Here’s a great freebie from Sam’s Club where you can get a FREE health screening this Saturday, May 10th! From 11AM-3PM, you can head to your local Sam’s Club pharmacy to take advantage of this deal.

This event is open to the public, so you don’t have to be a Sam’s Club member to participate!

Screenings Include:

-glucose
-total cholesterol
-HDL (good cholesterol)
-risk ratio
-blood pressure
-body fat percentage
-vision screening

The screening services will vary by location. Make sure to call ahead to your local Sam’s Club to make sure they are participating.
