After Sam’s Club announced that they are closing of 60+ stores, they are offering a FREE 3-month Sam’s Club Membership Extension, or you can choose to cancel your membership and receive a full refund via eGift Card or check.

The extension or refund process is very simple. Just head to their site, select which option you prefer and fill in your member number and additional information.

Note: If you opt for the free 3-month extension, you will still be able to cancel your membership and request a refund anytime.
