So you said we can use these ecoupons in addition to any paper manufacturers coupons we have, right? How does that work? Is it like ibotta where once we buy the item, we get money back?

SavingStar is supposed to record the savings tracking your store bonus card. UPromise card is the same company as SavingStar and you have to choose which one to activate the offer. You can use UPromise at Publix but not SavingStar. SavingsStar earnings can be transferred into your bank account. UPromise is supposed to be saved and used for education purposes. It can also be transferred to various accounts. I’m not familiar with UPromise but you can read up on it at their website.
The great thing about using these ecoupons is that you can use store coupons and manufacturer coupons and the ecoupon on the same item. I love using SavingStar ecoupon for purchases at CVS. Makes many things moneymakers.
I am curious about the question “if using store ecoupons, does this keep SavingStar from honoring their offer”. This could explain why I haven’t received anything from my Bilo purchases in a long time. I’m going to start recording my purchases to make sure I get the ecoupon savings.
Sorry, I know this is long. Just tried to help explain about the program.

If you are not recieving credit for BiLo purchases you need to contact savingstar. They have been great at crediting me when I don’t get credit..I save my receipts and then sent it to them when they ask for it.

I would like to ask if anyone is familiar enough with savingstar to know if it works along with the store’s ecoupons. For example, Harris Teeter has an ecoupon for .50 off of Immaculate Baking Co. and there is a savingstar ecoupon for .50 off Immaculate Baking co. If I have both saved to my card, will I get to use both ecoupons with one item. I am asking because savingstar has not been working for me at my Harris Teeter store and I have been using this program for many months now.

I’m not familiar with saving SavingsStar coupons to your store bonus card. I activate the coupons on their webpage. SavingsStar is supposed to track your purchases using your store bonus card. The SS ecoupon could be used at any store you have entered a bonus card on their webpage. I am curious about your question, though. I wonder if this explains why I haven’t received any earnings from my Bilo purchases in a long time. Some of the purchases would have been moneymakers after SavingsStar. Hmmm. Going to ask them this question. Will try to post their answer.

Please post any answer you receive. I have asked them myself but not gotten a satisfactory answer. I have only received a credit one time from Bi-Lo on Savingstar and that time they did not give me their store or “Zaver” ecoupon. I have never gotten anything from Harris Teeter and I shop there most. I have a dialog going on with a Savingstar customer service but so far it hasn’t been very helpful in finding out why I am not getting any credit from these stores (which is why I decided to try asking here for other customer’s experiences.)

the saving star puts money into a ‘account’ on their page and then you had to transfer it like using paypal..

I have contacted Saving Star more than once about not recieving credit from HT and have to say they have gotten back tome w/in 24 hrs. I save all my receipts and have scanned and emailed them and w/in 24 hours I have been credited. If it’s been longer than 30 days you need to contact them…hopefully you have your receipt
