Besides the usual candy, cards and flowers, what if you could also give a FREE gift of health? Sam’s Club is making it possible this Valentine’s Day by offering FREE heart health screenings to the public on Saturday, 2/14 from 11:00am-3:00pm.

You don’t have to be a Sam’s Club member to participate!

Tests Include:

Glucose
Total Cholesterol
HDL (Good Cholesterol)
Risk Ratio
Blood Pressure
Body Fat Percentage
Vision

These tests are value up to $150, so be sure to check it out. Most stores with a Pharmacy are participating but you might want to call and make sure your local store is participating before heading over. Several stores do not offer the vision tests.
