I was able to print a 3.00 coupon for the Zantac here…
      http://www.zantacotc.com/offers/OffersController.jpf

    • Leslie

      Unbelievable!! Thanks Jenny!

    • Jennifer

Thanks Brandi for the $3.00 link – I just printed one off too.
Thank you SO much Jenny for making it SO easy for all of us!

    • Jenny

The bic pens are on sale 2 for $1. If you have the bic coupons $1 off 2, they would be free also.

    • Jennifer

Jenny, My Red Plum from 7/12 has a coupon for a free satincare shave cream with the purchase of a venus Embrace razor. Can I use this coupon AND the $2.00 off Venus Embrace Razor coupon.

    • Nicole

So I haven’t tried the Rite Aid things, I was wondering, how long does it take to get your rebate back?

    • Stephanie

Nicole~ read the getting started guide at the top. It says 3-4 weeks after you submit the rebates at the end of the month. This will be my first week trying it out.

    • Amanda

I have found within the past couple of weeks that on items that are free (i.e. $9.99 with a $9.99 SCR), they have restricted the computers from accepting any manufacturers coupons. My local store manager tried and tried unsuccessfully to get the computer to accept them. It was not until later that I realized the fine print in the ad that stated something to the affect of “not valid with any other offers.” I wonder if these will be isolated incidents?!?!

Nicole and Stephanie, this will be my fourth month doing the Rite Aid rebates, and I have found that the rebate checks actually come very quickly in the mail!

    • I’m wondering if there’s anyone that lives in Atlanta and has a Rite Aid that is letting them use internet coupons. Mine won’t accept any printed coupons.

    • Kristin

Got some great deals today and made a profit of about 16.00!! I also found that there were coupons I believe last week for $1.00/2 m&m brand candies and they are onsale for 2/.88. This is a great filler if you need a little extra to get to the 25.00 and it is a small money maker!!

    • ET

I can’t get the Natrol coupon to print. Is anyone else having trouble with it?

    • Adrienne

      Hi ladies…
Just got back from Rite Aid and I found an additional moneymaker. When you print off the $2 Renu coupon, it gives you the option of printing out sensitive or fresh lens. After you print the first one, go back and print the other.

I used the sensitive one to get the sensitive 2 pack (the one with the rebate), and then used the fresh lens on the travel pack that’s on sale for $.99. The coupon still rang up for $2, so I had a $1.01 moneymaker that doesn’t require an MIR.

Also, there is a lot of makeup on sale for 75% off. I was able to get two covergirl lip color products for 1.88 each, then I used the $2 off 2 covergirl products to make them only $.88 / each! I also grabbed up a wet & wild eye color for $.50. I had been wanting to experiment with a new color, so I figured I could try it with the cheap, on sale stuff and then invest in a better quality item if it works for me.

      Thanks for the list!

    • Adrienne

Also, all of my coupons rang up just fine. I’m in central Virginia, and I had about 5 internet coupons, all for items that were free with rebate. It doesn’t make any sense why they wouldn’t accept coupons on free after SCR products since the store is reimbursed by the manufacturer for the coupons used. The store still makes its money back!

As for the SCR… it comes fairly quickly after you request it. I haven’t had any trouble with them and I think I’ve gotten 3 months back so far.

    • Heather N.

      Caitlin:

I’m in Atlanta. At my usual Rite Aid in Tucker, they take internet coupons fine on the Weekend (I usually shop after church on Sunday…otherwise the “free” stuff is out of stock by the time I get there later in the week). I’ve had the weekday checkers call the manager to look over all of my coupons, especially their own $5/$25. It was odd.

At the Memorial Drive store near Avondale Estates, they have told me that they will only take $5 in Internet coupons. I was able to get the checker to take the $5/$25 as well as $5 of other internet coupons that day, but I haven’t gone back to that one.

I think that several of the stores have just had lots of problems with Internet coupon fraud. But like I said before, Sunday is a good day. Maybe try your store then?

    • Jennifer

Hi, Just had a fabulous trip to Rite Aid. Wanted to let you know that:
      Werther’s Original Caramel Chocolate, 5.2oz $2.99
      -$2.99 SCR #146 (limit 1)

I picked up the Dark Chocolate version of this and it rang up at only .34 cents. I went back in and spoke with the manager to let her know it was ringing up incorrectly at much lower than the $2.99 price and she said it must be on closeout and I could purchase the rest at that price. So, if you love dark chocolate, you may want to pick up some!

    • Teresa

Amanda – my Rite Aid took all my coupons for the free-after-rebate stuff. It must be your local one. Bummer! Is there another one close by?

    • Teresa-QOCD

Rite Aid in Piedmont, SC only took the $5 off $25 AFTER the coupons. Cashier said they were getting vey strict with the coupons.

    • Bobbie

Brandi, thanks for the link to the zantac coupon site. To Jennifer for the info on the free SatinCare with purchase of the Vensus razor and to Jenny for the info on the 2/$1.00 bic pens. I didn’t see them in the ad but did not have time today to look around to see what else they had on sale. “Thank goodness for the race rain out I even got to eat out” LOL. Someone else ask how long it takes to get the rebate checks. I submit mine on the internet and it tells you from 2-3 weeks which I think is about right and much faster than mailing them in, also easier. I wait a few days to enter on computer so I can also double check to see if they approve everything I submit. It takes a a couple of days for Rite Aid to get the register receipts. Most of the time if I email Rite Aid in regards to any errors made they will check and correct it. If they don’t I just print my rebate info and take it to the store along with my receipt showing them I did not receive my rebate. I’ve been doing rebates for many, many years even when CVS had their rebate program. I’v just started doing the CVS ecb’s since I found this web site and all Jenny’s help. My only problem is that it’s bad to drive 10 or so miles and then not find the products. I only have a Walgreen’s near my home.

    • jessica

caitlin #9.. i live in hampton ga about 15 south of ATL and all the ones in my area are letting me (lovejoy, peachtree city, fayetteville, griffin, and mcdougha)

    • I can’t seem to find the Natrol coupon either. I went to the Natrol website, tried Firefox and Internet Explorer (just in case FF was the problem). Nada. If anyone can help, I would REALLY appreciate it.

    • Julie

Did not see a Garnier Fructis Shampoo/Conditioner in the RP 7/12. ugh

    • hey…after you click through to print the $3 zantac printable, look under the thank you line and there is a “view and print your redemption” form? I printed it and it’s a 5 rebate for Zantac, 8ct or larger. I’m thinking it makes it quite the money maker.

      Try this:

    • Chantelle

I usually get frustrated by Rite Aid and I did today, too, but not as bad as other times. They were already out of the Wart Remover, which I really wanted as my 6 yr old has one that we have tried two other kinds of remover that didn’t work. They also appeared to be out of the tape and werther’s, but the manager helped me to find them, as they were in another location. Apparently the store I went to didn’t have the Natrol, and they have other things that are advertised in the past they didn’t have either! I ended up spending $21.63 after my coupons and will get by $29.29 from RA and $5 from Zantac, so they basically paid me $12.66 to shop there. Would have been better if I could have gotten the wart remover b/c that would have been enough to make it 2 transactions and use 2 $5 off Q but, I’m still happy!

    • seacoastmom

I did my 2nd ever try at Rite Aid tiday. The were out of Venus Razors, Zantac, tape and quite a few other things. No rainchecks given :@(

But~ I did get 2 Children’s Benadryl, Bandaids, 2 Sudafed PE, 2 Sudafed NightTime, 4 Benadryl Sinus, Loreal Haircolor (Yeah!!), lightbulbs and Fructis Leave-in conditioner Paid $38 and will get rebate for $33!! All that, not bad for $5 (eventually) No sinus headaches/allergy issues for hubby this season.

I had a $10 rebate from last month & the $5/25 plus $18.50 in MFG coupons.

Bummer about the Zantac, I was able to print out the $3 Q but there were totally wiped out. Next Time, or maybe it’ll earn some ECB’s at CVS soon .

    • Karen

I found 75off/1 for any Pro-Health toothpaste in PG 8/2.

    • Brinda

My first really great trip to Rite-Aid. I spent $26 and getting $38 back from Rite-Aid and $5 back from Zantac rebate. That is a $17 profit!!! My previous Rite-Aid rebates have come back quickly.

    • nancy

I did the first and last transaction. I had to really hunt in one store. Some of the items on the first list where hidden behind other items on a lower shelf. and the duck tape was hidden behind other tape on another shelf. I really was on a treasure hunt. lol

    • Ashlee

Curious how people get 5 of a certain coupon that were found in the Sunday Paper?? Do you buy a bunch of papers or swap coupons w/ people? I only have one 55 cents off for Skippy PB so I can’t use what the deal is describing.. not enough coupons. Help please. :)

    • Stacey W

Ashlee-Many people buy multiple papers. I usually buy four. I bought more than that on Sunday since the paper had so many coupons!

The Venus Razors on the rebate are the single pack and the multi packs are the ones on sale. The single pack is $10 and not on sale. Did anyone else come across this?

    • Shauna

      Chantelle,

PLEASE research this yourself but I have found and read and heard from others that for children under 18, taking Zantac (yes the heartburn medicine) will make all of their warts go away!!! I do not remember the dosage but if I were you I would check it out.

After several otc treatments and even several painful freezings, my little sister’s doctor recommended trying it and it worked and she has never had warts since (she did it when she was 8 and she is 24 now).

On another note, RITE AID ROCKS!!!! Thanks as always Jenny!!

    • Haley

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up – I was able to use the -$2.00 off the Venus Embrace razor AND the SS 7/12 coupon for a free satincare shave cream with the purchase of a venus Embrace razor. So, after tax and when I get the $5.00 rebate, I will have gotten BOTH for free (except .70 tax – still a deal!)

    • Haley

forgot to mention that the MANAGER was the one who checked me out! So, this should hopefully work for everyone.

    • Lynn

On the offer where if you buy $50 and you get $25 back in a rebate, does this work if you use coupons? I guess I could just try one item and enter it to see if it qualifies but I was wanting to see if anyone is doing it and what their response was. I’m not really near a Rite-aid but will make the effort if it’s worth it.

    • Sandy

      Lynn,
I would be happy to help you but I’m not sure what rebate your reffering to. $50 in a specific brand?

    • Kristen

Just went to the Rite Aid in West Columbia, SC and they were out of EVERYTHING…razors, tape, contact solution and toothpaste. They don’t give rainchecks for SRC, so I guess I’m out of luck. Bummer!

    • Ayan

Just made my RiteAid haul. Cashier allowed me to use both the 10% off and the $5 off $25 Q, but I bought a *lot* of stuff.

Found a couple of freebies not yet listed!

-Select Bic pens are on sale 2/$1, so with the $1 printable they are FREE.

-All Natrol supplements were BOGO. That means if you get the probiotic SCR, be sure to grab another selection from the Natrol products for FREE! With two $3 Q’s, that’s a real moneymaker! Also, the probiotics have another $2 Q inside. These ALSO count toward the Vitamin 2009 Rebate #500 for a $5 gift card.

    • Stephanie in SC

Are SCR actually checks you can cash at the bank??

    • Debbie

      Stephanie in SC
Yes they are actual checks that you can cash at the bank. It states on them to redeem at Rite Aid but you don’t have to. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they come in postcard form. I wish that it would come in a secure envelope so that noone knows what it is.

    • Alicia

Just got back from Rite Aid and was able to get the Renu, Natrol Probiotic, GE Light bulbs and Zantac. I tried to do the BOGO with the Natrol (comment #42)but was told the Probiotic supplement was not part of the BOGO. I kept my second Natrol (a vitamin)and grabbed another that rang up free. I spent around $24 after coupons but will get back $25 in rebates so everything worked out great.

    • Jennifer

I just made it to Rite Aid, and of course they are out of everything. I was wondering what is their raincheck policy?

    • Beth

Lynn #35……. I did the buy $50 and get $25 back on the Johnson’s. I used coupons and ended up spending $12 OOP. Just checked my rebate status and I am getting the $25 rebate!! Woohoo $13 PROFIT!!!
