Can the $5/25 printable be used more than once? I think I may have used it.

      • Sheila

There was one last month that expired on 2/28/10. I hope this one is new but I can't seems to open it :(

        • Suemh

Did you try just clicking on the link? The “right click” thing did not work for me.

          • Sheila

I have tried several times today and just now tried just “clicking” the link instead of right clicking. It starts to load in a new window and “stopped” is the message I see..Any suggestions?

            • Suemh

One time when I was having a problem with this kind of file, I updated my Adobe and then it worked just fine. If that does not help, I would be glad to try emailing it to you. You wou have to give me your email address.

            • me

              ***use IE
I couldnt open in firefox and went to the root page and got this message:
              Unsupported Browser: Close

              * We notice that you are using Firefox. IonMx does not currently support Firefox. We are working to support it, but no release date has been determined yet. Until then, we recommend that you use Internet Explorer.

….and it works fine in IE

            • seagull7

I just used it in Firefox (opened in a new tab) and it worked fine. I saved it to my HD in case I want to use more than the 3 I printed so far.

      • Shauna

The pdf can be used as many times as you like! I often do a few $25 transactions back to back to make the most of it!

Now the $5 off $20 video values coupon is only meant to be used once.

    • valerie_p

How do you get the P&G eSavers coupon under the Bounty paper towels?

    • Darla

Here are a few additional steps that should help you with the $5/$25 coupon:

      1. Right click on the link, click “open in new window”.
      2. It takes a few seconds for the .pdf file to load, once it does you can…

      A: Print it or
B: Click “File”, “Save As” and save it as a document that can be printed whenever you need this coupon.

The expiration date is March 31.

Do I need to purchase 2 Almay, pay for one and get the other free and get the $5 SCR

OR I need to purchase 4, pay for 2, get 2 free and then get the $5 SCR?

      • Becky

        Susan,
I just got the answer to your question. I bought 2 Almay products, paid for one and got the other one free, and it's showing up in my SCR status as qualifying for the $5 SCR. Good deal!

    • kelly

      what is “SCR”?

      • liz

        single check rebate

      • Shauna

Its Rite Aids savings program. Get lots of great deals that are free or cheap after rebate then enter your receipts online. At the end of each month you request your check and they mail it to you within 2 – 3 weeks! This is a lot better deal than extra care bucks or register rewards at cvs and walgreens! I really hope you try it out! I love Rite Aid and hope you do to! For more info check out the link at the top of the website labeled “Getting Started Guides.

    • Erin

Is it me? I just don't see anything here except the free Skittles and Starburst, which I wouldn't worry about, either, except my son is a sugar fiend.

      • Shauna

If you aren't in need of any of the P&G items then the list is pretty short. BUT I really really love the b1g1 on cover girl cosmetics. Buy $20 worth then get something you need for around $5 and use the $5 off $25 to make that item free! Personally, Rite Aid is my FAVORITE store so I tend to make deals like this when I can because I like to go so much and like to give them my business.

        • Victoria

I love the free cosmetics deal – I have two young daughters and we use an insane amount of makeup here – they play with it all the time.

        • Ruth

I do the same thing at Publix with the Rite-Aid coupons….I love the 5/25….

          • kelleywaldroup

so you have used the rite aid 5/25 at Publix before?

            • ajkraft

I've never even been to a Rite Aid (though Jenny's scenario for this week is really making me think I should go), but I use Rite Aid $5 off $25 coupons at Publix practically every week. I HEART Publix.

        • staj0805

I love this idea. I was thinking of using the bogo covergirl, bogo candy coupons, pampers $2 coupon plus the $5/$25 to get some cheap diapers.

        • cindersga

I just finished my Rite Aid shopping. I love this store. I have been looking at that Cover Girl with Olay for a long time but I couldn't believe how expensive they were. $15.99 for one foundation! But with the BOGO free ad and the BOGO free coupon, and the mgr. took the $2.50/2. I was under the $15.99 for him to take it off so I started throwing mentos and gum in there as fillers. I must of been a site ;p

    • Terri

Do you think Pampers Easy Ups are included in the Pampers Diapers sale?

      • joanie

i would like to know this too the only thing listed in the ad is diapers and underjams…if anyone gets out there today and see easy ups included please please let us know thank you!!!:)

        • busynewmom

I do believe the easy ups were included!

    • tor

maybe its just me, but i dont see a link to view the ad?

    • BeverlyB

Jenny, you might want to add this scenario for Pampers diapers at $3.65 each!

      Buy:
      3 Pampers diapers (29.97)
      1 Pampers wipes ($2.49)
      Total $32.46
      Use:
      $5 off $25
      (3) $2 Pampers PG 2/21
      (1) .50 Wipes PG 2/07

      Pay OOP $20.96
      Get $10 Gift card back

In the end, you're paying $3.65 per pack of diapers, with a package of wipes thrown in! :-)

      • ValerieWil

AWESOME deal!! So then could you turn around and do another deal like that and apply the $10 towards it and only pay 10.96 out of pocket and get another $10 gift cards?

        • BeverlyB

No, the $10 gift card deal is limit 1. Plus, if the gift card works the way other Rite Aid gift card offers have worked, you need to enter your receipt online with their Single Check Rebate program. At the end of the month you request them to mail it to you, so you won't get it until next month. Still a great deal, though!

      • Anne

are the cruisers on sale too or is it just the baby dry?

        • camib

I just got back from the store and the cruisers are on sale.

          • Alison

Does anyone know if the Extra Protection diapers are on sale?

            • Kristen

Yes, I just bought the Extra Protection diapers, and they're on sale too!

      • whendale

I am new to Rie Aid. This sounds like a great deal. Do I need 3 of the $2 coupons?

    • Annie

      Print link….has an error.

    • Erin B.

There are also $2.50/2 cover girl qs out there.

    • aolss

      On AdPerks, I see a $5 off $20 for watching videos :)

      • jess

can this coupon be used with other coupons? I know this one needs to be handed over first but didn't know how friendly the cashiers were about additional coupons after the $5 off 20

        • Susan

Yes, it can. I do it all the time.

    • Suemh

Don't forget o use your “snapshot” tool to print just the coupon after you save it. Save on ink by not printing background.

      • bethany

what is a snapshot tool and how do i find it? thanks!

        • Suemh

          See instructions above.

      • audrey

I have Vista, I'm not sure where you find the “snapshot” tool?
Sorry to be so dumb about computers.
        Thanks

        • Suemh

I have Vista also. Follow these steps.
          1) Save the file to your desktop.
          2) Open up the pdf file so that the coupon is on your screen.
          3) At the top of the page click on “tools”.
          4) Then click on “Select & Zoom”.
          5) Click on “Snapshot tool”.
          6) Move your cursor to the top left hand corner of the coupon, and while holding down your left mouse buton, drag across and down to highlight the area that you want to print. You should be able to see it “draw ” a box around the coupon.

When you lift your finger off the mouse button, the area will be highlighted and a box should pop up telling you that it has been copied. Click OK. Click on “print” while it is highlighted and it will only print the highkighted portion. I have Windows Vista with Adobe Acrobat 9. I do not know if it is the same for other operating systems. HTH

Thank you for being so specific—it really helped!

          • Audrey

Thanks, I really appreciate the help.

          • Wendy

Suemh, Thank you so much for this comment. It just saved me so much on ink. I just wish I could figure out how to get the coupon on one corner of the page and not the middle. Any ideas? At least paper is cheaper than ink.

            • Suemh

The only way I can see to do this would be to print the coupon and cut it out. Then, if you have a scanner you could scan it to your computer, saving it in your pictures folder. You could then insert it into a word document page wherever you want. You could then save the Word document to your document files. Takes a few steps, but it can be done. Glad that I could help you save on ink.

            • Wendy

              Thank you for your help.

            • sarah d

I just got it to go into the corner by resizing it a few times: Followed the above instructions to zoom, snapshot, etc., then pasted it into Word. Then resized. Also, set up my page into 2 columns so I can get at least 4 on a page. Hope this helps.

    • jennifr1966

How do I get the $5 off $25 coupon?

      • Shauna

Scroll up to the top of Jenny's post for instructions.

    • sr42382

How can I get this to print as its actual size? No matter what I do, my printer prints it out larger than its original size making things blurry and the barcode never ever scans for them that way when they try and scan them. My Riteaid video values always work but trying to print the $5 off $25 after using the snipping tool to eliminate all the background color, it alters the size when I go to print it, it doesn't seem to let me just print it as is. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

      • Suemh

Make certain, in your printer settings box, it is set on “shrink to printable ares”. This may be in a field called “page scaling”.

    • Annette

I just came back from Rite Aid, and they would not take my second coupon when I bought a BIGI deal. New policy she said… anyone else have this issue? I didn't argue since I was getting such a good deal the way it was.
I forget… does Rite Aid do half price on both items, or Full price then free… not that this would matter, but I wonder if I could have done this in two transactions….Then again I needed them both for my 3.00 off of 15.00, and my 10.00 gift certificate. I still did good. I paid a total of .75 for two flex-a-min bottles, Gillette shave cream, Gillette body wash, and gum.

      • susan

i had the same problem this afternoon on 11.00 vitamins. if it continues i will probably start buying them at cvs and wags when i have good qs.

      • kelli

Rite Aid allows up to two coupons per item, one manufactures and one store coupon. On a buy one, get one free sale, one item will ring up full price, the other will ring up $0. You should be able to use two manufactures coupons on the two items as long as the total value of the coupons isn't more than the value of the one item you're “paying” for. If the value of the coupons is higher then the value that you're paying, they should adjust the price of the coupon down.

Thanks for the great list Jenny! Has anyone else had the problem with getting your Rite Aid to take a B1G1 coupon when there is a B1G1 sale (ex. Cover Girl)? I would love to shop there but always end up leaving so frustrated because they won't take coupons when an item is on sale B1G1 if the coupon also is B1G1, etc. Was told the items are already on sale and I can't get it for free. Any suggestions on what anyone else has done to help with this situation or has anyone else had this problem? I've just avoided Rite Aid for almost a year now. I live in Georgia.

      • Amber

it must be that particular store. I shop in Hiram and Dallas GA and have never had a problem with using a b1g1 coupon in conjuction with a b1g1 sale. Sorry!

        • frances2716

you shop near me. do you use the one off east paulding?

        • MiMi

It is good to know that there are other Rite Aid stores that are friendly to coupon users. I may have to make the drive to Dallas!

          • Heather

I've never gotten them to let me use the B1G1 either with a B1G1 sale. I'm in Tucker GA. I've had the checker “slowly” tell me that I'm already getting the B1G1, so I don't need the coupon. But, I have been successful buying 4 of the item and getting 3 free, for purchasing 1. It just depends on the checker.

            • ashley

You guys need to take their official coupon policy with you to your messed up stores. It clearly states that you can use a B1G1 coupon on a B1G1 sale and “essentially get both for free”.

            • I have had this happen to me as well. I made sure I got the cashiers name called the customer service number and they called the store and dealt with it right away. I do not argue with them when they think they know it all or say they are just doing what the manager says to do. I calmly and respectfully call the corporate office.

          • frances2716

yes they are pretty nice. do you go to the one in hiram on 278?

      • Anonymous

I always take this with me: Official Rite Aid PolicyTheir coupon policy states that you CAN use a BOGO coupon on a BOGO item and get both for free.

        • Becky

I'm going to take a copy of this back up to Rite Aid and show it to them. I was just there and they refused to take my BOGO coupon on the covergirl products, but took it on the Starburst. Can you tell me where you got this Official Rite Aid Policy, because they will probably ask me?

      • Erin

I think the only time I've had a second coupon on a bogo item refused was when both items were already free (e.g., bogo coupon on bogo sale).

      • rachelhorlacher

I've never had a problem with the two RA's I go to. I take in the coupon policy for the one person who didn't know, and she gladly took the coupons after I showed her their policy. I shop at the two in Duluth, Pleasant Hill and Steve Reynolds ones.

      • Anber

I live in NW GA and had caled rite aid this morning and asked a cashier a coupon scenerio and she laughed at me said she just checked out a woman with tons of free make up with the bogo deal and a coupon….call ahead get a copy of their coupon policy it specifies that they can take it.

        • Lydia

Rite Aid in Greer, SC took the BOGO on the covergirl makeup I got six things of make-up for free!

          • aprilorr

Is this the one on Old Spartanburg Road?

            • leslie

I went to the one on Wade Hampton and they took them there.

      • Anonymous

I would take the Rite Aid policy to them because it states in the policy you can use tht 2 coupons and get the prodcucts for free. Here is the link: http://www.southernsavers.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/rite-aid-official-coupon-policy.pdf

    • QwertyEmily

Can I get the $10 Giftcard from purchasing ANY P&G items this week, or does it have to be those listed in the first part of the ad?

    • stephljones

Rite-aid is stepping up “their” game…please edit this post!!!

It may not be a big deal…but, it is.

      • Qmom

don't sweat the small the stuff

      • FrugalMom

No, it's really not. Jenny must spend oodles of time putting these lists together. I think we can overlook a few typos. Thanks for your work, Jenny!

      • reaganangie

I don't think I would be complaining about grammar when Jenny is being so kind as to provide all this information for us free of charge. In fact, I think it is rather pompous and rude of you to correct her! I am a secondary English teacher of 19 years, and I never correct adults. You need to examine your intentions….how rude!

        • Becky

I agree with reaganangie. Everyone makes mistakes; that's what makes us human. I imagine Jenny is typing all this info for us while simultaneously doing laundry, cooking supper and caring for children, so cut her a little slack, people. Jenny, we love you! Thank you so much for all you do to help all of us!

      • reaganangie

And one more thing, Steph, if you want to get really technical, your correction is wrong. It really should be Rite Aid is stepping up to “its” game. Since you have a singular antecedent, the pronoun should actually be singular and not plural. When you correct others, you may want to check first to make sure that your correction is correct. Have a great day.

        • stephljones

          don't sweat the small stuff!

          • reaganangie

Exactly!!! Make sure you are right before you correct others….that is the only point to be made here. So if you can't take it, don't dish it out!

        • stephljones

I stand by my suggestion….it is “their game”

Actual people make decisions…Rite-Aid is not an autonomous corporation….Rite-Aid is a “they” and, they are stepping up their game.

I did not want to start a broohaha, and I make mistakes as well. I generally appreciate it when someone gives me honest feedback. It helps us all to be better, and if you're not careful, you just might learn something!

    • Emily

The Post and Courier (Charleston) doesn't have the John Frieda OR the Biore coupons. :( Oh well!

      • kelli

the roanoke times (virginia) didn't either. :(

      • leslie

I got two newspapers in Greenville SC which didn't have them, but I grabbed two papers while I was in Oklahoma this weekend which did have them. Will the scenario still work if you only buy two and get two free, or do you have to buy all three? I only have two coupons. I have never shopped at Rite Aid and don't know how it works.

    • crystalbrothers

Ugh. No John Freida coupon at all in my SS.

    • camib

The Item in Sumter doesn't have the Biore or John Frieda coupons in it either.

      • camib

I just bought a State paper (SC) and the coupons weren't in there either

        • Cori

          Not in Greenville News either.

      • BeverlyB

No Frieda or Biore coupons in The Charlotte Observer either. Bummer. If the bigger papers aren't getting them, which papers are?? Just curious!

        • Dianne

They were in the Atlanta Journal and Constitution.

          • irmolees

Was it $3 or $2 in the AJC?

        • Jenell

i am so sad there wasn't a Biore coupon in the Charlotte Observer…I really wanted to do that deal, I love Biore products.

    • Audrey

Rite Aid would not take my $3 off $15 BEFORE coupons, he said that it had to be AFTER my coupons. Does anyone know if that is a corporate rule?.

      • Becky

They always take my $3.00 off coupon before the other coupons at my store. Try keeping your other coupons out of sight until you hand over the $3.00 and they take it off, then hand them the remaining coupons.

      • Shauna

you can print the corporate coupon policy from the getting started guide. The link is at the top of the website.

    • Ashley

Anyone in Greenville SC (Greenville News) have the John Freida or Biore coupons? Man, I was really hoping to get these deals!

      • Deb

Didn't have either one in my Greenville News. Bought my papers in Clemson, SC.

      • colagirl

If you go on RiteAid's website, you can watch videos to earn coupons. There were two John Freida ones on there this week. Hope this helps!

      • apoff

I am so disappointed about this! I bought seven papers this week in two different southern states (hubby was out of town in another state and picked up some of them – so two from Charlotte, NC and five from GA) SPECIFICALLY for these coupons!! Even Walgreens was advertising about these coupons being in the paper!! :(

    • tonya

does anyone think that rebate #4 would double dip for rebate#41?

#4 does specify “frizz ease” which wasn't specified in the circular, however the picture in #4 has root awakening.

      • RebeccaFer

It reads like it would Tonya! What do you think Jenny? That would sweeten the scenario even more. Good spot Tonya. :D

      • havcoupon

#4 says you have to purchase one styling item and one shampoo or conditioner to receive the conditioner or shampoo purchase price back in the mail. Under #41 you have to buy Frizz ease luxurious volume or frizz ease hair serum. So if you purchase one of those as your styling item then yes you can double dip. This is per the March rebate directory.

        • jengc

I may be chiming in a little late here but, there were 2 coupons on the rite aid videos. One was for $1 off Root awakening and the other was for $1 off Frizz-Ease. So, If you bought a Friz ease styling item, and then root awakening shampoo or conditioner, you can use both $1 off coupons, then the 3-$3 off coupons and then use both rebates. Right??

        • branmuffin

I purchased the Frizz ease heat protection spray and Root Awakening sahmpoo (because it was in the picture). I did not get the rebate. I called CS 800 # and they said (rather rudely) that it doesn't matter what is in the picture, it must be what is explained…….BUT this one doesn't explain it well. I let her know it was misleading and she said I have time to excahange it.

          • wendylm

I purchased the same as you Frizz ease detangler and the Root Awakening shampoo (because it was in the picture). My rebate did not show up for #4. I emailed them. Still waiting to see what they say. Does not sound like I will get it. I think they made a mistake with the picture. This rebate should still be honored. Maybe if they get enough people complaining about it maybe they will fix the problem.

            • Toni

Same with me. I purchases the Root Awakening shampoo and the Frizz ease product. I have emailed them also for an explanation.

            • Sharon

I bought Fizz Ease solution and Luxurious Volume conditioner and RA rebate reply said my purchase did not qualify! I have emailed them and asked for clarification too.
If they don't honor it, I”m taking it back for a refund!

    • Nancy N

Online SCR info states “rebate based on actual price paid (after any & all coupons are used). Doesn't that mean that scenerio above wouldn't work for the gift card?

    • shrimpandgrits

In order to get the gift cards for buying $30 in P&G products at Rite Aid does your purchase have to equal $30 AFTER coupons or can it be $30 before coupons? Thank you !

      • janae728

I don't think so. It would specify if the rebate is before coupons. See rebate info below that I got from the Rite Aid Rebate website:

        • Shannon

where did you find that info, I feel like I've searched everywhere…

          • janae728

Hi Shannon! Here is the link for the March rebates. Just scroll down to find rebate #18. https://riteaid.rebateplus.com/rebatelistpage.a
Hope this helps. My $10 rebate has already been credited to my account. I did the the diaper deal and paid around $20 after coupons and everything went through on the rebate end too.

      • Rachel

I had the same question. Don't want to spend the extra money to get my AFTER-coupon-total to hit that $30. Did you find anything out?

        • camib

I received a confirmation email today and the total counted was before the coupons.

      • I have never seen a Rite-Aid Rebate that was not BEFORE coupons (sorry about the double negative there). Plus, I am pretty sure when I did this deal on Sunday my total after coupons (not counting Rite-Aid $5 off $25 coupons) was less than $30 and my gift card has already been credited. So this deal should be BEFORE coupons as usual!

        • Rachel

Thank you Damien. My subtotal for 3 packs diapers and toothpaste (which should have all qualified) was $29 after coupons. Nothing printed on my receipt re: the $10 GC, and I couldn't find anything about it on the RA site either. How did you get yours?

          • the leonards

You have to enter your receipt online…you'll get the giftcard in the mail

    • beth963

My Rite Aid had 30% more free John Frieda shampoo and conditioner and $2/2 peelies on the Biore!

    • lois

Last week I was told I couldn't use coupons on bogo coupons so this week I took in they're coupon policy, that still didn't help. This time I email the company to try and get a straight answer. Does anyone know

      • RebeccaFer

There are many employees and even managers that make up their own rules but you are right and corporate will tell you that. It clearly states in their policy that you can use bogo qs on bogo sales which will get both items for free. I would still report the store and employee so they will hopefully comply but in the meantime, don't miss out on a sale if you can get to a more coupon friendly RA. Good luck! :D

    • tinasc

I just got back from RA and the cashier would not take any of my BOGO Q's. Not the covergirl, skittles, or starburst. She said I was already getting one free. Is there any way to explain it and get them to go ahead and let you use those. I have never had a problem with it before, and she is not a new cashier or anything. Any thoughts?

      • Becky

I just had the same problem with my covergirl BOGO coupon, but they took the starburst BOGO, go figure.

        • Becky

I just ran back up to Rite Aid (fortunately, it's really close to my house) and took a copy of the coupon policy that states you can use a BOGO coupon on a BOGO sale and get both free. The covergirl coupon still would not work on the “Simply Ageless” foundation that is $15.99 BOGO. But…it did work on the covergirl “Advanced Radiance” foundation that is $11.82 BOGO. For some reason, their computer would not take the coupon on the “Simply Ageless” foundation. I'm guessing it had something to do with the sku. Is that, by any chance the kind you were trying to buy. If so, try it with the “Advanced Radiance,” and it may work like it did for me. Would have rather had the “Simply Ageless,” but this is better than nothing.

          • Amber

This happened with me today, too. The manager said they always have trouble with BOGO Cover Girl coupons, if you're not trying to buy something similar to what's pictured on the coupon. He suggested I go back and try with different products. Worked with the Clean foundation line. Didn't matter much to me, since I was just trying to get my purchase up to $15.

            • Tonya A

I just got home from Rite Aid and the coupon went through on the simply ageless. I was HAPPY!!! I have wanted to try it and now I get to for free. I was afraid the mascara would not work but it did also.

            • Shandrika

What did the cashier do to get this to go thru? Would love to hear how you handled this! Congrats on your great deal! :-)
I would love to try this makeup also!!

            • Tonya A

Well, I was not sure if it would cover it. There was a young girl at the counter and she was trying to figure out how to do it and another woman who seems to be knowledgable, and she just took the amount that was the most off because she said that is what the register rings up when it is BOGO. I hope you can get it and try it, hey maybe I have found a new product. It is a lot easier to experiment when it is FREE!

            • cindersga

The mgr. at my store in GA pushed the $15.99 BOGO Simply Ageless through for me. He also took off the $2.50/2 Q.

            • jengc

I was able to get the simply ageless foundation to go through too. I was shocked since it was $15.99. My mom has been wanting to get it but I told her to wait that I might bet some kind of deal on it. She never dreamed I would get it for free. PLUS I got one free for myself!!

Anyway, I didn't do anything special. The cashier tried to get me on the starburst bogo. I told him that Rite aid's policy was that you get both for free. So if there were a problem, he might have just over rode it. He seemed huffy that I told him that but I figured if he was mad and thought I was wrong, he would have insisted he was right. Maybe he was one of the few that knows that it is much more profitable to be nice. I dunno but I got them. Now I keep a copy of Rite Aids rules with me.

Rite Aid has always been good to me. When the prell deal was on where you get a $2 rebate and they had them on sale for 99 cents, the Rite Aid was out of them. She said “I will give you a rain check” I said “but the rebate expires before then”. I then proceeded to tell her that the rebate was for $2 and the shampoo was on sale for 99 cents. she said “why on earth would they do that???” she gave me a $10 gift certificate to substitute for the rebate and then gave me a rain check for 5 bottles for 99cents! THEN I went back to redeem it, and she said “just pick you out 5 different shampoos and conditioners. I dont care which one you get! I am TIRED of corporate only sending me 5 items of something! Get WHATEVER you want!” LOL About a month later the same thing happened with the Dove men's body wash. She said “get whatever you want dear” LOL They are so so good to me.

    • thecastelfamily

I went to RA today for the $10 Gift card and they said the gift card was by Mail through Single check rebate…guess I will have to use it next time.

      • Dejavu2say

        how?

        • Susan

Go to riteaid (dot) com and click on “Single Check rebates.” It will explain everything. Very easy.

      • Marina115

any type of rebate, gift cards/certificates are always through the mail. You have to enter your receipts online and then request them at the end of the month.

      • RebeccaFer

Yes, all RA offers are through their SCR (Single Check Rebate) program and as stated in the offer, gift cards will be mailed separately. It is a very easy process because you will only have to enter your receipt on the SCR part of RA's website and all offers you qualify for will show up within a day or two. You can also accumulate your items with as many receipts as you like unless the wording of the offer states you must buy them together. Usually, they can be purchased on different receipts but you do need to buy them during the specified time frame. RA is an awesome store but the only downside is you need to wait for your check to come back to you. If you're able to work a scenario where you only have $8 oop but you get back $15 in SCRs then I think that's not too shabby! The reason I prefer RA over Wags or CVS is because I don't have to worry about a RR or a ECB expiring since RA is giving me back cold hard cash baby! :D

    • Ashcat

      Just got:

      4 King size Skittles
      4 King size Starburst
      4 King size Snickers

      Total: $.98

The BOGO only applied to the king size snickers which were $1.49 ea.
      .50/2 snickers & BOGO = $.49 ea

      • cindersga

Dang wish I hadn't of jumped the gun on those Snickers Q's but…hubby and I were hungry that day! =)

    • rachelhorlacher

I have a question, if I buy the P&G products in several transactions, would it still qualify for the gift card if I spend the $30? Usually it works like this, but I don't want to assume anything.

      • Susan

Yes, as long as you enter all the receipts, it doesn't matter how many transactions you do.

        • Debbie33

Ok so how does the gift card work. I went in to a Rite aid for the first time today EVER…they are a little out of my way. I didn't have my handy print out from here so I was going off what I know. I wanted three packs of diapers. After checking out I realized that I only spent 29.97 before coupons. The cashier said I wouldn't be able to get it and he wouldn't be able to re ring up my purchase with me adding a toothbrush. Are you saying if I went in there tomorrow and got something to push me over the $30 I can still get the gift card? What do I need for the gift card? Sorry for the long story and all the questions I am just one confused person tonight. LOL!

          • RebeccaFer

Yes, you would need to purchase something to get you over that $30 mark. It is frustrating to be so darned close. Since they are a little out of your way, may be you can find someone who lives close to buy wipes, toothpaste or toothbrush that qualifies (send them the q if they're interested) and they can just give you the receipt info to enter online. You might even be able to find someone who can help you out here or on another coupon site.

          • renamac

go back and get 2 oral B advantage toothbrushes 2.74 each use the BOGO free coupon from this weeks P&G coupon insert and 1 75 cent off one oral B tooth brush. pay 1.99 this will get you to your 30 dollar mark and you'll get a 10 gift card and $1.00 back for the tooth brush!

    • Terri

I had an unfortunate trip to Rite Aid today. I tried to buy two Almay eye make-up removes and use 2 of the $2 off coupons and they absolutely refused to take them. I got, “Well, it isn't processing in our system.” I wonder if a different Rite Aid will take them? I also tried to get some of the Pampers Easy Ups to apply towards the $10 gift card rebate, and they didn't have the right size again for the third week in a row. I absolutely can't stand to complain, but I am SO dissapointed!

      • kcdeals4me

If you are referring to the Almay eye make-up remover pads I had the same issue. However, it is the exact same product in the picture of the coupon. I explained this and then they accepted the coupon. I hope this helps!

    • Amber

Jenny, I have a great manager at my RA here in Greenville (Woodruff Rd store.) He's always very helpful. Today, he saw my $5 off $25 coupon (the one from above) and told me that they'll probably be hearing something from headquarters about those. He said, that the only ones that are legit are the ones printed from the RA website. He still took my coupon because he said they're so good that their computers will take them. But, he mused aloud about how long people would be able to use them. Interesting.

Thanks for all your do to save us $$. –Amber

      • Amber

Correction: I really mean the $5/25 coupon from last week that was a smartsource.com one. . .that looks like all the internet manufacturer’s coupon (rectangular in dimension.) Sorry for the confusion!

      • RebeccaFer

As great as your manager is (and I totally believe he is) I hope he's wrong about them being fraudulent. That is what he's implying by the sound of it. I dislike hearing that but yet having the qs accepted since it makes me feel dirty for using something someone claims is not legit. Jenny, what is the source of these qs? I trust you and know you're looking out for us on many levels but I would like to be sure before I'm accused of anything underhanded. TY for this and for everything you do! :D

        • Amber

I tried to correct my above post, to explain that I meant the $5/25 off was from last week. . .the one from a coupon site that looks like a regular rectangular manufacturer's internet Q. I defended SouthernSavers to the manager, explaining that Jenny doesn't go for non-legit things. We'll see if I hear about this in the future.

          • RebeccaFer

Thanks Amber. I didn't think you were trying to say anything bad about Jenny or her info but I did want clarification for future knowledge. I'm always frustrated by well meaning employees who say they believe something is not right but yet will ring it through anyways. I've even gone so far as to tell them that I'm fine with not using it and I mean it. I really try to do the right thing and it sounds like you are the same way. I'm sure it will all get worked out eventually. :D

OMG if you're talking about the same manager I'm thinking of well, I'd say he's a little bit of a coupon nazi. Not the Five Forks store but the other one on Woodruff.

He told his employees to ask “How many more coupons do you have?”. I said “Um, I dunno 5”. I was just so put off by this that I called him afterward. Anyway, he said he told her to do that because so many people were bringing B1G1 Q's on B1G1 sales, so now he puts limits on people. (FYI I only had 1 B1G1 coupon)

If we're thinking of the same manager, I could just die now that I hear this! I'm sorry, but I think he's just making crap up. There's no way Jenny would put an illegitmate coupon on here.

    • cindy

I,am saddened to see that most if not all P& G products are gone here in wilmington N.C.at our Rite Aid we have too my ladys counping ,some of us can not get to these stores as often I have not been able to get the gillette body wash. Gone now for over a week i have seen many of the same people shop 2 or more times a week with 2 buggies full of all these things. can some one please let others have a change to enjoy our saving.

      • Amanda

I have completely given up on shopping at the Rite Aid here in Simpsonville. For several weeks, I have gone there with my coupons and list, straight from church on Sunday, just to find they are out of every single thing I am looking for. I have been told by the cashiers that people are there in the morning waiting for them to open and some individuals buy several of each item. for instance I was told last week that a lady had been there before me to buy four of the Albolene face cleanser. I don't even understand how someone can do that unless they have several SCR accounts under different names. That's not right. Also, the Publix here is out out of everything if you don't get there Wednesday morning. And in BiLo the other day, I saw a woman with at least 20-30 cans of the carpet freshener in her cart. I am not kidding, it filled the whole bottom of the cart. I guess there are a lot of couponers in my area too, but my main problem is with the greedy ones who get as much as they can get just to get it. That's just not right. I'm sorry, but I am a single mom doing what I can to get by, and I have just gotten so frustrated with this.

        • renamac

I am so sorry I don't live in your area but it bothers me that this is happening. Ths used to happen here I am not going to lie if it's a good deal it's going to get gone fast. But there is a way around it. Rite aid will give you a rain check and are happy to do so. This makes it kinda nice because then you can come back to the store when the shelves are full again and the sale is over (but not for you) because you have a rain check ! I always get my rain check for more than I plan to purchase just incase I happen to get more coupons before redeaming my rain check. Hang in ther you'll see couponing is worth it. It will get better. Good luck.

        • renamac

By the way BI-lo will offer rain checks too! for as many as you want. Publix gives rain checks too but in our area their limit is 4 which makes no sence to me. Believe me rainchecks are the way to go > I have a coupon organizer and what I do is put my rain checks with the coupons I am going to use with it together and when i go back the next week(when the sale is over )wala I get my raincheck items.try it.

    • Marion

Did anyone's SS from 03/07 have Biore and John Fried product coupons? Could not find them!
      Thanks

      • Lori

Bought 4 different local papers here in CT (NY and CT papers) which always have variations in coupon inserts…all had John Freida, but NO Biore :(

      • Darla

The Atlanta Journal Constitution had both the free Biore wyb 1 and the John Frieda coupons.

    • Stephanie

Did anyone get the John Frieda coupons in the smart source for the news and observer (Raleigh based paper).

      • JeninCarolina

        I didn't see either one–John Frieda or Biore–in the N&O yesterday, Stephanie… :o(

    • gailcope

Please help – I want to do the Pampers diaper scenario for my niece who is having a baby the first part of May. I don't know anything about diapers – my girls are grown now. Anyway, my coupons for $2 off say for Cruiser's diapers. Can someone tell me about what ages or pounds you can get these for?

      • socoupon

Hi gailcope! I am a Pampers mom all the way! I've tried Huggies and even with the best sale prices, I'd rather pay more for Pampers.

The Cruisers start at Size 3 (16-28 lbs). I don't think it's a bad idea to get this size for her though, if she has the storage space for them. For newborns, you would actually want the Swaddlers though — they're like cloth, so soft and flexible to fit around their tiny bottoms! Check the Pampers website for more details on their product line!

        • gailcope

Thanks for the info. I decided to go Rite Aid right away after reading the message on how fast they were going. I got 2 16-28 lbs and 1 22-37lbs. The Cruisers were not on sale only the Jumbos. I did use the Cruiser MQs on them.

    • juliannaL

Help I cant find the John Frieda coupon! Am I blind or has anyone else had this problem?

      • bectober

It is in yesterday's paper, Smartsource booklet, right after the Biore coupon.

        • juliannaL

Hmmmm I live in Summerville, SC I checked both of my inserts for Smart Source, my mom gave me hers and I bought my own paper and I dont have a Biore coupon or a John Frieda coupon????? anyone else with this problem?

          • bectober

Oh, I get the Louisville, KY paper and it was in there. Sorry.

            • aolss

We didn't get it in Lexington but my dad gets the courier and gives me his coupons! glad to hear it was in there.

          • dani

I ended up with 3 post & couriers in N Charleston (Dorchester county) and not one even had the SmartSOurce insert. :(

    • bectober

I went to Rite-Aid last night and did 2 of the scenarios Jenny suggested:

      1. I got the Biore cleaner and strips. There was a $2 (off 2 Biore products) coupon on the box of strips and the associate let me use that coupon too so I saved $2 more.

      2. I did the idea with the P&G products. The associate wouldn't let me use the $.75 coupon on the toothbrush since I had the B1G1. I think he was wrong but I didn't want to argue with him at the time.

I bought $94.05 in product and in the end will have spent $0 and will get back $1.28! Thank you, Jenny!!! I live in Indiana so most of the grocery store suggestions you have don't apply to me. However, I am loving the tips you have for Rite-Aid and Target. My mom attended a workshop you led in Marietta, GA a couple of weeks ago and she told me all about it. Thank you for all you do!

    • SavLucEvMommy

There is also a $1/1 John Frieda Rite Aid coupon in the Video Values that can be stacked with the manufacturer coupons- and if you earn 20 points watching videos, you get a $5/$20 purchase. I went last night and bought 3 John Friedas, 2 Covergirls, 2 Almays, and 4 Starburst and paid a little over $4 and am getting back $10 in SCRs. I also got the free diapers using about $16 in SCRs I had from a previous month, so my OOP was about $5 for that AND I am getting back a $10 gc! I love when I get paid to buy stuff I need!

    • Amanda

Possibly a dumb question, but how do you get the $10 Rite Aid coupon when you buy the $30 in P&G products? Does the store just issue it to you automatically?

      • Susan

You have to enter your receipt information under “Single Check rebates” on riteaid (dot) com. You can read all about it on the site.

    • socoupon

Hi – I've mastered the CVS and WAGS systems and with the Pampers deal this week am ready to attempt Rite Aids SCRs!

Question on the coupons you earn watching videos on the website – they state that they are “Manufacturer Coupons” on the coupon, does Rite Aid consider these store Qs (so I can stack with manufacturer Qs)?

      • socoupon

K, never mind…I see a previous comment that answers my question!

    • Bobbie

Did anyone have trouble with the metamucil? Mine was like $13.99 instead of $9.99. Scrolled thru some of the posting but did not notice anything.

      • Tonya A

I went today and saw that in order to get the rebate it has to be the 114 doses not 72. My husband uses it anyways and I was trying to get that $10 plus add to my P&G for coupons so I got it anyway. Used my $3 coupon. (So I guess it will end up being kinda free? )

        • Bobbie

I did look the ad up online and some parts of the country had 12 pages in they ads that included the metmucil but not Birmingham. Only 8 pages to our RR ad.

          • Tonya

That is the same in Tuscaloosa. I was not sure if it was included but if you go to Rite Aid website and look at I think it is rebates, it will show which ones are available, just make sure you click all so you see every rebate available. It is on there.

        • Qqueen

The P&G $10 card with $30 purch. rebate does not specify the size of the products you need to purchase, so the metamucil you bought should go toward it.However, it does specify the size for the $5 rebate., if you are having problems call rite aid customer service dept. Sometimes the computer has a gliche in it.

      • It's the 72 count that was on sale for $9.99. I had to take mine back today because I got the 72 count but the rebate is for the 114 count. Grr.

        • havcoupon

My sales paper states that it is the 114 dose or the 120-160 ct. for $9.99 then they say that it qualifies for the $5 SCR and there is a $3 coupon in the paper for a net cost of $1.99. And states that it qualifies for the P&G gift card. I'm in DC and it was on pg 10 of the ad.

    • TaniaV

Heads up! Rite Aid had a $3 off 2 coupon tearpad for any John Frieda products. This was at the Goose Creek Rite Aid (by Walmart). This is great since the Post & Courier didn't have these coupons in the SS insert.

    • boyzrus3

HOw many times are you allowed to print the $5 off of $25 coupon?

      • Susan

        As many as you want

    • sdred85

I went to Riteaid and bought 2 Almay products (it is B1G1 50% with $5 SCR). I used one $2 off Almay product. I also bought other things, but they did not issue my $5 for the Almay products. This was my first time attempting the SCR. What can I do to get my $5?

      • Shauna

Go to riteaid.com and enter your receipt info. Then after all of your shopping for the month go back and request a check for all of the rebates you got. They usually take 2-3 weeks to get the check to you. Gift cards 4-5 weeks.

      • Susan

Rite Aid doesn't issue your rebate in the store. You have to sign up for “Single Check rebates” on riteaid (dot) com and enter you receipt info.

    • branmuffin

Went to Rite Aid last night and the lady was RUDE! I asked first about the coupon policy regarding BOGO coupons on BOGO items and she she said yes but copped an attitude from then on. I also asked about the $5/$25 and $3/$15 coupons and she said I had to do them in different transactions which I was preparred to do. I tried the skittles and she rudely said “you can't do that, the coupon is just for a single serving.” Is King size single serving? I thought it was, but maybe not. I would have had no problem with it if she were polite and decent. I explained it has been done before (as I have seen on here) she continued to argue so I walked out without getting anything. Will be trying a different RA tonight, but I was frustrated that I wasted my time picking out the items just to deal with this rude lady.

      • RebeccaFer

I would definitely report her to the manager as well as to corporate.

    • Zmama24

Is nail polish considered a cosmetics for the Covergirl B1G1 sale?

    • Toni

Deal idea for the P&G spend $30 and get a $10 RA GC:

      Buy:
      1 Gillette Fusion cartridges 4 pack 15.99
Get 1 Fusion Gel free wyb cartridges 0
      1 Gillette Fusion razor 10.49
      Use:
      $5/25
      $1 Off Fusion gel q
Get a free razor wyb cartridges q
      $4 off Fusion cartridges q
Pay $5.99 oop plus tax. Do this twice and submit for the GC.
Total cost after GC = 1.98 plus tax.

      • TaniaV

Toni, where did you find a $4 off Fusion Cartridges Q? I need one for this deal… thanks!

        • Toni

It was inside one of the Gillette Fusions that I bought a couple weeks ago.

      • Shandrika

Let me know if you get this to work for you. It sounds like a great idea! :-)

        • Toni

Yes, it works. I did it today.

          • Toni

The razors I got today only had one coupon inside for $2 off cartridges. So better coupons in last week's razors. You can kind of see inside, so look at the razors when you buy to see if any has coupons in it.

    • what do the savings in red mean?

      • Suemh

Those are the coupons that are available.

    • how do I find PG coupons? They do not come in my local Sunday paper

    • Evgeniya D.

followed ur advice in PUBLIX yesterday- buy 2 sandiches use 2 publix coupons B1G1,makes them free – but the mannager of the store said I have to buy 2 and then I get 2 free.So I got 4. And also about the free yougurt- I wanted to use .30 off manif.coupon, she said I can not use it , because the yougurt is already FREE.i like ur site, thank you,Evgeniya D. ,SC

      • Sherry

If the store was smart, they'd allow you to use the .30 coupon on it because then they will at least be reimbursed by the manufacturer instead of just giving it away!

      • brooke

I am so sick of employees who don't know the rules. Stand up for yourself, that's for sure and get used to having to do it quite often. You should have said “I'm sorry, but I don't think it matters if it's already free considering Publix's policy is to stack coupons. As a matter of fact, Publix will actually be paid 30 cents as opposed to nothing without this coupon”.

    • camib

Just a word of caution, I received an email about my SCR this morning. It seems that the metamucil doesn't qualify for the $10 gift card.

      • camib

I just contacted them about it b/c the metamucil is clearly in one of the blue boxes with the giftcard symbol, I will keep you posted when I get a response.

        • Marie

I just noticed the same problem with the Metamucil and the $10 GC. I also bought the 20ct DayQuil which should double-count towards the $10 GC and an SCR of $2, but only got the $10 GC credit and not the individual SCR. What a mess!

          • I purchased the Align. I received the $10 SCR, but the item did not show as qualifying for the $10 gift card.

            • Toni

How much was the Align? It's 28.99 in my store and you have to spend $30 to get the GC by mail.

            • Susan

You can buy the Align and add like the Crest toothpaste for $2.74 to go oer $30.

            • Becky

I also purchased the Align and when I first checked my SCR status this morning, it showed up as qualifying for the $10 SCR but not the P&G gift card. Just checked again and it is now showing up under the P&G gift card also, so check again. They must have fixed the problem.

            • Thanks! I just checked and it is there. I do like Rite Aid. I once forgot to request a rebate. They sent an email letting me know they had sent the check anyway, even though I had forgotten to request it.

          • Toni

Did you purchase the right Dayquil? For the $2 SCR it had to be the liquicaps and not the tabs or caplets. They are really close to each other on the shelf and you may have grabbed the wrong one for the individual SCR although all should count towards the $10 GC total.

          • camib

They finally emailed me back and said that the metamucil did qualify and credited me with the giftcard!

    • Susan

Talk about “Single Check Nightmares” this week….just entered my info from Sunday, and my metamucil and fusion shave gel purchases didn't show up for the $10 P&G rebate. Have heard there are problems with DayQuil, too. Called the customer service number, and the lady seemed pretty confused. Is submitting my info to her manager. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • summersharp

There is a Clean & Clear coupon inside teh circular that says Manufacturer Coupon, but it also says Good Only at Rite Aid. Is it a store coupon or a manufacturer coupon? Can i stack it with a “real” manufacturer coupon? Thanks!

      • Toni

It's a Rite Aid coupon, so you can use a manufacturer coupon with it.

    • msutton1

I don't under the cover girl bogo deal. Can somone explain?

    • msutton1

Can someone explain the Covergirl bogo free???? How can I get them for free?

      • Susan

If covergirl is bogo in the store, and you have a bogo coupon from manufacturer, that makes both free.

    • frances2716

is the cover girl buy one get one just for foundation?

      • Stacey

I would like to know that too…I would imagine it would at least cover foundation, powder, and concealer.

      • Jacky

The BIGI face product included foundation, powders, and concealers..It also included blush..

They said no eye or lip at several stores… It is quite confusing when tehy state” face product” becuase lets face it it all goes on your face, lol

    • mott19

I am new to this website and I have been watching it for the last several weeks. I was going to go to Rite Aid to purchase Pampers and follow the scenario 2 as presented. Where can I find the Pampers coupons?
      (3) $2 Pampers PG 2/21
      (1) .50 Wipes PG 2/07

      • Susan

The info after the coupon tells where it could be found. $2 Pampers coupon was in Proctor and Gamble coupon insert on 2/21. Wipes coupon was in Proctor and Gamble section on 2/7. Only way to get them now is probably to purchase from a coupon clipping service. Good idea to buy paper every week so that you have coupons for scenarios in weeks to come.

    • whitneybutler

Does anyone shop at any of the rite aid stores in Spartanburg? I shop at CVS and I am thinking about trying out rite aid, but wondering how the associates are. I have seen a lot of comments on here about how they are rude or don't follow their coupon policy. If anyone wants to fill me in if there is a good store that doesn't give you problems I would appreciate it.

      • shaunascoupons

I have been couponing for 9 months using Southern Savers. Rite Aid is BY FAR where I have found the best deals out of the drug stores. They almost always have a $5 off $25 available to be printed multiple times. They have assessable store coupons on many items that are on sale and a $5 off $20 coupon via the video values that are updated EVERY month on their web site. Their rebate program is very easy to use and is much nicer than the ECB at CVS because they actually send you a check you can just cash.

They are also IN GENERAL a very good store for accepting coupons. Before this week, I have NEVER had a problem with any of my coupons working or cashiers refusing them. This week I am sure you noticed some of the comments on the bogo coupons. This sounds like it might be a change in policy on that one thing but in general they have been very very good. I really hope that you give them a try. This is my FAVORITE store to coupon at. (I shop at the Rite Aid at 2979 Five Forks Trickum Rd in Lawrenceville ga 30044)

On a scale of 1-10 here are the stores I shop at:

Walmart – 1(I never go if I can help it)
Walgreens – 3 (occasionally a deal that cant be resisted but very tricky to get the coupons and register rewards to work as you plan even for the pros)
Kroger – 5 (just not enough deals and I don't like messing with loading ecoupons for 1 item)
CVS – 8 (great in general but they rarely have a $4 off $20 available)
Publix – 9 ymmv on store coupons but when you find a store that will take the rite aid $5 off $25 you are set! I LOVE the b1g1 deals they always have that match up so nicely to the coupons available.

RITE AID – 10 – I try to go every week. I have never been a brand loyal or store loyal person in my life until I started shopping here. Anything that I need that I can't find a coupon for I buy here so they get my money to help their company. They also seem to have the cheapest deals out there because of the way they do their rebates….

I LOVE RITE AID and Jenny for making it all easy.

    • Lisa

To get the $10 gift card for the P&G products, do you fill out the online rebate like for the others? The employees at my store were not very knowledgeable and it was my first time at rite aid. Thanks!

      • Rachel

Same here – never shop at RA, and nothing showed up on my receipt for the $10 gift card. I bought 3 packs of pampers and a box of crest toothpaste. Should something about the $10GC have shown up on the receipt?

        • Susan

No, nothing will show up. You just enter the receipt info under “Single Check Rebates” on riteaid (dot) com, and it will show up online.

    • Jacqui

      Hi
I am new to all this. What does the abbreviation SCR mean?

      • Susan

        Single check rebates

    • benacolada

Please answer if you know—I am going to get a Rite Aid gift card per a SCR—Can I use it to pay for something that says it has an SCR also? Kind of like Rolling ECB's?? Just wanted to know. Thanks!!!

      • Susan

Yes, you can. It's just a gift card–like spending cash.

        • benacolada

Thanks a bunch…I will be using it to buy things with SCR's!! I can roll it!! YAY!

    • pharmSCgirl

I'm super excited about Rite Aid this week. I have 4 transactions planned out to spend less than $10 OOP before taxes and get back $10 SCR and $10 Rite Aid Gift Card. This is for a total of 20 items! I can't wait! I don't mind posting these transactions later, but I want to make sure everything runs smoothly first and that I can find everything in stock.

      • RebeccaFer

I hope you were successful! Post your results if you get a chance please. :D

    • Allison

I've been doing coupons for almost a year, so I understand the system pretty well. However, I don't really do the drugstore thing yet but I figured with such a good week at Rite Aid I would make a go for it. I have a question though…how does RA calculate that you get the 2 items free when you use a B1G1 Q on an item they have for B1G1. I want to understand so that if it doesn't work right, I can explain it to the cashier. I just don't get this one for some reason. Thanks.

      • Toni

I'd print out their corporate coupon policy and have it handy in case there are any questions.

      • Susan

Rite Aid give you one free and the manufacturer gives you the other one (with the coupon).

        • Allison

So do I have to buy 2 and get 2 more for a total of 4 free or can I buy 1 and get 1 more and just get 2 free. I just really don't get how RA and manu both give me one free. Does RA charge 1/2 price for both but then take off the total at the end becuase you are using the Q? I am having a hard time just understanding it… I know I should just be happy and move on but I am why/how does it work kind of person. :)

          • Susan

You just buy two. The first one rings up full price. The 2nd rings up free. Then, the cashier takes off the first price with your coupon. Very easy. Drug stores are not like grocery stores. When it is bogo, they never ring up half price.

      • renamac

the bogo free sale is being held by rite aid so they are giving you one free when you buy one. the coupon gives you one free from the manufacturer so the store will get reimbursed with the use of the coupon. Hope this helps.

    • Jessica

I usually just do CVS but these deals are too good to pass up. What is the deal with the Rite Aide gift card? Do I get it right away after my transaction or do I have to wait for it in the mail? Thanks!

      • Toni

Gotta enter your receipt online and it will be mailed to you once your purchases are verified. Go to the Getting Started tab for Riteaid on this site and read all about it.

    • ajrl

Does anyone have any of the John Frieda coupons ($3/1 shampoo or conditioner) that they don't plan on using? I didn't get that coupon in my paper and then only ones on ebay are for 5 inserts and will end up costing at least 5 dollars, so before I do that I thought I'd ask here. If someone has a few they'd be willing to part with for the cost of postage, I'd be very appreciative!!

    • aprilorr

I just went to Rite Aid in Greenville to get my two Cover girl makeup items. I chose two different kinds of eye shadows (one was $3 more). The cashier let me have each item “free” at the lower priced makeup. So I still ended up paying the $3 difference. FYI!!

    • jessheartscoupons

      P&G Visa giftcard from Feb…

Has anyone gotten theirs yet? I requested mine on Feb. 12. Feb was my first month shopping at RA, and their website claims you get the rebate checks in 2-3 wks. I guess this is different since it's a giftcard, but how long should it take?

      • ajrl

        Got mine today!

    • soccermomto4

I got my FREE Cover Girl make-up today but the cashier would only let me use it on “face” items b/c thats what the coupon reads. Is that crazy or what? So now I have ALOT of foundations that I only use like 4 months out of the year, when I can't sunbathe and get that natural glow! LOL! Anybody else have this happen?

      • Toni

I didn't try to use the BOGO coupons on anything except the foundations because of the way it read. I have tons of face powder and foundations also. I am planning to donate mine to a local women's shelter. You might look into that if you have more than you think you will use.

Thanks Toni. I was kinda disappointed b/c I really wanted that lipstain, oh well can't complain too much b/c like you said I have all this to give out to friends and the ladies shelters. Thanks for the idea of the donation to the womens shelter. I will look for a “Battered Womans” shelter in our area. Be blessed!

do you know if the cover girl can be used towards the P&G rebate?

I'm so excited! I did three transactions at Rite Aid this week, got $122.32 worth of stuff, and will have made $0.60 by the time I get my gift card and rebate check back! I love Rite Aid!

Cover Girl – Piedmont, SC – In case anyone is trying to find out, the Rite Aid in Piedmont, SC didn't give any trouble about the B1G1F coupons on Cover Girl this morning. I got $77 of product for $16.

Okay, I'm new to all this. So, if I'm understanding right…and I have my coupons and weekly ad in tow I can use two coupons for the same product (from different weeks) although the coupons say “one coupon per purchase?”

      • Toni

No, only one coupon per product purchased. Exception is you can use a store coupon along with a manufacturer's coupon.

I am usually a CVS only kinda girl, but after hearing such great feedback about the savings at RiteAid I thought I'd give it a go this week. Sadly, the cashier was very rude about accepting my coupons for BOGO items and it has given me a sour taste in my mouth. I think I'll stick with the friendly people over at CVS instead.

has anyone figured out any good deals for the $25 back when you spend $50 johnson and johnson rebate, I may have just missed where it is if someone could help me

      • Susan

I'm going to do Zyrtec–that way it will “double-dip” for the Allergy rewards program and Johnson and Johnson rebate. Plus, there are great coupons you can print out on Zyrtec's site for joining their mailing list.

Does anyone know if you have to buy all items for a rebate in the same transaction?

      • Toni

Not unless it specifically says that on the rebate. I think all of this month's rebates can be purchased in separate transactions.
