        Yes, you DO have to put in your credit card info even though it is $0…Go figure!

      I had to “search” for coasters. Also I had to put in my credit card information put it came up oweing $0.00. (I just printed off the confirmation) This is a great deal!!!!!!!!!

      If you are new to snapfish just sign up and then go to their store and find the coasters (I just did a search for “coasters”) upload 6 photos and add them to the coasters and then add that to your cart. Go to check out and your cart will say you owe nothing! Then enter the presday code at the very bottom and you will pay zero! Worked like a charm – Thanks Jenny!!!!!!

      Well…it definitely did not work like a charm, but I did get it to go through, finally. I had to click on the 'live chat' button and they did *something* on their end. It wouldn't let me check out through paypal, so I entered a cc # (although I'm a little confused why because the total was zero! lol)

      it would not let me use my promo offer (free coasters) along with the free shipping coupon code (PRESDAY). i called customer service and they said you can not use both offers at the same time…. how come it has let some people do this but not me???

      Great Find!!! My husband was just saying last week that we needed new coasters! These are hard plastic with cork backs so the kids shouldn't be able to break these!!

      I got a 30 Page Flip book, a set of 6 coasters and 51 prints for a toal of 9.16 I splurged and paid for the extra 25 pictures in the flip book they will give you a 5 page book free for new clients also. I thought what a wonderful gift for my anniversary to me. :)

      Very cool! I just ordered my set, however it would not let me use my paypal account to pay for the $0.00 because it said that it exceeded the maximum of $10,000??? Not sure what that was about.

      Hey…it worked…the first time I did it, it said the same 10000 dollar limit thing but they told me over the live chat that it was a glitch and try back 2 hrs. later. I did and it worked…sweet!

      Why am I having so much trouble with this deal? I have had to download all my pix through their snapshow page b/c I keep getting errors on downloading to the regular upload photos section. Now that I'm trying to check out, It's not showing a credit for the amount of the coasters so I'm afraid to purchase and “buy now” b/c it's not showing a zero balance! Agghhh!

      This worked for me, but since the total was $0 paypal would not allow the transaction. It worked once I input my credit card number..but of course the transaction amount was still $0. Thanks for this great gift idea!

      The free coasters were an error on the site.. Prepare yourself for emails from them saying you wont get them. Got mine about an hour ago.. I emailed them saying I didnt put the code in for free coasters, but for free shipping. what they put on their site should be honored by them. if not its false advertisement.

      I just received an email saying the coasters were offered in error. Don't waste your time with this company. The quality of the pictures is beyond bad. I sent the same set of prints to several different companies, and snapfish was by far the worst. The color wasn't even close to the actual color.

      • I GOT MY EMAIL TODAY TOO I”M TICKED!!! Snapfish offered me a free greeting card as some kind of restitution??? U replace a $25 freebie with a folded piece of paper?? Hmm no thanks!

        I would much rather have ONE photo coaster to have a true sample of the product! Or at the very least they could have offered some kind of large discount on the purchase or even offered to place the order at full price. Not that I would have paid $25 for them but it seems like they don't have their act together. They're really not getting you back into their store to purchase anything with a free greeting card???

        but seriously they need to learn how their system works and not credit my account with a freebie i didn't ask for??? HMMM???

      I just got an email from Snapfish where they are not honoring this promotion. They say that it was an expired deal but they have offered me a free greeting card….guess they think that is an even trade off???? Very disappointed and will be calling them. Has anyone else gotten one of these emails

      I got the same email. It made me VERY ill! I think I will try sending them an email also. I totally agree that they should have sent the coasters anyway!! I don't plan on using them – even on freebies – who knows they may try taking more freebies away after they advertise them!!!

      I also just got the email and called Snapfish. I'm ticked! Very bad business on their part, they should have honored the deal, it was their mistake after all. And I agree, I don't care about a 5×7 card, not even a close trade-off. Of course the guy I spoke with couldn't do anything about it, he even agreed with me that he would be upset too and told me that not only was the offer an expired one, but they are out of stock on coasters so they couldn't fulfill them. I think I'm going to write a letter so it will get to the executives of Snapfish, it's just the point.

          I got the exact same response – same wording and everything, so I guess they were told what to say to people. If you find that address I will also happily write a letter of complaint. No free coasters, AND they charged me shipping. And I agree with the others – the quality of the prints were terrible.

      Here is the response from the email I wrote to them telling them how disappointed I was in their service, does anyone else find it insulting???

      I am sorry you feel like the campaign was misleading. When an offer clearly states a greeting card, but mysteriously turns into a coaster set, this should indicate something is wrong with the offer. I apologize that you were caught in the middle of this, but we are only able to honor the promotion as it was originally advertised.

      No go…. received my prints, but it did charge $4 shipping and I got an e-mail that the coasters promo was a mistake so I didn't get those either. So they did not honor either “deal”.

      Furthermore, stating that the offer was “clear” implies that it was our stupidity that's the problem, not their error. Ugh!

      Well….guess I know the answer to why my coasters haven't been received. Oh well. I'm not out anything but time but I was looking forward to it. Remember all the good deals we get that do pan out and just let this one go. Not worth my time to pursue it any further.

    • I am a little behind, but just read the email regarding the coasters and the “error”. Said it was a technical error and they could not access my photos. I was offered 50 free prints instead. I sent an email in response calling BS. Can't wait to see what they say.

      They backed out of the order after it showed processing and have sent me a message telling me that I tried to defraud them! Some of the worst customer service people I have encountered. When I asked them to explain the woman started insulting me.
