all the L'Oreal products. Thankfull I'm going to Birmingham on Tuesday so I can hopefully get the rest of my $100 for the Winter Rewards before it expires on Saturday.

    • Jenna

My L'oreal run left me at free for the kit and a large 1.6 oz jar of day/night cream.I am not complaining but I do wish I thought of this scenario earlier.
      Hope it helps someone else.
      (2) L'oreal Youth Code products (like Day/Night Cream and Lotion) sale priced each at $19.99 = $39.98
      use $5 JanVV – $5 FebVV – $3MQ's x2 = $23.98
Get back at least 3 (maybe four $5+ups since I have read since that they are rounding up) – $5 SCR – $10 Rebate = PROFIT of at least $6.02 (maybe $11.02)

      • Lori

Isn't it $5 on each $15 purchased? In that case, you would get back only 2 $5 UPS, which gives you a $1 profit.

    • Syndilew

I have a question to see if this happened to anyone else, I got my Winter Rewards about 3 weeks ago but then today on my receipt it said that I had 19.28 of my Winter Rewards to qualify for my 20+. Do you think that the system is going to allow me to get another one? If so, I need to hit RA up again. LOL

      • Sue

I was wondering the same thing. Something else I noticed is that the winter rewards don't immediately post.

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

We had a customer come up (after ringing up in pharmacy) and show us her receipt which did the same thing! We were cracking up. She got the WR early on, so we told her to just go with it, and if the “upgrade/update” they've been doing reset the points and she gets another after this weeks sales, then… well, yay!

        • raj

hi – which Rite Aid are you out of ? nice of you to assist on this site !! did Erica invite you or how did you find this site ? either way, your comments are helpful, honest & insiteful – look forward to reading more !!

    • Sue

I have to tell someone about this and this seems to be the place to do it. I made 6 seperate transactions today in 3 stores. My total OOP was $12.01.
      This is what I got:
      2 pks Goodnights
      1 bottle Dial Lotion
      2 pkgs of Oreos
3 boxs of Orville Redenbaucher popcorn
      1 Pullups
      1 8ct Brawny
      3 Right Guard Bodywash
      8 Desitin
      3 Hormel Compleats
      2 Sunchips
      3 J&J Baby Oil
      5 J&J Baby Wash
      4 Sucrets

And I still have $4 UPS for next week!
(I did not clear the shelves in any of the stores on any of the items)

      • DebTN

        Looks like you did great!

        Awesome!

      • Tammie

Please post the scenarios you did and coupons.
        Thanks,

    • guest

I need someone to help me with a scenario to finish up my winter rewards I need $15.00 more to get the $20 up. I have $4.00 in ups right now but thats all…Any suggestions??

      • lookin4abargain

how about the libman mop. Not sure if you want to pay any oop. you can watch the video and get $2 to add your $4, its 16.99 with a $4 up reward, not sure if its a rite buy though. You may want to check that first.

        • Lynnzeealdridge

There is also a $5 rebate on the mop.

    • Maria

the Playtex is 18 ct, not 36

      I'm a new RA shopper…
I purchased 2 Claritin-D's today ($22 each) for a total of $45. This met the $30 requirement for the $10 up however nothing printed on my receipt. I signed up for a card last night and printed the temp. card but I'm not sure if this shows up next visit or if I should have received it today… any advice?

      • Mdavis1205

you should have received them today. Mine printed. I would take them back abd ensure that they entered your card.

      • kittie

I always check and make sure all mine print before leaving the store. I think there has only been one or two times they didn't. If you let them know, they will fix it. I would go back in with your reciept and card.

      • mrsmadayar

All of your ups should print out on your receipt immediately (except the resolution rewards, that one will build up over a few weeks). My advice to new RA shoppers is to always know how much you should get back in ups before you check out. When they hand you the receipt look at it before you walk away and make sure they're all there. If not tell them what's missing. They can't make the register print you an up but they can and should give you a gift card for the value of the missing ups. I'm sad to say this has become a regular occurrence for me lately.

      • Mingram12

That happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Call corporate RA and they'll ask for your receipt info and mail you the $10 UP.

    • Helenbarnes04

ok i watched the video for the loreal youth code and it did not give the option to print the coupon. help

      • ChristineA

Make sure that you watch it under “Great Offers” to print the coupon. It's also found under “Beauty Bonus Offer” but that doesn't print single coupons; you have to watch all of those in order to get the $4 any coupon there. Hope that helps!

      • kjmiller

Once you've watched it, you need to click on the “my rewards” tab (I think that's what it says) to bring up the option to print.

AJC newspaper—I did not receive the Red Plum insert yesterday. Did anyone receive it from home delivery? (I have called them.)

      • DC

I got the Red Plum, but not the Smart Source.

        • Sb

          There was no smartsource

      • Tammie

Someone did call me today from the AJC and said the Red Plum should ahve been in my paper, since I am a subscriber. She is going to mail me the Red Plum.

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

In the papers we got in store, there was only one packet as well. I don't remember which one, but we almost all (all of our employees buy papers too) decided it wasn't worth it to get the paper…

        • raj

well, if the Purex detergent coupons were in the one insert, it probably was worth buying … maybe, some of the other coupons may end up being useful down the line as well.

          • Paige_Aminehdestin

I ended up buying 2 anyway, because I wanted the L'oreal $5/2 hair dye coupons and that paid for the papers, but if the Purex was in the same packet, it definitely was still missing from both of mine. Sad. What's funny, is I said that we'd basically all decided against it, and I think only one of us stuck to it. We're a sad group trying to figure out what we need and what coupons are out. :-)

        • Wdra0632

What? I bought 3 papers at $2 ea. used my 3/$3 Purex and $1 Purex at CVS, my 3/ $2 Dial lotion and the Loreal hair color at RA, the Raisinettes at Wags, the 3/$1 Uncle bens rice at HT, the 3 Bertolli at Target and I have more than paid for my papers many times. Sorry you feel this way but I considered this week a Money Maker!

    • MelodyBassett

I was planning on going to RA and doing the $5 up w/ purchase of $20 Maybelline products. Does anyone know if I get to the 20 then use the $5 off 20 beauty bonus coupon if it will still print my Up reward??

      • MelodyBassett

        I meant the $4 off 20! Sorry!

        • Bamasaver

It should…up+ reward is normally based on the amount spent before any Qs.

    • Julieinnc

Does anyone know if there really is a limit on the Johnson's baby items? The ad does not state anything about a limit, but there are individual little tags in the store around the Johnson's products that state 'limit of 2'. However on the UP+ price tags for each of the items, there is nothing mentioned of a limit. I was just wondering if this was the store's individual attempt to limit the purchase to 2. I only bought 2 today, but was wondering what would happen if I went again tomorrow to buy 2 more. Would I get the sale price and the $2 UP+s again? Hmmmm….. Thanks if you can help me out!

      • Gamego71

Must be your store managers limit because at my store there was no limit and I bought about 4 of these today. I got Ups for all of the ones I bought.

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

It's not a +UP limit like you're thinking of. It's a store limit. We put signs up on things that we know we're going to run out of, even limiting to 2 per customer. If you go every day and buy 2 at a time though, you'll get the +UPs for each one you buy.

      • MichelleCr

My store said the limit was 6

        • Jenni P

So six might be the limit in the computer, or just a store's limit?

    • Jordan

      Yesterday, I received 3 $2 UP+ Rewards, when I bought 3 J&J products

      • Jenni P

Does anyone know if there is a limit to the amount of these UPs printing?

    • DianeinNC

I am new at drug store shopping and need help …

I went to my RiteAid store today and purchased one 2 oz Desitin for $2.99 (this is all the store had in stock). I used a $1 off Desitin manufacturer's coupon and a $2 UP+ from last week. From what I have read, I thought that I would get this for free (plus tax). When I checked out, I had to purchase something else so my subtotal would not be negative. Does it matter what order I give the cashier my coupons? Should I use my UP+s first, then the manuf coupon or does it not matter?

Wanted to figure this out before I try another store for more baby items! Thanks!

      • Wdra0632

If your total is below the level to use your UPS just pick up the Andes candy at the checkout for only $.25 or if you need more grab a tube of RA chapstick. This will help to keep you from spending too much OOP, always give your manu. and RA video coupons before the UPS. This way you will be able to use all of your coupons , if you use the UPS first may not let you use the coupons. HTH

      • Sheila

your subtotal was 2.99, but you had $3 worth of coupons. If you're in this situation, give the +up first, then mfr coupon. mfr coupons can be used to eat into the tax.

        • Paige_Aminehdestin

Not according to policy. While yes, the register won't beep if the +UP is done first, it is against policy for a coupon to “eat” tax. You're always supposed to be 100% responsible for your tax, and that's anywhere that you shop. The reasoning is that, that penny or whatever is being paid back to the store by the manufacturer, and not to the government. Tax goes to the government, and I'm assuming there's a specific way that it gets credited from retailers and such, which is why you're never supposed to pay in to tax with anything other than a true form of payment… cash, credit, debit or gift card, something that at one point is cash to you, while coupons are basically cash “credits” to the retailer.

With that said, if you use the +UP first, then the coupon, the coupon could have been adjusted down to $.99 so that you just pay tax. Or, pick up a cow tail or another type of cheap item near the checkout to cover that penny and you'd pay just a few cents and tax.

    • Rlynn103

The RiteAid youth code kits are ringing up 29.99. I just called the customer service number for the $10 rebate, and asked if the one penny will disquaify the purchase for the rebate. A very kind lady said they have been swamped with this question, and have sent a request to L'Oreal to allow them to process these. She told me to call back in a couple of days for the final answer!

      • Gamego71

Thank you for posting this. I had this same question after I got back from my Rite Aid trip today. At first I was excited that it was on sale until I realized that may be a problem. The rebate form says it all has to be purchased in on transacation so going back to get more won't work. Please let use know the response you get.

        • Lisabluedevil

I'm in the same boat. Didn't realize it would show this way on the receipt until I was outside the store. Thanks for checking on this. I guess I'll send mine anyway with the part that says reg 34.99 highlighted. I'll just be out the postage if they don't process it.

          • Bethanyischeap

I did the same thing and I hope it will work!

      • kjmiller

Rlynn, would you please post the answer here when you find out? thanks!

        • Rlynn103

Called again this morning, and they are still waiting to hear from L'Oreal. She said you will probably get a card saying it didn't qualify, and you just call and ask for “re-consideration”. I think I'll wait a few more days and call again. The lady I spoke with said she really didn't think L'Oreal would risk upsetting so many customers over 1 penny!

      • Yes, please let us know what you find out.

      • I just got confirmation that they will accept the $29.99 kits from Rite Aid for the rebate!

        • Gamego71

          Thanks!

    • Mike

I went to a Rite Aid that has been changed into a Rite Aid/Save A Lot on Sunday and none of the items here were on sale there. then I noticed that the ad said that the sale week went from Wednesday to Tuesdays like the grocery stores. Anyone else notice this?

    • Tryintosave

My Rite Aid (Georgia) had Purex 3-in-1 laundry sheets B1G1. One is $7.99. I only had 1 $3.00 off coupon, so I got 2 boxes for $4.99. I wish I had had 2 of the coupons! It would be 2 for $1.99! I have never used these, but am willing to try 40 loads (washing and drying) for $4.99.

      • R W Savings

These are $3.99 at CVs this week. I used the $3 coupon and got mine for .99

        • Tryintosave

That's even better! I like CVS, but most of the time when I go, the stuff is already taken. I don't have that issue with my Rite Aid.

          • raj

CVS would have written a rain check for $3.99 plus there is the liquid Purex stuff on sale for 1.99 and a $1 MC which makes it .99 … some of the bottles at CVS also had 20% bonus …………….. or, if you went on Sunday, you could have bought a paper for $1-2 and received the $3 coupon (plus another $1 for the liquid Purex stuff), a note for future reference I suppose :)

      • Edie Teal

As mentioned, I went to CVS to get mine and they were out (as is the rest of CVS in Newnan, GA) but I have a great team and they offered the rainchecks on both dryer sheets and detergent. Gave me rainchecks for 4 of each since that is what I have coupons for.

    • Lori

I was out of town on sunday, working at a trade show. However, since I have triplets and there is this great sale on baby stuff this week, I researched ahead of time and brought my coupons with me.

I wasn't able to get to the store until 1/2 hour after it opened, and two ladies who were obviously working together had already cleared the shelves of ALL the baby products, q-tips, and desitin. One lady had an entire shopping cart filled with nothing but q-tips, the other lady had everything else. I asked the manager if they had anything left in back, and he said no, and was laughing and joking about the gals who had cleared them out! I made some comment about needing a shopping cart full of q-tips, and he told me they were overrated, and that I should just use peroxide on a cotton ball! The nerve of the guy!

I almost went back to the trade show, but there was one other rite aid nearby. This was run by the most well-dressed, most polite, hardest working, multi-tasking employees I have ever seen anywhere. Their store was clean, well-lit, and well-stocked. Everything the other store was not. I was able to find what I wanted and head back quickly, and even had enough time (and cash) left over to pick up Dunkin Donuts coffee and donuts for all my employees! (And, no, I did not clear out the shelves!)

      • Grubbsfamily01

I also have triplets and stocked up on Desitin and baby wash this week!

        • Syndilew

I have twins and did the same!

    • Sue

Does anyone know if they are giving out more than one $20 Winter Reward? My receipts have started totalling it again.

      • Bethanyischeap

Unfortunately I think only one. My receipts started saying “you have already earned the $20 reward” and now they're not totaling anymore.

      • michelle R

it looks like some peoples have started totaling again this week, i read this a few times now, i havent seen anyone say they got a second one yet. anyone get 2?

    • Klynn

Just got off the phone with a great customer service guy who was happy to help me get a $5 up reissued that I let expire on 2/5 (can't believe I did that!) I love my Rite Aid and so happy they didn't let me lose my $5.

      • Syndilew

RA is pretty good about customer service. I got an email yesterday stating that I had purchased items for a single check rebate and because I hadn't entered in my receipts(didn't realize that I had bought items for the rebates) that they had submitted my rebates for me and that I would receive a check in the mail. I was pretty impressed by this.

    • Frugal4eva

Anyone have any luck with the L'Oreal Youth Kit rebate? Since it's only 29.99? Thanks. Wondering if I should purchase an additional Youth product to go over the $20 required for the rebate.

      • Bamabobbie

I'm trying for the rebate even though I paid $27.99 after my 20% discount off the $34.99. Wrote a note explaining why I only paid 27.99. Hoepfully they will understand but you know the rules they have. We'll see.

        • judebluiz359

I also paid $27.99 for the kit after the 20% discount. I thought that $29.99 might go through but not $27.99. Since I knew I had the 20% discount, I also purchased a $19.99 item also and used the $3 Man coupon and the $5 RA Video coupon. I received $15 in UPS rewards back. I think I will make $1 on the deal , not $12, like the other ones will, but I will have the kit and serum free. Hope yours goes through . Let us know if it does as I will be curious to know if I had to make the extra purchase or not for future deals.

          • Jess S.

I called the rebate hotline to see if the $29.99 would be ok even though the min. is $30–she said they have received so many calls, that they are trying to reach L'Oreal to see what they want to do about it. She took my name and number and said they would call me to let me know. You can also call to get on the “call list”, and/or I will post back here with I hear something. The number to call is 877-322-8355.

      • I also just called, and as soon as I said I was calling about the L’Oreal rebate, the helpful customer service agent, Amy, immediaiely asked if I bought it at Rite Aid and it rang up $29.99!!! Apparently, their phones have been ringing off the hook with this question. She informed me that on Friday the rebate center contacted L’Oreal for guidance on the issue, and they expect to hear something in the next few days. She took my phone number and offered to call when they get word, which I thought was extremely great service. I hope that L’Oreal will overlook the penny, or they will have a revolt on their hands! I will post after I get my call. If you want to contact the rebate center, the number is 1.877.322.8355.

      • Jess S.

Got the call, confirmed it's good to go with it ringing up $29.99. Yay!

      • Amy just called me from the rebate center, too! We can still get the rebate! Yay L'Oreal! Yay Amy! What great customer service, and I'm glad L'Oreal handled this one so well!

    • emerson

i went to rite aid yestarday and the store we have here is rather large. The loreal youth code was not available there or any other store in town how crazy is this. i live in a large city so cant figure this one out someone else know why this is…

      • Laurie pm

None in bham al. Was told weather delayed shipping.

    • Edie Teal

Atlanta Journal did not have a Rite Aid flyer this week. So glad I can find it here. Bought 4 papers and no sale paper in any of them.

      • Bamasaver

Was having that problem on a recurring basis in my area. Mentioned to the shift supervisor in my favorite store a few weeks ago & now there has been a flyer in the local paper ever since then! (I still go ahead & ask for the next week's ad when I go in & shop…just in case.)

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

The AJC was also missing one of the packs of coupons. I think we got the Red Plum but not the Smart Source, and from what some customers told me, when they called about it, the reps said that there should have in fact, been 2 packs of coupons in the paper. So something's off with the AJC lately.

    • Verabelle

      What is HTH??

      • kjmiller

        Hope That Helps. hth! :)

        • Verabelle

          Thank you!!! :)

    • Dbaeimers

I did not read all the commits so someone might have already posted his but I was just in Rite Aid and there were bins of make up for $2 each. I had $2 off coupons for cover girl lipstick. They ended up being free plus by one get on 50% off plus $1 up.

      • Bamasaver

Yes, & if they have any L'Oreal eye products in those bins you can use the $2 Qs that were out there recently (not sure if still available…check Jenny's database to see)!!!

    • Nysummer2010

I am so excited to share this…”Febreze Flameless Luminary kit in Citrus Green Tea” at my store was on clearance with the price $3.99 !! use $5 coupon on 1/30 PG to make it free + MM :)

      • Nysummer2010

oops…the coupon is on 1/16 PG…sorry for mistyping

    • Carolynwessinger

I know this is Rite Aid but I am so discuss

    • Bamasaver

I've been following Jenny's site since about Sept. & have really learned a LOT about couponing, especially at the drug stores. I was so excited to get my subtotal down to $0.01 during my RA trip today! I don't think I've gotten it down that low before…& that's significant since our tax rate is 10%. I really appreciate all of Jenny's time & hard work that she puts into helping all of us–this site is such a blessing to so many people!!!

    • Sjriddle

How do you get on the Kroger Home Mailer list.

      • Val

Get a Kroger shopping card. If you already have one and still don't get them call customer service and make sure they have your address on file.

    • guest

Is there a limit to how many +ups will print in one transaction? Thanks

      • Val

I think it's 19, but it seems to sometimes change over the weeks.

        • Guest

Thank you so much I wanted to purchase all my baby products in one transaction but wanted to make sure i would get all my ups. Thanks

    • Chilipepp007

L’Oreal Youth Code kit Question: Is it possible to stack the $4 off $20 Coupon with these coupons?

      • Val

Yes. It's considered a total purchase coupon and can be used with other Rite Aid individual item coupons.

      • I did it last night! Don't forget to also submit for your $5 SCR!

    • Tracine

Can i use my $20 winter reward to purchase a gift card?

      • Syndilew

No, it says on them that they cannot be used towards prescriptions, lottery tickets, tobacco, alcohol, money orders, prepaid cards, stamps, licenses, other mailing servies, online purchases or any items excluded by law. I take prepaid cards to be gift cards. HTH!

        • Paige_Aminehdestin

You're right. “Pre=paid cards” include all gift cards, be it store gift cards or reg. gift cards like the Visa's, and also money orders and Western Union are included in that catagory.

    • Chilipepp007

      Thanks Val!

    • Chilipepp007

So actually the Loreal Youth Code will be a $7.00 money maker with my $4 off $20 added in there! Thanks Jenny! ;)

    • Birgit Gilbert

I just took Jenny's workshop one week ago. We have two rite aid in our town and they are both out of the youth code kit. They said it will be next wednesday before they get more. I will still be able to use the coupons and get the rebate but I wouldn't get the up rewards, any suggestion's? One of the woman that worked there said buy something that has up rewards and then bring it back and get the youth code kit. I am new to rite aid and up rewards so I really don't know what to do.

      • The manager of my store told me that if I have to get a raincheck for an Up reward item, when it comes in they will deduct the amount of the reward from the purchase price before they ring it up. Ask your manager about this. Just make certain that they note the correct price and/or Up reward on the raincheck.

        • Val

I thought about getting a raincheck b/c my store is out of it as well, but If they deduct the amount of the award from the price of the Youth Code Kit then the purchase price would only be $19.99 and I wouldn't qualify for the rebate. I couldn't figure out any other options so, I just realized that I'll have to wait for another deal.

    • I had a great trip to Rite Aid, even though my store does not sell the Loreal Youth Code. I bought 8 Johnson's products, 2 Always Liners, and 2 Sucrets. I did not have any Up rewards to start. I paid a total of 8.59 oop (2 transactions) and now have $10 in Up rewards. So I actually made $1.41. I used a $3 off $15 coupon that I got in my email.

    • mille

has anyone in the montgomery/prattville, alabama area found the youth code kit at your rite aid??? i have looked in millbrook and prattville and have not found it, i have not looked in montgomery yet…..any help would be greatly appreciated… thanks!!!!

    • Ckmtigers

Does anyone know if the J&J UP rewards are a rolling deal? So can I buy 2, turn around and buy another 2 and use my up rewards, and still have 2 more up rewards print out? Thanks!

      • Gamego71

        Yes!

    • mom of all girls

Heads up for anyone purchasing the Loreal youth code – my rite aid discounted it $5 off so that the receipt shows 29.99, one penny under needed for the $10 rebate by loreal.

      • kjmiller

It's OK!! Loreal will honor the sale price of 29.99 as sufficient for the rebate! Had a call in myself to the promotions dept handling this and they got back to me yesterday saying it had been approved.). :)

        • Sdavisva

Thank you for posting this – didn't want to waste ink printing the rebate or waste a stamp if they weren't going to honor it. Kudos to them! It's so nice when companies make customer-friendly decisions (like letting us use more than one $3 Daytona catalina per transaction at Kroger). Yay! Using my rebates to pay down some debt…every little bit helps!

    • Wdra0632

Went to RA today and got 6 Loreal clearance hair colors, used the vv coupons, and some manu, along with the in-ad coupon, paid nothing out of pocket and got $15 UPS. Love RA, also found Almay quads eyeshadow 75% off with the $2 q from a few weeks back they were free, and some of the Lip Smackers were also 75%off with the buy 2/-$1 coupons from Dec. these came up to be around $.50 to $1 for two. Happy hunting.

    • New2coupons

Can the $4/$20 beauty bonus coupon be used on anything or just beauty items?

      • Kaseyelisabeth

no! it can be used on anything! :) HTH! :)

      • vcwatson

        anything.

    • Devinsiple

I got a great deal on the maybelline fit products tonight since they are buy one get one half off I got the foundation, powder, concealer, and the blush they rang up right at $20 together. I used my 4 off 20 from the video, a $2 maybelline rite aid coupon, and 2 of the $3 off coupons. so my out of pocket was 9 something and i got a $5 reward. so $4 for a whole bunch of makeup!!

    • Yelik01

has anyone found the pepto bismal on sale? its not in my ad and also not marked in the stores

    • tina

i have given up on the youth code deal for this week….bummer!!! i have tried 5 stores and no of them even carry it. maybe they will do another deal before long. ;)

    • Anyone else have issues printing the pull-ups coupon? I get a server error when I try to log in. Pout.

    • Paige_Aminehdestin

I just wanted to share my week, because I had fun and it wasn't even really with many of the “sale” items. I did 3 transactions in 3 days & I started fresh Sat. with my +UPs so I only had what I got Sat. night which was the $10 HH & (2) $1.50 from Arm & Hammer. It gets long listing it, so here's the first one which was the big one, mainly clearance:
      (5)) L'oreal Excellence 50% off ($4.74?)
      (2) L'oreal Healthy Look 50% off ($4.99)
      (1) L'oreal Preference 50% off ($4.99 I think)
      (2) L'oreal Ever Pure (reg. retail $5.99-20%) $4.79 ea
      (2) Act mouthwash 75% off ($1.37?)
      (1) J&J lotion @ $2.99
      Starburst single serve @$.50
I used my $10 +UP along with a lot of coupons *in-ad(Excellence since it actually didn't exclude clearance), VV and MQs, that left just some change OOP (It was less than $.50 which is why I threw in the Starburst).
      Then I got back more than I expected. I only expected the $2+UP for J&J and {hopefully} (3) $5+UPs [WYB $15 of L'oreal]
I didn't think I'd get any of the advertised +UPs on clearance items, but I got (2) $1+UP from the ACT.
$.25 (give or take) + tax and I got back $19 in +UPs

Sorry no real details on some of it, I don't keep my receipts after I enter them on the SCR site unless I need to, but the week's basically over so I don't know if anyone would care enough at this point anyway. :-)

(EDIT: Sorry, this was supposed to be below the first one!)
Then on Thursday I bought 2 hair dyes not on clearance, but my discount was better than the sale aside from the in-ad coupon and +UPs.
      (2) L'oreal Excellence (reg. retail 9.49-20%) $7.59 ea.
      Total = $15.18 + tax
On that one, I know I used the $4 in-ad coupon and $5/2 MQ
Total was $6.18 +tax and I used one $5 +UP and one of the $1+UPs from the ACT.
Which took the grand total to $.18 + tax (which was just at $.90 so $1 even w/tax!)
And I got the $5+UP (WYB 2 Excellence) and another $5+UP (WYB $15 L'oreal) which I'd forgotten about at that point!

Then (tonight) I decided to play since I'd accumulated the +UPs and I expected this to end up much higher than it did.
      (2) RG Body washes @ $3.99
      Sucrets @ $2.99
      (2) Burts Bees children's toothpaste @$1.37 ea
      (2) Crest Pro-Health Enamel @$.99 ea
      (1) Sensodyne Children's toothpaste @ $.97
      (2) J&J Bedtime @ $2.99 ea
      (2) J&J Naturals @ $2.99 ea
      (2) 1L Listerine Restoring MW @ $1.49
      (6) Snickers PB (2/$1)
      Subtotal =$34.60
I used my $2 Winter Rewards Bonus VV coupon & we just got truck, so all the RG we have has $1 peelies again -someone took every one off the original display we had. Then my other coupons were $1.50 Sucrets, (2) $1 Burts Bees toothpaste [peelie from chapstick] MQ, (2) $1 Crest adjusted to $.99, $1 Sensodyne VV (last months?) adjusted to $.97, (2) $1 any J&J baby product, $2/2 J&J Bedtime products, (2)$1 Listerine MQ, (1) $1 Listerine VV adjusted to $.49 & (3) BOGO Snickers PB MQs.
      After coupons=$16.16 & used (3) $5+UPs and my last $1 +UP from the ACT
      Total =$.16 OOP + tax ($2.**)
      Then I got back (2) $3 +UP [RG], $2+UP [Sucrets], (4) $2 +UP [J&J]

Total in merchandise (not retail value, but actual prices before coupons) = $101.27
      Total spent =$0.59 + tax (about $6.50-$7 in tax) & my $10 +UP I started with.
      Walked away with $26 +UPs.
