    • Courtney

just a question but how would we get 5 thermacare coupons?

      • tina

if they are printable you will need more than one computer so if you have a laptop and a desktop you can print 4 coupons (2 each) you can use the same printer but are only allowed 2 printables of any kind per one computer. if you are talking from the newspaper you would have had to have bought more than one paper. hope that helps answer your question. good luck!

        • Courtney

it does, now to figure out how to connect the printer to the 2 other computers we have lol

          • Courtney

just tried and it only let me print 1 per computer.

            • luci10

Because we have heavy towers, I have to have my husband carry the heavy laser printer from room to room. If it was a lighter printer, I could carry it myself. If they were networked like an office or lab, wouldn't have to do that.

We have different operating systems on them, so sometimes I can use the browser back button in certain browsers on coupon sites. Having some problems doing that with some sites via Firefox. Lately, have had to hold my printing jobs and print pages one at a time so the printer doesn't mess my coupons by blacking out the UPC codes such as it did with Target instore printables lately.

        • Mykingarooroo

It will only let you print 2 per printer. I tried hooking up my laptop to the desk top computer and says my limit has been reached. Need a new printer!!

      • laura

        You'd have to use 3 different computers…

      • Katie M

Find somone who doesn't want it and get them to print it for you.

      • Farrah

Since you can typically print 2 q's per computer, you would have to have 3 computers.

      • gardengirl

Usually you have to have multiple computers. Most websites will only let you print 2 per computer.

      • Laura

I know everyone else is saying you need multiple computers, and that would be true but the link is not for a bricks coupon. For this coupon, it seems to be linked to your email address so after you print, you can go back and re-register with a different email address and print again and keep doing that. I have multiple email addresses to use so I was able to print 5 coupons. If you don’t have that many than you can maybe use family members’ email addresses if they don’t mind, just make sure not to check to receive future offers.

    • Nancybogod14

How can i get my rt aide to except Q from Harris teeter that are really Manufa coupons.
I have a 3 off diapers i would love to use but have been turned down. i try to explain. but they will not even listen. And i have a 2 off scotts toilet paper which would have been great with this last weeks that runs out saturday. boo hoo

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

Even though they start with 5's, we've been told not to accept a coupon with any other store logo on it. I don't know if it's just misinformation by someone who doesn't know that it is a manufacturer's coupon, or if we legitimately don't get paid back for them. I know that if it's a Target coupon run in the paper, those actually don't get paid back even though they don't say “only at Target” and the bar code is that of a basic MQ. We've run in to the issue before, and accepted it, but we found out later that it was denied. Try emailing and asking if they can be accepted, and if corporate CS says yes, then take a copy of the email to the store with you. Maybe that will give the employees something solid to go on rather than feeling like they're risking their jobs accepting a coupon that goes against policy (possibly).

    • Brandon

Where do you get the Clip & Save Booklet?

      • hi. There's now a coupon on the Rite Aid video values site. Print your coupon and take it to your Rite Aid Pharmacist for your coupon booklet. I hope that helps!

    • Buy two things and get FREE Huggies diapers. Click on “Cleverly Simple” above. I've listed my transaction with coupons. Yippee!

    • wolverinehokie

It seems like there is a potential Revlon money makers since it's $4 +UP and $3 SCR to buy $10 worth of Revlon, but I don't know the prices of any of the Revlon items.

    • luci10

??? How does Prilosec 42ct at 22.99 become 10.99 with the $3Q and the $6 SCR. Looks like 13.99. Did I miss something?

      • luci10

Oops. Now I see the $3UP too.

    • Gh33_eeyore

i am not seeing the colgate toothbrush coupon on smartsource and the colgate wisp link just sends me to a page that says, “Sorry. You cannot access the offers at this time ” any help would be appreciated!

      • Courtney

I found one on their facebook page. for $1.00 off http://www.facebook.com/colgatewisp

      • Amber

All the prints are gone, they were availible earlier in the month.

      • Courtney

I found a coupon on the wisp facebook page

      • Nana Clark

$1 off Wisp in Oct. All You Magazine.. hope that helps.

    • this is no colgate coupons at the links u gave…

    • sunset

How is the Aussie and Herbal Essence .49 cents? Do you have to buy both? If you buy 1 that makes it .49 cents but it says $2 UP when you buy Aussie and Herbal Essence, so if you have to buy both I don't see how it would be .49 cents.

      • ChrissyPunkin

It looks like you only have to buy one (otherwise it would have said wyb 2), so if you use the $.50 off coupon that would make it $.49 after +UPs. I guess we'll see for sure in the ad. :-)

    • Nana Clark

There's a $1/1 Herbal or Aussie product in the P&G Everyday Savings Home Mailer.
Works out the be Free Aussie or Herbal.

Also.. the Wisp $1/1 4 ct or higher is in the Oct. All You Magazine.

      • kellyrphillips

How do I get that home mailer? I have been signed up for their newsletter for AGES and have never received this!

        • Nana Clark

Fill out the rebate in the 8/29 PG insert. Must purchase $50 in P&G products.. not to hard to do since we buy so much P&G. Send in the reciepts.. and wha la.
Great coupon book.. it's actually a book. It has THREE coupons of each product and the first set expires 2/28/11, the last 6/30/11. There's still time to send in as it ends Dec 31st. Trust me.. it is worth the effort!

    • Kim B.

Dumb question?? – The Rite-Aid coupons also say Manufacturer's Coupon – which are they?

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

Both. Most of them are “Rite Aid Manufacturer's Coupon” according to the words at the top, but the bar codes are “RC49….” making it able to stack with any basic manufacturer's coupon. The “Rite Aid Valuable” coupons which are rare are the only strictly store coupons and start with “RC48…”. The “49” coupons get paid back by the manufacturer even when combined with another coupon because it's put through more like a sale by the agreement between companies.

    • Anita

I was only able to print one thermacare coupon also-not 2 as others are saying

      • Christine

You can print one coupon. Then go back to the page where you registered and re-register with a differnet email address. Keep doing this until you print all 5 of your coupons

    • Kat

I just wanted to post that today I received a $5.99 rebate check from Neilmed. A lot of people posted and said we wouldn't get a check because it would be combined with the SCR, but it did work!

      • Fallaya

I got my Neilmed rebate check too!

    • Kb

I'm excited about the pumpkin ! cheaper than the commisary this week! And I make pumpkin muffins like they r going out of style! super easy, 30ish oz of pumpkin (2 of this size can) 1 box any cake mix, 1 egg or 2 egg whites, mix together add your choice of christmas spices, scoop into mini muffin tins bake for about 13 min at 350!

      • Nichols_again

thanks a bunch for the recipe…LOVE pumpkin muffins

      • Atraxler

wow that is super easy, thank you! i might try it!

      • Melissa

Has anybody tried using the $1/2 Libby's fruit coupon on the pumpkin? Pumpkin is technically a fruit if you look it up and I've heard about people trying this coupon on that. Just didn't know if they had had any luck or not.

        • $avin'some$

it is going to beep so just be prepared. (you may even just tell the cashier ahead of time). it is technically fruit though! i used it at harris teeter this week no problem.

          • Melissa

            Thanks. Good to know!

        • Jblackwell001

I used it at Harris Teeter with no beeps

        • Laura

Technically, from what I understand, Libby products are produced by 2 different manufacturers- Seneca foods puts out the canned fruits and vegetables like what the coupons are supposed to be for. The canned pumpkin is produced under the same name but by Nestle. So, I believe if you used one of those coupons on the canned pumpkin, it's going to beep and Rite Aid is not going to be reimbursed.

        • Julie

I tried it at Walgreens and it beeped and they would not let me use it

      • pw

use a spice cake mix. so delish!!! i added a lil cinnamon but no other spices

    • Crystalchuckgracie

do you know if we can get more than one pack of diapers?

      • Clarkwoman

my store manager told me there wasn't a limit on the diapers a few weeks ago. He said the only thing they had started limiting purchase amounts on were soft drinks.

        • Kmueller80

Do you have to have separate transactions?

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

So far, the diapers don't seem to have a limit. I wouldn't count on an unlimited amount of +UPs printing, but from past weeks I've had no trouble with the diaper deals. I've seen people buy 4-5 in a transaction and all of the +UPs print. Most of the time, the only limits are going to be the “vendor” items (soft drinks, chips etc) and then the freebie items like the toothbrushes/toothpaste this last week.

      • Audra

I bought all the Size 4's (10 packs) our store had this morning, and I got $3 +UPs for each of them.

    • Nikkimorton4

So, Im new to Rite Aid and any drug store, for that matter. :) All the coupons listed under “deal ideas” can you use all of them, even though some are multiple coupons for the same product?? Or are you just listing all the coupons available? thanks!

      • Melissa

The “deal ideas” are pretty much spelled out… here's what you buy… here's what coupons to use. If one is a manufacturer's coupon and one is a store coupon (indicated by the different symbols that Jenny uses), you can use both on the same product. In contrast, the rest of the coupon matchups are just general listings of coupons available and then you can pick the best one (and/or the one you happen to have). Hope that makes sense. Good luck!

    • Megak

It looks like maybelene, revlon and loreal could be potential real cheap/free products this week. Can someone more attuned to prices/itemizations post some cosmetic scenarios for those of us who want to buy some gifts but aren't sure of the matchup/combinations that will work best.

      • sww

i'm headed out in a few, i'll try to find some good makeup scenarios:)

        • wolverinehokie

The Maybelline New York Eye Shadow worked out perfectly for me. It was $10.03 for 2 after getting 50% off the second one. I used (2) $2 Clip and Save coupons and (2) $2 printable coupons. I got the $3 +UP.
Also, Revlon worked out well too. I got Revlon tweezers ($6), toe nail clippers ($1.59), and (2) nail clippers ($2.91 after 50% off one of them). I used (4) $1 Revlon beauty tool printable. I got the $4 +UP and submitted it for the $3 SCR.

      • sww

i looked, and looked, and looked…couldn't come up with anything free getting makeup, the best case scenario is buying the revlon beauty tools- see post by wolverinehokie above. hth!

    • Melissa

Just a heads up… I just printed the $3 Huggies Snug and Dry coupon listed above and it's for a 60 ct. or higher, so it won't be able to be used on the jumbo packs. I don't know about the others, though.

    • Guest

$3 ThermaCare coupon will only let you print one…So, the above Transaction #3 won’t work unless you create 5 different profiles for ThermaCare.com.

      • Nichols_again

it takes a little time but I have several addresses I could use and email addresses. It will work, just put in someone's address you know that doesnt mind

    • Tina

when I link from this site, can't get the colgate wisp coupon to print…says I can't access the page….any ideas?

      • Nichols_again

Unfortunately I guess the coupon link has expired, but you can get a .50 off coupon from http://www.colgatewisp.com/wisp/HomePage

      • ougirl822

Mine is doing the same thing ????

      • Tina

an earlier post told me about going to Colgate Wisp Facebook page and liking it (which I did) and I got my $1 off coupon…yeah and thanks!

    • WynetteC

I am wondering if the rite aid video value that I watched that was good for a coupon book is the same coupon book as the $128 booklet mentioned above. I am hoping this is one and the same coupon book.

      • guest

yes, go to the pharmacist with the coupon and they should give you the booklet

    • aperture

Just out of curiosity, how come there's no mention of the $5/$25 RAQ? Are there any issues with those? TIA!

      • RA is no longer accepting the PDF versions; however, the replum coupon is ok.

        • aperture

          Thanks!

      • grace

        some rite aids are!

      • ChrissyPunkin

Mine took the pdf one without any problem last week. They didn't have to force it in or anything, so I'm thinking it's OK to use. If it had beeped, I would have said forget it because I don't want to take advantage. There are also $4 off $20 from Video Values.

        • aperture

Thanks for the reply, I have a bunch that expire 11/30 but I'm pretty sure they're from a PDF here. Guess I'll chuck 'em and head for the $4/$20

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

They took the PDF coupons out of the system a few weeks ago. Somehow, they've been re-added but from the communication we've received in store, they shouldn't be back in the system. I got an email about them (in store) saying that any total purchase coupons that end in the expiration date, are invalid. All of them should now be serialized, like the VV coupons are, so that the register can track when it's used and void it after it's used. I keep trying to let people know, because these coupons *seem* to have been fraudulently produced from the start and no one knew it. I have my theories on how/what happened, but they're just that… theories. I suggest sticking with the $4/$20 and any Red Plum $5/$25 you're able to print when they are there.

        • Dianne

Was in your store on Saturday. The shift manager wouldn't let me use the $1.00 off any non-prescription RA video, because she said it was to be used as a dollars off coupon, and I had already used the 5/25. I “argued” for a minute and then let it go, but isn't it supposed to be used like an UPs coupon?

          • Aminehdestin

See, I know the way it sounded on the previous months coupons, it should be used kind of like a +UP/”48″ store coupon so only one per item, but the new wording makes it sound more like it is a total purchase coupon. I haven't seen one but from what I've read online it may not be possible to combine with a 5/25 or 4/20. Are you the customer who asked if I was there? There were a few random things I was told about when I got there Sat. one was that someone asked if I was there, but someone else kept insisting that I said something was okay that is obviously not okay. It's possible that you just came in at a bad time with the craziness, or it could be the new wording. If my printer wasn't insane, I'd print one and see, but I can't print anything right now. Sorry I can't be of any help on this one. If I see one come in while I work I'll double check the wording and get back to you. What $5/$25 did you use? I don't remember seeing any when I closed the registers Sat. night but I could've just been tired.

            • Laura

The $1/1 and $4/20 from this months VV both have a little logo on them saying 'Bonus Coupon' and the fine prints that only one bonus coupon may be used per transaction… but then, none of last month's had this one there so I guess you may still be able to use a $1/1 from last month with a $4/20 and then, none of the $5/25 I have seen say bonus coupon on them either.

            • Dianne

I did ask if you were in, but I really don't remember saying that you said anything was OK. I did get some run around, but I never argue with anyone. I just try to get things done correctly. Sometimes I ask for clarification. The manager didn't want to take my 5/25, even though it was the regular kind that I could print twice that I thought was supposed to be OK, not the one that is a pdf coupon. Chanell checked me out and she was very nice. The manager told her she could make the call on the 5/25, and she said she thought it was legit, so she took it. I told them if it was bad, I didn't want to use it. I think I was shocked that the coupon was questioned because it was not the pdf one.

            • Paige_Aminehdestin

Yeah, Michelle said someone had asked if I was there b/c I knew coupons. Someone else was very, ahem, convinced that she was right about the PDF coupons and insisted that “the website says they're fine to use”. No mention of what website, but I can pretty much guess a few. She was the one insisting that I said the PDF coupons were okay. I laughed when I was told that, since I've gone out of my way to see what coupons are good and which aren't. I stopped in yesterday (I was off) and Chanell ran out to stop me to ask if the Red Plum coupons were okay still. It's funny, they just turn to me to see what's what with those coupons. You are right, the Red Plum coupons are serialized, just not where we're used to looking at store coupons, it's that second bar code under the exp. date. BTW, I asked Karen today about the $1/$1 purchase and those *are* basic bonus coupons. They were always supposed to be, so that's why the wording changed on them. Michelle remembered the conversation you had about those when I brought it up today. She said she wasn't positive, but she thought she'd read something about them not being combined with any other total purchase coupon, and she was right.

            • Dianne

That is really pitiful about the way that 1/1 coupon is supposed to work, with no 4/20 in the same transaction! It's a dollar, for crying out loud! :)

            • Paige_Aminehdestin

We think it's to allow people to get the savings without having to spend $20 or $25 in one transaction. Which makes sense if you think about it. I do hope that they decide on how to handle the $5/$25 and send them out again b/c they do encourage larger sales and that does help the stores out.

        • aperture

          Thank you for the reply!

          • Paige_Aminehdestin

            Anytime. :-)

    • Nichols_again

I don't see the $1 off any item coupon…Can someone direct me?

      • studentcouponer

The $1 off any item was under the Rite Aid Video Value Program a few days ago when I was watching them. Hope this helps.

      • ChrissyPunkin

Yes, in Video Values in the Special Offers section.

    • Nichols_again

In transaction scenario #1, I don't have the Gain detergent coupon, so do I have to get that item for the scenario to work? It doesn't look to me like the Gain will help me on the +up at all.

      • ChrissyPunkin

I think you can leave it out and you'll be just fine since you are not trying to get above $20 or $25.

      • tina

no you will be fine without it, these are just ideas and you can adjust them to your needs and wants from the ad. good luck!

    • Minkyatee

If you have an android phone you can go to your marketplace and download Coupons App. It has 5 off 25 coupon right on your phone to scan. They have a lot of great deals:)))

      • seagull7

Wow! Thats so cool! just got an iPod Touch – like an iPhone but just wifi, no phone service. Does anyone know if there's anything like that in Apple applications?!

      • Mandi

YAY! I had no idea! Thanks for sharing!

        • Minkyatee

Hey, I found out that they can't scan it off your phone like Target. You just have to send it to your email and make a paper copy:) I sent the info to Jenny to see of she can use it here. It's funny cause I was bored and just found it being nosy on my phone! LOL

          • Aminehdestin

Some scanners can scan from your phone. Not all stores have the new fancy ones though. Of our 4 registers (including RX) we have one at the main register. The cute little square scanner is the new one, and those are supposed to do all sorts of things.

      • Nana Clark

Thanks so much!! I use my coupon app on my droid all the time.. missed this one!!!

      • Lisa

I can't find any rite aid coupons on my coupons app on my droid. Are there 2 coupon apps?

    • seagull7

Most of probably already know this but $16.99 is not a good deal for a 4 gig storage device. You can readily get them at office supply stores for $10 or less. A year ago I bought an 8 gig SD card for $20. HTH.

    • Lisa

I printed out the Thermacare $3.00 coupon and the expiration date on it is 12/13/09! What gives?

      • hsvmom3

Mine too. Everyone needs to check theirs before they go.

        • Elizabethconner

I had a bad expierence this AM with these Qs. I had 5 and not 1 would scan so they told me they couldnt take them!

          • Guynnmisty

how do i get 5 coupons for the thermacare? i'm new to this…… and anyway it says that i have reached my limit, help!!

            • Aross360

use different e-mail adresses, you can only print one per e-mail

      • Klynn

I don't know what mine said but they took it this morning.

      • Jen

        Mine says 12/14/2010

      • Freeingu

        this is November 11/14

    • kelley

I just realized my up rewards expired yesterday… will they take them today?

      • Taybabe1225

No. Technically they aren't allowed to. It charges the store money when they override a coupon for an amount.

      • Mandi

Nope… That stinks! Always put a reminder in your phone if you aren't in there regularly. I put mine as a reminder and usually a week ahead just in case.

      • Chiefsangeleyes

No, BUT Publix will take those and they'll take expired coupons for up to 30 days past exp date! :) Check with your local manager, but this is true of most Publix's

      • WynetteC

I just realized tonight that all of my $21 worth in UPs expired on Nov. 13th. I was a little upset that I let that much of my stock in Rite Aid go straight down the tube!! But it will definitely be a good lesson learned.

    • Nichols_again

Awesome coupon day…Did all 3 scenarios and a 4th transaction for 2 of the Charmin and Cascade Dishwasher liquid. Altogether I paid 11.64 and still have 2 + up for next week. THANKS SS!

    • brooke249

Sorry if this has already been mentioned….
I got a $5 off revlon super lustrous lipstick coupon in an email today from Rite Aid!! Will go great with the revlon up deal and it doesn't expire until 12/4/10. Woohoo! Check your emails!

      • Courtney

darn wish I had seen this before I went lol

      • Do you remember the subject line to the email? Was the email the weekly circular email, or just the coupon. Sorry my inbox is so full of stuff, it's hard to keep track!

        • Cinderellamuth

I just opened mine and the subject line is: Your Wellness + Specials from Rite Aid Plus Revlon Offer. HTH

    • Sandra

The $3 Huggies coupon is for a larger (60+ count) size than is on sale for 8.99. Too bad.

      • studentcouponer

I used the 3.00 off pure and natural huggies coupon just now at Rite Aid and they took it without any problems… hope this helps.

        • Areed77

The coupon is printable from Target, but it is a manu. coupon.

    • I just got diapers for $1.49 a pack! I love Rite Aid (& SS!) :-)

    • studentcouponer

I had a great day today at Rite Aid

      (2) Fiber One bars, 2.00

I payed $8.96 out of pocket and I recieved 9 up rewards:)

    • Bluangel

FYI- My Rite Aid does NOT have a flu clinic and I asked my friendly cashier and she told me they just got a box in for those with the coupon. SOOOO you may want to ask with your coupon in hand. It never hurts to ask :) She gave me TWO!!! :) :)

    • Mandi

The Tena pads are printing out 2 $3 ups rewards! I did this on mine and once on my husbands just to be sure and it did it both times! WooHoo!

    • Megak

Since my wife consumes large amounts of soda, I always grab the soda deals when they are cheap. This one turns out even better if your a fan of Dr. Pepper:

      – 4x Dr Pepper or Diet Dr. Pepper 12 oz cans
      = $12
      – $1 off 2 12 oz cans — stickies attached to some dr. pepper
      – $1 off 2 12 oz cans
      – $1 off 3 Dr. Pepper (flu coupon book)
      – $2 off (when paired with something else to make $20 and using $4/20 coupon)
      = $7 out of pocket
      get back $3 up rewards
      = $4 for 4 x Dr. Pepper 12 oz cans ($1 per 12 pack)

      • I will look for this! Thanks!

      • 3GAKids1521

I had no problem getting the Dr. Pepper at Rite Aid and I am glad that you didn't have a problem either. I will enlighten you on something a rude Kroger cashier told me this past Sunday. I was in line checking out and had 4-12 packs of soda for their deal. One of those 12 packs was a Cherry Dr. Pepper. It just so happens that the soda was the last item he rang up, first coupon he used when he started to scan ( There were coupons on the box for $1/2 Pepsi Products). I got one of the coupons because it was the “correct” item but he refused the other coupon saying that Dr. Pepper is not a Pepsi product, it is a Snapple product. Umm, ok. Well, come to find out, that is 100% true. So, be thankful you did get them without hassle.

        • Paige_Aminehdestin

Dr. Pepper is one of the tricky drinks. It depends on the store you're at. Whichever vendor brings it in is the one it goes on sale with, it is an independent company though. The distribution companies are what varies. We get ours from Pepsi but there are stores in the area who get it from Coke and some who get it from American Beverage (the company who delivers Snapple and Canada Dry). If the Dr. Pepper rang up the sale price for Pepsi products though, the coupon should've been valid. If they get it from AB though it shouldn't ring on sale and the coupon couldn't have been used. Very weird experience for you.

    • Mom

the french fried onions link is the same ecentive link and I dont see the coupon…are they all gone already?

    • Emily

I have tried getting the flu coupon booklet every time I go to Rite Aid but they wont budge. I explained I had gotten from flu shot at work. Today I took my coupon for the booklet (from video values) and they still said I had to have a flu shot. Oh well. I didn't argue (no point in that), but at I least I can say I tried.

      • KatieMac

I did the same thing that someone else suggested–I took a screen shot with my phone of the frame in the video that says “NO PURCHASE NECESSARY” and showed it to the technician behind the counter. She said okay then and gave me my book.

      • Nita Royal

First store I went to gave me the same answer. Second store, no problem! They smiled and handed over the book….so much for consistency.

      • OMG! My store gave me EIGHT books the other day!!!

      • KNM

Call RA's corporate number – they will mail you one :)

    • mommaof2

How do I get the RA clip and save booklet?

      • Bangerang

You can ask at the phamacy but they reserve them for people who get a flu shot. Some will give it anyway.

      • AshATL

There is a coupon for the coupon boo on the rite aid video values page. Create an account and watch a short video and get it for free. Lots of other good coupons, like $1 off anything for watching videos!

    • Jane

I couldn't buy travel size items at Target and still use a coupon, so I bought them at Rite Aid and made money on most items I bought. Will add those to the Christmas Shoeboxes. But one item I bought came out great. They had the travel side band aid packages for $.99, B1G1 50% off. I had a $3.00 off 3 coupon. So I bought 4, paid $2.96 total, less $3.00 coupon and got 2x$2 Up rewards for the purchase that I didn't even know a reward was available on. So I made $4.04, got 4 travel packages to donate.

    • Ultrabextr

I'm confused on the Ghiradelli/Hershey's candy deal. $2.50 each, get $1up wyb 2. You said if you use the 75¢/1 cpn they'll cost 75¢, BUT i can't get the same calculation!

      2 bags at $2.50 ea = $5.00/2
      – $1.00 UP reward = $4.00/2
      (2) – .75¢/1 cpns (-$1.50) = $2.50/2

That makes them $1.25 a bag. What am I missing?

Also… is there a limit to the number of +UP rewards you can receive per item (like ecb's at cvs)? and do they ever roll (like RRs at wags?

      • ChrissyPunkin

I can't answer your question about the math; it looks like you are right.

The limit on +UPs is a mystery to me. Sometimes it says “limit 1” in the ad and sometimes it doesn't. Usually, you have to assume that you will only get one and count your blessings if you get more. Or read the comments on this blog and see what others are getting. Lately, I've had many multiple +UPs. For instance, today I got the Huggies $3 +UP four times at two different stores. You can roll +UPs.

    • shannon

I'm slightly confused, when I do the video coupons – at the top they say 'manufacturer coupon' but then on the coupon itself it says 'rite aid' and/or has their company sign….can you use that in conjunction with a regular/out of the paper manufacturer coupon?

      • katie mac

Yep. You can pair a regular manufacturer's coupon with a video values coupon and use both in one transaction.

    • Sparklecat2009

I love Rite Aid but I had the most bizarre experience this past weekend. For a minute I thought I was standing in Walgreens!! Checking out…..as soon as my cashier sees that I have coupons she tells me that she cannot bring me to a zero balance. I laugh and tell her that I am good but not that good. We move on and the first coupon is the 5/25 and she tells me that if it does not scan then she will not be able to accept it per her manager. She was so nice and trying so hard to make it scan!! It finally scans (thank goodness) and soon we are at my UPs. She proceeds to count my items and tells me that the number of UPs cannot exceed the number of items I am purchasing per her manager. What???? It was like being in the Twilight Zone. I have chuckled about this one for a couple of days. I went to the one across the street from where I work today (different RA) and I had a bigger transaction with no issues or weirdness……… Love RA!

    • Mandi

Does anyone remember which insert had the $25 prescription transfer coupon?

      • 3GAKids1521

Every sales paper that I have received in the past 3 weeks has had one in it. If not, swing by your store and pick one up.

        • Mandi

Thanks! I live in an area that doesn't actually have a Rite Aid so I don't get the sales ad. I will just pray they have one in the store. Thanks again!

      • Tjlady1227

There is a coupon in the Rite aid booklet that came out about a month ago. Some stores may still have them.

    • Christie

Great day at Rite Aid today! I got Colgate Total toothpaste, Colgate 360 toothbrush, Wisp 4 ct., Herbal Essences shampoo, Herbal Essences conditioner, two Right Guard deodorants, and a jumbo pack of Huggies. My total oop was $9.96 and I got back $9 in +ups. Plus I used a gift card I just received in the mail for a previous month's oral care deal so I really didn't have any oop. : ) To make the day even better, I had no trouble getting the elusive Clip and Save booklet using the video values coupon. Finally!!!

    • Courtney

just got back from riteaid. Got 5 thermacare patches, 1 vicks vaporrub, a toothbrush, toothpaste, wisp, and a ring pop (filler item) and only spent 2.22 out of pocket. (2.11 of that was tax) plus got 13 up bucks back.

    • PaulaB

Scored some free diapers and deodorant and got a good deal on toilet paper today. I used my $5/25 coupon with the ones shown above for these deals.

I just wish they would put out some more $5/25 q's since I only have 1 left from the last redplum print :(

    • Tjlady1227

Just almost lost it today in rite aid. There was a lady holing up the line telling the cashier she wasnt saving anymoney and was going to put everything back. The cashier hs to call for assistance because the line is backed up. The she gets back in line behind me and I have my coupons ready. Then she says “she has coupons I should have brought coupons” YOU THINK? just left laughing……………

    • Rhiannon353

I had a HORRIBLE time at Rite Aid yesterday! It was a store I've gone to several times with coupons, but not my regular store. I was told I could not use a VV or flu booklet Q w/manufacturers Q because they say “manufacturers coupon” on them, and you can't use 2 man Qs on 1 item. I told her I always have and she refused. She said she just signed a copy of the coupon policy stating that. I ended up telling her to just put everything back and I'd go to my normal store. I then called from the parking lot and asked to speak to the manager and found that she was in fact the manager. I got the store # & called the 1-800 # and was told I was right and to go back and tell the manager I had verified it with them. I called her and she said I was still wrong and she had asked her Loss Prevention person at the store was told she was right. I asked her to call corporate and verify or I would make a complaint, which I ended up having to do. The whole thing took over an hour of my day, and made me not want to even drive to my normal Rite Aid. Still haven't made it over there yet:(

      • paulaw

This exact thing happened to me last week. The manager said I couldn't use a vv coupon and mfg. coupon together. I had 90.00 worth of stuff on the counter. After trying to convice him I could and him not budging I said never mind I don't want any of it. I went on my way and called cs, they said I was right and they were wrong. I asked them to call the store and inform them of their error, they said they would e-mail them. I was very upset needless to say. I've never had that happy before.

      • eb

I would suggest printing out a copy of the official Rite Aid policy that Jenny links to at the top of the page. It clearly says “No more than one “48” Rite Aid Valuable coupon, one “49” Rite Aid Manufacturer coupon, and one “5” Manufacturer coupon can be used on a single item.”. (the booklet ones are 49s)

I had a similar bad time at rite aid yesterday with the manager hovering behind the cashier as she rung me up and scanned my coupons – acting from the outset like I was trying to steal from the store and it was his job to try to figure out how to catch me at it.. He grabbed the B1G1 coupon for right guard and insisted I could not use it since it was B1G1 and I could not have one for free – he said I needed to buy one. I tried to explain it to him but he just acted like I was an idiot and was trying to steal from the store. I came home and looked and the official policy is very clear that “We accept a Buy One, Get One Free Coupon with an item that is in our flyer as Buy One, Get One Free, meaning both items are free.” I am printing out the policy and taking it with me next time. I wish I had a different Rite Aid to go to, but it is the only one in our town. They are so unfriendly towards coupons that I only go when it is a great deal on something I really need.

I did get a call from upper management today and he said I was right and he will correct the store manager, and he's sending me a gift card as well, but now I feel a bit strange going back to that store after having to complain about the manager. I'm just not a complainer, and the whole thing has left me a bad taste in my mouth. When I do go back, I will definitely take a copy of the policy with me though!

          • EB

I know what you mean about feeling uncomfortable going back in. I don't want to go back, but I really need pull-ups this week and have +UPs to use. I think it is good you stood up for what you knew was correct – you probably made life easier for the next person to come in wanting to stack coupons. I am going to try my scenario with the deodorant again tomorrow – but will be armed with my copy of the policy. I can't see how he can argue with something so clearly worded, but, if he succeeds in making me feel like a criminal for trying to play within the rules of the store, I think it will be my last trip to rite-aid – CVS is so much easier in my town than rite aid or walgreens.

I went to Rite Aid tonight and bought some things. After I purchased them, I notice that my +up rewards didn't print off! I showed the worker the items I bought in the weekly ad and it showed that I was supposed to get 6 +up rewards back. He said there was nothing he could do about it… any suggestions? Has this happened to anyone before?

      • Caritob40

It did, I had to call the 1800 number, and they mailed me a gift card. Another thing i have done in the past, is to return the items and try to purchase them again, which items did not print the up rewards?

      • Guest

If you call customer service, they can research the transaction and will mail you the +up rewards that you were supposed to receive. And BONUS it will have a much longer expiration date.

      • That has happened several times to me at my rite aid, where the + rewards didn't print. The manager always fixes it and gives me the cash back. I have even had to have them fix a transaction more than one time to make everything right.

    • Angela in Summerville

So pleased to get the Huggies denim diapers for $3-4 per Jumbo pack. I bought 4 packs in separate transactions and used the UP reward from the previous diaper purchase to help pay for the next one. My 2 little 1-year-olds are going to be styling! Also got 4 free Right Guards–great deal!

    • Linden

Does anyone know if there is a limit on the packs of huggies that you can purchase on one wellness card?

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

From what I know, basically from what I've seen done so far this week, it pretty much seems unlimited. I know someone has done 3 in one transaction, and I've seen 4 spread out over a couple transactions.

        • Linden

Awesome! I will give it a try! Thanks!

          • Guest

I have bought 14 total (1 at a time) and have gotten back all 14 ups. There does not appear to be a real limit.

            • Diane

Does anyone know where I can get coupons for pull-ups? The webiste is jacked up and everytime I try to register, it brings up some garbage at the top…apparently not working. Any ideas on where to get them?

            • Dharvn

try printing from another computer, maybe a friend's house who doesn't have children.

you can login with your same userid and password

            • Paige_Aminehdestin

Did you try going in to a different internet provider? If you use Internet Explorer, sometimes the sites get all weird like that, but if you open the same site in Fire Fox it'll be fine. Occasionally it does the same thing in opposite.

      • Jessheartscoupons

at my RA in TN today, I bought 9 packs and got UPs for each one except for when I bought 2 in one transaction. If you split them up, there doesn't seem to be a limit.

Man! I just found a $1 off any $10 cosmetic purchase on RA's website. Sign in, and go to your Wellness+ page. At the top left you can click to see your wellness + coupons. I wish I had printed it earlier! I could have had a $ maker!

    • Reba

For anyone who was going to buy an itunes gift card for Christmas anyways, check out the following deals:

      $25 itunes gift card
-$5/$25 q in Rite Aid circular this week
      -$5/$25 total purchase Rite Aid
      =$15!!

      • Reba

The $5/$25 may not be allowed to go towards the gift card, so buy $5 additional items (maybe the free Right Guard would work?). Does anyone know how this works?

        • Paige_Aminehdestin

Right. Total purchase coupons are not supposed to go towards any type of prepaid service. Neither are +UPs. I don't know about adding something like the Right Guard BOGO deal w/BOGO coupons since the $5/$25 would still have to be applied to the GC. I'm sure there are stores that will allow it due to just not knowing, but it's technically against the rules and fraudulent for us to accept a coupon for the GC when it's not a coupon from the manufacturer. We don't get paid anything extra for GCs so if you're buying one for $25 all $25 goes to Itunes, in this case it would be $20 since they put the coupon out in our ad. If you add the total purchase coupon on top of it, it's a store coupon that doesn't get paid back, so then the store still has to pay $20 to Itunes even though we only have $15 worth of money/redeemable coupons to account for the sale. That's the way I understand it anyway. I saw on another board where someone asked if you could use a $/$ coupon for gift cards.

        • Rebecca

I think it would be ethical to buy $25 worth of merchandise, use all coupons and $5/$25 towards that then add the iTunes gift card to the total last. If you can get merchandise that is already going to be free (after UPS) then technically in the end it would be about the same. That way you're doing it ethically, and the store will get reimbursed for everything. Let me know if I'm wrong about that.

          Idea:
          One Touch $19.99
          3 Colgate $6.99
          Charmin $4.99
          Vicks $3.99

          -$5/$25
          -$19.99 One Touch MQ
          -$3.00 Colgate ($1 x 3 VV) MQ
          -$2.00 Colgate ($1 x 2 VV) RAQ
-$1.50 Charmin Clip & Save RAQ
          -$0.50 Charmin PG HomeMailer
          -$1.50 Vicks PG 10/31
          -$2.00 Vicks Clip & Save RA Q
          =$0.47
          ADD $25 iTunes
          -$5/$25 iTunes coupon from circular
          =$20.47
          Receive: $4 UPS ($2 Colgate, $1 Charmin, $1 Vicks)

          = $16.47 + tax for a $25 iTunes Gift Card!!

          • Paige_Aminehdestin

Something like that does make it absolutely legit! Thank you for giving the scenario like that so that the $5/$25 goes towards product, not the GC but after all +UPs and other coupons or include it still makes the GC cheaper in the end.

    • Donna

Does anyone know how the B1G1F's work at Rite Aid? Do you HAVE to buy 2 to get the 2nd item free or do each of them ring up at 50% off like at most of the grocery stores?

Just trying to plan something out & need to know if I can buy just 1 at 50% off or not.

      Thank you!! :)

      • Paulhowe37

you have to buy 1 and get the second one free, they dont ring up half price

        • Donna

Thank you both! That helped me finish my planning. :)

      • Dharvn

i you have a B1G1F cpn and the item is on sale for B1G1F, take 2 items to the register and both will be free.

i've gotten 6 dry idea deodorants free this week, i used 3 B1G1F cpns.

it's weird but that's their policy.

    • Amanda

How much is the right guard deodorant?

      • Dharvn

right guard is priced from 2.99 up to 4.99. dry idea is priced from 3.99 up to 5.49

      • val

        i got some 4.49 and 2.99 HTH

    • Paige_Aminehdestin

Alright, it's that time again. If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it! :-) I brought up good deals for Black Friday today, and my manager wanted me to write out a list of what we need to order up on. I did write it out for what I know, but I'm sure I'm missing something. Does anyone have any good deals for the BF ad worked out yet? I know the Cottonelle refills w/a limit of 3 I figured we need at least 20 more, A couple extra Colgate 360 toothbrushes w/the $1 VV coupon (looking at the list above if the $.75 MQ is still good next week, it would make the OOP $.02 and get a $1 +UP) same with the Colgate toothpaste (limit 2 of this deal, so one of each?), and the Vasaline Intensive Care lotion 10 oz ($2.99 w/$2 +UP) since the $1 coupons were in the paper this week. I don't know if there are coupons for the Noxzema razors and I'm sure the cereal will sell well but I don't coupons there either. Does anyone see anything I'm missing that we should expect to sell a lot of? Thanks a lot everyone, as always I do appreciate you all.

      • RASM

Hey! Dial hand soap 99 cents and there is a 1.00 coupon in the Flu Coupon Book. 3 for 99 cent Nivea. The cereal is a good deal by itself, but Kellogg does have some coupons on its website buy 3 get 1.50 off. Carmex .50 cents and I believe it was a 30 cent coupon in the paper about 3 weeks ago that will still be good. That Pot of Gold is a good price too, but I haven't spotted any coupons for it!

        • Paige_Aminehdestin

You just made a lot of sense for all of our overstock! We got tons of Dial in this last truck and couldn't figure out why. lol. Same with Carmex. I also think we have plenty of the Pot of Gold, but that's always a craps shoot on whether or not it sales. Thanks for the suggestions!

      • Freeingu

other things on my list for BF – hersheys, m&m, reeses 2/$1 get $1 up limit 5,

bounty .77, rite aid butter cookies 1.88 get $1 up, old spice high endurance

2/$5 get $3 up, and possibly rite aid bleach for $1. This list was compiled from

        another web site. HTH

        • Paige_Aminehdestin

I knew the candy bars, but I'm pretty sure we're stocked on those especially with the limit of 5 offers. The Bounty I'll have to look at, the Butter cookies I don't think we can order extra of… Old Spice I missed completely so I *really* appreciate the idea. I'll go through coupons before going to work today and make my prediction on how many we need. Thanks again.

      • Sparklecat2009

The Noxzema razors may sell a few extra b/c of the $1 and $2 off Q's (in the package) that I am sure are still floating around out there. I know that I have been staring at one for a little bit now.

        • Paige_Aminehdestin

I thought there were coupons for the razors but I couldn't remember where they came from. So basically anyone who bought them when they were on sale about a month ago with the peelie (free after +UP and coupon) might still have the coupon from the package. So we should get a few more since I think we only have 3-4 of each of the 2. Thank you!

    • DawnCDP

Can't find the Huggies Pure & Natural Coupons. . .any ideas what zip code to search for?

    • Crwcfw

I can't change the zip code on SmartSource anymore. I used to be able to, but now I'm stuck on the same one! :( Can't find the Huggies Pure and Natural, either.

    • tdh

I am very thankful to a wonderful store manager at my local Rite-aid for substituting the deodorant fro me before the b1g1 ran out. She had someone to come in and threw a fit until they were able to purchase $140 worth of d.o. Come on folks! Share a little! This is the Christmas season.Sorry! Just had to vent.

      • If they are out at my store, I plan on just getting a rain check.

    • Emd31601

Thanks to my friends and a workshop I took with Jenny; I've had sooo much fun saving. I only have a few coupons but I am saving weekly inserts. I know I'm new at this but after talking with friend seems we are all having the same shopping experience this week with RiteAid. The 2 stores in Valdosta only have on front display 2 boxes of Betty Crocker potatoes and 1 can of carnation milk. I purchased them and I call my friends to let them know they were out and they had just bought 2 boxes and were told that was the last 2 as well. This same senerio continued. Strange. Same thing with the scott bath tissue. The manager went to the back and got me a pack and I was told that was the last one. Later my friend went and she was told the same thing. Just put a limit on them and keep the shelves stocked. Oh.. on my 1st week shopping the sale lotions were under the front check out counter. This totally blows my buy 2 and save coupons. Heads up… on both stores when buying cokes this week… the up $2.00 did not print. I was asked if I had previously bought 3 pks and I had not. This happened at the other store with my friend as well. I love couponing and saving money. Check your receipts.
