you so funny getting ECBs from Rite Aid for John Freida-Thanks I have a $27 rebate check to spend

    • Sarah

Where did you find the Maybelline tear pad? Thanks

    • There are aquafresh coupons available for a moneymaker deal http://www.aquafresh.com/coupons.aspx

    • Liz

Do u have to buy the Cooperton in one transaction or can u get them separate to still get the rebate? (Since we can only use one printable per transaction.) Thanks!

      • Jenny

You can buy them in separate transactions. Just have to buy two during the rebate period.

    • Liz

      *coppertone* oopppss!

    • Lauren

Ok I went to Rite Aid yesterday and was so excited that I got two Osteo Biflex for $8! If you use this you know that it is super expensive $20 per bottle!

      BOGO Osteo Biflex
      use (2) $6/1 coupons 5/10 RP

So, it was $7.99 for two, $3.99 per bottle!!

      Awesome deal!

    • Dena

I tried and tried to print the Coppertone coupon to no avail! Now it says I’ve printed the maximum number of times and I still have no coupon! Did anyone else have this trouble? Help!

Thanks for all of the hard work on this website by the way…love it!!!!

    • seacoastmom

I don’t understand “1 printable per transaction” is this at all Rite Aids? I used numerous printables when I did the J&J baby product deal about a month ago. I am just starting to try to do drugstore deals other than at CVS :@)

And thanks for the reminder to submit the SCR’s!!

This just in from my daughter….the Rite Aid on 378 in W. Columbia is closing and everything is on sale.
May go and check it out tomorrow…

    • Becky

I cannot get the 5 off 25 coupon to pull up and print! HELP

    • Teri

Jenny, Please tell me where on the Rite Aid site I can find the current $5 off $25 and other coupons. I have looked all over it and cannot find them. Thank you.

      • Jenny

        Teri,

The link at the top takes you to the coupon on the Rite Aid site. Other than they you can get more coupons by signing up for a myriteaid account and they will email you coupons to that account. So you login and check your messages in their system.

    • Teri

Forgive me, Jenny but please explain to me exactly which link. I didn’t find any link to take me to coupons.Waht does the link say? Thanks so much for your explicit directions and help!

    • Daisy25

My Rite-Aid is not honoring all of the sale prices….

They do not have Coppertone items at the advertised price of 2/$15….nor is the Maxell VHS tape Free after rebate because they are selling them for $2.99 each.

In other news, if you shop today, you can use a Gilette coupon (exp 5/31) for $2 off a 12 pack of Gilette Daisy Razors on sale at Rite Aid for $4.99.

    • sarah

The coupon link opens but it nothing prints on the page

    • Katie

Help!! I keep getting a blank page when I print the Coppertone coupon.

    • Jeana

Ugh. My Rite Aid will not accept printable coupons anymore and I so wanted that Coppertone deal.

    • Teri

Hi Jenny, I called Rite Aid today and they said that their q’s should not appear on anyones website and that if they are they are not valid. The only Rite Aid q’s that are valid are the ones directly on their own website and those emailed directly to people. They are intended to be used once per person. The other stipulation to anyone receiving them via email is that they are not allowed to be used with any other q’s. So if you use the $5 off $25, you can’t use any other q’s during the same transaction although you can buy items that are on sale. This is a bummer for me because my Publix allowed me to use one each time I shopped there! I also used them several times at Rite Aid.

    • Teri

Jenny, While I was at it, I called Food Lion’s corporate office and they also say the q’s are emailed to individuals or are avialble online and are to be printed one time per q. We are taking advantage of their generosity (FL’s and those grocery stores who aloow competitor q’s)when we print and use more than the alotted one per q. I am a fairly new couponer (thank goodness) so I went back through my receipts and I am heading to Publix now to pay back $128 I used in illegal coupons. :(

      • Jenny

        Teri,

Thank you for you honest approach. Food Lion coupons are emailed to anyone that signs up and are housed on Food Lion. They take down their links each week when they release new coupons which is why I house the pdf versions for anyone who missed printing last weeks list. They can be printed immediately or printed as a PDF. That is their system. They also state one use per person per day on them. So I try to always remind folks that we are to only ask Publix honor that as well. Only one Edy’s coupon per day etc. If you ever feel that something here is unethical though please email and I will gladly explain anything.

        • Jenny

Also about the Rite Aid coupon. As you stated the coupon can only be on their site… that is where the coupon is. I am linking to it so that you can find it easier, but if you look at the URL it sends you to it on Rite Aid’s site. The wording on the coupon is all that we have to go on with their intention as to use with coupons and no where on it does it state that it can’t be used with coupons. Also in terms of coupon redemption, using that coupon with a manufacturer coupon has no effect on Rite Aid they will get all the money back. In terms of using this at Publix, I personally have no Publix stores that view Rite Aid as a competitor, but I personally do not use any competitor $/$$ coupons at Publix. I feel if our family is meeting our weekly budget just fine with manufacturer coupons and the occasional $1 competitor coupon there is no need to hurt Publix further just to save $5 dollars. If your store chooses to accept them that is there decision.

    • Jennifer

Just went to Rite Aid in Mt. Pleasant, SC and they had 2 pk Great Lash mascara that was part of the 3/$9.99 deal so I got 6 tubes of mascara instead of the single packages to make my deal go even further.

    • I was just at Rite Aid in Charlottesville, VA. When I purchased the Maybelline nail polish on sale for 3/ $9.99, they rang up at $1.14. I haven’t gone through my SCR process to verify that they still qualify for the rebate, but if so, it would be a moneymaker. I couldn’t find the Maybelline tear-off pads, so the trip worked out well for me, except…

I wasn’t able to hop on to your site before leaving for Rite Aid, and I honestly didn’t even expect to go today so I didn’t jot down the sales. I was rushing through because I had freezer stuff in the car but I was confident in my ability to remember your Deal Idea. I got the John Freida, the Maybelline (even though I couldn’t find the tear pad), and the Schick quattro. Unfortunately, as I was reviewing the new SCR booklet on the way home, I realized the SCR this week was on the Trimstyle, not the regular Quattro. I’m pretty mad because at my store, they had the $3 SCR tag on the two regular Quattro racks and not the Trimstyle rack. Have you ever had this happen? I’m not going to raise cain for $3, especially after all of the great deals I’ve been privy to… but it kind of irks me… oh well.

Thanks, Jenny, for all your hard work!

    • caitlin

I’m new to this so sorry if this has been asked. Can you use the coupons in the walgreens or CVS adds as a competitor coupon at rite aid and vice versa.

    • I just wanted to post this for anyone who needs it…I emailed Rite Aid to ask what their coupon policy is since it has changed several times recently- specifically regarding internet printables. Here is the response I got:

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Rite Aid’s Coupon Policy is as follows; Coupons, and their face value, cannot be exchanged for cash.
Front-end competitor coupons will not be honored at Rite Aid. Coupons are to have a valid expiration date, those that are expired or neligible will be returned to the customer.

Rite Aid will accept internet coupons up to the equivalent value of $5.00 off. No more than one internet coupon permitted per sale transaction.
Internet coupons must have a valid barcode that scans successfully into the register; manual entry is not permitted. *As of 5/08/09, based on customer feedback, we have modified our policy to allow more than one internet coupon per transaction.

Only one manufacturer’s coupon is accepted for each product, unless coupled with a manufacturer’s or valuable coupon found in a Rite Aid circular.

Coupons may not be reproduced, photocopied, trimmed or altered in any way by the customer or Rite Aid associate.

    • oh- also there’s a GREAT deal on Aveeno sunscreen this week. Aveeno is Buy-one-Get-one-50%off, priced around $10/ea. Buy four for approx. $30 and use the $5/$25. Then use 4 $2/1 Aveeno printables. This brings the total to $17. With this purchase, you are eligible for SCR#40 (spend $25 in participating j&j, get $10) and SCR#47 (Aveeno skincare- purchase 1 get $1, purchase 2 get $3, purchase 3 get $5)
      You will get back $15.
This also puts $17 toward SCR#500 (spend $20-after all coupons- in participating skincare, get free tote filled with samples)

    • Elizabeth

Brandy, as for this Aveeno deal, I am VERY new to Rite Aid, will they let you do this, get multiple rebates that qualify under various SCR#s but are for the same purchase? TY!

    • Elizabeth- yep- the items may qualify for more than one rebate- the limits are set as to how many of each rebate you can get. It is automatic- when you do it online, you enter the receipt info and it will pull up everything it qualifies for. (For this it will also tell you you have partially qualified for rebate #500, but you have not purchased enough…or something like that)
      hth!

    • Dena

If you hold down the ctrl key while printing, the coppertone coupon will print!

    • Janet

Is there a guide to shopping at Rite-Aid like the CVS-ing guide? What does “$20 SCR #127 (limit 1)” mean?

      Thanks!

    • I just requested my free skin care tote and the confirmation said that it will be for the acctual price paid after any and all coupons??? It said I was qualified with $24.97 but I used 2-5 off 25 coupons. Does anyone have info? Thanks!

    • Stacy

I tried using 2 $3 Coppertone coupons, but the cashier and manager said the policy is to take up to $5 in online coupons per transaction. Did anyone else have this experience?

    • Sarah

I just wanted to add to Adrienne’s post, that I also shopped at my local Rite Aid in Virginia and my nail polish rang up $1.14 each as well. I got 2 nail polish and 1 mascara and submitted for the rebate and it worked. So I will only end up paying .61 for all 3 when my rebates come back.

    • Adrienne

      Hey guys,
Just following up to my earlier post. I got the regular Schick Quattro and it did wind up qualifying for the $3.00 SCR. I also (like Sarah) got the Maybelline $5 SCR after my purchase of two nail colors at $1.14/ea.

      Because I didn’t have the Maybelline coupons, I followed Jenny’s deal (Maybelline – 2 nail colors (1.14) & mascara (3.33), 2 John Frieda (6.99 op @B1G1), 1 Schick Quattro razor (8.99) and spent $13.31 OOP (after tax) … I added $11.00 SCR.

    • Stacy, they are confused, call CS. The policy is to take an ip with a value up to $5, not a total of $5 for all internet coupons. good luck!

    • Donna

I have a question, when I get my check can I cash it at the bank or do I have to spend it only at Rite Aid?

    • Robert

What zip code’s flyer has the Schick Quattro for $7.99? It was $11.49 in SE N.C. I even had them scan it, to make sure it wasn’t just missing the sale price on the shelf. Maybe they’ll honor the price if I can print it offline.

    • Donna, it’s a check. I always deposit mine in my checking account.

    • nancy

Thank you all for the coupon infomation on policies. Please use your best judgement and interpetation of the policies and stop poking the lion. lol You are your own police. So govern your self wisely.

    • JEB

I bought my Coppertone in 2 transactions. Will that qualify for rebate? Or does it have to be 1 transaction?

      • Jenny

It can be in separate transactions. They just have to be bought both during the rebate period.
