I haven't shopped at Rite Aid in a while looks like this is the week to come back! Im not a big fan of pampers but it is a really good deal plus I just got (2) $3 coupons in the mail!

    • Justbamom

I think that you may have made an error in transaction #2 unless I'm not reading it correctly. You are purchasing (1) Renu product, but, you have (2) Renu coupons listed.

      • jhh

Yes you can use 2 coupons. One is rite aid video coupon, and the other one is manufacturer coupon.

        • Daniel

But the video value coupon is for ReNu Fresh and the SCR and mfg coupon is for ReNu Sensitive…right? Will they let you use the fresh coupon for the sensitive?

          • amh

There is a video value RA coupon for both the Fresh and Sensitive and also you can print a manufacturer coupon for both Fresh and Sensitive so you have all four…that's what I did

      • Kristylemons

One coupon is a store coupon and one is a man.q. Its okay to use both =)

    • Justbamom

      Thanks….I wasn't thinking clearly!

    • k8winn5

Didn't really need the diapers right now, but I've got triplets….we will use them for sure!! Just praying that my weekly ad includes these deals. If not, guess I will have to figure out some other deals.

      • grace

How do you have 3 Rite Aid Video Value coupons for Poise? I thought we were supposed to only print them once

        • k8winn5

My mom and husband have video values as well, so I use their coupons. My Rite Aid has been wonderful with accepting coupons, so be careful b/c not all rite aids will let you use more than one video values coupon per purchase.

          • grace

nice! at least Rite Aid allows each spouse to have a card :-)

      • Dyerfamily1

I can't find the Poise q in the video values? Am I missing something or maybe they've already reached there limit?

        • k8winn5

It was a video values from last month. It's not available to watch anymore, but if you watched it last month the coupon is available to print.

        • Bryarsmom

Don't forget you can also use the $2. Poise man Q's we got a while back with the free samples in the mail.

      • Christa

I have triplets too…tomorrow is their 4th birthday! Thankfully we are done with diapers. :-)

        • k8winn5

Wow, more triplet mommies!! I can't wait til mine are out of diapers! I know a lot of ladies that are pregnant, so I figure I could give diapers from my stockpile as a gift to them.

      • Lori

I have triplets too, and I have such a stockpile of diapers now because of Southern Savers and My Frugal Adventures! I used to always get them from Sam's Club, and was always pinching pennies so we could afford the next box of diapers. Now we have enough diapers to cover one wall, and I'm starting to think maybe I don't need to purchase as many anymore. Who would've thunk it? Still, I figure the diapers we end up not using can go to a local MOM sale, and we'd still come out ahead after commission!

    • mb’s mom

I have not shopped at Rite Aid before. I have read the tutorials on southernsavers.com, but still a little confused. With the single check rebates…is that something that you get back on the product as soon as you purchase it in that purchase? Like it would come off the total immediantly before you ever pay? I was reading about reimbursments, but I didn’t know if this just meant if you profited off of a deal. And what are Ups? I didn’t see this anywhere in the tutorial section. Maybe I overlooked it! Thanks in advance for the help!

      • Bamabobbie

Single ck rebates have to be mailed in or entered on the computer to get your rebate check in the mail. It comes quicker if you enter it online. You have to wait until the end of the month or end of the rebate month to request your check. You can only request it once per month. I'm still a little comfused about the ups rewards but think they are like the cvs and wags rewards. Hope this helps.

      • Patty

Do you have your wellness card yet? If you don't you can get it at the register but if you are getting any UP rewards they won't print on the visit the card is entered. So get your card then go back the next day and do shopping that will generate UP rewards. SCRs can be bought the day card is entered since account number isn't involved.

One comment, we’ve had customers sign up for the Wellness card and the +Ups have printed on that transaction. NO problem at all. As long as a card is scanned (and phone number entered if it’s the same day) the rewards should print on that receipt.

    • Can you roll the Ups? So could I do the Pampers deal and then take that $5 and do the pamper deal again?

      • Sue

        Yes.

    • jhh

For the Crest pro-health 1L deal, can I use the $2 off man. coupon from 06/06 PG?

    • grace

Can you print the 5/25 coupon as many times as you need?

      • Susan

        yes

      • RebeccaFer

One per transaction and it is possible the store can limit you since it is in the corporate coupon policy but normally they are fine with three or may be four transactions with it. :D

    • C-uhler

You are allowed to get both the comtrex and Nodoz they are listed together in the ad because they are the same price and have the same amount for the rebate but if you look at the online rebate catalog for rite aid they are each listed as separate rebates

      • RebeccaFer

AWESOME catch! :D One is Rebate #11 (Comtrex) and the other is Rebate #12. I know that there is a $1/1 Any Comtrex tearpad coupon out there but I'm not sure if I've ever seen it. Thanks for the info! :D

Thanks Jenny for everything too! I'm liking the new RA even more then before … which is hard for me to do, lol. :D

    • Fallaya

I hope this week's shopping trip goes better than what happened today! I tried to do the BOGO on the Covergirl mascara, but I got the wrong brand (the shelf tags were placed on the wrong mscara). So the cashier had to go check the shelf to verify this. Of course as soon as she left, a bunch of customers form a line behind me!! She had already entered my 2 $2 off Covergirl coupons, so she had to void them out, but the register wouldn't let her. So she had to call the manager to do a void. Of course he was cranky because he just went on his lunch break. Then she forgot to use the 3 +Up coupon I handed her, but I didn't realize it until I got home. So I have to pick it up tomorrow. UGH! I'm almost too embarrassed to go back tomorrow to do my shopping trip!!

      • 3monkeysmom

Don't be embarrassed for something that wasn't your fault :-)
I LOVE LOVE LOVE my local Rite Aid but I have noticed that the signs are quite frequently put on the wrong items :-( Very frustrating when you think something is included and you only find out it's not at the register, AFTER it's been rung up.
I had that happen to me last week with the Secret deodorant and also the Duracell batteries (which I only found out was wrong b/c I didn't qualify for the rebate!).
Sorry you had trouble but don't feel bad about it- they need to be more careful about putting their signs on the right items :-)

      • Jill

Yes I noticed that the put the signs in the wrong place ALL the time. One of the reasons I do not go there much anymore.

    • Lindsey

I just got back from Rite Aid to get Crest Whitestrips. The cashier would not let me use the $5 off $25 first. I had to use my manufacturer coupons first which made the total less than $25. Is that a new policy? I've never had that happen before.

      • April

no that person is wrong u are to use the $5 first ive never had that happen before so i asked i would take the rec. back and talk to the manager and go from there

        • Lindsey

Thanks April! I've also found a copy of the corporate policy that will hopefully help my case. I don't want to be “that irritating customer” but $5 can really make a difference!

      • RebeccaFer

You just got one of “those cashiers” unfortunately. This is what their coupon policy states, “Any manufacturer coupons that may be presented with a total purchase coupon will be deducted after the purchase total has been determined.”

On IHeartRiteAid she had some questions and this one helps here:

“Q: What about other Rite Aid coupons? If I had $25 worth of merchandise, could I use a $5 off $25 coupon and a $3 rite aid coupon? Or would I have to have $28 worth of merchandise in order to use both?

A: The distinction you make between manufacturer and Rite Aid doesn’t matter, so long as the disclaimers on the coupons themselves are followed (some of the total purchase price coupons cannot be combined with others of the same category, and they say as much right on them). In your example, since coupons are taken AFTER the purchase price has been determined, it matters not they take the price below the required threshold (in your example, if the $3 product coupon took the purchase total down to $22, it wouldn’t matter because the $25 was determined prior to this coupon).

From what that sounds like, you can use the $5/$25 at any point during the transaction, even if your total is down to $5 because the register will recognize that you had a $25 starting price. I find this to be true since I've encountered the same situation and the cashier rings it up later after the total falls below $25. It has made no difference. The problem becomes that sometimes the cashier refuses to scan it which is wrong because the register knows better then they do. If you can nicely request for them to scan it to see if it works, they will find that it does and you'll be good to go. You may get a wicked look if you still have one of “those cashiers” but you'll be perfectly in your rights.

I had a manager argue with me about the “one per purchase” stipulation on the coupon about which I tried to him educate him very nicely. He got snarky and said to the cashier to go ahead and scan it so she can see that she's wrong. I tried not to smirk when all four manf coupons were accepted because I bought four of the same product. He just went hmmmphf and that was that, lol. :D

PS Sorry for the long post everyone! :D

        • Lindsey

UPDATE: I went back with my receipt this morning and the manager was so nice! He said that this particular cashier (as well as the store manager) keeps arguing with customers about doing the $5/$25 last, however, he knows that that's not the policy. So, he gave me $5 cash!

          • RebeccaFer

Whooo Hooo! That's awesome! I'd use one of those comment card things they have at the register and give the manager a good review and the cashier a negative one. I'm so glad he fixed it for you but to have a cashier do something repetitively after being told the correct policy is just bad business. Good for you! :D

      • Ginaod2000

Hi Lindsey! I haven't had this issue before. I am not a 100% but I think that they are suppose to the $5/$25 coupon if the total is more before coupons. It shouldn't matter if it goes under. You would probably need to call there corporate office or customer service to find out for sure, because I do get confussed with all the different policies. I will tell you that I have though this all through already & to avoid any problems. I hand them coupons in different stacks. I first hand the cashier the $5/$25 wait for them to scan…Than I hand my man. coupons & any store coupons. Than I hand my up rewards coupons after all is scanned. I know it's more work for my brain to keep track of, but I have never had any problems because of it. So I suggest doing it this way. Hope this helps.

        • mommaof2

I have never had an issue using my 5/25 first either but I have had a lot more success (cheaper deals) when I used my $5/25 THEN my up rewards THEN the manufacturer's q's. I say this only because when I would use my manufacturer's q's first I would always have to find something else to purchase and therefore spent more $. I'm not exactly sure why but one of the coupon friendly cashiers “played around” with it last week and discovered there is a lot less of a problem when you use the UP rewards before any manufacturer's q's.

          • RebeccaFer

I like the idea of not having less problems using the Up Rewards but I'm so not capable of figuring out all the math before the manf qs. I might see if I can sharpen my skills though since I have had issues with using Ups sometimes. Thanks. :D

        • Anne

Yes, there policy says that you use the 5/25 before manufactor coupons…

    • ScottK

I can't believe I'm probably gonna make more money at Rite Aid this week than CVS! Shocking!

    • rosewood4

does anyone know when there might be another transfer coupon available?

      • Anonymous

You can download and print from here
        http://www5.riteaid.com/pharmacy/prescription-transfer

        :D

        • rosewood4

thank you so much, I have a rx to fill and it will help with my transactions

      • RebeccaFer

I replied but unfortunately (but understandably) the link needs to be approved before it can be posted. If you need one, you can do a search at Rite Aid's website for Prescription Transfer and you'll come to a page that allows you to download and print two. HTHs! :D

      • Bamabobbie

I am almost sure I saw one in the ad starting tomorrow for Rite Aid.

    • paula mcintosh

I noticed the coupon at the top of the page for riteaid, 5/25. How many are you allowed to use of those? Can you print more than one?

      • Susan

Help yourself….Rite Aid distributes it as a pdf, so there is no limit in printing it.

    • Nancy

Just wanted to express my sincere thanks to everyone who contributes to this wonderful site. I'm from New Hampshire, so I'm sad that I don't get to use the money saving tips at the same grocery stores, but when it comes to CVS, Rite Aid, and Walgreen's, I've saved almost $800 this year helping my friends and family with their shopping.

Southern Savers is the BEST money saving site out there.

      Thanks again!
      Nancy

      • Katherine1028

Thant is so funny: I am in NH too! This site rocks for drugstore deals! I love the comments! Everyone is so helpful and charitable! Thanks SS!

    • rosewood4

Unless I am confused I have a coupon for BOGO Oral B pulsar manual toothbrush single pack up to $6.99 it does not expire untill the 7-31. I don't know what date it came out.

    • ACT4

This weeks ad from RiteAid.com for my area is very different, no Re-Nu, Sinus Buster, Scope, and didn’t see the remote, Comtrex/NoDoz and several other things, so check the ad on line before you head to the store.

      • Remember for Rebate deals, if it's not in your ad still check the price at the store. The Rebates are active country wide so as long as it is still the same price you get the deals.

        • Sandra

Ya, I checked the remote in my store, it was 9.99 so the rebate brings it down to 4.99, definately not free – Philips 3 whatever universal remote. 9.99 only one I saw the fit the description. None on sale in that aisle, none in the ad.

    • ScottK

I dropped by a rite aid this morning to see how they looked as far as having plenty of the free items (since they're as good at that as walgreens … not good) and they only had 2-3 nodoz, comtrex, wart removers…early morning here I come.

      • kcreviews

You're lucky. Our RA doesn't open until 10am.

        • ScottK

Ours too, I meant I stopped by saturday evening to “pre-shop” haha…I got there at 10 and grabbed my items and profited. I cannot wait to post my totals.

    • k8winn5

Well, I was woken up by my son around 3am, so I figured I would check my regional rite aid ad on their website to see what deals will apply to my store. Unfortunately, the poise deal doesn't apply to the east region…Boo! But I did see that I could do the gillette deal and still get a good deal. Plus, I might be receiving my huggies rite aid voucher, which would really come in handy this week to score some more deals. Happy shopping everyone!

    • Sue

About the Bausch & Lomb Multipurpose Solution…after I watching the video and printing the $2,00 off coupon, I notice it says “Manufacturer's Coupon” with the Rite-Aid logo printed in the left corner. When I printed an additional coupon from the Bausch and Lomb website, it also says “Manufacturer's Coupon.” I didn't think you could use two MC's on one product. What is your experience with this at Rite Aid?

      • kaseyshadow

If it starts with RC it is a Rite Aid coupon and can be used with a Manufacturer's coupon. I have actually used a video coupon, in ad coupon, a manufacturer's coupon, and got a rebate on one item. In there ad's sometimes Rite Aid actually shows using all three coupons.

      • Jesstopher

I used both this morning with no problem. Also, the box for the solution had a $2 coupon on it. Someone took all the coupons but one so I got lucky.

      • just me

I can't get the RA video to play, so I can't get the coupon. Anyone else having this problem??

      • paula mcintosh

I don't know why the riteaid coupons says mauf. on them. You can tell by the numbers under the bar code. If it starts with a ra, then it's a riteaid and you can use it with a manf. coupon.

        • Sue

Oh, yes there are letters, except mine say RC instead of RA. Still, this helps me distinguish between the two. Thank you for your answer.

    • Lori

    • Hooya

I tried the $5/25 pdf at two Rite Aids today (with three different registers) and the coupon would not scan and take. At one store they pushed it through. At the other they wouldn't. I have used a $5/25 .pdf many times before, but this latest one just wouldn't work. Each time my total was well over $25, and I tried to use this coupon first. hmmmm

      • TommyP

I had the same problem… the cash register would not accept the $5/25 pdf coupon. Fortunately they pushed it through. It's been reported that the cash registers are now catching if a video value coupon is used more than once. I wonder if the cash registers are having a problem with the pdf coupon because they all have the same number.

        • sarah

I had the same problem and they just entered it manually.

      • I also had it not scan but they entered manually. I'm thinking they released a coupon and forgot to put it in the system.

        • RebeccaFer

I've read on another site that this pdf is having issues all over. I'm thinking you're right Jenny. I hope they fix it by the time I go tomorrow. It's exactly like the others from previous months so it wouldn't make sense for it to suddenly not work anymore. Hmmmm. Thanks! :D

      • Aminehdestin

Could I ask where you got the coupon? With it being a PDF it may not technically be a coupon that is in our system. Or, it was one put out there as a one time use like the VV are now, and that's preventing the registers from taking it. I'd like to see it though, so I can try it at my store and see what's going on…

        • Hooya

I got the .pdf link from the top of this page.

    • Spideysum

Can I redeem more than one +Up reward at a time?

      • Hooya

I did at one Rite Aid last week, but every other time I've tried, I've been told one per transaction.

      • guest

Rite aid policy: You can only use one $1/10 (household, oral care, etc) but you can use as many UPR up to the amount you are spending.

        • guest

If you look at the rewards you see the $1/10 say “one per transaction” while the “real” rewards do not.

    • kcreviews

I still don't understand why I can't get +UP rewards. I've had my discount card for several weeks and I have bought required items to get the +UP rewards, but all that prints out on my receipts are the $1 off $10 hair care, etc. which do not help me a bit! I'm very jealous of all of you who can get these rewards on your receipts.

      • guest

If you haven't already you need to contact customer service. Maybe you just need a new card?!

      • Sue

Have you registered your card online? I don't know if that would matter or not, but worth a try.

      • Aminehdestin

Try asking your cashier next time, to sign you up for a replacement card before you make a purchase. If they don't know how, tell them to try hitting discount, then option number 2 for replacement card, and just follow the prompts. If the new card still doesn't work, call and ask about it because as a store employee, that's as far as I could go in trying to fix the issue permanently. Your cashier could return the items and re-ring them at the “It's like paying” price, but that does take some extra time and manager approval since you just made the purchase. Good luck.

        • kcreviews

Thanks for the help. I looked online and my card is already registered. I guess I'll just ask the cashier about it before I purchase anything and if he/she says everything is like it's supposed to be, I'll make one +UP purchase and see if the discount is on the receipt, then go from there.

    • Christie

What a fun day at Rite-Aid! I got 3 jumbo packs of Pampers, 2 Oral-B pulsar 3-d white toothbrushes, the Phillips remote, Crest toothpaste, No-Doz, and Re-Nu solution. After the single check rebate comes in, I will have spent a grand total of $1.19. If not for tax, Rite-Aid would have paid me to shop this week! : ) Thank you Southern Savers!!! I'm kicking myself for not having started couponing a LOT earlier!

    • Fallaya

I did pretty good at RA this week! This is the scenario I did:

      Re-Nu Sensitive $7.29
      Pampers Easy Ups $8.99
      Crest Toothpaste $2.49
      2 candy bars $1.00
      ________
      $20.00
      -$5/20 coupon
      -$2 VV coupon (Re-Nu Sensitive)
-$4 Re-Nu sensitive (from recent sample in mail)
      -$1.50 Pampers
      -$1.00 Crest toothpaste
      -$4.00 +Up Reward
      _________________
      Paid $2.27, received $2 +Up Rewards, $7.29 SCR, $2.00 SCR!!

Of course one of the VV coupons wouldn' scan, so the cashier had to enter it manually. She had to get the manager's approval. I got “Mr. Grumpy”. The cashier told him, “You know sometimes the internet coupons don't scan”. He says (under his breath) “Well, there's a reason why!!” It seems like he was implying I was using a fraudulant coupon, or that he was tired of having to deal with internet coupons. The next time I shop there, I'm going when he isn't working!!

      • Anne

I've had problems lately with the RA VV scanning and I they were fresh off my printer…

        • Peachy_Marietta

My RA coupons never scan. I have tried printing them @ the highest quality and it doesn't help. The managers at my store are all awesome and know when they see me they will need to come approve something. The store manager told me it is because RA uses pdf files. The 5 off 25 from Redplum always scan…

    • Holdgate04

The Rite Aid in Charleston on Folly Rd has a bunch of mega sized pampers and huggies for $8.99 marked down from $18.

    • Ashley

Umm, where is the Poise RA q? I don't see it on Ad Perks at all, and I know I'm not being blind.

      • guest

It was a June Video Value Coupon, so you had to watch it last month.

    • guest

I triple checked to make sure I was buying the correct crest toothpaste for the UP reward and the cashier scanned my wellness card, but the UP reward didn't print. Luckily, she offered to give me $2 in cash instead.

      • Christie

I think this was a common problem today. My up reward didn't print either, but the cashier and manager were awesome and just took $2 off my last transaction. I love Rite Aid!!

    • colagirl

Awesome trip to RA today! Got $39 worth of stuff for $17.55 out of pocket and will get $17.29 back in SCRs! YAAY!

Also, I was taking advantage of the Cover Girl B1G1 half off on mascara. The last blasts were 9.99 each and I had two $2 off coupons. I didn't realize there was also an SCR when you bought 2 (get $5 back)! When I combined those offers with a leftover 2 UP points, I got each for $2.50 (when you add tax)!

    • scrcline

I am new to Rite Aid shopping and I am not seeing how people are getting the 5+up rewards with the pampers. What am I missing? No where in our Rite Aid ad does it say you will get up rewards. Just a one limit 2 SCR. Is this something that is regional?

      • Chrissy

The pampers are included in the 5up rewards when you spend 25 on p&g off the list

        • Anne

Does anybody know if the pampes wipes count toward the 25$…it shoes that they are 2.50 with your card and that column, but does not picture them

          • Peachy_Marietta

Yes, wipes do count. I bought them yesterday.

      • Smchcoupons

You get the 5+ up rewards when you buy 3 packs of pampers because that adds up to $27, and in the Rite Aid add you see that if you buy $25 in any combination of certain products you get a $5 +up reward.

        • scrcline

Thanks! I somehow overlooked that little detail : )

      • Tobys_Mom

I didn't see that deal in my ad either.

    • Miatapaige

I would like to say that while I no longer shop at Walgreens, I do patronize my local Rite-Aid store on a regular basis. I had another pleasant shopping trip this morning at the store on Hwy 153 in Powdersville (Anderson, SC)- thanks to my always friendly cashier Amy. Her store is very coupon friendly and demonstrates this by abiding by the corporate coupon policy and even cheerfully and patiently performing multiple transactions. I'm also careful to match my coupons to the products and abide by the limits. Amy is very coupon savvy herself and it's a pleasure to shop there :)

    • Shaner478

I think I am done with Rite Aid. It has become more of a hassle than it is worth! First, my 'one of those' cashiers did not want to take two of my diaper coupons (I purchased 3 Pampers Jumbos) because it said “one coupon per purchase”. Well I PURCHASED three diapers!! I said it if it said 'one coupon per transation', I would understand. SO… I ended up spending 20 minutes getting the manager to get me my UP reward on the toothpaste, and then getting my $4 back in diaper coupons. I'm sorry, but cashiers are not out money when they take coupons. I don't know why they take it so personally. This is the second week in a row I spent over 20 minutes trying to purchase everything and getting all the UP rewards and coupons right. AUGH!!

      • Lori

Some stores have threatened to fire employees for not abiding by the coupon policy. The net result is employee error on the side of caution. I have never had that problem at Rite Aid, but have had new employees at other locations say the same thing. I always ask to cancel the transaction (as long as I know I am right), and ask for a manager.

      • RebeccaFer

If it's the same store and it keeps happening, you need to complain to corporate. I'm not sure if it will help but it may and they need to know. I've had the exact same thing happen to me and I politely kept telling them that they are wrong and if you look at almost every single coupon, it says the exact same thing. How can you possibly believe you can only use one per transaction of every single coupon?!??! It would end up making coupons pointless. Thankfully my cashier/manager tried being smart with me and told them to ring it up so they could show me that I was wrong when the register beeped … and it went through (as I knew they would) all four of them. That told him who was wrong! Lol. :D

    • Samplesfun

hiee…i shopped first time at rite aid today….did pretty good thanks to jenny and alll of you :) i had a doubt for scr i did renu, oral b and gillette in 1 transaction….so if i submit for scr online wil it give me all 3 scr's or how does it work?

      • Sue

Submit your receipt online and wait a couple of days for it to be processed. Wait until July rebate period is over before you request your check, as you can only request one check per month. You will continue to enter your receipts this month until the period ends.

        • Samplesfun

thanx sue…but i guess i am still a bit confused….i entered my receipt online which had gillette, orla b and renu on 1 receipt u mean i when they gave me an option to request check i will directly get 7.29 + 4+ 2 ? amount for all 3? or i can request 1 by 1…sorry for that :D m thoroughly confused!

you will submit your receipt everytime you come home (or whenever) before the month ends…you can only submit for a check 1 time per month (submit as many reciepts as you have in a month), so the more you spend to get SCR's then the more you have coming back to you in 1 check after you request it. Dont forget that you can only “ask” for your check 1 time in a month so if you forget to do a receipt or buy more things with SCR's in the month you will not get a check for those items. so keep collecting your SCR's until the end of the month then ask for 1 big check when your done collecting! HTH–

            • Samplesfun

              got it thank u :)

            • Patty

When you check your account next week you should see each of the items listed and the amount of rebate for each. If any item was disqualified it will tell you that at the top of the page. As the month goes on you will see your refund amount grow. You have until August to request your check but as soon as the date comes for the end this month and you are sure you are through. Then request your refund check.

    • Heather

Eco Tools recycled plastic ecopoof bath sponges are $1.99…Free after $2.00 in-ad coupon! I picked up three today!

      • Fgavent

Where is the $2 in-ad coupon? I don't see it in my ad. What is your zip code? Or are you talking about a video value coupon?

    • carol

I consistently have trouble with the Rite Aid website. I type in my password etc correctly but it will not work so I reregister and it works for a while and then my passwor etc will no work. Does anyone else have this problem. CC

      • mommydub

I have the same problem every time I try to log in. I end up having to search back through my e-mails and click on a link they sent me. That one always works.

    • ScottK

If you got the P&G coupon book from the single check rebates, there's a $2 off any Pantene coupon. Use that and a $1 off coupon from the paper and you get 2 for $4 then a $2 reward and end up getting 2 for $2!

    • Bymyshoes

ugh I goofed on my Rite Aide purchase and bought only 2 packs of diapers and one container of wipes. If I go back and buy another pack will I get the $5up or do they have to be in the same transaction. Will they let me return them and re-ring them all on one?

      • Ginaod2000

You will probably have to return them & than rebuy your items. You are welcome to ask but, I am pretty sure it has to be one transaction of $25 or more.

    • mamac

FYI, my local RA had a whole section of diapers for 50% off, all brands and styles.

    • sayapuji

it's anybody know that to get +up reward we need to buy regular price example the +up reward $5.00 if you buy 25.00 worth certain product we need to pay 25.00 before coupon or it's doen't matter???? because at my rite aid store they tell me I need to buy 25.00 worth before coupon

      • Susan

        before coupons

        • Goofybear2000

I always hand them the $5/$25 (or whatever denomination you have) first and they the rest of my coupons.

      • Judybug81

I tried to do the pampers scenario today and I didn't get the $5 +UP rewards. The cashier said my total after all coupons had to be $25 in order to get the $5 +UP. I was so annoyed. I ended up returning the pampers b/c its not really a good deal w/o the $5 +UP.

I'm wondering why its working for some?

        • Joannahcoupon

I tried a similiar scenario and didn't get the $5 +UP rewards. I also returned everthing and the ladies at the cash register weren't very happy.

    • Debbie Parnell

      Hello everyone,
I have a question-I received my Wellness card in the mail. Will I receive Up rewards the first time I use it?

      • DebKO

Yes you will receive the Up rewards the first time you use it. The letter that came with your card should tell you whether you will receive 0% or 10% or 20% off your purchases (if that is a better deal then the current sale price).

    • Beb2

Used the Re-Nu sensitive contact solution idea this morning, but used the coupon on the RiteAid site, plus one from renu.com… $4 profit!

    • Smart 1

      I need help.
It says, if it says a coupon source such as SS, RP, or PG from an older date like 06/06 or 06/27… How do I get this now find this on 07/05 (today)?

      Thank you.

      • Cinderellamuth

I have gone and purchased back issues of the paper at my paper's store/ office. (It's late and I can't think of what a paper's place of business should be called. lol) Easiest tho, is to order them from a clipping service. You can order whole inserts or individual ones. I like couponcarryout (dot) com or couponsthingsbydede (dot) com.

    • Smart 1

One other question… where do I get these specific PG coupons? In other words, where do I find these PG coupons/ promotions on the PG website?

      • guest

Read the Get Starting Guides and it will explain everything to you. SS, RP stand for specific coupons that were released in the paper. (Example RP 6/06 is Red Plum coupon on June 6th). Any of the P&G $100 coupon booklet is something available to Rite Aid customers in the past- and not something available to you.

    • 05jacksmom

I had a great day at Rite Aid. I walked out with 3 packs of diapers, allergy buster, renu, and comtrex and they paid me $5.76!

    • Promocate

Are the +UP rewards supposed to print on the bottom of the receipt? I'm not seeing them print. I purchased the Crest toothpaste and expected to see a $2 UP reward…

      • Daniel

        yes, they are supposed to.

      • Patty

Did the cashier scan your Wellness Card before scanning the item?

    • Dianna

Went to Rite Aid today and got 2 oral B pulsars, 1 pack of pampers, shave gel, deodorant, body wash, and contact solution. Profit of $1.98!!

    • Razlmz

I just finished my very first RiteAid shopping trip after learning all the tricks of the trade and I came away with $63 of free stuff plus an overage of about $2 that I will get from my single check rebate! I am so excited!

    • melissa

My rite aid ad from paper has a great battery deal on it..but didn't see it posted…anyone else?

      • melissa

I just emailed it to Jenny…doesn't made it so great, or even free. Coupons out are only 75 cents off each package, and at 9.99 each. You'd have to get 3 packs or you'll be under $20 limit. right? But you could always add 3 package, use 3 (75)cent off coupons and a $5 off $25 store coupon. Then the 10 back puts it at $12.72 total after all coupons and rewards…if I did my math right. This may be a great deal if you use a lot of these, but we use rechargeables.

    • Mom of 3

Does anyone know any stores that have the coupons for $$ for prescriptions??

      • Susan

Rite Aid does–it's in every weekly ad…$25 when you transfer a prescription. Target is usually the only one that runs a coupon for a NEW or transferred prescription, but they don't have one out right now.

    • panini

there's a $3 off Oral-B Battery Power Toothbrush from RP 06-27 for the Oral-B CrossAction toothbrush

    • mom of 3

Does anyone know if there are any prescription coupons on new prescriptions???? I have 3 new ones to be filled. I have 3 sick kids with strep throat :-((((

      • melissa

there are 2 $25 gift card coupons in the rite aid ad in sunday paper

      • Beth

Ask at the pharmacy….when I needed one they gave me several. I am not sure but I think they keep them back at the register.

        • Susan

All you have to do is pick up the ad at the front of the store.

      • Supermombeaufort

I'm not positive but I thought the Rite Aid coupons were for transferred prescriptions. I just used a coupon I got on a CVS receipt for a $25 gift card with a new prescription so keep a look out there too.

        • Sandra

Rite has transfer in their ads yes, and Kmart has transer ones online and in at their registers and pharmacies when I was there recently. They also have valid $10 on NEW Rx but they haven't been giving them away, maybe you could call Kmart and see how you could get one, like see if they have one up front or something.

Kmart's registers are printing a $10 coupon for NEW Rx's this week with every single transaction, and the coupons are good through the end of this year!!! :)

    • Beth

It sure looks like some great deals this week! Im trying not to get excited because there is only one riteaid close to me and I dont feel like driving all over the place, the last time I went they were out of most of the things on sale, and when I asked about rain checks, they gave me rainchecks no problem but they only receive a truck order every two weeks. So Im pretty sure most of the freebies are gone. Im wondering if anyone else is running in to this problem.

Also anyone know if the Up+ reward sale item and scr work like cvs rainchecks where if I get a raincheck I can still get the Up+ later when it comes in stock a week later? same things with scr?

      • Suemh

I know that you can still get the SCR, but the +Up is doubtful. When I purchased SCR items with a raincheck in the past, they did not show on my SCR account online. I contacted them and they adjusted it. HTH

    • Beth

What about the Up+ rewards? I followed the first transaction and then I could not use the 5 +Up on my next one. It said that I had to spend 10 more dollars to use it, and that I could not use it with a $5 off of 25 purchase. They tried to use the Up rewards with 2 different transactions and it would not take it. The lady was very nice and she didn't seem to know anymore either…..any suggestions?

    • Nancy

      Hi There,

I have a question on the P&G $5 UP rewards when you purchase $25…how many times can you do this? Is this just one per household or can I do this as many times as I want this week?
      Thanks.

      • Kalli_jean

As long as its separate transactions, you should be able to do it as many times as you like. In the ad below where it shows the deal, there should be something that says limit one per transaction or something like that.

        • Nancy

Okay, thanks so much. This is great!

      • Carolinagirl0003

You can only do the P&G $5 UP reward deal once per wellness card. My husband and I registered for 2 different wellness cards and I was able to do the deal twice that way.

        • 3monkeysmom

Is it just this particular UP reward that has a limit? I bought the Secret deodorant that had a $1 UP reward twice last week and got the reward both times :-)

        • Nancy

I actually went out and used the P&G $5 UP Deal 3 different times in the past 3 days! Used them all on diapers. Here’s what I did:

Bought 3 jumbo Packs at on-sale special of $8.99 per pack (reg. price $11.99)
          I Used:
          -pdf coupon $5/$25
-three of the $2 off any Pampers from P&G 7/4

and I get the $5 UP Rewards to use all over again on my next three jumbo packs making the average cost around $3.65 per jumbo pack!

I’ve purchased 9 packages so far and plan to go back for more this Friday when my Pampers cruisers coupons come in from thecouponclippers.com

If you know anyone who has babies, you must show them how to do this deal…it is such a life saver.

    • sarahinNC

FYI, my Rite Aid had “buy one get one free” twin packs of the AMO Complete contact lens stuff…so this made the deal even sweeter! I got 2 of these twin packs for 3.99 each, well actually less than that, due to my buying other coupon deals and the purchase coming to $26 and using the $5/$25 q. Thanks Jenny! I use Complete on a daily basis, so was thrilled!

    • Guest

Where can I find the $5 off $25 store printable coupon that is mentioned with Pampers?

      • Dhoffman

The link for the $5.00 off a $25.00 purchase is at the top of this post :) http://offers.riteportal.com/1166/ecoup_5offnynj_073110.pdf

        • Jerry

Is anyone else having trouble with Rite Aid accepting the $5/$25 coupon from Jenny's and Dhoffman's link? I went to 2 Rite Aids, and they didn't scan. One store entered it manually and the other wouldn't accept it. I still wound up $7 ahead on my 2 trips; so, I'm still happy.

      • Dhoffman

I tried to post a response to this before but I don't think it worked…anyways the coupon is linked at the top of this page :)

    • 3monkeysmom

    • Vote4marty

I'm on vacation in Hilton Head and there is no Rite Aid here! I'm so upset that I can't go shopping and I have bucks that will go out of date before I get back. Any suggestions?

      • Lisa

If you don't mind driving about 45min to 1 hour, we have a Rite Aid in Beaufort and on Lady's Island. You can make a day of it and tour some sights around here.

      • Brandi

There is also one close to I-95 in Pooler, GA but it would also be about 45 min. away.

      • Cindyrella

I feel your pain. I hate when that happens to me. I don't know how many bucks you have, but have you considered mailing them back home to a friend to use for you? If it's not much, I would suggest that you just enjoy your vacation. :) Sometimes I need a vacation from couponing.

    • k8winn5

      • paula mcintosh

how did you use the 5/25coupon when your subtotal didn't come to 25.00?

        • k8winn5

          My bad…$5/$20 purchase

          • Aminehdestin

You didn't reach the $20 either though. It was just over $19 before tax, and that total isn't supposed to be with tax. That transaction can get your cashier in trouble. On top of that, you had a negative subtotal, which is also against policy. I hope everything's okay w/your cashier, but technically that transaction wasn't following policy.

            • k8winn5

Well, I'm just going to keep my comments to myself from now on. Didn't mean for this to cause so much drama. I would've gladly bought another item for $1, but the cashier nor did the register inform me I needed to do so. I didn't do this intentionally. The cashier had told me I couldn't get more than one +up reward on the toothpaste per transaction, so I had to change up my items I was purchasing. So technically this transaction going against policy was not done on purpose. Chill out.

            • Aminehdestin

I wasn't upset. I was just commenting. Nothing in the comment sounds angry does it? It really was a simple observation. The register won't tell you though, it never beeps on the $5 coupons unless it's expired. I was just saying that I hope your cashier (if anything) just gets told to pay more attention to coupons. Most stores won't be so upset at you not reaching the $20, but management could actually terminate an employee for allowing a transaction to go under tax. No drama, I really was just mentioning it so that you knew, and others wanting to follow your scenario know. No big deal, at all.

            • mommaof2

Maybe you can answer a question for me. Went to RA tonight and purchased the crest toothpaste at 2.49 with your wellness card used .75/1 manufac q. I paid 1.74 and earned the $2 up rewards on my receipt. I then tried to do the same transaction again using the $2 up reward from the previous transaction and the register said I needed at least another $4 in purchases before I could us it. How is this? Why would I have to have $6.00 in purchases to use to $2 up reward. Manager nor cashier could give me a (what I thought would be) a logical answer. The manager tried to say it was because I was not physically PAYING the 2.49 that would earn the up reward. Never had this problem before now. These were the only items I was purchasing. 1 per transaction as stated in the ad. I hope I was clear on this.

            • Aminehdestin

We had the problem the very first night of the +Up rewards. I'm not sure why it's saying $4 for a $2 +Up, b/c each time it did it to me, it was always under the price of the reward, or the actual price. We're not sure why it happens though. We just push it through when that happens. The only thing is that you wouldn't be able to use the .75 man. coupon and the +Up unless you had something else on the transaction b/c it would take it below $0. That may be what it was, but I'd be more willing to say that the system was being overwhelmed with +Ups at that time, and just started having trouble. When it happened at my store, we just entered it as a Rite Aid coupon and left it at that. You could try 1-800-RiteAid and ask if there was an issue, but chances are, you'll get a pretty generic answer. Try it again today and see if it works, but make sure that you're paying more than $2 BEFORE tax or the register will beep and say you need more, it just shouldn't be $4 more, but .26 more. You could also try using the reward first, and then the coupon and have them modify the coupon to $0.49 so that you pay tax only b/c +Ups can't be modified, or just pay the rest and hold on to your coupon. Good luck, will you let me know what happens if you try again today?

      • pat

Your trans 1 does not ad up to 25.00 so how did uou use 5off 25.00?

    • shariq

Kinda new….what is “UP Reward Deals”?

      • Bamabobbie

New to me also but it's kinda like the CVS ECB's and Wags RR'S

      • Patty

It is like CVS. You have to get a Wellness Card. You can get one at the register but from what I hear you can't get UP rewards until the next day. I applied for mine online at the begining of the program. The computer has to update with your information before it is valid. Be sure the register accepts your card before you start scanning on your next trip.

    • Dcountess

I live in Huntsville, AL and our weekly ad is different from what is listed here and was last week too! :( anyone know why or if there is a way to get them to change?

      • Bamabobbie

I live in Birmingham and purchased one item that was not in our circular. I forgot there is a long Rite Aid ad and a short one and you know we get the short one of couse. LOL

      • Gingiraffe

Yeah, I was pretty bummed that we didn't get the $6 UP rewards for diapers deal last week. I don't know why we keep getting the short ad here. Maybe we should email them and ask? Think that would do any good?

        • Gingiraffe

FYI – a friend of mine (in Huntsville) just did the P&G deal with the $5 +UP deal and got it even though it wasn't advertised in the Huntsville ad. I'm going to try it tomorrow myself.

          • Dcountess

I went to my store and talked to the manager. AL stores are different than other state's she said. She also said that they would honor rewards we get in emails, etc. if they could. I did the P&G deal and got the 5 +Ups without problem.

        • Dcountess

I emailed them & haven't heard back yet. Go ahead and email them too if you want. The more requests to change, the better chance we have, I think!

    • Avsextras

hie….i had submitted a receipt online which included 3 SCR's items in it ie renu, oral b and gillette…i got mail from them which doesn't show renu scr in there? should i wait for a few days and it will get added on its own or should i contact them? this the first time i am doing it…pls help

      • Bamabobbie

Before I submit my cash register recipts online I wait and give it a few days to go thru and you can see right then what your are going to get a rebate on that one recipt. So if your purchas is on one recipt it should show. Go back to the site and double check to make sure. If it doesn't show on mine I have emailed them but it's such a hassle I have just returned the items that didn't show up. Sometimes I purchased the wrong item and sometimes it was Rite Aid. Hope this helps.

        • Avsextras

i realised i purchased renu fresh and scr was actually on renu sensitive :( will go return it now! thanx so much

          • Zonyamast

I did the same thing. I'm annoyed, because now the deal is off. We'll see if they give me hassle about returning something when it was part of the $25 to use my $5/25 coupon. Oh well. I really just had a bad week at RA. They didn't want to take my coupon for a toothbrush, although it was obviously the correct coupon. They didn't want to double a RA coupon and a MFC. And now I got the wrong Renu. Oh well. Sometimes you win, sometimes you loose.

      • Sue

I goofed this morning. I purchased Renu Multipurpose CL Solution, then when I went to the RA website to enter my receipt, I noticed the Renu Sensitive Solution is the one that comes with a rebate, not the Multipurpose. I don't know if the rebate will still come through, but perhaps you made the same error I did.

        • Avsextras

unfortunately rebate doesn't come through… i will be returning it i guess….just wondering if they will reimburse two $2 off coupouns?

    • kcreviews

I may actually start liking RA again! I asked my cashier (who asked the manager) about my Wellness card and why I wasn't getting the +UP stuff on my receipt. Well, they tried it with the toothpaste that was on special and it worked! And you know, you can do that transaction as many times as you want within the week! I couldn't believe my ears when she said that. They do not have limits like RR and ECB on their +UP promotions. So I went shopping for all my other stuff, got another toothpaste, and got another reward on the receipt. I had a great shopping trip and hope there are great deals next week as I have some free money to spend!

Oh, and unlike HT, FL, or Lowe's Foods, they do accept B1G1 internet coupons. I used the Snapple and Mentos ones. Made my day.

      • Ashford Coupons

Lowes Food accepts B1G1 internet coupons. Their online policy with regard to internet coupons states:
?We will accept Buy One Get One FREE and other values that have a purchase requirement.
        http://www.lowesfoods.com/index.cfm/aboutus/faqs/

Thanks. I had had problems with them before, either with the q's scanning or something, so I guess I was mistaken about them not taking them at all. Or maybe my local Lowe's changed their policy.

      • Bymyshoes

The staff at the RA by me is super friendly but nothing rings up the correct price or I don't get the +UP Yesterday he just gave me cash back since he ouldn't get them to print but now I feel bad about going back and doing it again. He also gave me a handwritten coupon because it didn't print on my PG purchase and I was over charged on my Pampers wipes

    • Bymyshoes

ugh I watched all the videos to get the 5 off 20 coupon and the printable and my computer didn't print them… not the websites fault its my printer but ewww so annoying

      • Dianne

I would call their 1-800 number about that.

      • Aminehdestin

There's a contact link when you go to print the coupons, and if you let them know what happened, they can credit them back to your account. Don't call the 800 number, because Ad Perks is separate! It'll take about a day, but you'll get your coupons back.

RIte-aid is my new favorite store. In Chattanooga, on Ringgold Rd — they are SOOOO coupon friendly!
I couldn't find the battery-powered oral-b pulsar in the ad, even on-line. Was it something that was in the ad, or was that just the price on the shelf? I found them at my Rite-Aid, but they were 8.99. I even had the cashier double-check the price for me.

I have a questioned about the Re Nu deal. It states $2 for Ride Aid coupon but when you watch the video and print out the coupon it is a mfg coupon. I did not think you could use two mfg coupon on one product? Is there a Rite Aid only coupon that is on their website?

      Re-Nu Sensitive Multi-Purpose Solution 12 oz. $7.29
      -$7.29 SCR #13 wyb (1)
-$2 off Renu Fresh Multi Purpose Solution, (Rite Aid coupon) printable
-$1 off Bausch & Lomb ReNu Fresh multipurpose solution printable or printable
-$2 off ReNu Fresh Solution printable
      Total = FREE + $3-4 profit!

      • NewSaver

Rite Aid coupons say mfg but they aren't. RA coupon policy says that a Rite Aid Video Value coupon can be combined with a mgf coupon. Don't sweat it and buy that Re Nu! (Just make sure you watched the sensitive video b/c their are two different ones!)

        • NewSaver

          *there– excuse the brain fart.

        • Heather

          Thanks for the clarification!!!

        • heather

my RA refuses to take theirs as store coupons and wont take 2 for anything…couldn't even use the B1G1 coupons and the $2 off ones on the old spice washes a few weeks ago

          • NewSaver

Contact Rite Aid customer service– sounds like this store needs to learn their own coupon policy.

          • AmyFMSC

The store closest to me is the same way – they don't allow anything. I only go there when I have a super simple transaction. There is another store a little bit farther from me that will allow pretty much anything. It's such a difference shopping there and definitely worth the extra drive. Try a different one if you have any others close to you – you might get lucky too. :)

    • Alewis939

I have a scenario question for those of you who are pros at this. I have come up with a total of $29.00 in product (before coupons). Can i use the $5 off $25 coupon even though after my coupons my total will only be $17.50. Which means that after my $5 coupon it will be $12.50. Will this work or does my total have to be $25 after my coupons?

      • Mom2Angel

they will scan the $5 off $25 first and then your coupons so you will be fine!

    • Ashley

it will work. It is stated on rite aids q policy. That's why jenny used it in her scenarios to bring the total down so low.

    • Mom2Angel

Does any one know RA return policy. If I bought the John Freida Luxurious Volume hair care that was on sale last week, can I exchange it for the root awakening now? I did not have any root awakening coupons so I had to purchase the Volume stuff with the printable coupon. Please let me know if they allow exchanges or even returns on items that were purchased with coupons/discounts.

      • Susan

I'm sure you could return it, but you won't get the sale price from last week if it's not on sale anymore.

        • Mom2Angel

so you don't think they would do an even exchange on it for the John Frieda root awakening?

          • guest

Call the store and see if you can exchange it without the receipt. Then it would just be an even exchange.

          • Aminehdestin

Technically, we're not supposed to. The coupon policy states that if the cashier knows that a coupon was used, when the item is returned, the amount of the coupon is supposed to be deducted because coupons cannot be transferred for cash. Because the coupons you used were for specific items, they may not allow an even exchange. Really though, without the coupons, most stores would modify the prices to be an even exchange because they were both on sale. Basically, it's a 50-50 chance that your store will allow the exchange because of the coupons. You really shouldn't do the exchange because it is kind of fraudulent to only buy an item because that's what you had coupons for, just to exchange it for the ones you didn't, and that's what gets stores upset about coupons, we don't want couponers to be treated like criminals for saving money, but then there are the times where issues like this that do cross (or come close to crossing) that thin red line…

    • Iluvadeal

Hey Jenny, I was told by my Rite Aid that the $5 off $25 coupons you are showing above is fraudulent. Just thought you should know. It does not scan.

      • guest

At my store it didn't scan as well, but when they typed in the barcode it worked just fine. The manager said that sometimes the barcodes don't print right… hm…

        • toni

Beeped at my store also, but the manager read all the fine print and put it through manually.

      • Karen in TN

Mine did not scan either – the cashier did a manual override, thank goodness. I heard the cashiers comment that it wasn't the first they had, but they are pushing them through.

    • Jerry

I had the same problem at 2 Rite Aids (I posted about it yesterday). One put it in manually, and the other rejected it. I noticed that the Website URL is different from last month.

      • Jerry

I'm talking about my $5/$25 not scanning. Is the link definitely legit?

        • Nancy

It sounds like everyone is having problems scanning the pdf coupon. The cashier at my local RA said that sometimes the bar codes are imperfect. They just put the coupon in manually and everything is fine.

    • Danielle Sudduth

I dont understand the Up Rewards. I got $2 yesterday and the receipt says I can only use them for specific things, like $1 off $10 worth of pain relivers. The second dollar is for hair care. I am not sure if I am understanding this correctly or not. Can anyone help?

      • Suemh

What you got are not up rewards. They are Up rewards coupons. A very easy way to tell the difference is that on the +Up Reward, the bar code is located near the top. Above the bar code it will say “+Up Reward:$___off non-prescription purchase”, then the bar code, then “from the purchase of ____”. You get these when you purchase certain items. The +Up Rewards coupons print on all receipts, no matter what you buy, and say “$1 off any _____purchase of $10 or more. Did you buy something that you should have gotten actual +Up Rewards for?

All in all, I'm getting $6 in SCRs and have $5 UP+ left over. I love Rite Aid — especially when they are having a remodel clearance. Last month, when the clearance started, I really racked up. I spent $70 ($50 on RA gift cards from transferring prescriptions) and got $53 SCR and a $25 gift card for the skin care rebate. It should have been a $30 giftcard, but I forgot to scan my card :(.

    • Suemh

I had an awesome trip to Rite Aid today. I started with $3 in +Up Rewards. I spent 27.21 out-of-pocket. I will get 32.28 in SCR's and have $2 +Up Reward for next week. That's a profit of 4.07.

    • Vachell

    • Dcountess

I went to my store and talked to the manager. AL stores are different than other state's she said. She also said that they would honor rewards we get in emails, etc. if they could. I did the P&G deal and got the 5 +Ups without problem.
