A long time ago (around the time my twins we born) I discovered online photo processing. Shutterfly was my very first experience in this new realm. They are still one of the leaders in the industry that has truly changed the way we look at pictures (no pun intended).
Shutterfly is a website that gives you the freedom to work with your favorite photo memories in a creative way. All you have to do is upload your pictures to Shutterfly. Then, you can order prints, make gifts, edit, or store you photos. The great thing is that you can have your prints delivered to you or pick them up in as little as an hour from Target, Walgreens or CVS.
Something fun that Shutterfly is starting this holiday season is Centerstage books. These books are great for early literacy! You pick a picture of your child that will be appear throughout the book. You also pick the story. The story options are SpongeBob Squarepants, Dora the Explorer, Sesame Street, or alphabet adventures. The books are appropriate for emergent readers up to about kindergarten to first grade. The pictures correspond with the text, helping young readers to be able to read more of the book independently. Including the child’s name and face in the story will help them get excited about reading.
