      Ordered mine yesterday and picked it up today…very cute soft cover booklet.  However, be very careful about re-orienting the pictures, about 5 of my pictures came out sideways in the photo book, even though I know I checked multiple times to make sure everything looked right before submitting the order.  The management at my local store is checking it out, hoping they can reprint it correctly this time!

      Just as a warning to people who might try to claim this code.  I just got off the phone with their customer service because by book got deleted during checkout.  They confirmed to me that they are having known website issues, include uploading and checkout procedures.  Good luck!

      I just did it and didn’t have any problems, though I did save my work in case it crashed.

        Mine was saved as well and they were not able to recover when it crashed.  Are you able to upload pictures when you’re signed into your account?

      I am having a major problem with this. I spent hours creating the book, saving it, and when I try to ‘join’ and click ‘submit’ with my info, it loops back to the sign up page (blank). I cannot add the book to a shopping cart without joining (I assume, since I don’t see ‘add to cart’). I have looked at the site, and cannot find a customer service phone number. Any advice?

      Skip it if you are using a Mac. I just went to create an account and upload pictures, but could only add them 1 at a time. Their help section says: Q.> I can only upload 1 photo from my Mac A.> This usually means that the permissions on the folder you are uploading to need to be updated. Alternatively,
      if you temporarily rename the folder your images are stored in, you
      will be able to upload all images from that folder. Renaming folders
      will change their permissions.

      Just finished my books… It actually let me do 2 different books with the promotion code… I may try for a 3rd but it takes so long to put them together. My local store has already sent me an email and said they would be ready tomorrow. What a great deal!

       i’ve tried to order this book for the last 2 hrs. unable to register and when I upload my pix it ask if I want ritz to arrange the pictures or do it manually. No matter which one I choose it does not give me the option to do anything else. If i refresh it just goes to the beginning. Continues to show “error on page” at the bottom left hand corner… so frustrating!!! Guess no bookk for me.      :.(

      • I had exactly the same problems and finally sent a message through their Help/Support link and included my email address. I requested that, because of the problems I had using their site, that they allow me to use the code after it expired. We’ll see!

      Okay I have just finished my 5th book and the code worked each time. I am just about to start my 6th book (the grandparents are getting great Christmas presents!). I don’t register, I don’t login … I just start creating. I am on a PC and use Firefox. I even turned my computer off in the middle of the last one and it opened right up when I opened the computer again. Not sure why it is taking 2 + hours for so many people. :-(

        I am already registered and trying to checkout. All is fine until I add to cart.  The next page is then blank.  Arghhh!!

        Working on my 3rd…no problem here. Thank goodness! They take forever to arrange! lol… I love it though! Free, free, free!!

      This was very frustrating for me. I took hours and the site was so slow. Advice, save as you go page by page. Then at check out if it gives you trouble, close, go to the site again, click on open photobook(not sure if exact) and click check out again and it will go through fine

        I have logged out and back in and even shut my computer down and restarted.  Will not show anything in my cart when I add the photobook after I log in.  So frustrating!  I have emailed them twice and attached the error codes so hopefully they will honor this promotion when they get the issue fixed.  I had issues the last time they had an offer like this and gave.  HOwever, I invested alot of time on this one and will fight the good fight  :-)

      WOW!  No wonder everyone is having a hard time trying to do their one and only book when there are people doing multiple books.  Wouldn’t that be considered a little hoggish?

        Well no. My husband just lost his job. So I thought I could do 2 books one for each set of grandparents for Christmas. Money is tight and I thought it would be a great gift. Sorry if that bothers you.

        Now be nice … If you apply that logic, then you should never use more than one coupon on any free purchase ever. :-/ There was nothing in the promo that stated one promo per family.

      This is very frustrating! I have finished my book, saved it and added it to my cart, but every time I click on the book in my cart, all of the text boxes I deleted are there and they say ‘Enter Text Here’. What is up with that? I went ahead and placed the order but I imagine they’ll print that way. Didn’t know what else to do since the offer expires tonight.

      I finished my order at 11:40 pm but it was taking forever for the check out to load. I refreshed the browser and it took me to the check out but didn’t take my coupon code. Will Ritz adjust the charges? Any suggestions?

      Just an update. I called the Ritz customer service about the code didn’t went through last night and they adjusted it.
